背景技术
乳房疾病是女性的常见疾病,严重时甚至需要切除乳房,乳房刚切除时,不能穿文胸,使得女性在切除乳房的情况更加自卑、尴尬。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种生物止血膜。
本发明的技术方案具体为:
一种生物止血膜,包括蜂窝状骨架,蜂窝状骨架为胶原蛋白质骨架,蜂窝状骨架内填充有生物止血颗粒粉,蜂窝状骨架外包覆有可降解膜, 可降解膜采用海藻和明胶混合制成,可降解膜外包覆有乳胶膜;所述生物止血膜的形状为乳房的形状。
所述生物止血膜通过按扣固定在文胸上。
所述生物止血颗粒粉包括卡络磺钠5~10份、三七粉8~15份、艾叶粉5~10份、仙鹤草15~30份、醋甘氨酸乙二胺1~3份、青蒿素12~15份、生理盐水90~110份。
所述生物止血颗粒粉的制备方法包括,
步骤一:按照质量分数配比称取卡络磺钠、三七粉、艾叶粉、仙鹤草、醋甘氨酸乙二胺、青蒿素、生理盐水;
步骤二:将仙鹤草放入提取罐,加入生理盐水,加热至沸腾40min后,用直径为0.18μm的微孔滤膜过滤得到提取液,除菌备用;
步骤三:卡络磺钠、三七粉、艾叶粉、醋甘氨酸乙二胺、青蒿素加入提取液,用玻璃棒搅拌均匀后倒入金属冻干圆盘,用保鲜膜覆盖,放入-90℃冰箱进行预冷冻24h,使之充分成为固体,连同圆盘一起放入冻干仓进行冻干处理后,灭菌。
生物止血膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
(1)选取哺乳动物皮为原料,除去皮下组织,粉碎成颗粒;
(2)将步骤(1)中制得的颗粒进行脱脂;
(3)将步骤(2)脱脂后的原料放入浓度为0.2%~0.5%的乙酸溶液中,并加入,蛋白酶,每100~150毫克的0.2%~0.5%乙酸溶液中加入5~10克原料和2~5克的蛋白酶,充分混合混匀,使用磁力搅拌在常温下浸泡35~60小时,得到酶解液;
(4)将步骤(3)获得的酶解液使用纱布过滤除渣,然后真空抽滤;
(5)将步骤(4)过滤后的酶解液使用离心机进行离心,然后取上清液,上清液为胶原蛋白溶液粗品;
(6)将步骤(5)获得的胶原蛋白溶液粗品用0.100mol/L~0.155mol/L的乙酸溶液透析45~55小时,再以蒸馏水透析25~30小时,获得胶原蛋白溶液;
(7)将步骤(6)的胶原蛋白溶液用注射器注入冻干用的培养皿中,每个培养皿注入8~20ml,然后放入冻干机中,冷冻干燥至零下,35℃~50℃并抽真空升华12~18小时,得到蜂窝状的胶原蛋白;
(8)将生物止血颗粒粉加入生理盐水溶解成饱和溶液,将步骤(7)中制得的胶原蛋白投入饱和溶液中,胶原蛋白与饱和溶液质量比为1:5~20,放入离心机中离心,去上清液得到填充生物止血颗粒粉的胶原蛋白;
(9)将步骤(8)中制得的胶原蛋白外包裹可降解膜和乳胶膜后即得生物止血膜。
相对于现有技术,本发明的技术效果为,将生物止血膜固定在文胸上,既能让止血膜起到创口止血的作用,又能减轻术后女性朋友的自卑心理,避免了不能穿文胸的尴尬。

具体实施方式
生物止血颗粒粉包括卡络磺钠5~10份、三七粉8~15份、艾叶粉5~10份、仙鹤草15~30份、醋甘氨酸乙二胺1~3份、青蒿素12~15份、生理盐水90~110份。
按照表1中的质量配比制备生物止血颗粒粉,

生物止血颗粒粉的制备方法包括,
步骤一:按照质量分数配比称取卡络磺钠、三七粉、艾叶粉、仙鹤草、醋甘氨酸乙二胺、青蒿素、生理盐水;
步骤二:将仙鹤草放入提取罐,加入生理盐水,加热至沸腾40min后,用直径为0.18μm的微孔滤膜过滤得到提取液,除菌备用;
步骤三:卡络磺钠、三七粉、艾叶粉、醋甘氨酸乙二胺、青蒿素加入提取液,用玻璃棒搅拌均匀后倒入金属冻干圆盘,用保鲜膜覆盖,放入-90℃冰箱进行预冷冻24h,使之充分成为固体,连同圆盘一起放入冻干仓进行冻干处理后,灭菌。

(7)将步骤(6)的胶原蛋白溶液用注射器注入冻干用的培养皿中,每个培养皿注入8ml,然后放入冻干机中,冷冻干燥至零下,40℃并抽真空升华15小时,得到蜂窝状的胶原蛋白;
(8)将生物止血颗粒粉加入生理盐水溶解成饱和溶液,将步骤(7)中制得的胶原蛋白投入饱和溶液中,胶原蛋白与饱和溶液质量比为1:20,放入离心机中离心,去上清液得到填充生物止血颗粒粉的胶原蛋白;
(9)将步骤(8)中制得的胶原蛋白外包裹可降解膜和乳胶膜后即得生物止血膜。
实施例4
一种生物止血膜,包括蜂窝状骨架3,蜂窝状骨架3为胶原蛋白质骨架,蜂窝状骨架3内填充有生物止血颗粒粉4,蜂窝状骨架3外包覆有可降解膜2, 可降解膜4采用海藻和明胶混合制成, 可降解膜4外包覆有乳胶膜5;所述生物止血膜1的形状为乳房的形状,所述生物止血膜1通过按扣6固定在文胸7上,通过穿戴文胸7将生物止血膜1贴附在乳房的创口上。
生物止血膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
(1)选取哺乳动物皮为原料,除去皮下组织,粉碎成颗粒;
(2)将步骤(1)中制得的颗粒进行脱脂;
(3)将步骤(2)脱脂后的原料放入浓度为0.5%的乙酸溶液中,并加入,蛋白酶,每150毫克的0.5%乙酸溶液中加入5克原料和2克的蛋白酶,充分混合混匀,使用磁力搅拌在常温下浸泡35小时,得到酶解液;
(4)将步骤(3)获得的酶解液使用纱布过滤除渣,然后真空抽滤;
(5)将步骤(4)过滤后的酶解液使用离心机进行离心,然后取上清液,上清液为胶原蛋白溶液粗品;
(6)将步骤(5)获得的胶原蛋白溶液粗品用0.155mol/L的乙酸溶液透析55小时,再以蒸馏水透析30小时,获得胶原蛋白溶液;
(7)将步骤(6)的胶原蛋白溶液用注射器注入冻干用的培养皿中,每个培养皿注入20ml,然后放入冻干机中,冷冻干燥至零下,50℃并抽真空升华18小时,得到蜂窝状的胶原蛋白;
(8)将生物止血颗粒粉加入生理盐水溶解成饱和溶液,将步骤(7)中制得的胶原蛋白投入饱和溶液中,胶原蛋白与饱和溶液质量比为1:15,放入离心机中离心,去上清液得到填充生物止血颗粒粉的胶原蛋白;
(9)将步骤(8)中制得的胶原蛋白外包裹可降解膜和乳胶膜后即得生物止血膜。
实施例5
一种生物止血膜,包括蜂窝状骨架3,蜂窝状骨架3为胶原蛋白质骨架,蜂窝状骨架3内填充有生物止血颗粒粉4,蜂窝状骨架3外包覆有可降解膜2, 可降解膜4采用海藻和明胶混合制成, 可降解膜4外包覆有乳胶膜5;所述生物止血膜1的形状为乳房的形状,所述生物止血膜1通过按扣6固定在文胸7上,通过穿戴文胸7将生物止血膜1贴附在乳房的创口上。
生物止血膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
(1)选取哺乳动物皮为原料,除去皮下组织,粉碎成颗粒;
(2)将步骤(1)中制得的颗粒进行脱脂;
(3)将步骤(2)脱脂后的原料放入浓度为0.3%的乙酸溶液中,并加入,蛋白酶,每120毫克的0.4%乙酸溶液中加入6克原料和4克的蛋白酶,充分混合混匀,使用磁力搅拌在常温下浸泡60小时,得到酶解液;
(4)将步骤(3)获得的酶解液使用纱布过滤除渣,然后真空抽滤;
(5)将步骤(4)过滤后的酶解液使用离心机进行离心,然后取上清液,上清液为胶原蛋白溶液粗品;
(6)将步骤(5)获得的胶原蛋白溶液粗品用0.145mol/L的乙酸溶液透析55小时,再以蒸馏水透析30小时,获得胶原蛋白溶液;
(7)将步骤(6)的胶原蛋白溶液用注射器注入冻干用的培养皿中,每个培养皿注入10ml,然后放入冻干机中,冷冻干燥至零下,45℃并抽真空升华16小时,得到蜂窝状的胶原蛋白;
(8)将生物止血颗粒粉加入生理盐水溶解成饱和溶液,将步骤(7)中制得的胶原蛋白投入饱和溶液中,胶原蛋白与饱和溶液质量比为1:10,放入离心机中离心,去上清液得到填充生物止血颗粒粉的胶原蛋白;
(9)将步骤(8)中制得的胶原蛋白外包裹可降解膜和乳胶膜后即得生物止血膜。
生物止血膜的治疗效果见表3,

由以上病例可看出,生物止血膜止血较快,止血效果好,止血后在不扯动伤口的情况下,伤口流血较少或不流血,止血膜不会被血渗透。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明整体构思前提下,还可以作出若干改变和改进,这些也应该视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1. 一种生物止血膜,其特征在于:包括蜂窝状骨架(3),蜂窝状骨架(3)为胶原蛋白质骨架,蜂窝状骨架(3)内填充有生物止血颗粒粉(4),蜂窝状骨架(3)外包覆有可降解膜(2),可降解膜(2)采用海藻和明胶混合制成, 可降解膜(2)外包覆有乳胶膜(5);
所述生物止血膜(1)的形状为乳房的形状。
2.如权利要求1所述的生物止血膜,其特征在于:所述生物止血膜(1)通过按扣(6)固定在文胸(7)上。
3.如权利要求1所述的生物止血膜,其特征在于:所述生物止血颗粒粉包括卡络磺钠5~10份、三七粉8~15份、艾叶粉5~10份、仙鹤草15~30份、醋甘氨酸乙二胺1~3份、青蒿素12~15份、生理盐水90~110份。
4.如权利要求3所述的生物止血膜,其特征在于:所述生物止血颗粒粉的制备方法包括,
步骤一:按照质量分数配比称取卡络磺钠、三七粉、艾叶粉、仙鹤草、醋甘氨酸乙二胺、青蒿素、生理盐水;
步骤二:将仙鹤草放入提取罐,加入生理盐水,加热至沸腾40min后,用直径为0.18μm的微孔滤膜过滤得到提取液,除菌备用;
步骤三:卡络磺钠、三七粉、艾叶粉、醋甘氨酸乙二胺、青蒿素加入提取液,用玻璃棒搅拌均匀后倒入金属冻干圆盘,用保鲜膜覆盖,放入-90℃冰箱进行预冷冻24h,使之充分成为固体,连同圆盘一起放入冻干仓进行冻干处理后,灭菌。
5.如权利要求1所述的生物止血膜,其特征在于:所述生物止血膜的制备方法包括以下步骤,
(1)选取哺乳动物皮为原料,除去皮下组织,粉碎成颗粒;
(2)将步骤(1)中制得的颗粒进行脱脂;
(3)将步骤(2)脱脂后的原料放入浓度为0.2%~0.5%的乙酸溶液中,并加入,蛋白酶,每100~150毫克的0.2%~0.5%乙酸溶液中加入5~10克原料和2~5克的蛋白酶,充分混合混匀,使用磁力搅拌在常温下浸泡35~60小时,得到酶解液;
(4)将步骤(3)获得的酶解液使用纱布过滤除渣,然后真空抽滤;
(5)将步骤(4)过滤后的酶解液使用离心机进行离心,然后取上清液,上清液为胶原蛋白溶液粗品;
(6)将步骤(5)获得的胶原蛋白溶液粗品用0.100mol/L~0.155mol/L的乙酸溶液透析45~55小时,再以蒸馏水透析25~30小时,获得胶原蛋白溶液;
(7)将步骤(6)的胶原蛋白溶液用注射器注入冻干用的培养皿中,每个培养皿注入8~20ml,然后放入冻干机中,冷冻干燥至零下,35℃~50℃并抽真空升华12~18小时,得到蜂窝状的胶原蛋白;
(8)将生物止血颗粒粉加入生理盐水溶解成饱和溶液,将步骤(7)中制得的胶原蛋白投入饱和溶液中,胶原蛋白与饱和溶液质量比为1:5~20,放入离心机中离心,去上清液得到填充生物止血颗粒粉的胶原蛋白;
(9)将步骤(8)中制得的胶原蛋白外包裹可降解膜和乳胶膜后即得生物止血膜。
