As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the developing cartridge 1 includes a developer carrying member 2, a developing cartridge frame 3 supporting the developer carrying member 2, and a developing cartridge handle 4 provided on the developing cartridge frame 3. The power receiving portion 11 is provided thereon with a receiving pawl portion 11a, the receiving pawl portion 11a projecting substantially in the first direction, the receiving pawl portion 11a being engageable with a drive head 100 (see fig. 5) in the image forming apparatus to receive a driving force of the drive head 100, and the power transmitting portion 13 transmitting the driving force to the gear portion 15. The first elastic member 14 is disposed between the gear portion 15 and the power receiving portion 11, and the first elastic member 14 provides an elastic force to control the expansion and contraction of the power receiving portion 11 in the first direction. The power transmission part 13 is provided with a first bolt hole 13a, the power receiving part 11 is provided with a second bolt hole 11b, the bolt 17 passes through the first bolt hole 13a and the second bolt hole 11b to fix the power receiving part 11, the gear part 15 is provided with a groove 15a, and the groove 15a is matched with the bolt 17 to receive the driving force from the power receiving part 11. The restricting member 16 is provided to prevent the power receiving portion 11 from disengaging from the gear portion 15. In this embodiment, the first elastic member 14 is a compression spring, and may be replaced by other elastic materials, such as elastic plastics, elastic metal sheets, and the like. The restricting member 16 is a snap spring that is snapped into the power transmission portion 13, but other restricting means may be used, such as a snap-fit type of the portion of the power transmission portion 11 protruding from the gear portion 15.
The developing cartridge 1 further includes a control mechanism 20 that controls the extension and contraction of the driving force receiving assembly 10, and the control mechanism 20 includes a force receiving member 21, a link 22, and a second elastic member 23. One end of the link 22 is provided with a first connecting portion 22a, and the force receiving member 21 is provided with a second connecting portion 21a that is engaged with the first connecting portion 22 a. The second elastic member 23 has one end abutting the developing cartridge frame 3 and the other end abutting the force receiving member 21, the force receiving member 21 having a rotation center 21b and a first force receiving portion 21c, the force receiving member 21 being rotatable about the rotation center 21b when an external force acts on the first force receiving portion 21 c. In order to make the rotation of the force receiving member 21 smoother, the first force receiving portion 21c and the second connecting portion 21a are provided on both sides of the rotation center 21b, respectively, in the present embodiment. In this embodiment, the first connecting portion 22a is configured to be a protruding snap-fit shape, and the second connecting portion 21a is configured to be a long hole shape that is in snap-fit with the protruding snap-fit shape, so that the structure can stably connect the force receiving member 21 and the connecting rod 22, alternatively, the first connecting portion 22a and the second connecting portion 21a may also be combined, for example, two protruding ribs are disposed on the connecting rod 22, and one end of the force receiving member 21 is directly inserted into the protruding ribs, so that the force receiving member can drive the connecting rod to move, and the above effects can be achieved as long as the structure capable of achieving the force transmission is configured. When the first force receiving portion 21c does not receive the external force when viewed from the side of the driving force receiving assembly 10 of the developing cartridge 1 in the first direction, the second elastic member 23 pushes the power receiving member 21 to rotate clockwise about the rotation center 21b by its own elastic force, and the force receiving member 21 pushes the first connecting portion 22a via the second connecting portion 21a to move the link 22 in a direction to approach the pressing block 12. The pressing portion 22c presses the pressed portion 12a to drive the pressing block 12 to move toward the retraction direction of the power receiving portion 11, the pressing block 12 presses the power transmitting portion 13 during the retraction process, and the power transmitting portion 13 drives the power receiving portion 11 to retract through the plug pin 17.
The connecting rod 22 is further provided with a guide hole 22b and a pressing part 22c, the developing box 1 further comprises a protecting cover 5 arranged on one side of the driving force receiving assembly 10, a guide block 5a is arranged on the protecting cover 5, and a pressed part 12a is arranged on the pressing block 12. The link 22 is moved along the guide block 5a to approach the pressing block 12 through the guide hole 22 b.
As shown in fig. 5 to 8, the image forming apparatus is provided with a first guide 101 for guiding the mounting of the photosensitive cartridge 50 and a second guide 102 for guiding the mounting of the developing cartridge 1, the second guide 102 being movably provided, and particularly the second guide being rotatable about a fulcrum 102a, the first guide 101 being provided above the second guide 102. When the photosensitive cartridge 50 is mounted to the first guide 101 and the developing cartridge 1 is mounted to the second guide 102, the photosensitive cartridge 50 will be located at the upper side of the developing cartridge 1. A force application assembly 110 is also provided in the imaging setup, the force application assembly 110 being disposed below the first rail 100 and the second rail 101. Meanwhile, since the force receiving member is pressed by the second force applying portion 110b, the second elastic member 23 will provide an urging force to cause the developer carrying member 2 in the developing cartridge 1 to contact the image carrying member 51 in the photosensitive cartridge with a predetermined pressing force, and therefore, the force receiving member 21 and the second elastic member also have the effect of urging the developer carrying member 2 to contact the image carrying member 51 with a certain pressing force to complete the development.
When printing is completed, the image forming apparatus controls the first force applying portion 110a and the second force applying portion 110b to move in a direction away from the force receiving member 21, the second force applying portion 110b releases the pressing of the first force receiving portion 21c, the second elastic member 23 pushes the force receiving member 21 to rotate clockwise about the rotation center 21b by its own elastic force, and the force receiving member 21 pushes the first connecting portion 22a via the second connecting portion 21a to move the link 22 in a direction closer to the pressing block 12. The pressing portion 22c presses the pressed portion 12a to drive the pressing block 12 to move toward the retraction direction of the power receiving portion 11, the pressing block 12 presses the power transmitting portion 13 during the retraction process, and the power transmitting portion 13 drives the power receiving portion 11 to retract through the plug pin 17 to disengage from the driving head 100 in the image forming apparatus.
The force receiving member 21 is further provided with a second force receiving portion 21d engaged with the first force applying portion 110a, and the second force receiving portion 21d receives the force of the first force applying portion 110a to move the developing cartridge 1 so that the developer bearing member 2 is out of contact with the image bearing member 51, thereby preventing the developer bearing member 2 from contaminating the image bearing member 51.

The force receiving member provided in the developing cartridge 1 in cooperation with the force applying assembly in the image forming apparatus may accomplish switching between the contact and separation states of the developing cartridge 2 in the developing cartridge 1 and the image bearing member 51 in the photosensitive cartridge 50. the developing box and the photosensitive box can rotate relatively;
the developing cartridge has a housing that can accommodate a developer;
it is characterized in that;
the developing box comprises a power receiving part which can stretch and contract along a first direction of the rotation axis of the developing box, the power receiving part can be meshed with the driving head to receive driving force from the driving head, the developing box further comprises a control mechanism for controlling the stretching of the power receiving part, and the control mechanism controls the power receiving part to stretch out and push the developer carrying component to contact with the image carrying component with a certain pressure while being meshed with the driving head.
2. A process cartridge according to claim 1, wherein a reciprocally movable force applying assembly is provided in said image forming apparatus, said force applying assembly having a force applying portion;
the developing cartridge includes a driving force receiving assembly including the power receiving portion, the driving force receiving assembly having a pressed portion, the control mechanism including a force receiving member that receives a force of the force applying portion to move, and a force transmitting mechanism that transmits an external force received by the force receiving member to the pressed portion and presses the pressed portion to control the power receiving portion to be extended and retracted in a first direction.
3. A process cartridge according to claim 1, wherein said image forming apparatus includes a reciprocally movable force applying assembly having a force applying portion, and said control mechanism includes a force receiving member provided with an elastic member between said housing and said force receiving member, and being movable with said force receiving member and pressing said elastic member when said force applying portion is moved, said elastic member providing an elastic force to keep said developer carrying member in contact with said image carrying member with a certain pressure.

A process cartridge according to claim 3, wherein said control mechanism includes a connecting lever movably connected to said force receiving member, said connecting lever controlling expansion and contraction of said power receiving portion, said force receiving member being rotatable about a rotation center, said connecting lever and elastic member being provided on both sides of said rotation center.

A process cartridge according to claim 3, wherein said force receiving member is rotatable about a rotation center, said force receiving member has two end portions with respect to said rotation center, one end portion of said force receiving member is provided with a force receiving portion which can receive an external force of said force applying portion, and movement of the other end portion of said force receiving member controls expansion and contraction of said power receiving portion.
6. A process cartridge according to any one of claims 3 to 5, wherein said force receiving member controls said power receiving portion to project into engagement with said driving head to receive the driving force from said driving head when said elastic member is pressed.
7. A process cartridge according to claim 1, wherein said image forming apparatus includes a reciprocally movable force applying assembly having a first force applying portion and a second force applying portion, said control mechanism includes a force receiving member having a first force receiving portion which is moved by receiving a force of said second force applying portion and urges said developer carrying member to contact said image bearing member with a certain pressure, and a second force receiving portion which is moved by receiving a force of said first force applying portion and separates said developer carrying member from said image bearing member.
8. A process cartridge according to claim 7, wherein said first force receiving portion is provided on said force receiving member facing said second force receiving portion.
9. A process cartridge according to claim 8, wherein said control mechanism includes a connecting lever movably connected to said force receiving member, said connecting lever controlling expansion and contraction of said power receiving portion, and an elastic member abutting on said force receiving member, said force receiving member being rotatable about a rotation center, said connecting lever and said elastic member being provided on both sides of said rotation center.

A process cartridge according to claim 8, wherein said force receiving member is rotatable about a rotation center, said force receiving member has two end portions with respect to said rotation center, one end portion of said force receiving member is provided with a force receiving portion which can receive an external force of said force applying portion, and movement of the other end portion of said force receiving member controls expansion and contraction of said power receiving portion.
11. A process cartridge according to claim 1, wherein said developer carrying member and said image bearing member are switchable between a contact position and a separation position, and wherein said control mechanism includes a force receiving member movable in response to an external force, an elastic member being provided between said force receiving member and said casing, said force receiving member compressing said elastic member upon receiving the external force to cause said developer carrying member to contact said image bearing member with a pressure while controlling said power receiving portion to be projected into engagement with said driving head to receive a driving force from said driving head, and an elastic force of said elastic member pushing said force receiving member and controlling said power receiving portion to be retracted out of engagement with said driving head when said force receiving member does not receive the external force.
