The zipper prepared from the water repellent cloth tape provided by the invention has excellent water repellent performance. Also has excellent smoothness. The water splashing prevention grade of the water splashing prevention zipper reaches 4-5 grades, and the smoothness is lower than 6N.

Due to the development requirements of outdoor sports goods, products with special functions such as water resistance and the like are more and more widely applied, and the zipper serving as a clothing accessory also has special requirements in products such as special clothing and the like. That requires that the whole be protected against water spillage, especially in the tape section.
At present, a method for preventing water from being splashed on a cloth tape comprises the steps that firstly, a waterproof coating or a waterproof film is attached to the surface of a zipper cloth tape at a certain temperature and pressure through adhesive, so that the surface has the function of preventing water from being splashed; secondly, the chemical liquid is used for soaking or spraying treatment, and the water-splashing-preventing function is achieved. Because the anti-splashing zipper adopts the coating or the waterproof film to be attached to the surface of the zipper cloth belt through the adhesive under certain temperature and pressure, the operation is troublesome, the softness of the cloth belt is damaged, and meanwhile, the thickness of the coated zipper cloth belt is increased to some extent, so that the pull-close smoothness of the zipper is influenced; the zipper, which is protected from water by chemical immersion or spraying, is used for a period of time after the surface chemical agent is deactivated, thereby losing the function of protecting against water.

Preferably, the mass percentage of hot melt adhesive in the hot melt adhesive-containing yarn is 30-50%.

The invention provides a water-splashing-preventing cloth belt which is prepared by the following method:
weaving yarns containing hot melt adhesive, and ironing to form a cloth belt;
the yarn containing the hot melt adhesive is prepared by the following method:
adhering hot melt adhesive to the surface of the single-stranded polyester yarn to obtain a yarn containing the hot melt adhesive; the material of the hot melt adhesive is selected from polyamide and/or polyester;
or the yarn containing the hot melt adhesive is prepared by the following method:
mixing the polyester yarn with the hot melt silk, and weaving to obtain the yarn containing the hot melt silk; the material of the thermal fuse is selected from polyamide and/or polyester.
The anti-splashing zipper provided by the invention has excellent anti-splashing performance. Also has excellent smoothness.
In the present invention, the hot melt adhesive-containing yarn can be prepared by the following method:
adhering hot melt adhesive to the surface of the single-stranded polyester yarn to obtain a yarn containing the hot melt adhesive; the material of the hot melt adhesive is selected from polyamide and/or polyester.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic view of a processing process of manufacturing a waterproof layer of a cloth tape by using yarns with single-stranded common polyester yarns with hot melt adhesive adhered to the surfaces thereof according to the present invention.
In the invention, the yarn containing the hot melt adhesive obtained in the above manner is of a skin-core structure, and the skin is a hot melt adhesive layer.
The specific preferred hot melt adhesive that adheres to single strand polyester yarn surface includes:
and (3) immersing the single-ply polyester yarn into the molten hot melt adhesive.
Immersing the single-ply polyester yarn into molten hot melt adhesive so that the hot melt adhesive completely covers the surface of the yarn; and then taking out and airing until the hot melt adhesive is solidified to obtain the yarn containing the hot melt adhesive.
In the present invention, the hot melt adhesive-containing yarn can also be prepared by the following method:
mixing the polyester yarn with the hot melt silk, and weaving to obtain the yarn containing the hot melt silk; the material of the thermal fuse is selected from polyamide and/or polyester.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view of a process of manufacturing a waterproof layer of a cloth tape by using a yarn in which a thermal fuse and a polyester yarn are mixed according to the present invention.
In the invention, the specification of the polyester yarn is preferably 300D; the specification of the thermal fuse is preferably 150D. The polyester yarn is composed of a plurality of polyester yarn fibers; the thermal fuse is composed of a plurality of thermal fuse fibers. In the invention, the melting point of the polyamide is preferably 85-180 ℃; the melting point of the polyester is preferably 85-180 ℃. The hot melt adhesive is applied to polyester yarn fibers at 100-130 ℃ and 0.35-0.5 MPa, and can form the hot melt adhesive with an adhesive effect.
In the invention, the temperature of the mixing of the polyester yarn and the thermal fuse is preferably 10-35 ℃, and more preferably 15-25 ℃; at the temperature, the thermal fuse is solid, so that each polyester yarn fiber is ensured to be contacted with the thermal fuse fiber.
In the invention, the mass percentage of hot melt adhesive in the hot melt adhesive-containing yarn is preferably 30-50%.
The invention weaves the yarns containing the hot melt adhesive as warps and wefts, and then scalds the tapes for forming to obtain the cloth tapes. In the invention, the pressure for shaping the ironing belt is preferably 0.4-0.5 MPa; the temperature for shaping the ironing belt is preferably 90-130 ℃. The hot melt adhesive in the shaping of the ironing belt is completely attached to the surface of the cloth belt after being melted, the gaps among the yarns of the cloth belt are filled, and the adhesive layer does not seep water, so that the effect of preventing water splashing is achieved.
The invention provides a water-splashing-preventing zipper, which comprises the water-splashing-preventing cloth belt in the technical scheme.
According to the invention, the water-repellent cloth belt and the zipper are preferably stacked to obtain the water-repellent zipper. The model of the anti-splashing zipper is No. 3 or No. 7.
The water-repellent zipper provided by the invention has a remarkable water-repellent effect; the softness and thickness of the cloth belt are not damaged; the smoothness is good.
In the present invention, said performance between non-waterproofing and completely waterproofing is referred to as the waterproofing function: typically, water droplets form on the surface (like a lotus leaf) and then rapidly slide off in the form of water droplets by wave motion.
The rating for the water repellency rating according to AATCC 22 is 5 grades, with 5 grades being the best and 1 grade the worst.
Grade 5-no water droplets were stained on the sample side tested;
grade 4-there is a slight wet spot on the sample side tested;
level 3-there are obvious raindrops on the sample surface tested;
grade 2-partial wetting on the sample side tested;
grade 1-the sample side tested was totally wet.
In the present invention, the smoothness of the water-repellent zipper was tested according to QB/T2173-2014:
the method comprises the following specific steps: and randomly cutting a section of zipper with the length of 200mm, pulling the zipper head on the zipper tape for 3 times in a reciprocating manner, pulling the zipper tape open and horizontally placing the zipper tape on the workbench, and troweling the separated zipper tape by hand. One end of the separated chain belt is arranged in a fixed clamp and locked, and the pulling piece is sleeved on the shifting clamp. And (4) enabling the reading of the tester to return to zero, starting the tester, driving the puller to move to the position of about 30mm at the upper end of the fixed clamp by the shifting clamp, and enabling the maximum numerical value displayed by the tester to be the smoothness of the zipper.
The smoothness standards of zippers with different specifications can be different, the number 3 zipper does not exceed 4N, and the number 7 zipper does not exceed 7N.
In order to further illustrate the present invention, a water repellent tape and a water repellent zipper according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples, which should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
The method comprises the steps of heating polyamide hot melt adhesive with a melting point of 95 ℃ in a metal container until the hot melt adhesive is completely melted to be in a liquid state, dispersedly soaking conventional 300D polyester yarns into the hot melt adhesive solution, taking out the polyester yarns, naturally drying the polyester yarns for about 30 seconds, and coiling the obtained adhesive layer yarns into coils for later use after the surfaces of the yarns are slightly solidified.
Weaving the glue layer yarns into zipper cloth belts by using warps and wefts respectively, and sewing teeth to form zipper stacking; and (3) stacking the zippers, carrying out steam ironing on the tapes, wherein the steam ironing pressure is 0.4-0.5 MPa, the surface temperature is about 100-130 ℃, and cutting off and assembling the sliders through the subsequent process to obtain the No. 7 splash-proof zipper.
According to the above test method, the water repellent performance and the smoothness of the water repellent slide fastener were tested. The test results are: the water splashing prevention reaches 4-5 grades, and the smoothness is lower than 6N.
Example 2
150D polyester hot melt filaments with the melting point of 95 ℃ on the market and conventional 300D polyester filaments are mixed and used as weft, the weft and the warp of the conventional 300D polyester filaments are woven into a zipper cloth belt, the hot melt filaments are fully contacted with the warp and the weft, and the sewing teeth form zipper stacking. And (3) stacking the zippers, carrying out steam ironing on the tapes, wherein the steam ironing pressure is 0.4-0.5 MPa, the surface temperature is about 100-130 ℃, and cutting off and assembling the sliders through the subsequent process to obtain the No. 7 water-repellent zipper.
According to the above test method, the water repellent performance and the smoothness of the water repellent slide fastener were tested. The test results are: the water splashing prevention reaches 4 grades, and the smoothness is lower than 6N.

The zipper prepared from the water repellent cloth tape provided by the invention has excellent water repellent performance. Also has excellent smoothness. The experimental results show that: the water splashing prevention grade of the water splashing prevention zipper reaches 4-5 grades, and the smoothness is lower than 6N.
