Background
At present, the most applied long-acting type anticorrosion primer for the building steel structure is a solvent type epoxy zinc-rich primer. However, with the increasing awareness of environmental protection and the health of environmental regulations, the application of the conventional solvent-based coating is increasingly limited due to the Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) and the Harmful Air Pollutants (HAP). Therefore, the development and popularization of the low-VOC and even zero-VOC environment-friendly water-based anticorrosive paint are great tendency, which also prompts the research on the water-based epoxy zinc-rich primer.
The water-based epoxy zinc-rich primer in the prior art, such as Chinese patent document with application number 201510066224.7, discloses a heavy-duty two-component water-based epoxy zinc-rich primer and a preparation method thereof, although the product uses water as a diluent, because the viscosity of epoxy resin is very high, a large amount of active diluent and cosolvent are needed, a lot of organic solvents are inevitably contained, the smell is pungent, and the viscosity is high, so that the construction and film-forming performance are not facilitated.
The Chinese patent document with the application number of 201610310867.6 discloses a water-based epoxy zinc-rich primer, which has poor durability and no abnormality only after 168 hours of salt water resistance (3%), which is far from reaching the product standard of zinc-rich paint.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing the long-acting water-based epoxy zinc-rich anticorrosive primer with excellent performance, simple and convenient construction process and good anticorrosive durability.

The long-acting water-based epoxy zinc-rich anticorrosive primer is characterized by being a mixture of a component A and a component B, wherein the mixing ratio of the component A to the component B is 4: 1-6: 1 in percentage by weight; wherein,
the component A is a composition of the following substances in parts by mass: 5-8 parts of an epoxy curing agent, 78-85 parts of zinc powder, 0.5-2 parts of a powdery anti-settling agent, 0.5-1 part of a liquid anti-settling agent, 8-15 parts of a cosolvent, 0.1-0.3 part of a defoaming agent and 0.5-1 part of an anti-flash rust agent;
the component B is a composition of the following substances in parts by mass: 80-90 parts of water-based epoxy emulsion, 10-15 parts of water, 0.5-1 part of bactericide, 1-2 parts of propylene glycol and a proper amount of defoaming agent.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the epoxy curing agent is a polyamine modified waterborne polyamide curing agent. Low viscosity and good wettability, and is suitable for preparing high filling paint.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the zinc powder is one or a mixture of two of spherical zinc powder and flake zinc powder with the sizes of 325 meshes, 500 meshes and 800 meshes.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the powdery anti-settling agent is one or a mixture of two of gas silicon, water-based bentonite and water-based polyamide wax.

Also as a further improvement of the technical scheme, the aqueous epoxy emulsion is a solid epoxy resin water dispersion emulsion, the epoxy equivalent is 450-600 g/eq, the viscosity is low, the VOC content is low, and the solid content is 52-55%.
Further, the component A is prepared by the following preparation method:
①, accurately weighing the cosolvent, adding the cosolvent into the stirring kettle, and slowly stirring;
②, accurately weighing the epoxy curing agent, and slowly adding the epoxy curing agent into the stirring kettle in the stirring process;

④, after the zinc powder is added, the stirring speed is increased to 1000 rpm, and the stirring is continued for 20-30 minutes to obtain the component A.
Further, the component B is prepared by the following method:
①, adding propylene glycol, a defoaming agent and a bactericide into deionized water according to the formula amount, and stirring for 5min at the rotating speed of 300-500 r/min to obtain a fully mixed solution;
②, adding the water-based epoxy emulsion with the formula amount into the mixed solution, and stirring at 700-800 r/m to obtain the component B.

Compared with the traditional solvent type epoxy zinc-rich anticorrosive primer, the long-acting water-based epoxy zinc-rich anticorrosive primer disclosed by the invention adopts water-based environment-friendly raw materials, so that the emission of harmful substances is greatly reduced, and the damage to the environment and constructors caused by the accumulation of a large amount of solvents is eliminated. In addition, the invention adopts the low-viscosity epoxy emulsion and the curing agent, and can obtain a low-viscosity product without adding a large amount of epoxy diluent, so that the construction process is simple and convenient, the film-forming property is good, the corrosion resistance and the durability are good, and the invention is suitable for building steel structural members with high requirements on corrosion resistance.

(1) the preparation method of the component A comprises the following steps:
①, accurately weighing the cosolvent, adding the cosolvent into the stirring kettle, and slowly stirring;
②, accurately weighing the epoxy curing agent, and slowly adding the epoxy curing agent into the stirring kettle in the stirring process;
③, stirring, and adding the defoamer, the flash rust inhibitor, the liquid anti-settling agent, the powder anti-settling agent and the zinc powder into the mixture in sequence;
④, after the zinc powder is added, the stirring speed is increased to 1000 rpm, and the stirring is continued for 20-30 minutes to obtain the component A.
(2) The preparation method of the component B comprises the following steps:
①, adding propylene glycol, a defoaming agent and a bactericide into deionized water according to the formula amount, and stirring for 5min at the rotating speed of 300-500 r/min to obtain full mixing;
②, adding the aqueous epoxy emulsion with the formula amount into the mixed solution, and stirring at 700-800 r/m to obtain the component B.
(3) And uniformly mixing the component A and the component B in a weight ratio of 4:1 to obtain the long-acting water-based epoxy zinc-rich anticorrosive primer.
The properties of the products of examples 1 to 5 were determined according to HG/T3668-2009 "Zinc-rich primer" standard and are shown in Table 2.

the component B is a composition of the following substances in parts by mass: 80-90 parts of water-based epoxy emulsion, 10-15 parts of water, 0.5-1 part of bactericide, 1-2 parts of propylene glycol and a proper amount of defoaming agent.
2. The long-acting waterborne epoxy zinc-rich anti-corrosion primer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the epoxy curing agent is polyamine-modified waterborne polyamide curing agent.
3. The long-acting water-based epoxy zinc-rich anti-corrosive primer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the zinc powder is one or a mixture of two of spherical zinc powder and flake zinc powder with the sizes of 325 meshes, 500 meshes and 800 meshes.
4. The long-acting water-based epoxy zinc-rich anti-corrosion primer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the powdery anti-settling agent is one or a mixture of two of gas silicon, water-based bentonite and water-based polyamide wax.
5. The long-acting water-based epoxy zinc-rich antiseptic primer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cosolvent is at least one of propylene glycol monomethyl ether, propylene glycol butyl ether and ethylene glycol butyl ether.
6. The long-acting water-based epoxy zinc-rich anti-corrosion primer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water-based epoxy emulsion is a solid epoxy resin water dispersion emulsion, the epoxy equivalent is 450-600 g/eq, and the solid content of the low viscosity and the low VOC content is 52-55%.
