Abstract
本发明公开了一种骨痹胶囊及其制备方法，该药以川乌、熟地等20种中草药加水提取和鹿茸、蜈蚣等10种中草药炮制细料混合制备，提取药材煎液浓缩成膏后制粉与细料部份细粉混合制成胶囊。该药有填精壮髓，壮腰健骨，舒筋活络，消炎止痛的作用。主要用于颈椎、腰椎、四肢关节骨质增生和各种不明原因的腰腿颈肩病的治疗。本方疗效确切、安全、副作用少，标本兼治。
Description
本发明是一种治疗骨质增生等退行性病变引起的腰颈肩病的中成药及其制备方法。
骨质增生是骨衰老和退行性病变的表现，中医称之为骨痹、骨刺、骨赘。人到中年，内分泌紊乱，肝肾亏虚失荣，气血不调，筋肉不坚，使骨营养不良，发育异常，荣养乏源，即无力保护骨骼，补养骨髓，又不能约束诸骨，使骨过早过快出现退变，周围血管、神经、韧带病理改变，关节局部磨损，而出现四肢、颈、腰部关节酸、胀、麻木，疼痛僵硬，下蹲困难等一系列临床症状和体征。目前国内常用骨刺片，骨仙片，骨刺消痛液，骨质增生一贴灵来治疗骨质增生引起的疼痛，但由于未能找准病因起源，治标不好，治本更难，使患者久治不愈，痛苦不已。
本发明的目的就是提供一种治疗骨质增生引起的颈、肩、腰病的中成药骨痹胶囊及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的。
它是由下述重量配比的原料制成的，它由两部份组成
(1)提取部份：
制川乌 15 熟地 30 怀牛藤 12 川断 15
制草乌 15 赤芍 12 木 瓜 24 丹参 30
制南星 15 川芎 10 白 芍 50 当归 10
骨碎补 30 补骨脂 15 狗 脊 15 杜仲 10
威灵仙 15 穿破石 30 巴 戟 15 淫羊藿 24
(2)细料部份
鹿 茸 10 全蜈蚣 10 地龙 10 土鳖 10
穿山甲 10 全 虫 10 生乳香 10 生没药 10
制马钱子粉13 活性钙 22.5
其制备方法是：
1)制马钱子粉：将合格的马钱子用童便浸泡7天后，砂炒到颜色呈棕褐色，粉碎过筛。
2)制备细料部份药粉：将炮制合格细料部份药材粉碎过筛。
3)制备提取部份药粉：将提取部份药材炮制合格后，置于煎煮锅中，加水过锅面，煮提两次，将煎液过滤，减压浓缩成膏，热测密度为d＝1.30，80℃干燥后粉碎过筛。
4)混合：将马钱子粉，细料药粉，提取药粉充分混匀，马钱子粉按等量递增法加入，过筛装入胶囊。
本发明骨痹胶囊组方是以补益肝肾之源，强壮筋骨为本，同时配合通经活络，搜剔沉寒瘀痹之品，以图标本同治，荣养有源，推迟骨的退行性病变。方用鹿茸、熟地、补骨脂、骨碎补、淫羊藿，巴戟滋补肝肾；杜仲、狗脊、川断、牛膝入肾充髓，壮腰坚骨，丹参、赤芍、土鳖、穿山甲、蜈蚣、全虫、走窜经络，直达病所，改善骨内血液循环，增加对骨质营养，消磨骨赘，解除疼痛。诸药合用，有填精壮髓，壮腰健骨，舒筋活络，消炎止痛的作用。主要用于颈椎、腰椎、四肢关节骨质增生和各种不明原因的腰腿颈肩病的治疗。本方疗效确切、安全、副作用少，经临床应用，使98％以上患者消除和减轻了痛苦。
下面详述本发明的实施例。
骨痹胶囊由两大部份组成，具体为
1.提取部份(单位：克)
制川乌 15 熟地 30 怀牛膝 12 川断 15
制草乌 15 赤芍 12 木 瓜 24 丹参 30
制南星 15 川芎 10 白 芍 50 当归 10
骨碎补 30 补骨脂 15 狗 脊 15 杜仲 10
威灵仙 15 穿破石 30 巴 戟 15 淫羊藿 24
2.细料部份(单位：克)
鹿 茸 10 全蜈蚣 10 地 龙 10 土鳖 10
穿山甲 10 全 虫 10 生乳香 10 生没药 10
制马钱子粉13 活性钙 22.5
制备方法如下：
1)制马钱子粉：将合格的马钱子用童便浸泡7天后，砂炒到颜色呈棕褐色，粉碎过80目筛。
2)制备细料部份药粉：将炮制合格细料部份药材粉碎过80目筛。
3)制备提取部份药粉：将提取部份药材炮制合格后，置于煎煮锅中，加水过锅面，煮提两次，将煎液过滤，减压浓缩成膏，热测密度为d＝1.30，80℃干燥后粉碎过80目筛。
4)混合：将马钱子粉，细料药粉，提取药粉充分混匀，马钱子粉按等量递增法加入，过筛装入胶囊。
每粒胶囊药重0.3克±5％，按以上量制成的骨痹胶囊可以服用一个月，三个月为一个疗程，一个月即有满意疗效，用法用量为一天3次，每2～3粒，饭后服用。

1.一种骨痹胶囊，其特征在于：它是由下述重量配比的原料制成的，它由两部份组成：
(1)提取部份：
制川乌 15 熟地 30 怀牛膝 12 川断 15
制草乌 15 赤芍 12 木 瓜 24 丹参 30
制南星 15 川芎 10 白 芍 50 当归 10
骨碎补 30 补骨脂 15 狗 脊 15 杜仲 10
威灵仙 15 穿破石 30 巴 戟 15 淫羊藿 24
(2)细料部份

2.权利要求1所述的骨痹胶囊的制备方法，其特征是：
1)制马钱子粉：将合格的马钱子用童便浸泡7天后，砂炒到颜色呈棕褐色，粉碎过筛；
2)制备细料部份药粉：将炮制合格细料部份药材粉碎过筛；
3)制备提取部份药粉：将提取部份药材炮制合格后，置于煎煮锅中，加水过锅面，煮提两次，将煎液过滤，减压浓缩成膏，热测密度为d＝1.30，80℃干燥后粉碎过筛；
4)混合：将马钱子粉，细料药粉，提取药粉三部分充分混匀，马钱子粉按等量递增法加入，过筛装入胶囊。
