The automatic sealing plug arranging machine for producing active carbon filter tip includes automatic sealing plug arranging device, automatic y-shaped sealing plug arranging device and special transverse arranging belt conveyer, and features that the automatic sealing plug arranging device consists of needle hanging array board and sealing plug array pore board combined together via guide post and guide post hole, the special transverse arranging belt conveyer consists of horizontal frame, motor driving roller, driven roller, truss frame and conveyer belt, the motor driving roller and driven roller are hinged separately to the front end and the back end of the horizontal frame, the truss frame is positioned on two sides of the inside of the horizontal frame, the upper surface of the truss frame supports the conveyer belt for circular motion around the motor driving roller and driven roller, and the guide rails with symmetrical structure are positioned in the middle part of the horizontal beam, the automatic sealing device is used for guiding and correcting the automatic sealing device, the automatic sealing device is driven by the conveying belt to directly move along the direction limited by the guide rail, the upper rail edge of the guide rail is higher than the surface of the conveying belt, the rail edges at two sides of the automatic sealing device are suitable for passing through, the rear part of the horizontal rack is provided with a vertical upward longitudinal arrangement device rack, the automatic y-shaped sealing device is arranged and positioned above the longitudinal arrangement device rack, the lower chute of the automatic y-shaped sealing device extends forwards and downwards to be close to the conveying belt, the outlet of the lower chute is far away from the conveying belt, the hanging needle on the automatic sealing device can reliably hang the sealing device, the automatic sealing device is provided with a plurality of rows of hanging needle arrays with equal longitudinal and transverse spacing, the number and the interval of the longitudinal rows of the hanging needle array are equal to those of the sealing sliding grooves in the lower sliding groove of the y-shaped sealing automatic longitudinal arrangement device, the guide rails limit the left and right positions of the sealing automatic transverse arrangement device, all hanging points of all longitudinal rows on the sealing automatic transverse arrangement device are required to be aligned with all sealing sliding grooves in the lower sliding groove of the y-shaped sealing automatic longitudinal arrangement device, a necking reed is arranged at the outlet of each sealing sliding groove, the y-shaped sealing automatic longitudinal arrangement device automatically arranges sealing with the sealing opening facing downwards and slides into each sealing sliding groove in the lower sliding groove, the sealing is stopped at the necking reed at the outlet of the sealing sliding groove, and the sealing automatic transverse arrangement device is separated from the necking reed at the outlet of the sealing sliding groove under the external force of the hanging needles, so that the purpose of automatic arrangement is realized.

The invention works as follows: the method comprises the steps of combining and positioning a needle array plate and a sealing array pore plate of an automatic sealing device together through guide posts and guide post holes, placing the whole device on a conveying belt according to the direction, aligning rails on two sides of the needle array plate with guide rails on two sides of the conveying belt, arranging the sealing plugs with downward sealing openings in each sealing chute by a y-shaped sealing automatic longitudinal arrangement device, stopping the sealing plugs at a necking reed position of an outlet of the sealing chute, driving the automatic sealing device to move forward when the conveying belt moves forward at a constant speed, hanging the sealing plugs in a row, hanging one row of hanging needles in the forward direction, opening the lower chute by each row of sealing plugs under the action of the pulling force of the conveying belt until the sealing plugs are all covered by the sealing automatic longitudinal arrangement device, placing an upper pressing plate on the hanging sealing plugs until the sealing device, pressing the sealing plates by the sealing device, pressing the sealing plates on two sides of the sealing chute by the sealing plates by the other four fingers along the thumb, and simultaneously producing the sealing arrays by the thumb, and filling the sealing arrays into the pore plate array, and producing the sealing arrays by the array pore plate, and the two-sealing array pore plate array hole plate can be produced at the same time, and the process of the array pore plate is produced by the array and the array sealing plate and the array hole sealing plate and the array hole plate and the hole plate array sealing; the plug is plugged into the paper tube. And the method is prepared in advance for greatly improving the efficiency in the process of sealing and plugging the paper tube.
According to the technical scheme, if the conveyor belt moves forwards at a constant speed of 10 CM/s, two or three thousands of sealing plugs can be automatically arranged within five seconds, so that the invention can rapidly and longitudinally arrange the sealing plugs with high efficiency, and can also provide a preliminary preparation for greatly improving the efficiency for the subsequent process of sealing plugs into paper tubes.

Detailed Description

The motor type driving roller 26 is a gear motor type driving roller, and a conveyor belt tensioning adjusting bolt 11 is arranged at the tail part of the horizontal frame 1 in order to ensure that the conveyor belt of the special transverse arrangement belt conveyor has enough tension.
The embodiment of the invention works by combining and positioning a needle array plate 12 and a sealing array pore plate 13 of a sealing automatic transverse arrangement device together through guide posts and guide post holes, then placing the whole device on a conveying belt 16 according to the direction, aligning rail edges 20 on two sides of the needle array plate 12 with guide rails 10 on two sides of the sealing automatic transverse arrangement device 8, arranging the sealing 15 with a downward sealing opening in each sealing sliding groove 19 in a lower sliding groove 5 and stopping at a shrinkage reed 17 at the outlet of the sealing sliding groove 19, driving the sealing automatic transverse arrangement device to move forward when the conveying belt 16 moves forward at a constant speed, hanging the sealing 15 in a row when moving forward, separating the sealing 15 from the lower sliding groove 5 under the action of the pulling force of the conveying belt 16 until the sealing automatic transverse arrangement device slides down on each sealing sliding groove 19, fully sealing the sealing 15, then filling the sealing opening 15 on the sealing sliding grooves 2 by the sealing sliding grooves, and simultaneously pressing the sealing plates 2 with the sealing opening plates 13 in a row by the sealing sliding way, and simultaneously pressing the sealing plates 13 in a row by the sealing sliding grooves 2, and simultaneously filling the sealing plates 13 into the sealing array plate 13, and simultaneously driving the sealing plates 13 into the two arrays of pore plates 13. The process of plugging the paper tube by the sealing plug 15 greatly improves the efficiency and is prepared in advance.
As can be seen from the above specific embodiments, if the conveyor belt advances at a constant speed of 10 CM/second, two or three thousands of sealing plugs can be automatically arranged within five seconds, so that the invention can rapidly and longitudinally arrange the sealing plugs with high efficiency, and can also provide a preliminary preparation for greatly improving the efficiency for the subsequent process of sealing plugs into paper tubes.
