本发明申请属于汽车配件加工领域,具体公开了一种飞轮盖钻孔夹具,包括长方体机架,机架顶面转动连接有棘爪和竖向螺纹杆,螺纹杆下端设有尖刺部,螺纹杆上端为自由端,所述螺纹杆上同轴连接有棘轮,棘轮位于机架上表面,棘爪和棘轮啮合;螺纹杆上螺纹连接有夹持环,夹持环侧壁沿夹持环的中轴线对称开设有两个通孔,两个通孔内均滑动连接有张紧杆,张紧杆一端设有楔形面,张紧杆另一端固定连接有张紧块,楔形面和螺纹杆尖刺部相配合;机架底面上固定安装有气缸,气缸和夹持环卡扣连接,气缸侧面设有吹气孔,吹气孔处设有放气塞,放气塞与气缸之间通过弹簧连接。与现有技术相比,本发明结构简单,均匀打孔,适合各种型号的飞轮盖,适用性强。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车配件加工领域,具体公开了一种飞轮盖钻孔夹具。
背景技术
飞轮盖是发动机的零部件之一,发动机飞轮盖位于机架和变速箱之间,发动机飞轮盖安装于发动机飞轮的外部并与发动机机架和变速箱固定连接,飞轮盖通过飞轮腔室用于罩盖飞轮,起到安全防护作用,但是在飞轮盖钻孔加工的过程中,由于飞轮盖侧面上具有一定的弧度,导致不易夹紧。
现有技术中常采用三爪卡盘或钳子对汽车配件进行夹持钻孔,但由于弧面导致钳子以及三爪卡盘和工件间的接触面小,使得飞轮盖容易从钳子或三爪卡盘上掉落,并且容易因为受力过于集中而将飞轮盖划花。另外,钻孔会产生大量的碎屑,而现有技术中的采用钳子或三爪卡盘等夹具时,无法实现对碎屑的及时自动清理,使得操作人员容易将碎屑吸入而患呼吸病,不利于操作人员的身体健康且容易影响操作人员的操作,同时,碎屑常常是后期进行人工清理,这样增加了后期清理的工作量。
基于上述问题,现需要一种飞轮盖的钻孔夹具,能够在不损坏飞轮盖的同时对飞轮盖进行准确定位,同时实现在飞轮盖钻孔过程中对飞轮盖钻孔产生的碎屑进行清理。
发明内容
本发明的目的在提供一种飞轮盖钻孔夹具,以解决飞轮盖夹具装夹过程复杂、设备成本高和打孔不均匀的问题,实现飞轮盖侧面钻孔。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的基础方案为:一种飞轮盖钻孔夹具,包括长方体机架,机架顶面转动连接有竖向的螺纹杆,螺纹杆下端设有尖刺部,螺纹杆上端为自由端,所述螺纹杆上同轴连接有棘轮,所述棘轮位于机架上方,所述机架上转动连接有棘爪,所述棘爪和棘轮啮合;所述机架底面上固定安装有气缸,所述气缸上卡扣连接有夹持环,所述夹持环可与螺纹杆螺纹配合,所述夹持环侧壁沿夹持环的中轴线对称开设有两个通孔,两个所述通孔内均滑动连接有张紧杆,所述张紧杆一端设有楔形面,张紧杆另一端固定连接有和飞轮盖内壁弧度相匹配的张紧块,所述张紧杆的楔形面和螺纹杆尖刺部相配合;所述气缸侧面设有吹气孔,所述吹气孔处设有放气塞,所述放气塞与气缸之间通过弹簧连接,所述机架上安装有静电磁铁,所述静电磁铁与吹气孔相对设置。
本基础方案的工作原理在于:首先,将夹持环从气缸上取下,将飞轮盖开口向上放置到机架底面上,然后将夹持环扣合在气缸上,转动螺纹杆,由于张紧杆设有和螺纹杆尖刺部配合的楔形面,而张紧杆滑动连接于夹持环通孔内,所以螺纹杆可将张紧杆向夹持环通孔外侧方向移动,使得张紧杆上的张紧块和和张紧杆紧密接触,以达到固定飞轮盖的目的;此时,便可在静电磁铁处开始对飞轮盖进行钻孔。当钻好一个孔后,打开气缸和夹持环之间的卡扣,继续转动螺纹杆,当螺纹杆和气缸接触并挤压气缸内的气体,使得气缸内的气压增大将放气塞打开,气缸内的气体从吹气孔内涌出,将上一个孔钻孔所产生的碎屑吹出并吸附在静电磁铁上,实现对碎屑的清理;螺纹杆可通过棘轮和棘爪实现对飞轮盖旋转的角度进行控制,使得飞轮盖按照一定角度进行旋转,对下一个飞轮盖上需要钻孔的位置进行定位。
的有益效果在于:由于张紧杆上设置有和飞轮盖内壁弧度相匹配的张紧块,增大了张紧块和飞轮盖的接触面积,使得张紧杆施加在飞轮盖上的力被飞轮盖分散,可防止飞轮盖内表面被划花,同时接触面积增大可增加夹持的牢固性;通过在气缸上设置吹气孔将钻孔产生的碎屑吹出,同时,静电磁铁对吹出的碎屑进行吸附,实现了在加工过程中对碎屑的清理,同时,碎屑进行吸附防止了碎屑飞出影响操作人员的视线;由于了棘轮和棘爪对飞轮盖转动的角度进行限定,可实现均匀的钻孔;与现有技术相比,本装置结构简单,使用方便,制造成本低,均匀打孔,适合各种型号的飞轮盖,适用性强。
进一步,所述放气塞呈“T”形。“T”形的放气塞可增加放气塞和气缸之间的气密性。
进一步,所述静电磁铁呈圆环状。圆环状的静电磁铁可对钻孔的钻头进行导向,对钻孔的位置进行限定。
进一步,所述静电磁铁和机架转动连接。转动连接静电磁铁和机架,可方便飞轮盖的装卸。
进一步,所述气缸内滑动连接有活塞,所述活塞上设有和螺纹杆尖刺部匹配的“V”形凹槽。“V”形凹槽可增加螺纹杆和气缸活塞的接触面积,以减小螺纹杆尖刺部的磨损。
进一步,所述螺纹杆自由端设置有转柄。转柄可方便操着人员握持。
进一步,所述张紧块为弹性材质。弹性材质可在增大张紧块和飞轮盖之间的接触面积的同时进一步减小对飞轮盖的损伤。

具体实施方式

实施例一
如图1和图2所示,一种飞轮盖钻孔夹具,包括长方体机架,机架顶面转动连接有竖向螺纹杆2,螺纹杆2上端为自由端,螺纹杆2下端设有尖刺部,螺纹杆2自由端上设有转柄,螺纹杆2上同轴连接有棘轮1,棘轮1位于机架顶面,机架顶面转动连接有棘爪11,棘轮1和棘爪11啮合;螺纹杆2上螺纹连接有夹持环3,夹持环3下端沿夹持环3的中轴线对称开设有两个通孔,通孔内滑动连接有张紧杆4,张紧杆4一端设有楔形面42,张紧杆另一端固定连接有和飞轮盖5内壁弧度相匹配的张紧块,张紧块为弹性材质,张紧杆4楔形面42和螺纹杆2尖刺部匹配。
机架下机架上固定安装有气缸6,气缸6和夹持环3卡扣连接,气缸6上滑动连接有活塞,气缸6活塞上设有和螺纹杆2尖刺部匹配的“V”形凹槽,气缸6右侧侧面上设有吹气孔,吹气孔处设有放气塞7,放气塞7呈“T”形,放气塞7与气缸6缸体之间通过弹簧连接,气缸6右侧的机架上设有用于吸附碎屑的静电磁铁8,静电磁铁8呈环状结构,静电磁铁8和机架转动连接。
具体实施时,将需钻孔的飞轮盖5开口向上套放在气缸6上,飞轮盖5位于气缸6和静电磁铁8之间;将夹持环3和气缸6卡扣连接,使得夹持环3螺纹孔和气缸6螺纹孔处于同一铅垂线上,此时,转动螺纹杆2,螺纹杆2尖刺部和张紧杆4楔形面42相接触,推动张紧杆4使得张紧杆4上的张紧块41和飞轮盖5内壁紧密接触,以达到固定飞轮盖5的目的;此时,钻头9通过静电磁铁8环心定位,对飞轮盖5进行钻孔;当打好一个孔后,去除气缸6与夹持环3之间的卡扣连接,可转动螺纹杆2转柄,螺纹杆2继续旋转进入气缸6螺纹孔,螺纹杆2推动气缸6活塞,使气缸6内的压强增大将“T”形放气塞7打开,气缸6内部的气体从“T”形放气塞7口出来,将上一个孔钻出的碎屑从所钻的孔中吹出吸附在静电磁铁8上,防止碎屑影响操作;螺纹杆2可通过棘轮机构1进行旋转角度控制,使得飞轮盖5随螺纹杆2按照一定角度旋转,对下一个飞轮盖5上需钻孔的位置进行定位。

1.一种飞轮盖钻孔夹具,包括长方体机架,其特征在于,机架顶面转动连接有竖向的螺纹杆,螺纹杆下端设有尖刺部,螺纹杆上端为自由端,所述螺纹杆上同轴连接有棘轮,所述棘轮位于机架上方,所述机架上转动连接有棘爪,所述棘爪和棘轮啮合;所述机架底面上固定安装有气缸,所述气缸上卡扣连接有夹持环,所述夹持环可与螺纹杆螺纹配合,所述夹持环侧壁沿夹持环的中轴线对称开设有两个通孔,两个所述通孔内均滑动连接有张紧杆,所述张紧杆一端设有楔形面,张紧杆另一端固定连接有和飞轮盖内壁弧度相匹配的张紧块,所述张紧杆的楔形面和螺纹杆尖刺部相配合;所述气缸侧面设有吹气孔,所述吹气孔处设有放气塞,所述放气塞与气缸之间通过弹簧连接,所述机架上安装有静电磁铁,所述静电磁铁与吹气孔相对设置。

3.如权利要求2所述的飞轮盖钻孔夹具,其特征在于,所述静电磁铁呈圆环状。

5.如权利要求4所述的飞轮盖钻孔夹具,其特征在于,所述气缸内滑动连接有活塞,所述活塞上设有和螺纹杆尖刺部匹配的“V”形凹槽。
