The composition agent can specifically comprise 42% of active monomer, 13% of photoinitiator, 12% of defoaming agent, 15% of antioxidant, 8% of coupling agent and 10% of leveling agent by mass percentage. By reasonably selecting the dosage of each component of the composition, the glue composition which meets the requirements of the adhesive property and the optical property of the protective film during adhesion can be obtained.
The diluent is used for diluting the liquid OCA glue so as to reduce the viscosity of the original liquid OCA glue, and the diluent can be at least one of 1.6-hexanediol diacrylate, trimethylolpropane triacrylate, tripropylene glycol diacrylate, lauryl methacrylate, tetrahydrofuran methacrylate, isobutyl acrylate, hydroxyethyl methacrylate and methyl methacrylate. By reasonably selecting the type and the dosage of the diluent, the glue composition which meets the requirements of the adhesive property and the optical property of the protective film during adhesion can be obtained.

After the protective film is pasted on the display screen through the glue composition, a photoinitiator initiates a cross-linking reaction between a monomer and an active ingredient in the liquid OCA, so that relatively firm pasting is realized, wherein the photoinitiator is selected from one or more of benzoin methyl ether, benzoin ethyl ether, melamine, tetraethyl mikroorganone, benzophenone, 1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone, acrylate benzophenone, phenyl benzophenone and hydroxybenzophenone. The photoinitiator may be specifically selected according to the kind of the reactive monomer.
The coupling agent can reduce the viscosity of the glue composition and improve the dispersion of other additives to improve the processing performance, wherein the coupling agent can be one or more selected from gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, N- β - (aminoethyl) -gamma-aminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane, gamma- (methacryloyloxy) propyltrimethoxysilane, isopropyltris (dioctylpyrophosphate) titanate, isopropyldioleate acyloxy (dioctylphosphate) titanate and monoalkoxy unsaturated fatty acid titanate.
In order to avoid the generation of bubbles in the gel layer, a defoaming agent selected from one or more of silicone emulsion, higher alcohol fatty acid ester complex, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene pentaerythritol ether, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene amine ether, polyoxypropylene glycerol ether, polyoxypropylene polyoxyethylene glycerol ether and polydimethylsiloxane is also used in the present invention. By using the defoaming agent, the glue composition disclosed by the invention can be ensured to have better optical performance in use.
In order to avoid the aging of the glue layer, the invention adds an antioxidant, wherein the antioxidant is selected from one or more of 4, 6-bis (dodecyl thiomethyl) -O-cresol, pentaerythrityl tetrakis [ β - (3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionate ], lauryl 3, 3' -thiopropionate, tris (2, 4-di-tert-butylphenyl) phosphite and octadecyl β - (3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionate.
