本发明提供一种水泥基保温隔热阻燃材料,其组分及质量份数配比为:硅酸盐水泥20‑30份、铝酸盐耐火水泥20‑30份、聚苯乙烯颗粒5‑8份、玻化微珠保温隔热干粉5‑10份、聚丙烯腈基碳纤维5‑15份、碳纤维5‑15份、二氧化钛1‑2份、三氧化二锑1‑2份、磷酸二氢铵1‑3份、矿物质粉3‑5份、减水剂1‑2份、煅烧脱硫石膏粉1‑5份、膨润土1‑2份。本发明以硅酸盐水泥和铝酸盐耐火水泥为基料,加入玻化微珠保温隔热干粉等具有隔热、阻燃性能的组分,使得水泥基保温隔热阻燃材料具有优异的抗压性、隔热性和耐火阻燃性。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种水泥基保温隔热阻燃材料。
背景技术
目前,由于气候变化情况,很多地区出现了极寒或者极热的情况,在建筑内需要开启制暖或者制冷的空调系统以满意人们舒适的生活温度,但是这容易造成较高的能耗,非常不经济。而为了降低能耗,减少外界环境对室内温度的影响,人们开始应用建筑保温隔热材料,在建筑上使用保温材料不仅可以显著节约能源,而且可以改善居住条件。目前我国建筑保温隔热还处于发展阶段,重点是北方寒冷地区的保温和南方地区的隔热。但目前的建筑保温隔热材料的隔热性能都未能达到更好的需求,且阻燃等性能差,因此防护性能差。
发明内容
基于以上现有技术,本发明的目的在于提供一种水泥基保温隔热阻燃材料,以硅酸盐水泥和铝酸盐耐火水泥为基料,加入玻化微珠保温隔热干粉等具有隔热、阻燃性能的组分,使得水泥基保温隔热阻燃材料具有优异的抗压性、隔热性和耐火阻燃性。
为了实现以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种水泥基保温隔热阻燃材料,其组分及质量份数配比为:硅酸盐水泥20-30份、铝酸盐耐火水泥20-30份、聚苯乙烯颗粒5-8份、玻化微珠保温隔热干粉5-10份、聚丙烯腈基碳纤维5-15份、碳纤维5-15份、二氧化钛1-2份、三氧化二锑1-2份、磷酸二氢铵1-3份、矿物质粉3-5份、减水剂1-2份、煅烧脱硫石膏粉1-5份、膨润土1-2份。
所述的玻化微珠保温隔热干粉由粉煤灰、母料和玻化微珠高温反应制成,且各组分的质量份数配比为:粉煤灰2-5份、母料8-10份、玻化微珠30-50份。
优选地,所述母料由可再分散乳胶粉、重质碳酸钙、纤维素醚、触变润滑剂、憎水剂和引气剂混合而成,且各组分的质量份数配比为:可再分散乳胶粉10-20份、重质碳酸钙4-8份、纤维素醚1-3份、触变润滑剂0.5-1份、憎水剂0.5-1份、引气剂1-2份。

本发明水泥基保温隔热阻燃材料以硅酸盐水泥和铝酸盐耐火水泥为基料,掺加聚丙烯腈基碳纤维与碳纤维,聚丙烯腈基碳纤维与碳纤维可以与其它组分形成稳定的结构的内部空间结构,填充材料的矿物质颗粒、聚苯乙烯颗粒、煅烧脱硫石膏粉等在纤维搭建的空间结构中进行排列,既保证了空间结构中有一定的空隙、又使各保温材料的隔热性能得以发挥,且矿物质粉具有阻隔氧气的作用,因此增强了材料的阻燃性。在此基础上,组分中还掺加有膨润土,膨润土可以进一步增加结构的强度。本发明的组分中还加入有由粉煤灰、母料和玻化微珠高温反应制成的玻化微珠保温隔热干粉,玻化微珠是由硅酸盐矿物质经过高温工艺生产而成的、粒径为50-100μm的不规则中空球状体,克服了聚苯颗粒易燃性的致命弱点,增强了水泥基保温隔热阻燃材料的强度、隔热性和阻燃性,且环保、无污染。

所述的玻化微珠保温隔热干粉由II级粉煤灰、母料和玻化微珠高温反应制成,且各组分的质量份数配比为:II级粉煤灰4份、母料9份、玻化微珠40份。
所述母料由可再分散乳胶粉、重质碳酸钙、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚、触变润滑剂、憎水剂和引气剂混合而成,且各组分的质量份数配比为:可再分散乳胶粉15份、重质碳酸钙5份、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚2份、触变润滑剂0.8份、憎水剂0.8份、引气剂1.5。
所述矿物质粉包括云母粉、石英粉和闭孔膨胀珍珠岩粉,云母粉、石英粉和闭孔膨胀珍珠岩粉的质量比为1:1:1。
实施例2
一种水泥基保温隔热阻燃材料,其组分及质量份数配比为:硅酸盐水泥30份、铝酸盐耐火水泥20份、聚苯乙烯颗粒8份、玻化微珠保温隔热干粉10份、聚丙烯腈基碳纤维15份、碳纤维5份、二氧化钛2份、三氧化二锑2份、磷酸二氢铵3份、矿物质粉5份、减水剂2份、煅烧脱硫石膏粉1-5份、膨润土2份。
所述的玻化微珠保温隔热干粉由II级粉煤灰、母料和玻化微珠高温反应制成,且各组分的质量份数配比为:II级粉煤灰5份、母料10份、玻化微珠50份。
所述母料由可再分散乳胶粉、重质碳酸钙、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚、触变润滑剂、憎水剂和引气剂混合而成,且各组分的质量份数配比为:可再分散乳胶粉20份、重质碳酸钙8份、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚3份、触变润滑剂1份、憎水剂1份、引气剂2份。
所述矿物质粉包括云母粉、石英粉和闭孔膨胀珍珠岩粉,云母粉、石英粉和闭孔膨胀珍珠岩粉的质量比为1:1:1。
实施例3
一种水泥基保温隔热阻燃材料,其组分及质量份数配比为:硅酸盐水泥20份、铝酸盐耐火水泥30份、聚苯乙烯颗粒5份、玻化微珠保温隔热干粉5份、聚丙烯腈基碳纤维5份、碳纤维15份、二氧化钛1份、三氧化二锑1份、磷酸二氢铵1份、矿物质粉3份、减水剂1份、煅烧脱硫石膏粉3份、膨润土1份。
所述的玻化微珠保温隔热干粉由II级粉煤灰、母料和玻化微珠高温反应制成,且各组分的质量份数配比为:II级粉煤灰2份、母料8份、玻化微珠30份。
所述母料由可再分散乳胶粉、重质碳酸钙、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚、触变润滑剂、憎水剂和引气剂混合而成,且各组分的质量份数配比为:可再分散乳胶粉10份、重质碳酸钙4份、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚1份、触变润滑剂0.5份、憎水剂0.5份、引气剂1。
所述矿物质粉包括云母粉、石英粉和闭孔膨胀珍珠岩粉,云母粉、石英粉和闭孔膨胀珍珠岩粉的质量比为1:1:1。
实施例4
一种水泥基保温隔热阻燃材料,其组分及质量份数配比为:硅酸盐水泥25份、铝酸盐耐火水泥25份、聚苯乙烯颗粒6份、玻化微珠保温隔热干粉10份、聚丙烯腈基碳纤维12份、碳纤维8份、二氧化钛2份、三氧化二锑2份、磷酸二氢铵2份、矿物质粉4份、减水剂1份、煅烧脱硫石膏粉4份、膨润土2份。
所述的玻化微珠保温隔热干粉由II级粉煤灰、母料和玻化微珠高温反应制成,且各组分的质量份数配比为:II级粉煤灰3份、母料8份、玻化微珠40份。
所述母料由可再分散乳胶粉、重质碳酸钙、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚、触变润滑剂、憎水剂和引气剂混合而成,且各组分的质量份数配比为:可再分散乳胶粉10份、重质碳酸钙5份、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚2份、触变润滑剂1份、憎水剂1份、引气剂1。

对比例1
一种水泥基保温隔热阻燃材料,其组分及质量份数配比为:硅酸盐水泥25份、铝酸盐耐火水泥25份、聚苯乙烯颗粒6份、聚丙烯腈基碳纤维12份、碳纤维8份、二氧化钛2份、三氧化二锑2份、磷酸二氢铵2份、矿物质粉4份、减水剂1份、煅烧脱硫石膏粉4份、膨润土2份。
对比例2
一种水泥基保温隔热阻燃材料,其组分及质量份数配比为:硅酸盐水泥25份、铝酸盐耐火水泥25份、聚苯乙烯颗粒6份、玻化微珠保温隔热干粉10份、二氧化钛2份、三氧化二锑2份、磷酸二氢铵2份、矿物质粉4份、减水剂1份、煅烧脱硫石膏粉4份、膨润土2份。
所述的玻化微珠保温隔热干粉由II级粉煤灰、母料和玻化微珠高温反应制成,且各组分的质量份数配比为:II级粉煤灰3份、母料8份、玻化微珠40份。
优选地,所述母料由可再分散乳胶粉、重质碳酸钙、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚、触变润滑剂、憎水剂和引气剂混合而成,且各组分的质量份数配比为:可再分散乳胶粉10份、重质碳酸钙5份、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚2份、触变润滑剂1份、憎水剂1份、引气剂1。
所述矿物质粉包括云母粉、石英粉和闭孔膨胀珍珠岩粉,云母粉、石英粉和闭孔膨胀珍珠岩粉的质量比为1:1:1。
对上述实施例1至4及对比例1和2的水泥基保温隔热阻燃材料的抗压性、隔热性及阻燃性能进行测试,测试结果如下表1所示。

由上述测试结果可知,本发明的实施例1至4制得的水泥基保温隔热阻燃材料抗压强度大,抗压性强;在100℃下的热导率在0.040-0.045W.(m.K)-1之间,导热性差,隔热性能优异;且燃烧等级为A级,耐火阻燃性能优异。而对比例1的水泥基保温隔热阻燃材料,在缺少玻化微珠保温隔热干粉成分时,材料的热导率明显增大,抗压强度较小,且燃烧等级为B级;对比例2的水泥基保温隔热阻燃材料,在缺少聚丙烯腈基碳纤维和碳纤维成分时,材料的热导率明显增大,抗压强度较小,且燃烧等级为B级;证明玻化微珠保温隔热干粉、聚丙烯腈基碳纤维和碳纤维成分的掺加,能够显著增强材料的强度、隔热性及阻燃性。

Claims (8)
1.一种水泥基保温隔热阻燃材料,其组分及质量份数配比为:硅酸盐水泥20-30份、铝酸盐耐火水泥20-30份、聚苯乙烯颗粒5-8份、玻化微珠保温隔热干粉5-10份、聚丙烯腈基碳纤维5-15份、碳纤维5-15份、二氧化钛1-2份、三氧化二锑1-2份、磷酸二氢铵1-3份、矿物质粉3-5份、减水剂1-2份、煅烧脱硫石膏粉1-5份、膨润土1-2份;
所述的玻化微珠保温隔热干粉由粉煤灰、母料和玻化微珠高温反应制成,且各组分的质量份数配比为:粉煤灰2-5份、母料8-10份、玻化微珠30-50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水泥基保温隔热阻燃材料,其特征在于,所述母料由可再分散乳胶粉、重质碳酸钙、纤维素醚、触变润滑剂、憎水剂和引气剂混合而成,且各组分的质量份数配比为:可再分散乳胶粉10-20份、重质碳酸钙4-8份、纤维素醚1-3份、触变润滑剂0.5-1份、憎水剂0.5-1份、引气剂1-2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水泥基保温隔热阻燃材料,其特征在于,所述矿物质粉包括云母粉、石英粉和闭孔膨胀珍珠岩粉,云母粉、石英粉和闭孔膨胀珍珠岩粉的质量比为1:1:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水泥基保温隔热阻燃材料,其特征在于,所述纤维素醚是羟丙基甲基纤维素醚。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水泥基保温隔热阻燃材料,其特征在于,所述粉煤灰为II级粉煤灰。
6.根据权利要求1所述的水泥基保温隔热阻燃材料,其特征在于,所述玻化微珠的粒径为50-100μm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的水泥基保温隔热阻燃材料,其特征在于,所述聚丙烯腈基碳纤维的长度为5-8mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的水泥基保温隔热阻燃材料,其特征在于,所述碳纤维的长度为5-8mm。
