Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a carburetor, in particular to a push rotary valve carburetor.
Background
The carburetor is a mechanical device for mixing a certain proportion of gasoline with air under the vacuum effect generated by the operation of an engine. In general, rotary valve carburettors have a fuel, air mixing passage, a cylindrical chamber transverse to the mixing passage moving axially within the carburettor body, the speed of flow of the mixture through this chamber being adjustable by rotation of the rotary valve, a needle mounted on the rotary valve concentric with the rotary valve, the needle extending into a main nozzle mounted on the body concentric with the rotary valve, the main nozzle being provided with a through hole opening into the cylindrical chamber, thereby allowing fuel to flow from a metering chamber communicating with the main nozzle into the mixing passage. The rotary valve moves axially to move the oil needle relative to the main nozzle, thereby changing the size of the oil jet of the main nozzle and controlling the oil flowing into the cylindrical cavity and the mixing channel. The existing rotary valve carburetor is generally not provided with a starting device, and the engine runs at an idling state in a rich state, so that the oil consumption is large, the emission is poor and the service life is short; in the starting process of an engine using a rotary valve carburetor, the concentration of mixed gas entering the engine is increased by closing a choke valve to be half-opened and reducing the air quantity, so that the engine is smoothly started, the operation steps are complex, and errors are easy to occur.

As an improvement of the technical scheme, a first reset spring is arranged between the rotary valve and the fixing frame, and a second reset spring is arranged between the button and the rocker arm.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the fixing frame is provided with a through hole at the tail end of the spiral groove, and the tail end of the button is provided with a clamping groove which can be clamped with the spiral groove.
Further, the rocker arm is also provided with a protruding limiting part, and the fixing frame is provided with a telescopic baffle rod corresponding to the limiting part.
Further, the baffle rod is a screw, and a thread seat matched with the screw is arranged on the fixing frame.
Further, the bottom of the rocker arm is provided with an arc-shaped guide groove with the depth gradually increasing and taking the threaded hole as the center of a circle.
Furthermore, a guide post which is matched with the guide groove in size is fixedly arranged on the fixing frame.
Further, the fixing frame is connected with the carburetor body through bolts.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the push type rotary valve carburetor of the invention drives the rotary valve to rotate and lift through the rocker arm, has simple operation, can quickly adjust the air quantity entering the carburetor, increases the air and fuel channels, provides controllable enriched fuel and air mixture, and can greatly improve the cold start or low temperature start performance of the engine.
