The middle section is a movable dock gate block 5 which can be fixed or lifted off and can be used as a fixed dock wall and a sealing surface (the same as the function of the conventional apex vertical cill) which are fixed on one side surface of one end of the lifted-off dock gate 7 on two sides; the sealing structure of the hanging dock gate 7 at two sides is consistent with the sealing principle and structure of the traditional common dock gate, but the steel structure of the dock gate is simple in structure and small in dead weight, and a ballast and sinking and floating control system and the like are not fixed. The three sections of dock gates can be lifted off and installed by a large gantry crane above.
The type of the sealing surface of the suspended dock gate is shown in figure 2, and the sealing of the suspended dock gate at the two ends is the same as the sealing principle of the common dock gate. When the dock gate works, one end of the small dock gate with the two ends hung from each other is pressed on the vertical cill of the apex dock wall under the action of water pressure, one end of the small dock gate is pressed on one sealing surface adjacent to the middle movable dock gate block under the action of water pressure, and the lower part of the small dock gate is pressed on the side cill at the bottom of apex.
The form of the sealing surface of the movable dock block is shown in fig. 3, the middle movable dock block needs to be positioned underwater, the middle movable dock block is equivalent to the vertical cill at one side of apex after being positioned, the bottom side bearing and sealing device can enable the lower part of the movable dock block to be tightly attached to apex cill, the normal sealing and water stopping effects are achieved, and the movable dock block can bear the water pressure born by the movable dock block and the pressure transmitted by the end faces of the two-side hanging dock block.
The side surface of the bottom of the movable dock gate pier 5 is designed to be sealed in a circle of a vertical horizontal plane, but is incomplete, and the movable dock gate pier only extends to the multi-section dock gate sealing structure of the invention, and the two upper ends of the sealing element are watertight sealed with the multi-section dock gate sealing structure and the movable dock gate pier structure; after positioning and fixing, the vertical seal is tightly attached to cill at the lower part of apex, so that the watertight performance of the side face of the vehicle is ensured; meanwhile, after installation and positioning, one side of the vertical sealing element and the self structure and cill outer side seal are positioned on the same vertical plane, so that a continuous sealing pressure-bearing surface in the vertical direction is formed; the vertical sealing element is tightly pressed with the sealing surface on cill under the dead weight pressure of the movable dock block and water, and a good seal is formed between the horizontal planes; the middle movable dock gate block can be regarded as a fixed dock wall, and the sealing surface of the side wall is a pressure bearing surface and a sealing surface of one end of the dock gate with two ends lifted away.
The vertical seal 1 fastened to the intermediate movable docking block 5 is the most important one, see fig. 6 and 7. The horizontal cross sealing element has high strength, high bearing capacity, small compression amount, long service life and small friction force with the steel structure, and is suitable for being used as a plane sealing element. The structure is simple, the prefabrication can be realized, the on-site measurement, trimming and adaptation can be realized, and the good sealing is ensured; meanwhile, the surface of the sealing piece is provided with a water storage groove (labyrinth seal), so that the sealing can be better ensured, and the sealing piece is fixedly connected with a movable dock gate block; is connected with a sealing strip at the bottom of the self body; the movable dock gate block is pressed on the cill sealing pressure-bearing embedded part together with the sealing part on the movable dock gate block, forms a seal with cill, and is integrally used as the pressure bearing and sealing of the side-hung dock gate.
The device is positioned between the two sealing surfaces to form various seals, as shown in figure 5, so that the sealing problem between the multi-section dock gate is well solved. The vertical seal 1 is connected to its own bottom seal 1 by a corner. The sealing pressure bearing pad 2 is fixedly connected with the movable dock gate and is horizontally and crosswise sealed, and the sealing pressure bearing pad is used as a sealing element and a pressure bearing element. The movable dock gate block 5 is pressed on the cill sealing pressure bearing embedded part 3 together with the sealing pressure bearing pad 2 on the movable dock gate block, and forms a seal with cill. And (4) sealing and fixing the sealing end of the movable dock gate block, and pouring epoxy inside. The main sealing parts are used as not only the movable dock gate block bottom plate bearing block, but also the horizontal sealing surface of the self structure and the vertical sealing surface of the self structure and the hanging-off dock gate.
