Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a laminated breathable elastic adhesive film comprises an adhesive film body, wherein the adhesive film body comprises a base film 20 and a surface film 10 attached to the base film 20, the surface film 10 is an elastic film, the elasticity of the surface film 10 is greater than that of the base film 20, the base film 20 can be broken after being stretched to a certain extent to enable the adhesive film body to generate cracks, and the adhesive film body has a breathable state with the cracks. In the invention, as the elasticity of the surface film 10 of the adhesive film main body is greater than that of the base film 20, the base film 20 can be broken after being stretched to a certain degree, and then the surface film 10 attached to the base film 20 is broken, so that the adhesive film main body can generate cracks and has a ventilation function, the surface film 10 cannot be broken and can keep elasticity, and then the elasticity of the adhesive film main body can be kept.

The base film 20 can be made of HDPE hot melt adhesive film, PA hot melt adhesive film, PES hot melt adhesive film, LDPE hot melt adhesive film, and is easy to stretch and tear to generate cracks, and is not easy to damage human skin, meanwhile, the hot melt adhesive function can be realized, and the base film 20 is safe and environment-friendly, and can be made of other suitable materials in practical application.
In this embodiment, the surface layer film 10 is attached to both ends of the base film 20, so that the two layers of fabric can be bonded together, and the adhesive is suitable for processing most of the clothes such as underwear, and is convenient to use, however, in practical application, the surface layer film 10 may be attached to only one end of the base film 20 as required.
