Abstract
本发明提供一种可回收心脏支架,包括传输组件、弹性网袋和加热装置,传输组件包括导管和气囊,气囊固定设于导管的一端,弹性网袋套设在气囊上,弹性网袋由多个弹性管相互连接构成,弹性管中填充有液态金属,加热装置用于加热弹性管内的液态金属。本发明中弹性网袋束缚液态金属构成支架主体。植入时,通过气囊充气改变弹性网袋的结构,并通过液态金属固化,使支架主体保持特定的形状结构;回收时,液态金属熔融,并通过气囊充放气和弹性网袋本身弹力的作用,减小支架主体的结构,进而通过导管将其带出人体。另外,液态金属拥有良好的生物相容性,抗血栓,耐腐蚀,对血管壁无损伤,避免了刺激血管产生炎症反应。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体涉及一种可回收心脏支架。
背景技术
心脏支架又称冠状动脉支架,是一种需要长期介入于心脏并具有符合心脏跳动的生理机械功能的常用高值耗材医疗用具,具有疏通动脉血管、改善冠心病引起的心肌供血不足、心脏动脉阻塞的作用,对于心脏手术和日后的病情稳定具有至关重要的目的。
目前心脏支架经历了金属支架、镀膜支架、可溶性支架的研制历程,目前第三代支架的发展尚未成熟,占据市场主导地位的依然是第二代镀膜支架。主要材料为不锈钢、镍钛合金或钴铬合金。
对心梗患者来说,植入支架是立竿见影的治疗手段。但目前的心脏支架仍存在以下缺陷:由于冠脉支架并不需在身体里装一辈子,而是有‘服役’周期的,在介入冠状动脉6个月后,便已完成使命,可以‘功成身退’,让血管恢复原来的面貌。金属支架由于材料不可回收,即便完成了任务,也要和心脏相伴一生,有时反而会刺激血管产生炎症反应,甚至产生支架内血栓而危及生命。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明的目的是提供一种可回收心脏支架,以解决现有心脏支架不可回收,且会刺激血管产生炎症反应的问题。
(二)技术方案
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种可回收心脏支架,包括传输组件、弹性网袋和加热装置,所述传输组件包括导管和气囊,所述气囊固定设于所述导管的一端,所述弹性网袋套设在所述气囊上,所述弹性网袋由多个弹性管相互连接构成,所述弹性管中填充有液态金属,所述加热装置用于加热所述弹性管内的液态金属。
其中,所述导管由柔性材料制成。
其中,所述气囊两端设有与所述弹性网袋相配合的固定台阶。
其中,多个所述弹性管相互连通。
其中,所述弹性网袋为菱形网状结构、正多边形网状结构或螺旋形网状结构。
其中,所述弹性管由聚酯材料、硅橡胶材料或胶原材料制成。
其中,所述液态金属的熔点为41℃~42℃。
其中,所述加热装置为感应加热装置、微波加热装置、激光加热装置或电阻加热装置。
其中,所述加热装置设于所述导管上。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:
本发明提供一种可回收心脏支架,弹性网袋束缚液态金属构成支架主体。植入时,通过气囊充气改变弹性网袋的形状,并通过液态金属固化,使弹性网袋保持特定的形状结构,对血管进行支撑;回收时,液态金属熔融,并通过气囊充放气和弹性网袋本身弹力的作用,减小弹性网袋的结构,进而通过导管将其带出人体。另外,液态金属拥有良好的生物相容性,抗血栓,耐腐蚀,对血管壁无损伤,避免了刺激血管产生炎症反应。同时,液态金属在生物体内有很好的X光影像,不需要在额外添加其他造影剂,即可利用X光机进行监视,便于在跟踪其位置,造影时能够准确定位观察,降低了心脏支架手术的难度。

如图1-3所示,为本实施例提供的一种可回收心脏支架,包括传输组件、弹性网袋和加热装置。
传输组件包括导管1和气囊3。气囊3固定设于导管1的一端。支弹性网袋4套设在气囊3上。弹性网袋4由多个弹性管5相互连接构成,弹性管中填充有液态金属6,加热装置2用于加热弹性管内的液态金属6。
进一步的,导管1由导向性好、无毒、无害的柔性材料制成。
进一步的,气囊3的两端设有与弹性网袋4相配合的固定台阶。在弹性网袋4与气囊3贴合时,固定台阶用于固定弹性网袋4,避免弹性网袋4滑落。
进一步的,多个弹性管相互连通构成弹性网袋。其中,弹性管由聚酯材料、硅橡胶材料或胶原材料制成。
进一步的,弹性网袋4为菱形网状结构、正多边形网状结构或螺旋形网状结构;
进一步的,液态金属6的熔点为41℃~42℃。其中,液态金属6可以是镓、镓基合金、铋、铋基合金、铟、铟基合金、铟锡合金、铋铟锡合金、镓锡合金中的一种或几种不同含量配比构成。
进一步的,加热装置2可设于传输组件上;加热装置2也可为体外装置,不与传输组件和弹性网袋连接;例如:感应加热装置、微波加热装置、激光加热装置或电阻加热装置。
下面通过具体的过程,进一步详细的说明。
植入;将弹性网袋4套设在气囊3上,并通过导管1将其植入到血管堵塞位置。加热装置2加热弹性网袋4中的液态金属6,使液态金属6熔融。气囊3充气,将弹性网袋4撑开至预先设定的血管尺寸。待液态金属6凝固后,向弹性网袋4提供径向支撑力,由于液态金属6固化后具有较高的强度和硬度,因此弹性网袋4的结构保持不变,实现植入。
回收;将导管1穿入到弹性网袋4中,并将气囊3充气至与弹性网袋4完全接触。加热装置2加热液态金属6,使液态金属6熔融。气囊3放气,由于弹性网袋4失去了液态金属6提供的径向支持力,在其本身弹力的作用下,收缩并缠绕在气囊3上,使弹性网袋4的结构减小。通过导管1将其带出人体,实现回收。
本实施例提供一种可回收心脏支架,通过弹性网袋束缚液态金属构成支架主体。通过气囊充放气、液态金属固液态转化及弹性网袋的弹力,实现支架主体的结构变化,进而实现植入和回收。另外,液态金属拥有良好的生物相容性,抗血栓,耐腐蚀,对血管壁无损伤,避免了刺激血管产生炎症反应。
生物相容性指材料在机体的特定部位引起恰当的反应。根据国际标准化组织(International Standards Organization,ISO)会议的解释,生物相容性是指生命体组织对非活性材料产生反应的一种性能,一般是指材料与宿主之间的相容性。生物材料植入人体后,对特定的生物组织环境产生影响和作用,生物组织对生物材料也会产生影响和作用,两者的循环作用一直持续,直到达到平衡或者植入物被去除。生物相容性是生物材料研究中始终贯穿的主题。

Claims (8)
1.一种可回收心脏支架,其特征在于,包括传输组件、弹性网袋和加热装置,所述传输组件包括导管和气囊,所述气囊固定设于所述导管的一端,所述弹性网袋套设在所述气囊上,所述气囊的两端设有与所述弹性网袋相配合的固定台阶;所述弹性网袋由多个弹性管相互连接构成,所述弹性管中填充有液态金属,所述液态金属为镓、镓基合金、铋、铋基合金、铟、铟基合金、铟锡合金、铋铟锡合金、镓锡合金中的一种或几种;所述加热装置用于加热所述弹性管内的液态金属使所述液态金属呈熔融状态,以在回收过程中,使所述弹性网袋在所述气囊放气之后,收缩并缠绕在所述气囊上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可回收心脏支架,其特征在于,所述导管由柔性材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可回收心脏支架,其特征在于,多个所述弹性管相互连通。
4.根据权利要求3所述的可回收心脏支架,其特征在于,所述弹性网袋为菱形网状结构、正多边形网状结构或螺旋形网状结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可回收心脏支架,其特征在于,所述弹性管由聚酯材料、硅橡胶材料或胶原材料制成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的可回收心脏支架,其特征在于,所述液态金属的熔点为41℃~42℃。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的可回收心脏支架,其特征在于,所述加热装置为感应加热装置、微波加热装置、激光加热装置或电阻加热装置。
8.根据权利要求7所述的可回收心脏支架,其特征在于,所述加热装置设于所述导管上。
