Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an electric connector, in particular to a wire clamp.
Background
Wire clamps, such as wire clamps used for clamping wire ends of electronic products, generally employ elastic sheets to clamp the wire, and after the elastic sheets are repeatedly used for a long time, the elastic sheets are tired, and the wire is easy to fall off.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problems solved by the invention are as follows: how to improve the stability of the wire clamp fixing wire.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a wire clamp consists of a wire clamping elastic sheet and a supporting seat; the support seat is provided with a support shaft, and an insertion port is arranged below the support shaft; the wire clamping elastic sheet is in a shape of a loop and surrounds the supporting shaft and is used for pressing down the wire inserted into the insertion port.
According to the technical scheme, the bent part of the clip wire elastic sheet surrounds the supporting shaft, the supporting shaft is used as a fulcrum, and the clip wire elastic sheet is similar to a lever. The top of the wire clamping elastic sheet is pressed, the wire clamping elastic sheet rotates around the supporting shaft, the bottom of the wire clamping elastic sheet presses down the wire, and the wire is clamped between the bottom of the wire clamping elastic sheet and the supporting seat.
The supporting seat is provided with a bottom plate, the insertion opening is positioned at the left side of the bottom plate, and the bottom plate is provided with a matching hole; the two ends of the wire clamping elastic sheet are a wire pressing end and a pressing end respectively, and the wire pressing end is positioned in the matching hole. When the wire clamp does not clamp the wire, the wire clamping elastic sheet is in a natural state, the wire pressing end part of the wire clamping elastic sheet has certain tension and is propped against the matching hole of the bottom plate, so that the wire clamping elastic sheet and the supporting seat are stably matched to form an integral structure, and the wire clamp is named as the wire clamp.
The right side of bottom plate is equipped with the riser, is equipped with first buckling mechanism on the riser, press the tip be equipped with can with first buckling mechanism complex second buckling mechanism. And the pressing end part of the wire clamping elastic sheet is pressed, the wire rod is pressed down by the wire pressing end part of the wire clamping elastic sheet, and meanwhile, the first buckling mechanism is matched with the second buckling mechanism, so that the wire rod is pressed and held by the wire clamping elastic sheet to be in a holding state.
The structures of the first buckling mechanism and the second buckling mechanism are preferably designed as follows:
the first design of the first and second fastening mechanisms is as follows. The first buckling mechanism is a first bending piece bent downwards, the first bending piece is located on the inner side of the vertical plate, and the second buckling mechanism is a second bending piece bent upwards. The first bending piece and the second bending piece are formed by bending, so that the first bending piece and the second bending piece have elasticity, and can be slightly elastically deformed to be buckled together under the condition that the pressing end of the wire clamping elastic piece is pressed down. Wherein the vertical plate is provided with a first wire withdrawing deflector rod which is integrally designed with the first bending piece and is pressed downwards, the first bending piece is upturned, the pressing end part which rotates around the supporting shaft is far away from the first bending piece and separated from the first bending piece, so that the wire withdrawing is completed.
The second design of the first and second fastening mechanisms is as follows. The first buckling mechanism is provided with a square opening on the vertical plate, the second buckling mechanism is composed of a bending part pressing the end part and a buckle on the bending part, the buckle is located on the inner side of the bending part, the pressing end part is pressed downwards, and the buckle is clamped in the square opening. Under the condition that the pressing end of the wire clamping elastic sheet is pressed downwards, the inner side of the bending part is contacted with the outer side of the vertical plate, the bending part is elastically deformed, and the buckle descends along the outer side wall of the vertical plate until being clamped in the square opening so as to lock the wire clamping elastic sheet. The end part of the bending part is provided with a second wire withdrawing deflector rod, and the second wire withdrawing deflector rod is formed by bending the bending part. And the second wire withdrawing deflector rod is shifted outwards, and the buckle is separated from the square opening so as to finish wire withdrawing of the wire rod.
The invention utilizes the lever principle to enable the wire clamping spring piece to generate a great downward pressure on the wire rod inserted into the insertion port so as to prevent the wire rod from loosening. When the wire is withdrawn, the wire withdrawing deflector rod (the first wire withdrawing deflector rod or the second wire withdrawing deflector rod) is stirred to release the buckling mechanism on the wire clamping elastic sheet and the supporting seat, so that the operation is simple and convenient. Wherein, the wire clamping elastic sheet adopts a structure design of a shape of a Chinese character 'hui', which is not easy to fatigue.
