Abstract

本发明公开了一种农药水分散粒剂,包括以下重量百分比的组分:农药活性成分0.1%‑80%,润湿剂1%‑10%,分散剂1%‑10%,填料补足100%。本发明还公开了一种新型农药水分散粒剂制备方法。本发明通过湿法研磨使得农药活性成分的粒径达到纳米级,制备过程中不会产生粉尘,再经后期捏合、挤压造粒使得其对原药的适应性非常高,后期捏合过程中可根据需要加入润湿剂、增效剂等提高农药施用效果的助剂,使得农药活性成分能更好的发挥其药效。

一种农药水分散粒剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及农药制剂领域,具体涉及农药制剂中的农药水分散粒剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
水分散粒剂是上世纪80年代开发的一种农药新剂型,因其安全性好,不含有机溶剂,无粉尘,包装、运输、使用方便等优点得到迅速发展。作为新型农药环保剂型的一个重要发展方向,水分散粒剂已成为近年来国内外的农药主打剂型。
传统农药水分散粒剂制备方法均采用气流粉碎后进行造粒,其缺点是农药活性成分的粒径较大,一般在45um左右,不利于其药效的发挥;且生产过程中会产生大量的粉尘,不利于清洁生产。近年来出现的新的由喷雾造粒直接制得的水分散粒剂由于其生产过程的局限性导致其表面张力很高、对原药要求苛刻等等缺点。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种农药水分散粒剂及其制备方法。有效的解决了传统水分散粒剂制备方法存在的缺点,通过湿法研磨使得农药活性成分的粒径达到纳米级,制备过程中不会产生粉尘,再经后期捏合、挤压造粒使得其对原药的适应性高,后期捏合过程中可根据需要加入润湿剂、增效剂等提高农药施用效果的助剂,使得农药活性成分能更好的发挥其药效。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:
本发明的一种水分散粒剂的各组分重量百分比为:农药活性成分0.1%—80%,润湿剂1%—10%,分散剂1%—10%填料补足100%。
本发明的一种新型水分散粒剂的制备方法,所述的农药活性成分为苯醚甲环唑、烯酰吗啉、甲霜灵、吡虫啉、啶虫脒、噻虫胺、甲氨基阿维菌素、烯啶虫胺、吡蚜酮、丙森锌、吡唑醚菌酯中的一种或几种的混合。
本发明的一种水分散粒剂的制备方法,所述润湿剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、拉开粉、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、琥珀酸磺酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或几种的混合。
本发明的一种水分散粒剂的制备方法,所述分散剂为萘磺酸盐、木质素磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钙、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、琥珀酸磺酸盐、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、聚羧酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或几种的混合。
本发明的一种水分散粒剂的制备方法,所述的填料为超细轻钙、硅藻土、膨润土、煅烧高岭土、硫酸钠、玉米淀粉、硫酸铵中的一种或几种的混合。
本发明的一种水分散粒剂的制备方法,其制备流程为:1、将农药活性成分、润湿剂、分散剂与水混合后经三级砂磨后制备成悬浮液。2、将制备好的悬浮液进行喷雾干燥去掉多余的水分。3、将喷雾干燥后的颗粒、部分润湿剂与填料混合后经捏合、挤压造粒、烘干、筛分后制得一种新型水分散粒剂。
本发明提供了一种水分散粒剂的制备方法,可有效改善农药水分散粒剂的制备过程,提高农药有效成分的药效,有利于现代农业的可持续发展。
具体实施方式
为了更好的理解本发明的实质,下面用实例来说明本发明的技术内容,但本发明的内容并不局限于此。
实施例一:20%烯啶虫胺60%吡蚜酮水分散粒剂
将20%烯啶虫胺原药、60%吡蚜酮原药、4%聚羧酸盐、5%木质素磺酸盐、1%十二烷基硫酸钠与水混合后经三级砂磨制备成烯啶虫胺和吡蚜酮悬浮液。
将烯啶虫胺和吡蚜酮悬浮液在110摄氏度的温度下经喷雾干燥去掉多余的水分制成湿颗粒。
将烯啶虫胺和吡蚜酮湿颗粒与1%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、余量硫酸铵经捏合、挤压造粒、烘干、筛分后制得20%烯啶虫胺60%吡蚜酮水分散粒剂。
实施例二:20%吡唑醚菌酯水分散粒剂
将20%吡唑醚菌酯原药、8%聚羧酸盐、8%萘磺酸盐、0.5%十二烷基硫酸钠与水混合后经三级砂磨制备成吡唑醚菌酯悬浮液。
将吡唑醚菌酯悬浮液在110摄氏度的温度下经喷雾干燥去掉多余的水分制成湿颗粒。
将吡唑醚菌酯湿颗粒与2%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、3%烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚余量玉米淀粉经捏合、挤压造粒、烘干、筛分后制得20%吡唑醚菌酯水分散粒剂。
实施例三:10%噻虫胺40%吡蚜酮水分散粒剂
将10%噻虫胺原药、40%吡蚜酮原药、6%聚羧酸盐、10%木质素磺酸盐、1%十二烷基硫酸钠与水混合后经三级砂磨制备成噻虫胺和吡蚜酮悬浮液。
将噻虫胺和吡蚜酮悬浮液在120摄氏度的温度下经喷雾干燥去掉多余的水分制成湿颗粒。
将噻虫胺和吡蚜酮湿颗粒与3%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、余量煅烧高岭土经捏合、挤压造粒、烘干、筛分后制得10%噻虫胺40%吡蚜酮水分散粒剂。
实施例四:应用实施例
将本发明方法制得20%吡唑醚菌酯水分散粒剂与市售20%吡唑醚菌酯水分散粒剂,进行了西瓜炭疽病的田间药效试验对比。
结果显示:本发明方法制得的20%吡唑醚菌酯水分散粒剂在产品的物理性状上要由于市售产品,即本发明的20%吡唑醚菌酯水分散粒剂在包装袋中的残余粉尘明显少于市售产品。
产品防治效果相比市售20%吡唑醚菌酯水分散粒剂相同用法用量的情况下,本发明制得制剂效果优于市售制剂,并达到极显著水平。
本发明方法造出的水分散粒剂与传统水分散粒剂对比,产品稳定性、药效都有较大幅度的提升,在环保生产方面也有较大的突破。

Claims (6)

1.一种农药水分散粒剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的组分:农药活性成分0.1%-80%,润湿剂1%-10%,分散剂1%-10%,填料补足100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种农药水分散粒剂,其特征在于:所述农药活性成分为苯醚甲环唑、烯酰吗啉、甲霜灵、吡虫啉、啶虫脒、噻虫胺、甲氨基阿维菌素、烯啶虫胺、吡蚜酮、丙森锌、吡唑醚菌酯中的一种或几种的混合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种农药水分散粒剂,其特征在于:所述润湿剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、拉开粉、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、琥珀酸磺酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或几种的混合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种农药水分散粒剂,其特征在于:所述分散剂为萘磺酸盐、木质素磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钙、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、琥珀酸磺酸盐、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、聚羧酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或几种的混合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种农药水分散粒剂,其特征在于:所述的填料为超细轻钙、硅藻土、膨润土、煅烧高岭土、硫酸钠、玉米淀粉、硫酸铵中的一种或几种的混合。
6.一种权利要求1所述的农药农药水分散粒剂的制备方法,其特征在于:(1)、将农药活性成分、润湿剂、分散剂与水混合后经三级砂磨后制备成悬浮液;(2)、将制备好的悬浮液进行喷雾干燥去掉多余的水分;(3)、将喷雾干燥后的颗粒、部分润湿剂与填料混合后经捏合、挤压造粒、烘干、筛分后制得一种新型水分散粒剂。
