Description

Fan and its fan frame structure

The invention relates to a fan and its fan frame structure, in particular to a fan and its fan frame structure whose fan frame is composed of different materials.

Background technique

Generally, when dissipating heat in electronic devices and electrical products, fans are often used to take away heat directly or indirectly. In order to pursue better heat dissipation efficiency, fans with high speed are used, but the vibration frequency will also increase accordingly. The vibration generated by the fan running at high speed will be transmitted to the peripheral equipment of the fan. In addition to generating noise, it is also easy to cause damage to the peripheral equipment and reduce the service life of electronic devices and electrical products.

The traditional shock absorption method using the fan frame structure is mostly arranged between the fan and the chassis through the buffer structure, thereby achieving the shock absorption effect. However, as shown in FIG. 1 , the frame structure 7 of the conventional fan F0 is made of a single plastic material, and because the frame body 71 , the first frame 72 and the second frame 73 of the fan frame structure 7 are made of a single material and The resonance bands are consistent. Therefore, when the impeller 8 of the fan F0 rotates at a high speed, the vibration source response of the fan frame structure 7 will be concentrated and amplified, thereby reducing the shock absorption effect of the buffer structure. Therefore, how to use the design of the fan frame structure to avoid the resonance band in the fan application and reduce the vibration source response is one of the important issues in the field.

The support member 15 is a stationary blade or a rib.

Please refer to FIG. 3A , FIG. 3B and FIG. 3C at the same time, in this embodiment, the frame body 31 of the fan F2 further has a plurality of third joint parts 313 , and the third joint parts 313 are arranged around the frame body 31 of the fan frame 31 . The lower end portion is adjacent to the end portion, and the second joint portion 312 is located between the first joint portion 311 and the third joint portion 313 . The opening structure of the third joint portion 313 is in the shape of a circular hole, but not limited thereto. Wherein, the third joint portion 313 , the first joint portion 311 and the second joint portion 312 may have the same shape as a whole, at least one different shape, or all different shapes, and the respective third joint portions 313 In between, they can have the same shape or different shapes from each other.

Similarly, the fan frame body 31 can also be manufactured by means of injection coating; the metal fan frame body 31 is placed in a mold, and then the engineering plastic is heated and directly injection-molded to make the first frame 32 made of plastic or rubber. The second frame 33 made of plastic or rubber is fitted into the third joint 313 and is sleeved and fixed on the fan frame body 31 . lower end. 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B, in this embodiment, the upper end surfaces of the bases 14, 34 are provided with an opening (not shown in the drawings), and the opening is engaged with a metal bushing B1, B2. By combining the metal bushings B1 and B2 with the plastic or rubber bases 14 and 34 of different materials, the impellers 2 and 4 and the driving device (not shown in the drawings) of the fans F1 and F2 can be further blocked during operation. The direct transmission of the vibration source during the operation of the fans F1 and F2 reduces the energy transmitted by the vibration source.

To sum up, the fan and its frame structure of the present invention use a metal or alloy material with a higher resonant frequency as the fan frame body, and then the fan frame body is arranged on the first frame and the second frame which are made of plastic or rubber. In between, through the combination of different materials of the fan frame structure, the resonance band of the overall fan frame structure is dispersed, reducing the energy transmitted by the vibration source, thereby achieving the effect of effective shock absorption of the fan; The combination of materials further blocks the direct transmission of the vibration source when the fan is running, reduces the energy transmitted by the vibration source, and thus achieves the effect of effective shock absorption by the fan.
