Description

Double-deck roof boarding
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of building roofs, in particular to a double-layer roof board.
Background
The profiled metal roof system is widely applied to large-scale projects such as airports, stadiums, convention centers, industrial plants, storage, railway platform rain sheds, railway station house roofs and the like due to the characteristics of light weight, high strength, attractive appearance, convenient construction and the like.
At present, the metal roof mainly comprises a single-layer metal roof plate and a double-layer metal roof plate, and the fixing modes of the single-layer metal roof plate or the double-layer metal roof plate mainly comprise lap joint, snap joint, vertical locking edge and the like. For the lap joint type roof board, the lap joint part of the roof board and the roof board is the weak part, the lap joint part of the roof board is fixed with a roof keel or a bracket by a self-tapping screw, and the screw and the plate are sealed and waterproof by a rubber gasket and weather-proof sealant. The overlapping position of the two layers of plates and the screw hole position of the tapping screw are easy to cause leakage. The existing solution is that two adjacent roof boards are fixedly connected by using a locking device, the locking device is locked by a screw to clamp the end parts of the roof boards, and a cover cap is covered above the screw, so that the roof is not exposed by the screw, leakage at screw holes of the screw and corrosion of rainwater to the screw are effectively avoided, but leakage still exists in gaps between the roof boards and the locking device, and components such as spring clamping pieces and the like are required to be arranged between the roof boards and the locking device, so that leakage is reduced, the effect is poor, and the structure is complex.
For the purline exposed double-layer metal roofing system, a profiling metal plate is generally adopted as a bottom plate, and the bottom plate is generally fastened and connected with the purline by self-tapping screws; for the bottom plate in the purline concealed double-layer metal roof system, metal laths or profiled metal plates are often adopted, and the fixed connection modes of the bottom plate are various. The existing double-layer metal roof plates are waterproof by virtue of the top plate, the bottom plate is usually arranged due to the requirement of heat insulation materials or decoration effects in the supporting metal roof system, the metal roof plates do not have waterproof capability, once the metal roof plates leak, the roof system leaks water, the leaking water can flow out from gaps of the bottom plate of the roof system or nail holes of the fixed bottom plate, and the normal use function of the roof system is directly affected.
