Abstract
本发明公开了一种含啶氧菌酯和丙硫菌唑的杀菌组合物及其应用。该杀菌组合物以啶氧菌酯和丙硫菌唑为主要有效成分,其中啶氧菌酯与丙硫菌唑的质量比为1:50~70:1。该杀菌组合物可应用于防治禾谷类、果树、蔬菜病害,具有较高的协同增效作用,克服和延缓了病菌的抗药性,杀菌速度快、持效期长、降低了应用成本,防治效果明显优于其单剂使用。本发明可以用于防治农作物上的真菌性病害,尤其可以用于防治麦类叶枯病、叶锈病、颖枯病、褐斑病、白粉病、叶斑病、枯萎病、菌核病、网斑病和云纹病、水稻纹枯病、水稻稻曲病,油菜和花生灰霉病、黑斑病、褐斑病、黑胫病、菌核病和锈病等真菌病害,效果好于单剂使用。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种杀菌组合物及其用途,尤其是一种以啶氧菌酯和丙硫菌唑为主要活性成分的杀菌组合物及其应用。
背景技术
啶氧菌酯(Picoxystrobin),先正达公司开发的甲氧丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂,化学名称:(E)-3-甲氧基-2-{2-[6-(三氟甲基)-2-吡啶氧甲基]苯基}丙烯酸甲酯。结构式如下:
啶氧菌酯低毒,是线粒体呼吸抑制剂,即通过在细胞色素b和C1间电子转移抑制线粒体的呼吸,从而起到杀菌和抑菌的作用。啶氧菌酯对14-脱甲基化酶抑制剂、苯甲酰胺类、三羧酰胺类和苯并咪唑类产生抗性的菌株依然有效。在使用过程中,啶氧菌酯一旦被叶片吸收,就会在木质部中移动,随水流在运输系统中流动从而分布植物体内;另外它也在叶片表面的气相中流动并随着从气相中吸收进人叶片后又在木质部中流动,因此具有优秀的耐雨水冲刷性。正是由于啶氧菌酯的内吸活性和熏蒸活性,因而施药后,有效成分能有效再分配及充分传递,因此啶氧菌酯比商品化的嘧菌酯和肟菌酯有更好的治疗活性。适宜作物麦类如小麦、大麦、燕麦及黑麦;推荐剂量下对作物安全、无药害。主要用于防治叶面病害如叶枯病、叶锈病、颖枯病、褐斑病、白粉病等,与现有甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂相比,对小麦叶枯病、网斑病和云纹病有更强的治疗效果。谷物用啶氧菌酯处理后,产量高、质量好、颗粒大而饱满,增产效果显著优于其他杀菌剂。但是作为呼吸抑制剂,其作用机理单一,抗性问题必须提早引起重视。
丙硫菌唑(prothioconazole),化学名称:2-(2-(1-氯环丙基)-3-(2-氯苯基)-2-羟丙基-1-2-二氢-3-1,2,4-三唑-3-硫代,分子式:C14H15Cl2N3OS。结构式:
丙硫菌唑是拜耳公司研制的一种新型光谱三唑硫酮类杀虫剂,主要用于防治谷类、麦类豆类作物等众多病害,丙硫菌唑毒性低,无致畸,致突变型,对胚胎无毒性,对人和环境安全。
作用机理是抑制真菌中甾醇的前体——羊毛甾醇或24-亚甲基二氢羊毛甾l4位上的脱甲基化作用,即脱甲基化抑制剂(DMIs)。不仅具有很好的内吸活性,优异的保护、治疗和铲除活性,且持效期长。通过大量的田间药效试验,结果表明丙硫菌唑对作物不仅具有良好的安全性,防病治病效果好,而且增产明显,同三唑类杀菌剂相比。丙硫菌唑具有更广谱的杀菌活性。丙硫菌唑主要用于防治禾谷类作物如小麦、大麦、油菜、花生、水稻和豆类作物等众多病害。儿乎对所有麦类病害都有很好的防治效果,如小麦和大麦的白粉病、纹枯病、枯萎病、叶斑病、锈病、菌核病、网斑病、云纹病等。还能防治油莱和花生的土传病害,如菌核病,以及主要叶面病害,如灰霉病、黑斑病、褐斑病、黑胫病、菌核病和锈病等。使用剂量通常为200g(a.i.)/hm2,在此剂量下,活性优于或等于常规杀菌剂如氟环唑、戊唑醇、嘧菌环胺等。
但是麦类叶枯病、叶锈病、颖枯病、褐斑病、白粉病、叶斑病、枯萎病、菌核病、网斑病和云纹病、水稻纹枯病、水稻稻曲病,油菜和花生灰霉病、黑斑病、褐斑病、黑胫病、菌核病和锈病等发病较严重,给农业生产造成灾难性的损失,虽然啶氧菌酯、丙硫菌唑单剂对部分病害具有较为理想的防治效果,但在实际应用中,却发现植物病菌的防治难度越来越大,主要原因有:一是随着种植结构的改变,瓜果、蔬菜等经济作物种植面积逐步扩大,病害发生程度、发生数量均有所提高,在防治上难度加大;二是当前气候异常,给病害的爆发提供了一定的条件;三是长时期化学用药的选择性影响,使得病原菌的抗性在持续的药剂选择压力下逐年上升,单剂的防治效果大打折扣。综上所述,当前的植物病害防治工作面临着重大挑战。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是针对上述技术问题提供一种适用范围广、成本低、效果好的含啶氧菌酯与丙硫菌唑的植物杀菌组合物。
本发明还有一个目的是提供该杀菌组合物在防治植物真菌引起的真菌病害上的应用,尤其是在防治麦类叶枯病、叶锈病、颖枯病、褐斑病、白粉病、叶斑病、枯萎病、菌核病、网斑病和云纹病、水稻纹枯病、水稻稻曲病,油菜和花生灰霉病、黑斑病、褐斑病、黑胫病、菌核病和锈病等真菌病害上的用途。
本发明的目的是通过下列措施来实现的以下技术方案实现:
一种含啶氧菌酯和丙硫菌唑的杀菌组合物,该杀菌组合物是以啶氧菌酯和丙硫菌唑为主要有效成分,其中啶氧菌酯与丙硫菌唑的质量比为1:50~70:1,其中杀菌组合物中有效成份以增效有效量存在于组合物中。
所述的杀菌组合物,其中啶氧菌酯与丙硫菌唑的质量比优选为1:50~1:1、5:1~20:1、40:1~70:1,进一步优选为1:50、1:10、1:1、5:1~10:1。
在本发明杀菌组合物中,啶氧菌酯和丙硫菌唑二者占组合物的质量百分含量为2%~80%。优选10%~40%。
所述的杀菌组合物,其中以啶氧菌酯和丙硫菌唑为主要有效成分与已知的助剂和赋形剂复配成农药上允许的任意一种剂型。这些已知的助剂、赋型剂有分散剂、扩散剂、消泡剂、润湿剂、崩解剂等,可以采用十二烷基苯磺酸钙、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苄基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚及其类似产品、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸环氧乙烷加成物、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙稀嵌段化合物、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、吐温系列、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚乙二醇系列、磺酸盐类、羧酸盐、硫酸盐、磷酸盐、亚磷酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、黄原胶、酚甲醛缩合物、铵盐、季铵盐型等中的一个或多个组合,赋形剂包括环己酮、二甲苯、各种溶剂油、水、防冻剂(如丙二醇)、去离子水等。以上助剂、赋形剂及其它辅料可以单用或并用。
所述的杀菌组合物,其剂型是乳油、可湿性粉剂、悬浮剂、水乳剂、微乳剂或水分散颗粒剂。
所述的杀菌组合物在防治植物真菌病害药物上的应用。尤其是在防治禾谷类、果树、蔬菜作物病害方面的应用。
上述的真菌病害为麦类叶枯病、叶锈病、颖枯病、褐斑病、白粉病、叶斑病、枯萎病、菌核病、网斑病和云纹病、水稻纹枯病、水稻稻曲病,油菜和花生灰霉病、黑斑病、褐斑病、黑胫病、菌核病和锈病中的至少一种。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明所用的啶氧菌酯是甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂,丙硫菌唑是三唑硫酮类杀菌剂,作用机理不同,相互混配不会产生低触,可协同增效,减少用药量,降低成本。
2、本发明组合物适用范围增加,适用于防治禾谷类、果树、蔬菜的真菌性病害,特别是在防治小麦、辣椒、番茄、葡萄、苹果树、梨树、枣树、水稻、瓜类等作物病害,如麦类叶枯病、叶锈病、颖枯病、褐斑病、白粉病、叶斑病、枯萎病、菌核病、网斑病和云纹病、水稻纹枯病、水稻稻曲病,油菜和花生灰霉病、黑斑病、褐斑病、黑胫病、菌核病和锈病等上的应用均有显著的效果。本发明杀菌组合物对子囊菌、担子菌、半知菌和卵菌纲真菌病害具有很好的防治效果;并抑制害虫或真菌对单一制剂(啶氧菌酯和丙硫菌唑任一)的抗药性的产生。本发明杀菌组合物能产生较高的协同增效作用,并且该混合物的用量比单独活性化合物的用量大大降低,即混合物的活性大于单独组分的活性。
与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果:(1)与单剂相比,该组合物对抗性真菌病害如麦类叶枯病、叶锈病、颖枯病、褐斑病、白粉病、叶斑病、枯萎病、菌核病、网斑病和云纹病、水稻纹枯病、水稻稻曲病,油菜和花生灰霉病、黑斑病、褐斑病、黑胫病、菌核病和锈病等真菌病害有明显协同增效作用,克服和延缓了抗药性,扩大防治谱,明显提高了防治效果;(2)减少防治用工、用药成本;(3)可替代常规和易产生抗性的农药;(4)与单剂相比,生产和使用成本降低;(5)抑制真菌抗药性的产生,其效果明显高于其单剂使用。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,实施例中剂型的制备方法均为常规方法,本发明所述的“%”均为质量百分比。
室内生测试验:
在室内采用菌丝生长速率法,测定不同药剂对菌株的EC50值,采用共毒系数计算方法,计算出混剂的共毒系数(CTC),确定混剂的增效性,具体计算方法如下:
以混剂中某一单剂为标准药剂(通常选择EC50较低者),进行计算:
单剂毒力指数=标准药剂EC50/某单剂EC50×100
理论毒力指数=A单剂的毒力指数×A单剂在混剂中所占比例+B单剂的毒力指数×B单剂在混剂中所占比例
实测毒力指数=标准单剂的EC50值/混剂的EC50值×100
共毒系数=实测毒力指数/理论毒力指数×100
共毒系数分级:CTC大于120时混剂具有协同增效性,CTC小于80时为拮抗,CTC在80-120之间为相加作用。
按照有效成分啶氧菌酯(A):丙硫菌唑(B)质量配比为:70:1、50:1、30:1、
20:1、10:1、5:1、2.5:1、1:1、1:2、1:4、1:7、1:10、1:20、1:30、1:50进行试验,测定其对水稻纹枯病菌(Thanatephorus cucumeris(Frank)Donk)的共毒系数。

田间药效试验:
用以下实施例制得的农药制剂防治水稻纹枯病试验。
1、试验处理:本试验药剂用量根据各个成分的不同分别设三个处理浓度,对照药剂分别是农药单剂5%丙硫菌唑ME和25%啶氧菌酯SC及空白清水试验。
2、试验方法每个小区面积为66.7m2,重复3次;施药前调查及防治后的调查药效方法为:在试验处理区内随机取样5点,按照国家田间试验相关标准进行病情分级,计算防效。试验结果见表2:

通过室内生测和田间药效结果表明,啶氧菌酯与丙硫菌唑组合物具有明显的协同增效作用,组合物的防治效果优良,防治效果均好于单剂品种,在农业应用中具有应用价值。
两种活性化合物可以加工成允许的任意一种剂型,下面以具体的实施例说明两种有效成分加工成的制剂,但是该两种活性成分可以加工的制剂不仅限于以下所列。
实施例1:15%啶氧菌酯·丙硫菌唑可湿性粉剂(1:2)
将啶氧菌酯5g、丙硫菌唑10g、净洗剂LS(对甲氧基脂肪酸胺基苯磺酸钠)2g、扩散剂NNO(亚甲基双萘磺酸钠)4g、白炭黑5g,高岭土加至100g混合物进行气流粉碎,制得有效成分质量百分比为15%啶氧菌酯·丙硫菌唑可湿性粉剂。
实施例2:15%啶氧菌酯·丙硫菌唑可湿性粉剂(1:4)
将啶氧菌酯3g、丙硫菌唑12g、十二烷基硫酸钠3g、扩散剂NNO 4g、白炭黑5g,高岭土加至100g混合物进行气流粉碎,制得有效成分质量百分比为15%啶氧菌酯·丙硫菌唑可湿性粉剂。
实施例3:16%啶氧菌酯·丙硫菌唑可湿性粉剂(1:7)
将啶氧菌酯2g、丙硫菌唑14g、十二烷基硫酸钠3g、扩散剂NNO 4g、白炭黑5g,高岭土加至100g混合物进行气流粉碎,制得有效成分质量百分比为16%啶氧菌酯·丙硫菌唑可湿性粉剂。
实施例4:20%啶氧菌酯·丙硫菌唑悬浮剂(1:1)
称取10g啶氧菌酯、10g丙硫菌唑,木质素2g,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚及其硫酸盐4g,黄原胶0.15g,乙二醇5g,硅氧乙烷0.10g,硅酸镁铝0.5g,用水补足至100g,在砂磨机的作用下制成有效成分质量百分比为20%啶氧菌酯·丙硫菌唑悬浮剂。
实施例5:55%啶氧菌酯·丙硫菌唑水乳剂(1:10)
称取5g啶氧菌酯、50g丙硫菌唑、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯3g、农乳33#2g、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1g,溶剂油13g,加水至100g。将以上原料按常规配制水乳剂的方法投入混合釜中高速混合,制成有效成分质量百分比为55%啶氧菌酯·丙硫菌唑水乳剂。
实施例6:42%啶氧菌酯·丙硫菌唑乳油(1:20)
称取2g啶氧菌酯、40g丙硫菌唑,十二烷基苯磺酸钙8g、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚5g、溶剂油至100g。将以上原料按常规配制乳油的方法投入混合釜中混合,制成有效成分质量百分比为42%啶氧菌酯·丙硫菌唑乳油。
实施例7:70%啶氧菌酯·丙硫菌唑乳油(2.5:1)
称取50g啶氧菌酯、20g丙硫菌唑,十二烷基苯磺酸钙5g、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚2g、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚2g、溶剂油至100g。将以上原料按常规配制乳油的方法投入混合釜中混合,制成有效成分质量百分比为70%啶氧菌酯·丙硫菌唑乳油。
实施例8:18%啶氧菌酯·丙硫菌唑水分散颗粒剂(5:1)
称取15g啶氧菌酯、3g丙硫菌唑,木质磺酸钠8g、十二烷基硫酸钠2g、硫酸铵5g,聚乙烯醇5g,硼砂2g,硅藻土28g补足至100g,将以上原料按水分散颗粒剂方法制成有效成分质量百分比为17%啶氧菌酯·丙硫菌唑水分散颗粒剂。
实施例9:11%啶氧菌酯·丙硫菌唑乳油(10:1)
称取10g啶氧菌酯、1g丙硫菌唑,十二烷基苯磺酸钙6g、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚7g、溶剂油至100g。将以上原料按常规配制乳油的方法投入混合釜中混合,制成有效成分质量百分比为11%啶氧菌酯·丙硫菌唑乳油。
实施例10:31.5%啶氧菌酯·丙硫菌唑微乳剂(20:1)
称取30g啶氧菌酯、1.5g丙硫菌唑、十二烷基苯磺酸钙6g、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯3g、农乳33#2g、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1g,异丙醇10g,加水至100g。将以上原料按常规配制微乳剂的方法投入混合釜中混合,制成有效成分质量百分比为32%啶氧菌酯·丙硫菌唑微乳剂。
实施例11:31%啶氧菌酯·丙硫菌唑乳油(30:1)

实施例12:51%啶氧菌酯·丙硫菌唑悬浮剂(50:1)
称取50g啶氧菌酯、1g丙硫菌唑,木质素2g,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚及其硫酸盐4g,黄原胶0.15g,乙二醇5g,硅氧乙烷0.10g,硅酸镁铝0.5g,用水补足至100g,在砂磨机的作用下制成有效成分质量百分比为51%啶氧菌酯·丙硫菌唑悬浮剂。
实施例13:32%啶氧菌酯·丙硫菌唑微乳剂(1:15)
称取2g啶氧菌酯、30g丙硫菌唑、十二烷基苯磺酸钙6g、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯3g、农乳33#2g、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1g,异丙醇10g,加水至100g。将以上原料按常规配制微乳剂的方法投入混合釜中混合,制成有效成分质量百分比为32%啶氧菌酯·丙硫菌唑微乳剂。
实施例14:6%啶氧菌酯·丙硫菌唑水乳剂(1:5)
称取1g啶氧菌酯、5g丙硫菌唑、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯3g、农乳33#2g、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1g,溶剂油13g,加水至100g。将以上原料按常规配制水乳剂的方法投入混合釜中高速混合,制成有效成分质量百分比为6%啶氧菌酯·丙硫菌唑水乳剂。
实施例15:62%啶氧菌酯·丙硫菌唑微乳剂(1:30)
称取2g啶氧菌酯、60g丙硫菌唑、十二烷基苯磺酸钙6g、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯3g、农乳33#2g、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1g,异丙醇10g,加水至100g。将以上原料按常规配制微乳剂的方法投入混合釜中混合,制成有效成分质量百分比为62%啶氧菌酯·丙硫菌唑微乳剂。
实施例16:51%啶氧菌酯·丙硫菌唑悬浮剂(1:50)
称取1g啶氧菌酯、50g丙硫菌唑,木质素2g,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚及其硫酸盐4g,黄原胶0.15g,乙二醇5g,硅氧乙烷0.10g,硅酸镁铝0.5g,用水补足至100g,在砂磨机的作用下制成有效成分质量百分比为51%啶氧菌酯·丙硫菌唑悬浮剂。
实施例17:7%啶氧菌酯·丙硫菌唑水分散颗粒剂(1:2.5)
称取2g啶氧菌酯、5g丙硫菌唑,木质磺酸钠8g、十二烷基硫酸钠2g、硫酸铵5g,聚乙烯醇5g,硼砂2g,白炭黑3g、硅藻土补足至100g,将以上原料按水分散颗粒剂方法制成有效成分质量百分比为7%啶氧菌酯·丙硫菌唑水分散颗粒剂。
Claims (9)
1.一种含啶氧菌酯和丙硫菌唑的杀菌组合物,其特征在于该杀菌组合物以啶氧菌酯和丙硫菌唑为主要有效成分,其中啶氧菌酯与丙硫菌唑的质量比为1:50~70:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于所述啶氧菌酯与丙硫菌唑的质量比为1:50~1:1、5:1~20:1、40:1~70:1。
3.根据权利要求2所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于所述啶氧菌酯与丙硫菌唑的质量比为1:50、1:10、1:1、5:1~10:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于所述的啶氧菌酯和丙硫菌唑二者占组合物的质量百分含量为2%~80%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于所述的啶氧菌酯和丙硫菌唑二者占组合物的质量百分含量为10%~40%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于以啶氧菌酯和丙硫菌唑为主要有效成分和农药助剂、赋型剂配制成农药上允许的任意一种剂型。
7.根据权利要求6所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于所述的剂型是乳油、悬浮剂、水乳剂、可湿性粉剂、微乳剂或水分散颗粒剂。
8.权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物在制备防治植物真菌病害药物上的应用。
9.根据权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于所述的真菌病害为麦类叶枯病、叶锈病、颖枯病、褐斑病、白粉病、叶斑病、枯萎病、菌核病、网斑病和云纹病、水稻纹枯病、水稻稻曲病,油菜和花生灰霉病、黑斑病、褐斑病、黑胫病、菌核病和锈病中的至少一种。
