Abstract
The invention relates to the detection of the content of certain substances in blood, which can effectively solve the technical problems of high accuracy, high HCT requirement and the like, the solution is to detect the current signal generated in the reaction process of the liquid reagent and the blood in the kit device by using an electrochemical method, and convert the detected current signal into the concentration of a certain substance by using a detector. The invention relates to a portable reagent kit device which comprises an electrode, a reagent pack, a reagent reaction tank and a blood sampling area, wherein the reagent pack can be used for detecting a reaction reagent of a substance in blood according to different devices for detecting the substance. The invention has simple structure, novelty, uniqueness, high accuracy, no requirement on the blood cell backlog of blood, convenient use and capability of effectively solving the problems of low accuracy and high requirement on the HCT (hydrogen chloride) size caused by the prior art such as a colorimetric method and dry-type processing test paper.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of medical in-vitro diagnosis, and particularly relates to a portable kit device based on an electrochemical method and capable of being used for various blood detection projects of a human.
Background
Blood testing has become a routine testing method for physical examination of clinical patients and healthy people at present, and the blood testing method comprises the following steps: 1. detecting the content of a certain substance in blood on a semi-automatic or full-automatic biochemical analyzer by utilizing the principle of a photo-colorimetry; 2. and detecting the content of a certain substance in the blood by using a photochemical method or an electrochemical method test paper.
Firstly, the existing semi-automatic and full-automatic biochemical analyzers are large in size, cannot be carried at any time and any place, need to go to a hospital or clinic for blood detection, have long detection time, and cannot rapidly produce results; secondly, the light colorimetric method utilizes a light source and a color development substance to detect the quantity of substances contained in blood, and compared with an electrochemical method, the method has lower precision and sensitivity than the electrochemical method; thirdly, if the portable test paper is used for detecting the content of substances in blood, namely an electrochemical method is used for detecting, and the reagent is subjected to dry treatment on the test paper, so that uneven mixing of the blood and the reagent can be caused, and the detection result can be inaccurate; the dry test paper has certain requirements on blood cell backlog (HCT) in blood, and if the blood does not meet the requirements, inaccurate detection results can be caused.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention proposes a portable electrochemical-based kit device capable of containing a liquid reagent for blood test. The problems of long detection time, inconvenient detection, low precision and sensitivity, high HCT requirement and the like can be effectively solved.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
A portable blood detection kit device based on an electrochemical method comprises an electrode, a reagent pack, a reagent reaction tank and a blood sampling area; the reagent bag is a closed container, and a miniature manual valve connected with the reagent reaction tank is arranged below the reagent bag; the blood sampling area is connected with the reagent reaction tank through an interface, and a blood sample enters the reagent reaction tank through the interface between the blood sampling area and the reagent reaction tank; the electrode is arranged in the reagent reaction tank and is used for detecting current generated in the reaction, connecting the current with an instrument and transmitting the detected current in the reaction to a detection element of the instrument.
Further, the electrode is an electrode group and at least comprises 2 electrodes, namely a working electrode and a reference electrode; or a plurality of electrodes.
Further, one end of the electrode group is arranged at the right lower side of the reagent reaction tank, and the other end of the electrode group is connected with an instrument.
Further, the electrode group is formed independently and is connected with a reagent reaction tank and an instrument when in use; the reagent reaction tank and the instrument are respectively provided with an electrode interface.
Further, the reagent package is a conjuncted closed container that two or more link together, and every reagent package below has the miniature manual valve that links to each other with the reagent reaction tank.
Furthermore, the miniature manual valve is provided with a manual valve rod which is positioned in the reagent pack and connected with the miniature manual valve and the topmost end of the reagent pack; the manual valve rod mounting position is marked outside the reagent pack.
Further, the blood sampling area is a siphon which sucks fingertip blood or venous blood through siphon action, and the siphon is connected with the reagent reaction tank through an interface.
Furthermore, the interface is a miniature suction tube, and according to the critical caliber which is calculated under the condition of atmospheric pressure and can not only allow liquid to enter and exit, the interface is used as the caliber of the miniature suction tube, so that the blood can enter the reagent reaction tank and the liquid reagent in the reaction tank can not flow out.
Further, the reagent reaction tank is a rectangular box body with biodegradable environment-friendly materials, and the reagent pack is positioned above the box body.
Compared with the prior art, the portable blood detection kit device based on the electrochemical method has the following advantages:
The invention relates to a novel portable electrochemical blood detection kit device designed aiming at the defects of the prior art, which not only can detect different substance contents in blood and has multiple applicability, but also solves the defects of long detection time, low accuracy of an optical colorimetric method and the like of a large-scale semi-automatic and full-automatic biochemical analyzer, and simultaneously solves the problems of uneven mixing of reagents and blood and high HCT requirements of test paper subjected to dry treatment.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following outstanding characteristics:
1. The method has the advantages that the accuracy is high, the content of a certain substance in the blood measured by an electrochemical method is much higher than that of a colorimetric method, the reagent is a liquid reagent, the reagent is uniformly mixed with the blood, and the measurement accuracy is high;
2. The difficult problem of high requirement on blood cell backlog (HCT) of blood is overcome;
3. The detection time is short;
4. the device has small volume, light weight and convenient carrying, and can detect blood at any time and any place.

Detailed Description
It should be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments of the present invention and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other.
The invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings in connection with embodiments.
As shown in FIG. 1, the invention comprises an electrode 1, a reagent pack 2, a reagent reaction tank 3 and a blood sampling area 4;
wherein the electrode 1 has at least 2 electrodes (working electrode and reference electrode), and can also have a plurality of electrodes, such as 6-8 electrodes, to form an electrode group; one end of the electrode group is arranged at the right lower side of the reagent reaction tank, and the other end of the electrode group is connected with an instrument. Or the electrode group is formed independently and then connected with a reagent reaction tank and an instrument when in use; the reagent reaction tank and the instrument are respectively provided with an electrode interface.
For the reagent pack 2, if the reagent pack is a single reagent, only one closed independent container is used as the reagent pack 2, and a miniature manual valve 5 connected with a reagent reaction tank 3 is arranged below the reagent pack 2;
If the reagent is double reagent or multi-reagent, 2 or more conjuncted closed containers are used as reagent packages 2, the number of the closed containers in the reagent packages 2 is determined by different detection item reaction principles, and a miniature manual valve 5 connected with a reagent reaction tank 3 is arranged below each reagent package 2;
The reaction tank in the structure does not need to contain reagent, and is specifically determined by the actual solution property and design requirement.
The one or more miniature manual valves 5 between the reagent pack 2 and the reagent reaction tank 3 are manual driving valves, the on-off state of the miniature manual valves is controlled through a manual valve rod 7, the manual valve rod 7 is connected to the miniature manual valve 5 and the topmost end of the reagent pack 2, and the installation position of the manual valve rod inside the reagent pack 2 is marked outside the reagent pack. When blood is to be tested, a certain pressure is applied vertically downwards with a finger on the manual valve rod 7 directly above each reagent pack 2, the manual valve connected with the valve rod is opened, and when the pressure is not applied, the valve is closed. The valve is respectively connected with each reagent pack and the reagent reaction tank, and when the valve is opened, the reagent in each reagent pack 2 enters the reagent reaction tank 3.
The reagent reaction tank 3 is used for carrying out an electrochemical reaction device after different reaction reagents are mixed with blood; after the blood and the reagent enter the reagent reaction tank 3, the reagent and the blood are mixed by hand upside down, so that the reagent and the blood perform full electrochemical reaction. The reagent reaction tank 3 can also serve as a reagent pack of one of the reagents, namely, when the detection reagent is a single reagent, the reagent reaction tank 3 is a reagent pack filled with the reagent; when the detection reagent is double reagent or multiple reagents, the reagent reaction tank 3 is a reagent pack for containing one of the reagents. The structure is that one or more miniature manual valves 5 are arranged above the reagent packaging machine and are used for connecting each reagent package 2.
The blood sampling area 4 is a siphon, the blood sample is sucked by utilizing the siphon effect, the interface of the blood sampling area 4 connected with the reagent reaction tank 3 is arranged at the left upper side of the reagent reaction tank 3, the interface is a miniature suction pipe 6 designed according to the principle that a critical caliber which can not only allow liquid to enter and exit is calculated under the condition of atmospheric pressure, and the caliber of the miniature suction pipe 6 is smaller than 0.5cm. The miniature suction tube can ensure that blood can enter the reagent reaction tank without flowing out liquid reagent in the reaction tank.
The reagent kit device shown in fig. 1 is connected with an instrument through an electrode, a miniature manual valve 5 for connecting a reagent reaction tank 3 and different reagent bags is opened through a manual valve rod 7, so that different reagents enter the reagent reaction tank 3, a blood sampling area 4 utilizes siphoning to enable fingertip blood collected by a blood sampling needle or venous blood extracted by a venous blood sampling device to enter the reagent reaction tank 3 through a miniature straw 6, the reagents and the blood are mixed evenly by manual inversion, a substance in the blood and the reaction reagents perform sufficient oxidation-reduction reaction, the generated electron e-reduces a conductive agent in a reagent mixed solution from high price (such as 3+) to low price (such as 2+), then the instrument gives a certain specific voltage to the reaction reagents through the electrode, the conductive agent is oxidized from low price (such as 2+) to high price (such as 3+), so that an electron e-is released, the electrode detects a current signal, the current signal is transmitted to an instrument detection element, and then the instrument detects the current signal and converts the current signal into a concentration value, so that the content of the substance in the blood is analyzed and calculated.

Claims (5)
1. The portable blood detection kit device based on the electrochemical method is characterized by comprising an electrode, a reagent pack, a reagent reaction tank and a blood sampling area; the reagent bag is a closed container, and a miniature manual valve connected with the reagent reaction tank is arranged below the reagent bag; the blood sampling area is connected with the reagent reaction tank through an interface, and a blood sample enters the reagent reaction tank through the interface between the blood sampling area and the reagent reaction tank; the electrode is arranged in the reagent reaction tank and is used for detecting current generated in the reaction, connecting the electrode with an instrument and transmitting the detected current in the reaction to an instrument detection element;
the electrodes are electrode groups and at least comprise 2 electrodes, namely a working electrode and a reference electrode; or a plurality of electrodes;
One end of the electrode group is arranged at the right lower side of the reagent reaction tank, and the other end of the electrode group is connected with an instrument;
the electrode group is formed independently and is connected with a reagent reaction tank and an instrument when in use; the reagent reaction tank and the instrument are respectively provided with an electrode interface;
The reagent package is a conjuncted closed container that two or more link together, and every reagent package below has the miniature manual valve that links to each other with the reagent reaction tank.

The electrochemical-based portable blood test kit of claim 1, wherein the miniature manual valve is provided with a manual valve stem, the manual valve stem is positioned inside the reagent pack and connected to the miniature manual valve and the topmost end of the reagent pack; the manual valve rod mounting position is marked outside the reagent pack.
3. The electrochemical-based portable blood test kit of claim 1, wherein the blood sampling area is a siphon tube for sucking fingertip blood or venous blood by siphoning, and the siphon tube is connected to the reagent reaction tank through an interface.

A portable blood test kit device according to claim 1 or 3, wherein the port is a micro pipette, and the aperture of the micro pipette is used to ensure that blood can enter the reagent reaction tank without flowing out the liquid reagent in the reaction tank according to the critical aperture calculated under the existence of atmospheric pressure and capable of preventing liquid from entering and exiting.
