一种可有效将剧烈摩擦产生的热能散去、大大的减轻制动面热衰退现象、防止制动面开裂、延长制动鼓使用寿命的散热性能好的制动鼓,由制动面、与制动面相连的法兰面、设于制动面外周的加强带构成,在所述制动面上靠近法兰面端周向均匀设有多组贯穿的散热孔,散热孔的轴心指向制动鼓的轴心,且相邻两组散热孔交错布置。

技术领域
本发明涉及用于车辆的鼓式制动器,特别是一种散热性能好的制动鼓。
背景技术
制动鼓是一种与轮毂相连,用于与制动蹄片共同作用实现刹车的装置,属于制动器总成中的关键零件,制动鼓包括制动面和法兰面,法兰面上的螺栓孔与轮毂通过紧固件连接。现有的制动鼓在制动面没有散热孔或散热通道,导致刹车时制动面与制动蹄片剧烈摩擦,产生大量热能,由于剧烈摩擦产生的热能不能有效散去,导致制动面热衰退现象,制动面开裂,影响制动鼓的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述技术问题,提供一种可有效将剧烈摩擦产生的热能散去、大大的减轻制动面热衰退现象、防止制动面开裂、延长制动鼓使用寿命的散热性能好的制动鼓。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种散热性能好的制动鼓,由制动面、与制动面相连的法兰面、设于制动面外周的加强带构成,其特殊之处在于:在所述制动面上靠近法兰面端周向均匀设有多组贯穿的散热孔,散热孔的轴心指向制动鼓的轴心,且相邻两组散热孔交错布置。
进一步,所述散热孔为圆形。
进一步,所述散热孔改为五组,且相邻两组散热孔间距相同。
本发明的有益效果是:
在所述制动面上靠近法兰面端周向均匀设置的多组贯穿的散热孔,刹车蹄片与制动面摩擦产生大量热量,外部空气通过散热孔进入制动鼓内腔,再将热量通过散热孔带出到制动鼓外,从而达到散热的目的,大大的减轻了制动面热衰退现象,防止了制动面开裂,延长制动鼓使用寿命。且在增加了散热孔的同时,也减少了制动鼓的自身重量。

具体实施方式
如图所示,一种散热性能好的制动鼓,由制动面1、与制动面1相连的法兰面2、设于制动面1外周的加强带3构成,在所述制动面1上靠近法兰面2端周向均匀设有多组贯穿的散热孔4,所述散热孔4为圆形,散热孔4的轴心指向制动鼓的轴心,且相邻两组散热孔4交错布置,所述散热孔4改为五组,且相邻两组散热孔4间距相同。
车辆制动时,刹车蹄片与制动面1摩擦,产生大量热量,外部空气通过散热孔4进入制动鼓内腔,再将热量通过散热孔4带出到制动鼓外,从而达到散热的目的。降低了制动面1开裂的几率,从而提高了制动鼓的使用性能,同时,在增加了散热孔4的同时,也减少了制动鼓的自身重量。

1.一种散热性能好的制动鼓,由制动面、与制动面相连的法兰面、设于制动面外周的加强带构成,其特征在于:在所述制动面上靠近法兰面端周向均匀设有多组贯穿的散热孔,散热孔的轴心指向制动鼓的轴心,且相邻两组散热孔交错布置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的散热性能好的制动鼓,其特征在于:所述散热孔为圆形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的散热性能好的制动鼓,其特征在于:所述散热孔改为五组,且相邻两组散热孔间距相同。
