本发明公开了一种低气味的PVC人造革,包括自下而上依次包括基布层、PVC皮层和油漆层,其中PVC皮层由以下按照重量份的原料组成:PVC树脂粉75份,邻苯二甲酸二酯34.4份,碳酸钙8份,环氧大豆油4份,颜料3份,稳定剂1.3份,发泡剂偶氮二甲酰胺1份;还包括所述低气味的PVC人造革的制备方法。本发明产品在加工过程中得到至少两次加热,从而使在加工过程中导致产品气味的物质以及甲醛等有害物质尽可能的挥发出去,另外,本发明PVC皮层内含有的分子筛具有很大的比表面积,能吸附PVC受热时产生的氯化氢分子,以及增塑剂中的醛类物质,从而达到降低气味和VOC散发的目的。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及人造革生产技术领域,具体是一种低气味的PVC人造革及其制备方法。
背景技术
人造革与合成革是模拟皮革的组织构造和使用性能,并可作为皮革代用品的复合材料。通常以纺织布与非织造布模拟皮革的网状层,以微孔高分子涂层模拟皮革的粒面层,所得到的人造革与合成革正、反面都和皮革比较相似,广泛用于制作鞋、靴、箱包和球类等。在通常的分类方法中,人造革是以纺织布作为基布,涂覆高分子浆料制成的仿皮革材料,多数以聚氯乙烯(PVC)作为涂层剂,俗称“PVC”人造革。
目前,对于PVC人造革的产品来说,存在的主要问题有以下几个:第一,PVC人造革产品中,需要加入大量的增塑剂,而这些增塑剂有一定的挥发性,使PVC人造革产品有一定的难闻的气味;第二,普通的PVC树脂耐寒性、耐冲击性、耐老化性不好,导致PVC人造革的耐久性较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种低气味的PVC人造革及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种低气味的PVC人造革,自下而上依次包括基布层、PVC皮层和油漆层,所述PVC皮层由以下按照重量份的原料组成:PVC树脂粉70-80份,邻苯二甲酸二酯33-36份,碳酸钙7-9份,环氧大豆油3-5份,颜料0-5份,气味吸收剂0.5-2份,稳定剂1-1.5份,发泡剂偶氮二甲酰胺0-1.5份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述PVC皮层由以下按照重量份的原料组成:PVC树脂粉 73-77份,邻苯二甲酸二酯34-35份,碳酸钙7.5-8.5份,环氧大豆油3.5-4.5份,颜料2.5-3.5份,气味吸收剂1-1.5份,稳定剂1.2-1.4份,发泡剂偶氮二甲酰胺0.5-1.2份
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述PVC皮层由以下按照重量份的原料组成:PVC树脂粉75份,邻苯二甲酸二酯34.4份,碳酸钙8份,环氧大豆油4份,颜料3份,气味吸收剂1.2份,稳定剂1.3份,发泡剂偶氮二甲酰胺1份。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述气味吸收剂为比表面积大于500㎡/g的分子筛,所述分子筛的粒径为60-100μm,分子筛为活性炭分子筛。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:一种低气味的PVC人造革的制备方法,由以下步骤组成:
S1.将PVC皮层的各组分原料按比例混合,加入密炼机进行混炼塑化,经二次开炼和二次过滤后输送至挤出设备,得到PVC浆料;
S2.将步骤S1制备的PVC浆料涂在离型纸上、烘干,接着继续涂上一层PVC浆料、烘干,然后涂上胶水,并复合上一层基布再烘干,之后撕去离型纸,即得PVC皮层;
S3.向S2制备的PVC皮层上涂上一层底漆、烘干,再涂上一层面漆、烘干,得油漆层;
S4.将PVC表层和油漆层依次置于基布层上贴合,得到半成品;
S5.将半成品送入发泡炉进行发泡,并进行表面处理;
S6.将经过表面处理的半成品进行高温揉纹加工,高温揉纹后通过主动排风的方式吹送冷却风以冷却定型,最后检查卷取,得到所述的低气味的PVC人造革。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述S1步骤中密炼温度为120℃,时间为500s-550s,开炼温度为130℃-140℃。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述S2步骤中烘干温度为150-180℃,烘干时间为6-10min。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述S5步骤中发泡温度为160-170℃温度,发泡时间2-3min。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述S3步骤中烘干温度为100-120℃,烘干时间为8-12min。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述S6步骤中揉纹加工采用热油换热方式产生热风使滚筒内温度至65-75℃,同时揉纹滚筒正反转动使半成品上下无规则翻转。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明产品在加工过程中得到至少两次加热,从而使在加工过程中导致产品气味的物质以及甲醛等有害物质尽可能的挥发出去,从而降低了产品中残留的气味和挥发物的含量,解决了目前PVC人造革气味大的缺点。
2、本发明PVC皮层内含有的分子筛具有很大的比表面积,对于极性分子和不饱和分子均表现出强烈的吸附能力,分子筛与PVC分子之间具有良好的分散性,且能吸附PVC受热时产生的氯化氢分子,以及增塑剂中的醛类物质,从而达到降低气味和VOC散发的目的。

下面将对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种低气味的PVC人造革,自下而上依次包括基布层、PVC皮层和油漆层,所述PVC皮层由以下按照重量份的原料组成:PVC树脂粉80份,邻苯二甲酸二酯36份,碳酸钙9 份,环氧大豆油5份,颜料5份,气味吸收剂2份,稳定剂1.5份,发泡剂偶氮二甲酰胺1.5份。
所述气味吸收剂为比表面积大于500㎡/g的分子筛,所述分子筛的粒径为100μm,分子筛为活性炭分子筛。
一种低气味的PVC人造革的制备方法,由以下步骤组成:
S1.将PVC皮层的各组分原料按比例混合,加入密炼机进行混炼塑化,经二次开炼和二次过滤后输送至挤出设备,得到PVC浆料;
S2.将步骤S1制备的PVC浆料涂在离型纸上、烘干,接着继续涂上一层PVC浆料、烘干,然后涂上胶水,并复合上一层基布再烘干,之后撕去离型纸,即得PVC皮层;
S3.向S2制备的PVC皮层上涂上一层底漆、烘干,再涂上一层面漆、烘干,得油漆层;
S4.将PVC表层和油漆层依次置于基布层上贴合,得到半成品;
S5.将半成品送入发泡炉进行发泡,并进行表面处理;
S6.将经过表面处理的半成品进行高温揉纹加工,高温揉纹后通过主动排风的方式吹送冷却风以冷却定型,最后检查卷取,得到所述的低气味的PVC人造革。
所述S1步骤中密炼温度为120℃,时间为550s,开炼温度为140℃。
所述S2步骤中烘干温度为180℃,烘干时间为10min。
所述S5步骤中发泡温度为170℃温度,发泡时间3min。
所述S3步骤中烘干温度为120℃,烘干时间为12min。
所述S6步骤中揉纹加工采用热油换热方式产生热风使滚筒内温度至75℃,同时揉纹滚筒正反转动使半成品上下无规则翻转。
实施例2
一种低气味的PVC人造革,自下而上依次包括基布层、PVC皮层和油漆层,所述PVC皮层由以下按照重量份的原料组成:PVC树脂粉73份,邻苯二甲酸二酯34份,碳酸钙7.5 份,环氧大豆油3.5份,颜料2.5份,气味吸收剂1份,稳定剂1.2份,发泡剂偶氮二甲酰胺0.5份。
所述气味吸收剂为比表面积大于500㎡/g的分子筛,所述分子筛的粒径为60μm,分子筛为活性炭分子筛。
一种低气味的PVC人造革的制备方法,由以下步骤组成:

所述气味吸收剂为比表面积大于500㎡/g的分子筛,所述分子筛的粒径为80μm,分子筛为活性炭分子筛。
一种低气味的PVC人造革的制备方法,由以下步骤组成:
S1.将PVC皮层的各组分原料按比例混合,加入密炼机进行混炼塑化,经二次开炼和二次过滤后输送至挤出设备,得到PVC浆料;
S2.将步骤S1制备的PVC浆料涂在离型纸上、烘干,接着继续涂上一层PVC浆料、烘干,然后涂上胶水,并复合上一层基布再烘干,之后撕去离型纸,即得PVC皮层;
S3.向S2制备的PVC皮层上涂上一层底漆、烘干,再涂上一层面漆、烘干,得油漆层;
S4.将PVC表层和油漆层依次置于基布层上贴合,得到半成品;
S5.将半成品送入发泡炉进行发泡,并进行表面处理;
S6.将经过表面处理的半成品进行高温揉纹加工,高温揉纹后通过主动排风的方式吹送冷却风以冷却定型,最后检查卷取,得到所述的低气味的PVC人造革。
所述S1步骤中密炼温度为120℃,时间为525s,开炼温度为135℃。
所述S2步骤中烘干温度为165℃,烘干时间为8min。
所述S5步骤中发泡温度为165℃温度,发泡时间2.5min。
所述S3步骤中烘干温度为110℃,烘干时间为10min。
所述S6步骤中揉纹加工采用热油换热方式产生热风使滚筒内温度至70℃,同时揉纹滚筒正反转动使半成品上下无规则翻转。

1.一种低气味的PVC人造革,其特征在于,自下而上依次包括基布层、PVC皮层和油漆层,所述PVC皮层由以下按照重量份的原料组成:PVC树脂粉70-80份,邻苯二甲酸二酯33-36份,碳酸钙7-9份,环氧大豆油3-5份,颜料0-5份,气味吸收剂0.5-2份,稳定剂1-1.5份,发泡剂偶氮二甲酰胺0-1.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低气味的PVC人造革,其特征在于,所述PVC皮层由以下按照重量份的原料组成:PVC树脂粉73-77份,邻苯二甲酸二酯34-35份,碳酸钙7.5-8.5份,环氧大豆油3.5-4.5份,颜料2.5-3.5份,气味吸收剂1-1.5份,稳定剂1.2-1.4份,发泡剂偶氮二甲酰胺0.5-1.2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低气味的PVC人造革,其特征在于,所述PVC皮层由以下按照重量份的原料组成:PVC树脂粉75份,邻苯二甲酸二酯34.4份,碳酸钙8份,环氧大豆油4份,颜料3份,气味吸收剂1.2份,稳定剂1.3份,发泡剂偶氮二甲酰胺1份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的低气味的PVC人造革,所述气味吸收剂为比表面积大于500㎡/g的分子筛,所述分子筛的粒径为60-100μm,分子筛为活性炭分子筛。
5.一种如权利要求1-3任一所述的低气味的PVC人造革的制备方法,其特征在于,由以下步骤组成:
S1.将PVC皮层的各组分原料按比例混合,加入密炼机进行混炼塑化,经二次开炼和二次过滤后输送至挤出设备,得到PVC浆料;
S2.将步骤S1制备的PVC浆料涂在离型纸上、烘干,接着继续涂上一层PVC浆料、烘干,然后涂上胶水,并复合上一层基布再烘干,之后撕去离型纸,即得PVC皮层;
S3.向S2制备的PVC皮层上涂上一层底漆、烘干,再涂上一层面漆、烘干,得油漆层;
S4.将PVC表层和油漆层依次置于基布层上贴合,得到半成品;
S5.将半成品送入发泡炉进行发泡,并进行表面处理;
S6.将经过表面处理的半成品进行高温揉纹加工,高温揉纹后通过主动排风的方式吹送冷却风以冷却定型,最后检查卷取,得到所述的低气味的PVC人造革。
6.根据权利要求4所述的低气味的PVC人造革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S1步骤中密炼温度为120℃,时间为500s-550s,开炼温度为130℃-140℃。
7.根据权利要求4所述的低气味的PVC人造革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S2步骤中烘干温度为150-180℃,烘干时间为6-10min。
8.根据权利要求4所述的低气味的PVC人造革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S5步骤中发泡温度为160-170℃温度,发泡时间2-3min。
9.根据权利要求4所述的低气味的PVC人造革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S3步骤中烘干温度为100-120℃,烘干时间为8-12min。
10.根据权利要求4所述的低气味的PVC人造革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S6步骤中揉纹加工采用热油换热方式产生热风使滚筒内温度至65-75℃,同时揉纹滚筒正反转动使半成品上下无规则翻转。
