本发明涉及肥料技术领域,尤其涉及一种提高肥料利用率的小麦专用肥。
背景技术
多年来,化肥对小麦作物的增产起到了巨大的作用,但因大量不合理使用化肥而造成土壤板结、地力下降、环境污染、生态破坏。
近些年来,虽然出现了各种复混生态肥,在改善小麦品质和防止土壤板结方面收到一定的效果,但其所使用的有机原料的营养元素多处于锁闭状态,缺乏降解活化,作物难于吸收,不仅造成肥料浪费,肥料利用率低,而且导致土壤结构退化,生态环境的破化。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种提高肥料利用率的小麦专用肥,满足小麦在不同生长期所需养分元素,肥料利用率高,不仅透气保水保肥作用好,而且可重整土壤团粒结构,增强根系活力,使秧苗根系发育好,成苗率高,苗齐苗壮,不产生肥害。
本发明提出的一种提高肥料利用率的小麦专用肥,其原料按重量份包括:大量元素肥料85-95份,腐植酸锰0.1-0.5份,黄腐酸二胺铁0.2-0.8份,石膏粉1-2份,云母粉1-2份,滑石粉2-4份,沸石粉1-2份,腐熟鸡粪15-35份,草炭土10-20份,花生壳粉5-15份,果壳碳1-6份,茶籽粕2-4份,贝壳粉1-5份,葵花籽粕20-30份,复合发酵菌剂0.4-0.8份。
优选地,大量元素肥料按重量份包括:碳酸氢铵20-50份,磷酸二氢钾25-35份,窑灰钾肥5-15份,氯化铵10-18份。
优选地,复合发酵菌剂按重量份包括:酵母菌剂0.1-0.2份,枯草芽孢杆菌剂0.1-0.2份,黑曲霉菌剂0.1-0.2份,泾阳链霉菌剂0.1-0.2份。
优选地,腐植酸锰、黄腐酸二胺铁、石膏粉、云母粉、滑石粉、沸石粉的重量比为0.2-0.4:0.4-0.6:1.2-1.8:1.3-1.7:2.5-3.5:1.2-1.8。
优选地,腐熟鸡粪、草炭土、花生壳粉、果壳碳、茶籽粕、贝壳粉、葵花籽粕的重量比为20-30:12-18:8-12:2-5:2.5-3.5:2-4:22-28。
本发明满足小麦在不同生长期所需养分元素,解决了现有土壤营养供应不足老大难问题,不仅透气保水保肥作用好,而且可增强根系活力,使秧苗根系发育好,成苗率高,苗齐苗壮,不产生肥害。
本发明采用腐熟鸡粪、腐植酸、花生壳粉、果壳碳、茶籽粕、贝壳粉、葵花籽粕为原料,不仅营养物质丰富,而且十分适合小麦种植,可以促进秧苗健壮生长,与复合发酵菌剂配合,可以显著缩短发酵时间,具有生物活性,可在土壤中继续繁殖,促使有益菌共存生长,抑制有害真菌,具有增强土壤肥力、刺激作物生长的能力,有效提高小麦的叶片保护酶活性,提高小麦的抗病性,再与碳酸氢铵、磷酸二氢钾、窑灰钾肥、氯化铵等无机肥料配合,可与发酵后的有机物生成胶体,可更好地调节土壤的通气、水分和营养分布状况,重整土壤团粒结构,不仅不会造成土壤板结,而且使土壤更疏松,有利于小麦的生长。
本发明原料易得、加工方便,有利于大面积推广应用。本发明可提高小麦出苗率,用种量少,出苗均匀整齐、长势一致,一次成苗,比普通肥料育苗期时间缩短,种苗直接移入大田,成活率高达99%以上,节省育苗成本;小麦生长旺盛,可使作物提早成熟,达到增产增质的效益,平均增产25%以上,增加种植户的经济效益。

一种提高肥料利用率的小麦专用肥,其原料包括:大量元素肥料85g,腐植酸锰0.5g,黄腐酸二胺铁0.2g,石膏粉2g,云母粉1g,滑石粉4g,沸石粉1g,腐熟鸡粪35g,草炭土10g,花生壳粉15g,果壳碳1g,茶籽粕4g,贝壳粉1g,葵花籽粕30g,复合发酵菌剂0.4g。
大量元素肥料包括:碳酸氢铵50g,磷酸二氢钾25g,窑灰钾肥15g,氯化铵10g。复合发酵菌剂包括:酵母菌剂0.2g,枯草芽孢杆菌剂0.1g,黑曲霉菌剂0.2g,泾阳链霉菌剂0.1g。
实施例2
一种提高肥料利用率的小麦专用肥,其原料包括:大量元素肥料95g,腐植酸锰0.1g,黄腐酸二胺铁0.8g,石膏粉1g,云母粉2g,滑石粉2g,沸石粉2g,腐熟鸡粪15g,草炭土20g,花生壳粉5g,果壳碳6g,茶籽粕2g,贝壳粉5g,葵花籽粕20g,复合发酵菌剂0.8g。
大量元素肥料包括:碳酸氢铵20g,磷酸二氢钾35g,窑灰钾肥5g,氯化铵18g。复合发酵菌剂包括:酵母菌剂0.1g,枯草芽孢杆菌剂0.2g,黑曲霉菌剂0.1g,泾阳链霉菌剂0.2g。

一种提高肥料利用率的小麦专用肥,其原料包括:大量元素肥料88g,腐植酸锰0.4g,黄腐酸二胺铁0.4g,石膏粉1.8g,云母粉1.3g,滑石粉3.5g,沸石粉1.2g,腐熟鸡粪30g,草炭土12g,花生壳粉12g,果壳碳2g,茶籽粕3.5g,贝壳粉2g,葵花籽粕28g,复合发酵菌剂0.5g。
大量元素肥料包括:碳酸氢铵40g,磷酸二氢钾28g,窑灰钾肥12g,氯化铵12g。复合发酵菌剂包括:酵母菌剂0.18g,枯草芽孢杆菌剂0.12g,黑曲霉菌剂0.17g,泾阳链霉菌剂0.14g。

一种提高肥料利用率的小麦专用肥,其原料包括:大量元素肥料92g,腐植酸锰0.2g,黄腐酸二胺铁0.6g,石膏粉1.2g,云母粉1.7g,滑石粉2.5g,沸石粉1.8g,腐熟鸡粪20g,草炭土18g,花生壳粉8g,果壳碳5g,茶籽粕2.5g,贝壳粉4g,葵花籽粕22g,复合发酵菌剂0.7g。
大量元素肥料包括:碳酸氢铵30g,磷酸二氢钾32g,窑灰钾肥8g,氯化铵16g。复合发酵菌剂包括:酵母菌剂0.12g,枯草芽孢杆菌剂0.18g,黑曲霉菌剂0.13g,泾阳链霉菌剂0.16g。
