技术领域
本发明属于中药组合物，具体地说，是涉及一种用于治疗急性乳腺炎的的中药配方及制备方法。
背景技术
急性乳腺炎是乳腺的急性化脓性感染，是乳腺管内和周围结缔组织炎症，多发生于产后哺乳期的妇女，尤其是初产妇更为多见。有文献报道急 性乳腺炎初产妇患病占50％，初产妇与经产妇之比为2.4：1。哺乳期的任何时间均可发生，但以产后3～4周最为常见，故又称产褥期乳腺炎。
乳腺炎的危害是较大的，初起时乳房肿胀、疼痛，肿块压痛，表面红肿，发热；如继续发展，则症状加重，乳房搏动性疼痛。严重乳腺炎患者可伴有高烧，寒战，乳房肿痛明显，局部皮肤红肿，有硬结、压痛，患侧 腋下淋巴结肿大，压痛。炎症在数天内软化，形成乳房脓肿，有波动感，脓肿深的皮肤发红及波动感不明显。破溃出脓后，脓液引流通畅，可肿消 痛减而愈急性乳腺炎常伴有患侧腋窝淋巴结肿大，有触痛；白细胞总数和 中性粒细胞数增加。患有乳腺炎后，若治疗不当危害性就更大，脓肿就有可能穿破胸大肌筋膜前疏松结缔组织，形成乳房后脓肿；或乳汁自创口处溢出而形成乳漏；甚者可发生脓毒败血症。
目前，急性乳腺炎的治疗主要有物理疗法和抗生素疗法，物理疗法存在损伤大，对治疗技术要求高的问题，抗生素疗法副作用大，特别是对处于哺乳期的妇女，一般不适合用此法。利用中草药治疗，具有安全、有效的优点。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中的不足，本发明提供治疗急性乳腺炎的中药组合物，对急性乳腺炎具有显著疗效。
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明制成该药物有效成分的原料组成及其重量配比为：党参11g，黄芪28g，白术11g，茯苓16g，当归、川芎、白芷各7g，穿山甲14g（先煎），皂角刺28g，蒲公英16g，甘草6g。
本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：头煎加凉水800克，浸泡1小时，武火煮沸后改文火煎煮，至水剩400克；待常温后服用，第二次加水500克，武火煮沸后改文火煎煮，到水剩400克，特常温后服用，每1剂煎2次，过滤去药渣，得药液约400ml，分早晚2次服，3天为1个疗程。

具体实施方式
实施例1：一种用于治疗急性乳腺炎的的中药配方，按重量份数包括以下中药成分：党参11g，黄芪28g，白术11g，茯苓16g，当归、川芎、白芷各7g，穿山甲14g（先煎），皂角刺28g，蒲公英16g，甘草6g。
实施例2：如果患者不思饮食，在上述组分中加炒神曲16g，厚朴11g。
实施例3：如果患者便溏，在上述组分中加怀山药11g，白扁豆11g。
实施例4：如果患者腰膝酸软，在上述组分中加杜仲11g，续断11g。
实施例5：如果患者溃后结块疼痛，在上述组分中加王不留行11g，忍冬藤16g。

以下通过实用例来阐明本发明所述用于妇女急性乳腺炎的中药配方的临床治疗效果。
1、临床资料
所选病例符合《实用外科学》诊断标准。选择100 例均系哺乳期妇女患者。将100例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。治疗组50例中，初产妇32 例，经产妇18例；年龄22岁～34岁，其中皮肤不红有肿块者22例，皮肤红有硬肿块者28例；伴 恶寒发热者28例；病程最短l天，最长9天。对照组50例中，初产妇31例，经产妇19例，年龄23 岁～34岁，其中皮肤不红有肿块者23例，皮肤红有硬肿块者27例；伴恶寒发热者27例；病程 最短1天，最长8天。两组一般情况无显著性差异，具有可比性。
2、疗效标准
治愈：临床症状及体征消失．乳汁通畅为痊愈；
显效：临床症状明显减轻，体温正常，排乳部分通畅；
无效：临床症状无明显减轻、症状加重或乳腺局部肿块发展为乳腺脓肿者，判定为无效。
3、治疗结果
对照组治愈25例，有效15例，无效10例，治愈率50.0％，总有效率80.0％；治疗组治愈40例，有效8例，无效2例，治愈率80.0％，总有效率96.0％。
典型案例：
宋某，女，27岁，已婚。1月11日患者因恶寒发热，左乳疼痛难忍，乳汁不通，全身酸痛前来就诊。患者痛苦呻吟，发热，左乳红肿、质硬、张力高，乳汁不下，用吸乳器吸出少量乳汁。中医诊断为：急性乳腺炎化脓前期。治以解毒清热，通乳活络，服用本发明配方3剂，复诊时已不感恶寒发热，左乳红肿灼热均明显减轻，精神好转。三诊时，乳汁已通，左乳房恢复正常，全身症状消失，诸症痊愈。
