技术领域
本发明涉及一种广告布,尤其涉及一种发泡涂层内打灯广告布及其制备工艺。
背景技术
传统广告布,在内打灯灯箱布方面,在实际使用时存在阻燃效果差、容易产生皱褶、柔软性差、打印画质差等问题。而且现有的广告布主要以接触式刮涂或间隙式不发泡涂布为主,在实际生产中采用接触式刮刀涂布,涂布量小,不能一次获得高的涂布量。间隙式不发泡涂布,可以获得较大的涂布量,但干燥慢,而且如果干燥过急,会存在龟裂的弊端。因此针对上述问题,有必要开发一种内打灯用广告布及其制备工艺。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:针对现有技术的不足,提供一种具有高阻燃、抗褶皱、质量轻、手感好、打印画质细腻的发泡涂层内打灯广告布。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种发泡涂层内打灯广告布,包括基布层,所述基布层的上、下两面分别涂布有增白防水层,其中一面的增白防水层的表面涂布有发泡阻燃涂层,所述发泡阻燃涂层的表面涂布有墨水吸收涂层;
其中所述发泡阻燃涂层为纺织乳液50-80份、发泡剂10-15份、稳泡剂40-60份、滑石粉2-10份、高岭土10-20份、纳米碳酸钙2-10份、钛白粉分散液10-20份、复合型阻燃剂40-80份复合涂布在所述增白防水层的表面所形成的涂层。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述发泡剂为十二烷基硫酸钠或脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠;所述稳泡剂为硬脂酸钠或硬脂酸铵;所述复合型阻燃剂为三氧化二锑10-20份、三氧化铝10-30份、聚磷酸铵阻燃剂20-30份中任意两种或三种组合。
作为一种改进的技术方案,所述增白防水涂层为水500-1000份、荧光增白剂5-10份、有机氟防水防油剂40-60份复合分别涂布在所述基布层的上、下两面所形成的涂层。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述荧光增白剂为双苯乙烯型衍生物。
作为一种改进的技术方案,所述墨水吸收涂层为聚丙烯酸乳液50-80份、聚乙烯蜡2-10份、二氧化硅10-20份、消泡剂0.2-1份复合涂布在所述发泡阻燃涂层的表面所形成的涂层。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述消泡剂为矿物油类、有机硅类、聚醚类中的任意一种。

为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种发泡涂层内打灯广告布的制备工艺,所述制备工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)增白防水涂层的涂布
按照重量份计将500-1000份水、5-10份荧光增白剂、40-60份有机氟防水防油剂,混匀调pH至5-6,得到固含量为0.2-1%的增白防水涂料;采用单次轧液方式,在压辊压力为0.3-0.6MPa条件下将增白防水涂料分别涂布在坯布的上、下两面,经过干燥固化处理,形成增白防水涂层;
(2)发泡阻燃涂层的涂布
按照重量份计将纺织乳液50-80份、发泡剂10-15份、稳泡剂40-60份、滑石粉2-10份、高岭土10-20份、纳米碳酸钙2-10份、钛白粉分散液10-20份、复合型阻燃剂40-80份,混匀调pH至8-10,得到粘度为2000-5000cps,发泡倍率为2-5倍,固含量为40±2%的发泡阻燃涂料;采用辊筒间隙式将发泡阻燃涂料涂布在防水增白处理后的坯布表面,经过干燥固化处理,形成发泡阻燃涂层;
(3)墨水吸收涂层的涂布
按照重量份计将聚丙烯酸乳液50-80份、聚乙烯蜡2-10份、二氧化硅10-20份、消泡剂0.2-1份,混匀调pH7-9,得到粘度为5000-10000cps,固含量为50±2%的墨水吸收涂料;采用底板刮刀式将墨水吸收涂料涂布在发泡阻燃处理后的坯布表面,经过干燥固化处理,形成墨水吸收涂层;再经过收卷、质量检验、分切包装得到发泡涂层内打灯广告布。
作为一种优选的技术方案,步骤(1)、步骤(2)和步骤(3)均采用8节烘箱进行干燥固化处理;其中步骤(1)干燥固化处理时,第一节烘箱温度控制在110-128℃,第二节烘箱温度控制在140-160℃,第三节和第四节烘箱的温度控制在150-170℃,第五节烘箱温度控制在160-180℃,第六节和第七节烘箱的温度控制在170-190℃,第八节烘箱温度控制在150-170℃;
步骤(2)干燥固化处理时,第一节烘箱温度设置为110-130℃,第二节烘箱温度控制在140-160℃,第三节至第五节烘箱温度控制在150-170℃,第六节和第七节烘箱的温度控制在160℃-180℃,第八节烘箱的温度控制在140-160℃;
步骤(3)干燥固化处理时,第一节烘箱温度控制在110-130℃,第二节烘箱至第七节烘箱温度分别控制在160-180℃,第八节烘箱温度控制在140-160℃。
作为一种优选的技术方案,步骤(1)中增白防水涂料的涂布湿量为40-50gsm,涂布车速为40-50m/min;

采用了上述技术方案后,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明提供的内打灯广告布的基布层上涂布有发泡阻燃涂层,且发泡阻燃涂料为纺织乳液、发泡剂、硬脂酸铵、滑石粉、高岭土、纳米碳酸钙、钛白粉分散液、复合型阻燃剂复合而成,采用上述配方中的发泡阻燃涂料可使产品具有较好的阻燃性能;涂料经发泡处理后,涂料密度变小,渗透性变差,涂布时渗入丝线内部的物料变少,涂布出的产品,更加柔软,提高了耐褶皱性;
(2)本发明采用辊筒间隙式涂布,利用5mm“R”型刀涂布,控制发泡涂料粘度及涂布车速,将涂料涂布在基布层表面,与现有技术相比本产品的涂布量容易控制,所以阻燃效果可以通过涂布量来控制;而且产品透光手抓黑痕效果好,抗褶皱、手感好;面涂后,该产品在线进行轧平处理,使表面变得非常平滑,打印画质细腻;
(3)传统底板刮涂涂布量较小,只能采取多次涂布的方式获得更大的涂布量,本申请采用辊筒间隙涂布,只需要涂布一次,便可以涂布较大的克重,而且克重可控制的范围更大;与现有技术相比缩短了大克重涂布的工序,节约了工时;而且大涂布量使产品的阻燃更加好控制;
(4)由于发泡涂布比传统底板刮涂渗透性小,涂布后成品的涂层基本都在基材表面,经在线轧平处理后,在基材表面形成一层很平的膜层,打印后图像更加细腻,颜色更加鲜艳;
(5)发泡后,涂层存在许多微孔结构,相同克重的发泡涂层,显的更加厚实,而且柔软,提高了产品的档次。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图和实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
一种发泡涂层内打灯广告布,如图1所示,包括基布层1(涤纶化纤布),基布层1的上、下两面分别涂布有增白防水层2,其中一面的增白防水层2的表面涂布有发泡阻燃涂层4,发泡阻燃涂层4的表面涂布有墨水吸收涂层5;
其中发泡阻燃涂层为纺织乳液50份、发泡剂10份(十二烷基硫酸钠)、稳泡剂40份(硬脂酸铵)、滑石粉2份、高岭土10份、纳米碳酸钙2份、钛白粉分散液10份、复合型阻燃剂40份(三氧化二锑10份和聚磷酸铵30份)复合涂布在所述增白防水层的表面所形成的涂层。
增白防水涂层为水500份、荧光增白剂5份(双苯乙烯型衍生物)、有机氟防水防油剂40份复合分别涂布在基布层的上、下两面所形成的涂层。
墨水吸收涂层为聚丙烯酸乳液50份、聚乙烯蜡2份、二氧化硅10份、消泡剂0.2份(矿物油类)复合涂布在发泡阻燃涂层的表面所形成的涂层。
其制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)增白防水涂层的涂布
按照重量份计将水500份、荧光增白剂5份、有机氟防水防油剂40份,混匀,调pH至5.3,得到固含量为0.2-0.5%的增白防水涂料;采用单次轧液方式,压辊压力为0.4MPa,涂布车速为40-50m/min,按照涂布湿量为40-50gsm的涂布量将增白防水涂料分别涂布在坯布的上、下两面,经过8节烘箱干燥固化处理,形成增白防水涂层;烘箱温度依次设置为110℃、140℃、150℃、150℃、160℃、170℃、170℃和160;
(2)发泡阻燃涂层的涂布
按照重量份计将纺织乳液50份、发泡剂10份、稳泡剂40份、滑石粉2份、高岭土10份、纳米碳酸钙2份、钛白粉分散液10份、复合型阻燃剂40份,混匀调pH至8.5,得到粘度为2000-3000cps/4#,60RPM,25℃,发泡倍率为4-5倍,固含量为的发泡阻燃涂料;采用辊筒间隙式,5mm“R”型刀涂布,涂布车速为15-20m/min,按照涂布湿量为40-60gsm的涂布量将发泡阻燃涂料涂布在防水增白处理后的坯布表面,经过8节烘箱干燥固化处理,形成涂布干量为20-30克的发泡阻燃涂层;烘箱温度依次设置为110℃、140℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、160℃、160℃和140;
(3)墨水吸收涂层的涂布
按照重量份计将聚丙烯酸乳液50份、聚乙烯蜡2份、二氧化硅10份、消泡剂0.5份,混匀调pH7.8,得到粘度为5000-6000cps/4#,60RPM,25℃的墨水吸收涂料;选用8mm“E”型刀,按照涂布车速为20-30m/min,涂布湿量为40-50gsm的涂布量将墨水吸收涂料涂布在发泡阻燃处理后的坯布表面,经过8节烘箱干燥固化处理,形成涂布干量20-25gsm的墨水吸收涂层;其中烘箱温度依次设置为110℃、160℃、160℃、160℃、160℃、160℃、160℃和140;
实施例2
一种发泡涂层内打灯广告布,如图1所示,包括基布层1(涤纶化纤布),基布层1的上、下两面分别涂布有增白防水层2,其中一面的增白防水层2的表面涂布有发泡阻燃涂层4,发泡阻燃涂层5的表面涂布有墨水吸收涂层5;
其中发泡阻燃涂层为纺织乳液65份、发泡剂12份(十二烷基硫酸钠)、稳泡剂45份(硬脂酸铵)、滑石粉4份、高岭土15份、纳米碳酸钙5份、钛白粉分散液15份、复合型阻燃剂50份(三氧化二锑20份和三氧化铝30份)复合涂布在增白防水层的表面所形成的涂层。
增白防水涂层为水650份、荧光增白剂7份(双苯乙烯型衍生物)、有机氟防水防油剂50份复合分别涂布在基布层的上、下两面所形成的涂层。
墨水吸收涂层为聚丙烯酸乳液60份、聚乙烯蜡5份、二氧化硅15份、消泡剂0.5份(有机硅类)复合涂布在发泡阻燃涂层的表面所形成的涂层。
其制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)增白防水涂层的涂布
按照重量份计将水650份、荧光增白剂7份、有机氟防水防油剂50份,混匀调pH至5.3,得到固含量为0.2-0.5%的增白防水涂料;采用单次轧液方式,压辊压力为0.4MPa,涂布车速为40-50m/min,按照涂布湿量为40-50gsm的涂布量将增白防水涂料分别涂布在坯布的上、下两面,经过8节烘箱干燥固化处理,形成增白防水涂层;烘箱温度依次设置为120℃、150℃、160℃、160℃、170℃、180℃、180℃和180;;
(2)发泡阻燃涂层的涂布
按照重量份计将纺织乳液65份、发泡剂12份、稳泡剂45份、滑石粉4份、高岭土15份、纳米碳酸钙5份、钛白粉分散液15份、复合型阻燃剂50份,混匀调pH至8.5,得到粘度为2000-3000cps,发泡倍率为4-5倍,固含量为40±2%的发泡阻燃涂料;采用辊筒间隙式,5mm“R”型刀涂布,涂布车速为15-20m/min,按照涂布湿量60-100gsm的涂布量将发泡阻燃涂料涂布在防水增白处理后的坯布表面,经过8节烘箱干燥固化处理,形成涂布干量为30-50克的发泡阻燃涂层;烘箱温度依次设置为120℃、150℃、160℃、160℃、160℃、170℃、170℃、150℃;
(3)墨水吸收涂层的涂布
按照重量份计将聚丙烯酸乳液60份、聚乙烯蜡5份、二氧化硅15份、消泡剂0.5份,混匀调pH7.8,得到粘度为5000-6000cps/4#,60RPM,25℃,固含量为50±2%的墨水吸收涂料;选用8mm“E”型刀,按照涂布车速为20-30m/min,涂布湿量为40-50gsm的涂布量将墨水吸收涂料涂布在发泡阻燃处理后的坯布表面,经过8节烘箱干燥固化处理,形成涂布干量20-25gsm的墨水吸收涂层;其中烘箱温度依次设置为120℃、170℃、170℃、170℃、170℃、170℃、170℃、150℃。
实施例3
一种发泡涂层内打灯广告布,如图1所示,包括基布层1(涤纶化纤布),基布层1的上、下两面分别涂布有增白防水层2,其中一面的增白防水层2的表面涂布有发泡阻燃涂层4,发泡阻燃涂层4的表面涂布有墨水吸收涂层5;
其中发泡阻燃涂层为纺织乳液70份、发泡剂13份(十二烷基硫酸钠)、稳泡剂53份(硬脂酸铵)、滑石粉6份、高岭土18份、纳米碳酸钙8份、钛白粉分散液18份、复合型阻燃剂60份(三氧化铝30份和聚磷酸铵阻燃剂30份)复合涂布在增白防水层的表面所形成的涂层。
增白防水涂层为水800份、荧光增白剂9份(双苯乙烯型衍生物)、有机氟防水防油剂55份复合分别涂布在基布层的上、下两面所形成的涂层。
墨水吸收涂层为聚丙烯酸乳液70份、聚乙烯蜡8份、二氧化硅18份、消泡剂0.8份(聚醚类)复合涂布在发泡阻燃涂层的表面所形成的涂层。
其制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)增白防水涂层的涂布
按照重量份计将水800份、9份荧光增白剂、55份有机氟防水防油剂,混匀调pH至5.5,得到固含量为0.5-0.8%的增白防水涂料;采用单次轧液方式,压辊压力为0.5MPa,涂布速度为45m/min,按照涂布湿量为40gsm的涂布量将增白防水涂料分别涂布在坯布的上、下两面,经过8节烘箱干燥固化处理,形成增白防水涂层;其中烘箱温度依次设置为120℃、150℃、160℃、160℃、170℃、180℃、180℃和160;
(2)发泡阻燃涂层的涂布
按照重量份计将纺织乳液70份、发泡剂13份、稳泡剂53份、滑石粉6份、高岭土18份、纳米碳酸钙8份、钛白粉分散液18份、复合型阻燃剂70份,混匀调pH至9.3,得到粘度为2000-3000cps,发泡倍率为3-4倍,固含量为40±2%的发泡阻燃涂料;采用辊筒间隙式,用5mm“R”型刀涂布,涂布车速为15-20m/min,按照涂布湿量为100-200gsm的涂布量将发泡阻燃涂料涂布在防水增白处理后的坯布表面,经过8节烘箱干燥固化处理,形成涂布干量为50-100gsm的发泡阻燃涂层;其中烘箱的温度依次设置为120℃、150℃、160℃、160℃、160℃、170℃、170℃、160℃;
(3)墨水吸收涂层的涂布
按照重量份计将聚丙烯酸乳液70份、聚乙烯蜡8份、二氧化硅18份、消泡剂0.8份,混匀调pH8.7,得到粘度为6000-8000cps,固含量为50±2%的墨水吸收涂料;采用底板刮刀式选用9mm E型刀,涂布车速为20-30m/min,按照涂布湿量为50-60gsm的涂布量将墨水吸收涂料涂布在发泡阻燃涂层的表面,经过8节烘箱干燥固化处理,形成涂布干量25-30gsm的墨水吸收涂层;其中烘箱温度依次设置为120℃、170℃、170℃、170℃、170℃、170℃、170℃、160℃。
实施例4
一种发泡涂层内打灯广告布,如图1所示,包括基布层1(涤纶化纤布),基布层1的上、下两面分别涂布有增白防水层2,其中一面的增白防水层2的表面涂布有发泡阻燃涂层4,发泡阻燃涂层4的表面涂布有墨水吸收涂层5;
其中发泡阻燃涂层为纺织乳液80份、发泡剂(十二烷基硫酸钠)15份、稳泡剂(硬脂酸铵)60份、滑石粉10份、高岭土20份、纳米碳酸钙10份、钛白粉分散液20份、复合型阻燃剂80份(20份三氧化二锑、30份三氧化铝和30份聚磷酸铵的组合)复合涂布在增白防水层的表面所形成的涂层。
增白防水涂层为1000份水、荧光增白剂(双苯乙烯型衍生物)10份、有机氟防水防油剂60份复合分别涂布在基布层的上、下两面所形成的涂层。
墨水吸收涂层为聚丙烯酸乳液80份、聚乙烯蜡10份、二氧化硅20份、消泡剂(有机硅类)1份复合涂布在发泡阻燃涂层的表面所形成的涂层。
一种发泡内打灯广告布的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)增白防水涂层的涂布
按照重量份计将1000份水、10份荧光增白剂、60份有机氟防水防油剂,混匀调pH至6,得到固含量为0.8-1%的增白防水涂料;采用单次轧液方式,压辊压力为0.6MPa,涂布车速为40-50m/min按照涂布湿量为45-50gsm的涂布量将增白防水涂料分别涂布在坯布的上、下两面,经过8节烘箱干燥固化处理,形成增白防水涂层;其中烘箱温度依次设置为120℃、150℃、160℃、160℃、170℃、185℃、185℃和160;;
(2)发泡阻燃涂层的涂布
按照重量份计将纺织乳液80份、发泡剂15份、稳泡剂60份、滑石粉10份、高岭土20份、纳米碳酸钙10份、钛白粉分散液20份、复合型阻燃剂80份,混匀调pH至9.8,得到粘度为3000-4000cps/4#,60RPM,25℃,发泡倍率为2-3倍的发泡阻燃涂料;采用辊筒间隙式,利用5mm“R”型刀涂布,涂布车速10-15m/min,按照涂布湿量为200-400gsm的涂布量将发泡阻燃涂料涂布在防水增白涂层的表面,经过8节烘箱干燥固化处理,形成涂布干量为100-200gsm的发泡阻燃涂层;烘箱温度依次设置为120℃、150℃、160℃、160℃、160℃、170℃、170℃、150℃;
(3)墨水吸收涂层的涂布
按照重量份计将聚丙烯酸乳液80份、聚乙烯蜡10份、二氧化硅20份、消泡剂1份,混匀调pH9,得到粘度为8000-10000cps/4#,60RPM,25℃,固含量为50±2%的墨水吸收涂料;采用底板刮刀式选用9mm“E”型刀涂布,涂布车速为20-30m/min,按照涂布湿量为50-60gsm的涂布量将墨水吸收涂料涂布在发泡阻燃涂层的表面,经过8节烘箱干燥固化处理,形成涂布干量为25-30gsm的墨水吸收涂层;其中烘箱温度依次设置为120℃、170℃、170℃、170℃、170℃、170℃、170℃、150℃。

Claims (7)
1.一种发泡涂层内打灯广告布,包括基布层,其特征在于:所述基布层的上、下两面分别涂布有增白防水层,其中一面的增白防水层的表面涂布有发泡阻燃涂层,所述发泡阻燃涂层的表面涂布有墨水吸收涂层;
其中所述发泡阻燃涂层为纺织乳液50-80份、发泡剂10-15份、稳泡剂40-60份、滑石粉2-10份、高岭土10-20份、纳米碳酸钙2-10份、钛白粉分散液10-20份、复合型阻燃剂40-80份复合涂布在所述增白防水层的表面所形成的涂层;
所述增白防水涂层为水500-1000份、荧光增白剂5-10份、有机氟防水防油剂40-60份复合分别涂布在所述基布层的上、下两面所形成的涂层;
所述墨水吸收涂层为聚丙烯酸乳液50-80份、聚乙烯蜡2-10份、二氧化硅10-20份、消泡剂0.2-1份复合涂布在所述发泡阻燃涂层的表面所形成的涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种发泡涂层内打灯广告布,其特征在于:所述发泡剂为十二烷基硫酸钠或脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠;所述稳泡剂为硬脂酸钠或硬脂酸铵;所述复合型阻燃剂为三氧化二锑10-20份、三氧化铝10-30份、聚磷酸铵阻燃剂20-30份中任意两种或三种组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种发泡涂层内打灯广告布,其特征在于:所述荧光增白剂为双苯乙烯型衍生物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种发泡涂层内打灯广告布,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为矿物油类、有机硅类或聚醚类。
5.一种发泡涂层内打灯广告布的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述制备工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)增白防水涂层的涂布
按照重量份计将500-1000份水、荧光增白剂5-10份、有机氟防水防油剂40-60份,混匀调pH至5-6,得到固含量为0.2-1%的增白防水涂料;采用单次轧液方式,在压辊压力为0.3-0.6MPa条件下将增白防水涂料分别涂布在坯布的上、下两面,经过干燥固化处理,形成增白防水涂层;
(2)发泡阻燃涂层的涂布
按照重量份计将纺织乳液50-80份、发泡剂10-15份、稳泡剂40-60份、滑石粉2-10份、高岭土10-20份、纳米碳酸钙2-10份、钛白粉分散液10-20份、复合型阻燃剂40-80份,混匀调pH至8-10,得到粘度为2000-5000cps,发泡倍率为2-5倍,固含量为40±2%的发泡阻燃涂料;采用辊筒间隙式将发泡阻燃涂料涂布在防水增白处理后的坯布表面,经过干燥固化处理,形成发泡阻燃涂层;
(3)墨水吸收涂层的涂布
按照重量份计将聚丙烯酸乳液50-80份、聚乙烯蜡2-10份、二氧化硅10-20份、消泡剂0.2-1份,混匀调pH7-9,得到粘度为5000-10000cps,固含量为50±2%的墨水吸收涂料;采用底板刮刀式将墨水吸收涂料涂布在发泡阻燃处理后的坯布表面,经过干燥固化处理,形成墨水吸收涂层,再经过收卷,质量检验,分切包装得到发泡涂层内打灯广告布。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种发泡涂层内打灯广告布的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤(1)、步骤(2)和步骤(3)均采用8节烘箱进行干燥固化处理;其中步骤(1)干燥固化处理时,第一节烘箱温度控制在110-128℃,第二节烘箱温度控制在140-160℃,第三节和第四节烘箱的温度控制在150-170℃,第五节烘箱温度控制在160-180℃,第六节和第七节烘箱的温度控制在170-190℃,第八节烘箱温度控制在150-170℃;
步骤(2)干燥固化处理时,第一节烘箱温度设置为110-130℃,第二节烘箱温度控制在140-160℃,第三节至第五节烘箱温度控制在150-170℃,第六节和第七节烘箱的温度控制在160℃-180℃,第八节烘箱的温度控制在140-160℃;
步骤(3)干燥固化处理时,第一节烘箱温度控制在110-130℃,第二节烘箱至第七节烘箱温度分别控制在160-180℃,第八节烘箱温度控制在140-160℃。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种发泡涂层内打灯广告布的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤(1)中增白防水涂料的涂布湿量为40-50gsm,涂布车速为40-50m/min;
步骤(2)中发泡阻燃涂料的涂布湿量为75-500gsm,涂布车速为10-25m/min;
步骤(3)中墨水吸收涂料的涂布湿量为40-60gsm,涂布车速为20-30m/min。
