Abstract
本发明涉及印刷包装技术领域,具体为一种可降解纸塑复合材料。本发明可降解纸塑复合材料,包括最外侧的塑料层、中间的纸质层、以及内侧的涂覆层;以重量组分计,所述塑料层,其原料包括:淀粉60‑80份、聚乙烯30‑40份、植物纤维8‑15份、聚乙烯醇15‑30份、壳聚糖7‑14份、聚碳酸酯10‑18份等;所述涂覆层,其原料包括:聚乳酸40‑60份、聚乙烯醇15‑30份、壳聚糖12‑25份、二氯甲烷8‑15份、鱼鳞胶20‑35份、甘露醇15‑25份等。本发明复合而成的可降解纸塑复合材料,安全无毒,具有优良的耐水、耐湿性能和良好的机械性能,透明性和抗菌性能高,能够生物降解。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及印刷包装技术领域,具体为一种可降解纸塑复合材料。
背景技术
包装材料己成为人们消费需求的一部分。现今市场上的塑料包装,常用材料多为PE、PP、PS和PET等。首先,他们的原材料全部都来自于石油基材料,在自然界中不能生物降解,这不仅造成大量的垃圾堆积,而且也引起了严重的环境污染。
作为包装材料,纸和纸板具有以下特点:原料来源充沛、价格低;适宜的坚固度、耐冲击性和耐摩擦性;卫生、安全;良好折叠、成形性,便于机械加工;优良的印刷适性;可深加工性;废弃物易处理,可生物降解性和可回收性。因此,在环境问题日益严峻的今天,纸和纸板成为首选包装材料。但纸和纸板还存在一些缺点:吸湿性,受潮后强度降低;多孔性,对水蒸气、气体和气味的阻隔性差;难于封口;不耐穿刺;透明性差等。这些缺点限制了纸材料在包装上的应用,尤其是在一些食品包装、阻隔性包装上的应用。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,本发明提出的一种可降解纸塑复合材料,安全无毒,具有优良的耐水、耐湿性能和良好的机械性能,透明性和抗菌性能高,能够生物降解。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种可降解纸塑复合材料,所述纸塑复合材料包括最外侧的塑料层、中间的纸质层、以及内侧的涂覆层;以重量组分计,所述塑料层,其原料包括:淀粉60-80份、聚乙烯30-40份、植物纤维8-15份、聚乙烯醇15-30份、壳聚糖7-14份、聚β-羟基丁酸酯6-15份、偶氮二甲酰铵2-5份、聚碳酸酯10-18份、二氧化钛2-4份、乙二醇1-3份、丙三醇2-6份、硅酸盐1-3份、稳定剂1-4份;以重量组分计,所述涂覆层,其原料包括:聚乳酸40-60份、聚乙烯醇15-30份、壳聚糖12-25份、二氯甲烷8-15份、鱼鳞胶20-35份、甘露醇15-25份、碳酸钙7-12份、蒙脱土2-5份、硬脂酸钡1-3份、聚二甲基硅氧烷2-4份、蒸馏水1500-1800份。
优选地,所述纸质层为牛皮纸或玻璃纸。
优选地,以重量组分计,所述塑料层,其原料包括:淀粉70份、聚乙烯35份、植物纤维12份、聚乙烯醇23份、壳聚糖10份、聚β-羟基丁酸酯10份、偶氮二甲酰铵3.5份、聚碳酸酯14份、二氧化钛3份、乙二醇2份、丙三醇4份、硅酸盐2份、稳定剂2.5份;以重量组分计,所述涂覆层,其原料包括:聚乳酸50份、聚乙烯醇22份、壳聚糖18份、二氯甲烷12份、鱼鳞胶28份、甘露醇20份、碳酸钙10份、蒙脱土3.5份、硬脂酸钡2份、聚二甲基硅氧烷3份、蒸馏水1650份。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的一种可降解纸塑复合材料,包括最外侧的塑料层、中间的纸质层、以及内侧的涂覆层;其中塑料层,以淀粉、聚乙烯、植物纤维、聚乙烯醇为主要原料,并添加壳聚糖、聚β-羟基丁酸酯、偶氮二甲酰铵、聚碳酸酯、二氧化钛、乙二醇、硅酸盐制成;其中涂覆层,以聚乳酸、聚乙烯醇、壳聚糖、鱼鳞胶、甘露醇、蒸馏水为主要原料,并添加二氯甲烷、碳酸钙、蒙脱土、硬脂酸钡等制成;其中纸质层为牛皮纸或玻璃纸,复合而成的可降解纸塑复合材料,安全无毒,具有优良的耐水、耐湿性能和良好的机械性能,透明性和抗菌性能高,能够生物降解。

一种可降解纸塑复合材料,所述纸塑复合材料包括最外侧的塑料层、中间的纸质层、以及内侧的涂覆层。
所述纸质层为牛皮纸或玻璃纸。
以重量组分计,所述塑料层,其原料包括:淀粉60份、聚乙烯40份、植物纤维8份、聚乙烯醇30份、壳聚糖7份、聚β-羟基丁酸酯6份、偶氮二甲酰铵2份、聚碳酸酯18份、二氧化钛2份、乙二醇1份、丙三醇2份、硅酸盐3份、稳定剂1份。
以重量组分计,所述涂覆层,其原料包括:聚乳酸60份、聚乙烯醇15份、壳聚糖12份、二氯甲烷15份、鱼鳞胶20份、甘露醇15份、碳酸钙12份、蒙脱土2份、硬脂酸钡1份、聚二甲基硅氧烷4份、蒸馏水1800份。

一种可降解纸塑复合材料,所述纸塑复合材料包括最外侧的塑料层、中间的纸质层、以及内侧的涂覆层。
所述纸质层为牛皮纸或玻璃纸。
以重量组分计,所述塑料层,其原料包括:淀粉80份、聚乙烯30份、植物纤维15份、聚乙烯醇15份、壳聚糖14份、聚β-羟基丁酸酯15份、偶氮二甲酰铵5份、聚碳酸酯10份、二氧化钛4份、乙二醇3份、丙三醇6份、硅酸盐1份、稳定剂4份。
以重量组分计,所述涂覆层,其原料包括:聚乳酸40份、聚乙烯醇30份、壳聚糖25份、二氯甲烷8份、鱼鳞胶35份、甘露醇25份、碳酸钙7份、蒙脱土5份、硬脂酸钡3份、聚二甲基硅氧烷2份、蒸馏水1500份。
实施例3:
一种可降解纸塑复合材料,所述纸塑复合材料包括最外侧的塑料层、中间的纸质层、以及内侧的涂覆层。
所述纸质层为牛皮纸或玻璃纸。
以重量组分计,所述塑料层,其原料包括:淀粉60份、聚乙烯35份、植物纤维12份、聚乙烯醇25份、壳聚糖8份、聚β-羟基丁酸酯10份、偶氮二甲酰铵4份、聚碳酸酯12份、二氧化钛2份、乙二醇3份、丙三醇3.5份、硅酸盐2.5份、稳定剂3.5份。
以重量组分计,所述涂覆层,其原料包括:聚乳酸45份、聚乙烯醇28份、壳聚糖20份、二氯甲烷14份、鱼鳞胶32份、甘露醇22份、碳酸钙12份、蒙脱土4份、硬脂酸钡2.5份、聚二甲基硅氧烷3份、蒸馏水1600份。
实施例4:
一种可降解纸塑复合材料,所述纸塑复合材料包括最外侧的塑料层、中间的纸质层、以及内侧的涂覆层。
所述纸质层为牛皮纸或玻璃纸。
以重量组分计,所述塑料层,其原料包括:淀粉75份、聚乙烯32份、植物纤维14份、聚乙烯醇28份、壳聚糖11份、聚β-羟基丁酸酯12份、偶氮二甲酰铵4.5份、聚碳酸酯16份、二氧化钛3.5份、乙二醇3份、丙三醇5份、硅酸盐2.5份、稳定剂3.5份。
以重量组分计,所述涂覆层,其原料包括:聚乳酸55份、聚乙烯醇28份、壳聚糖20份、二氯甲烷11份、鱼鳞胶26份、甘露醇20份、碳酸钙10份、蒙脱土3份、硬脂酸钡2份、聚二甲基硅氧烷4份、蒸馏水1700份。
实施例5:
一种可降解纸塑复合材料,所述纸塑复合材料包括最外侧的塑料层、中间的纸质层、以及内侧的涂覆层。
所述纸质层为牛皮纸或玻璃纸。
以重量组分计,所述塑料层,其原料包括:淀粉70份、聚乙烯35份、植物纤维12份、聚乙烯醇23份、壳聚糖10份、聚β-羟基丁酸酯10份、偶氮二甲酰铵3.5份、聚碳酸酯14份、二氧化钛3份、乙二醇2份、丙三醇4份、硅酸盐2份、稳定剂2.5份。
以重量组分计,所述涂覆层,其原料包括:聚乳酸50份、聚乙烯醇22份、壳聚糖18份、二氯甲烷12份、鱼鳞胶28份、甘露醇20份、碳酸钙10份、蒙脱土3.5份、硬脂酸钡2份、聚二甲基硅氧烷3份、蒸馏水1650份。

以重量组分计,所述涂覆层,其原料包括:聚乳酸40-60份、聚乙烯醇15-30份、壳聚糖12-25份、二氯甲烷8-15份、鱼鳞胶20-35份、甘露醇15-25份、碳酸钙7-12份、蒙脱土2-5份、硬脂酸钡1-3份、聚二甲基硅氧烷2-4份、蒸馏水1500-1800份。
