Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及液体衣物洗涤剂组合物及其使用方法的领域。
背景技术
平衡相对湿度低的液体衣物洗涤剂组合物具有不易受微生物污染影响的优点。还有一种趋势是使不必要“填充”液体诸如水的存在最小化的所谓的致密液体。此类组合物对环境更加友好,原因是需要运输的不必要材料较少,因此降低了此类运输操作的环境影响。
然而,此类致密组合物可通常因清洁物质诸如阴离子表面活性剂的高相对浓度而具有高粘度。通常,含羟基胺已用于此类组合物中,以确保消费者可接受的液体衣物洗涤剂组合物的粘度。另外,需要可接受的粘度以允许组合物在制造期间的可加工性。含羟基胺通常用作阴离子洗涤剂表面活性剂诸如直链烷基苯磺酸盐的中和剂。
然而,目前期望降低此类含羟基胺的总体水平。
降低已知的低相对湿度衣物洗涤剂组合物中的含羟基胺的水平可导致组合物的高粘度,这负面地影响了消费者精确倾倒和投配组合物的能力。另外,组合物的可加工性受到了影响,因为难以在制造期间处理此类粘稠的组合物。
因此,本领域需要这样一种低相对湿度的液体衣物洗涤剂组合物:包含较低水平的含羟基胺化合物,但却表现出消费者可接受的和/或工艺可接受的粘度。
已令人惊奇地发现,以上问题通过本发明的特定制剂空间得到克服。下文所述的制剂空间可提供以下液体组合物:具有低相对湿度,并且包含较低水平的含羟基胺化合物,但具有可接受的粘度。
发明内容
本发明还涉及本发明的液体衣物洗涤剂组合物,该组合物可包含:

具体实施方式
衣物洗涤剂组合物
本发明的液体衣物洗涤剂组合物包含液相、层状液晶相和颗粒相。层状液晶相和颗粒相分散于液相内。
优选地,液体衣物洗涤剂组合物在1000s-1的剪切速率下具有介于300mPa.s和700mPa.s之间、更优选地介于350mPa.s和600mPa.s之间的粘度。用于测量粘度的示例性方法是如根据制造商的说明书,使用流变仪DHR1(得自TA instruments)在20℃下采用1000μm的间隙进行。
层状液晶相和颗粒相可区别于液相,它们在液体衣物洗涤剂组合物以1200G离心10min时作为“固体级分”。优选的方法为:
1.在使用之前,将离心机(Sigma Centrifuge 6-15H,6-穴转子)预热至期望的温度。当将离心管装载到转子中时,离心管应当总是在径向相对的位置中彼此相对放置,可测试的样品数为2、3、4和6。
2.使用85ml具有螺旋盖的聚碳酸酯试管。每个管填充有50g材料,并且总质量:管+盖+所测量的受试材料
3.将管放置在离心机转子中,使得管均匀间隔开,并且将转子盖牢固地固定住。当将离心管装载到转子中时,离心管应当总是在径向相对的位置中彼此相对放置,可测试的样品数为2、3、4和6。
4.将离心机时间设定为90分钟。启动离心机(其将自动地逐步增大速度,直至实现17119相对离心力(该离心机的最大RCF用于使分离率最大化))。
5.在90分钟结束时,重新称重每个管,以确保没有材料损失,因为离心管在若干次使用之后可产生裂纹。
6.在离心结束时可产生不同的级分,并且级分数取决于样品的性质,固体级分是底部最致密的不透明级分并且粘度相对较高。然后,可通过从管中简单地去除顶部相来获得底部级分。

本发明的液体衣物洗涤剂组合物总体在本质上为液体。也就是说,即使其包含分散于液相内的颗粒相,但组合物具有液体而非固体或颗粒状组合物的性质。相对于本发明的衣物洗涤剂组合物,术语“液体”涵盖诸如分散体、凝胶、糊剂等形式。液体组合物也可包含适当的细分形式的气体。然而,液体组合物排除总体上呈非液体的形式,诸如片剂或颗粒剂。
术语“液体衣物洗涤剂组合物”是指包含能够润湿和处理织物(例如在家用洗衣机中清洁衣服)的液体的任何衣物洗涤剂组合物,
液体组合物可配制到单位剂量制品中。本发明的单位剂量制品包括水溶性膜,该水溶性膜将液体组合物完全包封于至少一个隔室中。合适的单位剂量制品更详细地描述于下文中。
液体衣物洗涤剂组合物可用作全配方消费产品,或者可添加到一种或多种另外的成分中以形成全配方消费产品。液体衣物洗涤剂组合物可为在将织物加入到洗涤液体之前添加至织物(优选地织物污渍)的“预处理”组合物。
液体衣物洗涤剂组合物包含按所述组合物的重量计介于0.5%和50%之间的水,并且在20℃下具有小于65%的平衡相对湿度。
组合物包含按所述组合物的重量计小于5%的含羟基胺化合物。合适的胺更详细地描述于下文中。
液体衣物洗涤剂组合物可包含结构剂。合适的结构剂更详细地描述于下文中。
液体衣物洗涤剂组合物可包含二氧化硅。

本发明的液体衣物洗涤剂组合物可包含助剂成分,其中助剂成分存在于固相、液相或这两者之中。
不受理论的束缚,据信含羟基胺化合物的去除导致多种洗涤剂成分(诸如阴离子表面活性剂)从溶液中析出。这继而导致组合物的粘度增大。本发明小心地平衡组合物的相化学,以允许所有成分的配制,但仍提供具有可接受粘度的组合物。
此外,含羟基胺的去除可致使制剂相分离(即,可见到至少两个视觉上不同的相)。本发明提供以下附加有益效果:提供具有低相对湿度和较低水平的含羟基胺化合物的组合物,同时使相分离最小化。
层状液晶相
液体衣物洗涤剂组合物包含层状液晶相。该液体衣物洗涤剂组合物包含按所述组合物的重量计介于5%和35%之间、或甚至介于10%和30%之间、或甚至介于12%和25%之间的层状液晶相。本文的术语“层状液晶”意指体系处于以下状态:表面活性剂分子被组织成熔融态表面活性剂的双层的堆叠,该双层的堆叠被溶剂的薄层隔开。该结构在流动性方面具有液体特性,以及在结构化方面具有固体特性。结构的特征在于其d-间距、双层厚度的总和以及片之间的溶剂层。该结构的重复和周期性得到了清晰的晶相的x-射线衍射峰特征。
层状液晶相可包含表面活性剂。优选地,表面活性剂是阴离子表面活性剂,更优选地直链烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基硫酸盐或它们的混合物。
阴离子表面活性剂优选地是非胺中和的,优选地,阴离子表面活性剂包括非胺中和的直链烷基苯磺酸盐、非胺中和的烷基硫酸盐或它们的混合物。
示例性直链烷基苯磺酸盐为C10-C16烷基苯磺酸、或C11-C14烷基苯磺酸。在本文中,“直链”意指烷基基团是直链的。烷基苯磺酸盐在本领域中是公知的。尤其可用的是线性直链烷基苯磺酸的钠盐、钾盐和镁盐,其中烷基基团中碳原子的平均数为约11至14。
非胺中和的直链烷基苯磺酸盐是用除胺之外的中和材料将直链烷基苯磺酸中和为对应的直链烷基苯磺酸盐的那些。此类中和基团的非限制性示例包括钠离子、钾离子、镁离子以及它们的混合物。
优选地,液体衣物洗涤剂组合物包含按所述液体衣物洗涤剂组合物的重量计小于10重量%、或甚至小于5重量%、或甚至小于2重量%的胺中和的阴离子表面活性剂,其中阴离子表面活性剂优选地选自包含以下各项的组:直链烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基硫酸盐以及它们的混合物。
表面活性剂可包括烷基硫酸盐阴离子表面活性剂。烷基硫酸盐可包括层状液晶烷基硫酸盐。烷基硫酸盐阴离子表面活性剂可为烷氧基化的或非烷氧基化的或它们的混合物。烷基硫酸盐阴离子表面活性剂可为C10-C20伯、支链和无规烷基硫酸盐(AS),主要包括C12烷基硫酸盐。另选地,烷基硫酸盐阴离子表面活性剂可为C10-C18仲(2,3)烷基硫酸盐。另选地,烷基硫酸盐阴离子表面活性剂可为C10-C18烷基烷氧基硫酸盐(AExS),其中x为1-30。另选地,烷基硫酸盐阴离子表面活性剂可为所有以上烷基硫酸盐阴离子表面活性剂的混合物。优选地,烷基硫酸盐是非胺中和的烷基硫酸盐。烷基硫酸盐阴离子表面活性剂的合适阳离子的非限制性示例包括钠离子、钾离子、铵离子、胺离子以及它们的混合物。

颗粒相
本发明的液体衣物洗涤剂组合物包含颗粒相,优选地水溶性颗粒相。
颗粒相包含颗粒。所述颗粒可具有介于2μm和50μm之间的平均粒度分布。
在本文中,“水溶性”意指,如通过在本文中提出的方法测量的,使用具有20微米最大孔径的玻璃过滤器之后,至少75%、或甚至至少85%或甚至至少95%的固体溶解于水中:
将5克±0.1克的固体加入预称重的3L烧杯中并加入2L±5ml的蒸馏水。将其在磁力搅拌器Labline型号No.1250或等同物以及15cm磁力搅拌器上(设定为600rpm)在35℃下剧烈搅拌30分钟。然后,将混合物通过具有如上定义的孔径(最大20微米)的折叠式定性多孔玻璃过滤器过滤。通过任意常规方法将收集的滤液中的水分干燥,并测定剩余材料的重量(溶解或分散的那部分)。然后,可计算出溶解度或分散度的百分比。

液体衣物洗涤剂组合物包含按所述液体衣物洗涤剂组合物的重量计介于5%和20%之间、或甚至介于5%和15%之间的颗粒相。
液相
本发明的液体衣物洗涤剂组合物包含颗粒相和层状液晶相分散于其中的液相。
液相包含按所述组合物的重量计介于5%和40%之间的醇。所述醇更详细地描述于下文中。
液相可包含天然或合成来源的脂肪醇乙氧基化物非离子表面活性剂。优选的合成来源的脂肪醇乙氧基化物非离子表面活性剂或来源于羰基合成方法的那些,或所谓的羰基合成的非离子表面活性剂。组合物可包含按所述组合物的重量计0%至30%或甚至0.1%至25%的脂肪醇乙氧基化物非离子表面活性剂。
乙氧基化非离子表面活性剂可以是例如伯醇和仲醇的乙氧基化物,尤其是用平均1至50或甚至20摩尔环氧乙烷每摩尔醇乙氧基化的C8-C20脂族醇乙氧基化物,并且更尤其是用平均1至10摩尔环氧乙烷每摩尔醇乙氧基化的C10-C15伯脂族醇和仲脂族醇的乙氧基化物。
乙氧基化醇非离子表面活性剂可以是例如3至8摩尔环氧乙烷与1摩尔具有9至15个碳原子的伯醇的缩合产物。
非离子表面活性剂可包括式R(EO)n的脂肪醇乙氧基化物,其中R表示介于4和30个碳原子之间的烷基链,(EO)表示一个环氧乙烷单体单元,并且n具有介于0.5和20之间的平均值。
组合物可包含其它非离子表面活性剂,优选地天然或合成的非离子表面活性剂。
醇
液相包含按所述组合物的重量计介于5%和40%之间、或甚至介于5%和20%之间或甚至介于5%和15%之间的醇,优选地,其中醇具有介于20和400之间的分子量和如经由下文所述的醇eRH测试测量的在20℃下介于50%和80%之间、或甚至介于52%和75%之间的eRH。
醇eRH测试包括以下步骤:在去离子水中制备80%醇溶液,然后在室温下(20℃+/-1℃)将其添加至校准过的Rotronic Hygrolab测量仪(14mm深度的塑料样品衬里中),并且使其平衡25分钟,最后测量所记录的eRH。所用样品的体积足以填充塑料样品衬里。

清洁活性物质
颗粒相可包含按所述固相的重量计至少30%的清洁活性物质。颗粒相可包含按所述固相的重量计至少40%、或甚至至少50%的清洁活性物质。
在本文中,“清洁活性物质”意指为基底(优选地织物)提供某些类型的清洁有益效果的成分。清洁活性物质不包含简单提供美观或感官有益效果的成分,或者被归类为填充材料的那些。在本文中,非清洁活性物质包括粘土、香料、香料递送技术、柔软性技术、颜料、有机硅、消泡剂、沉积增强技术等。清洁活性物质不包含磷酸盐和沸石。
清洁活性物质包含按所述清洁活性物质的重量计介于50%和90%之间的表面活性剂和按所述清洁活性物质的重量计介于10%和20%之间的非表面活性剂清洁活性物质。
清洁活性物质中存在的表面活性剂可包括阴离子表面活性剂,优选地包括层状液晶阴离子表面活性剂。阴离子表面活性剂优选地包括直链烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基硫酸盐或它们的混合物,最优选地层状液晶烷基苯磺酸盐、层状液晶烷基硫酸盐或它们的混合物。

纤维素聚合物可选自烷基纤维素、烷基烷氧基烷基纤维素、羧烷基纤维素、烷基羧烷基纤维素、以及它们的任意组合。合适的纤维素聚合物选自羧甲基纤维素、甲基纤维素、甲基羟乙基纤维素、甲基羧甲基纤维素、以及它们的混合物。所述羧甲基纤维素可具有0.5至0.9的羧甲基取代度和100,000Da至300,000Da的分子量。另一种合适的纤维素聚合物为疏水改性的羧甲基纤维素,诸如Finnfix SH-1(CP Kelco)。

非表面活性剂清洁活性物质可包含增白剂。清洁活性物质可包含按所述组合物的重量计至少5%的增白剂。固相可包含按所述固相的重量计介于1%和5%之间、或甚至介于1%和2%之间的增白剂。液体衣物洗涤剂组合物可包含按所述液体衣物洗涤剂组合物的重量计介于0.5%和2.5%之间或甚至介于0.75%和2%之间的增白剂。增白剂可包括二苯乙烯,诸如增白剂15。其它合适的增白剂为疏水性增白剂和增白剂49。增白剂可为微粉化粒状形式,具有3微米至50微米,或3微米至30微米,或3微米至20微米范围内的重均粒度。所述增白剂可为α或β结晶形式。
合适的增白剂包括:二苯乙烯基联苯化合物,例如CBS-X,二氨基均二苯代乙烯二磺酸化合物,例如DMS pure Xtra和HRH,以及吡唑啉化合物,例如SN和香豆素化合物,例如SWN。

非表面活性剂清洁活性物质可包含螯合剂。组合物可包含按本文所述组合物的重量计约0.1%至约15%、或甚至按本文所述组合物的重量计约3.0%至约15%的螯合剂。合适的螯合剂可选自:二亚乙基三胺五乙酸盐、二亚乙基三胺五(甲基膦酸)、乙二胺-N’N’-二琥珀酸、乙二胺四乙酸盐、乙二胺四(亚甲基膦酸)、羟乙烷二(亚甲基膦酸)、以及它们的任意组合。合适的螯合剂为乙二胺-N’N’-二琥珀酸(EDDS)和/或羟基乙烷二磷酸(HEDP)。所述衣物洗涤剂组合物可包含乙二胺-N’N’-二琥珀酸或其盐。乙二胺-N’N’-二琥珀酸可为S,S对映体形式。组合物可包含4,5-二羟基间苯二磺酸二钠盐、谷氨酸-N,N-二乙酸(GLDA)和/或其盐、2-羟基吡啶-1-氧化物、购自BASF(Ludwigshafen,Germany)的Trilon PTM。
螯合剂也可充当碳酸钙晶体生长抑制剂。合适的碳酸钙晶体生长抑制剂可选自:1-羟基乙烷二磷酸(HEDP)及其盐、N,N-二羧基甲基-2-氨基戊烷-1,5-二酸及其盐、2-膦酰基丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸及其盐、以及它们的任意组合。

聚羧酸酯聚合物可包括马来酸酯/丙烯酸酯无规共聚物或聚丙烯酸酯均聚物。合适的聚羧酸酯聚合物包括:具有4,000Da至9,000Da的分子量的聚丙烯酸酯均聚物;具有50,000Da至100,000Da,或60,000Da至80,000Da的分子量的马来酸酯/丙烯酸酯无规共聚物。

胺

结构剂
本发明的组合物可包含按所述组合物的重量计小于2%的结构剂。如果存在结构剂,优选地,组合物包含0.05重量%至2重量%、优选地0.1重量%至1重量%的结构剂。结构剂可选自非聚合或聚合结构剂。结构剂可为非聚合的结构剂,优选地可结晶甘油酯。结构剂可为聚合结构剂,优选地基于纤维的聚合结构剂,更优选地基于纤维素纤维的结构剂。结构剂可选自可结晶甘油酯、基于纤维素-纤维的结构剂、TiO2、二氧化硅以及它们的混合物。
合适的结构剂优选地为赋予足够屈服应力或低剪切粘度以稳定液体衣物洗涤剂组合物的成分,独立于或外在于组合物中去污表面活性剂的任何结构化效应。优选地,它们向衣物洗涤剂组合物赋予1至1500cp的高剪切粘度(在20sec-1和21℃下)和大于5000cp的低剪切粘度(在0.05sec-1和21℃下)。使用得自TA instruments的AR 550流变仪,采用40mm直径的板钢锭子和500μm间隙尺寸,测量所述粘度。在20s-1的高剪切粘度和在0.5s-1的低剪切粘度可通过在21℃下在3分钟时间内由0.1-1至25-1对数剪切速率扫描获得。
结构剂可为聚合晶状羟基官能化结构剂,包括可结晶甘油酯,优选地氢化蓖麻油或“HCO”。如本文所用,HCO最一般可为任何氢化蓖麻油或其衍生物,前提条件是它能够在非聚合性晶状羟基官能化结构剂预混物中结晶。蓖麻油可包括包含含羟基的C10至C22烷基或烯基部分的甘油酯,尤其是甘油三酯。蓖麻油的氢化(为了制备HCO)使可作为蓖麻油基部分而存在于起始油中的双键发生转化。因此,蓖麻油基部分被转化为饱和羟烷基部分,例如羟基硬脂基。本文的HCO可选自:三羟基硬脂酸甘油酯;二羟基硬脂酸甘油酯;以及它们的混合物。HCO可以任何合适的起始形式处理,包括但不限于选自固体、熔融物以及它们的混合物的那些。
本发明中所用的HCO包括可商购获得的那些。本发明中所用的可商购获得的HCO的非限制性示例包括:(得自Rheox,Inc)。虽然氢化蓖麻油的使用是优选的,但也可在本发明的范围之内使用任何可结晶甘油酯。优选的可结晶甘油酯具有40℃至100℃的熔点。
结构剂可包括基于纤维的结构剂。结构剂可包括微纤化纤维素(MFC),其是由通常具有高纵横比(长度与横截面尺寸的比率)的纳米纤维素原纤构成的材料。典型的侧向尺寸为1至100、或5至20纳米,并且纵向尺寸在纳米到若干微米的宽范围内。就改善的结构化而言,微纤化纤维素优选地具有50至200,000、更优选地100至10,000的平均纵横比(l/d)。微纤化纤维素可来源于任何合适的来源,包括细菌纤维素、柑橘类纤维、以及蔬菜,诸如糖用甜菜、菊苣根、马铃薯、胡萝卜等等。
结构剂可选自二氧化钛、二氧化锡、任何形式的改性TiO2、TiO2或氧化锡、氯氧化铋或氯氧化铋涂覆的TiO2、二氧化硅涂覆的TiO2或金属氧化物涂覆的TiO2以及它们的混合物。改性TiO2可包括碳改性的TiO2、金属掺杂的TiO2或它们的混合物。金属掺杂的TiO2可选自铂掺杂的TiO2、铑掺杂的TiO2。
结构剂可包括二氧化硅。本领域内的技术人员将知道使用合适的二氧化硅材料。二氧化硅可包括热解法二氧化硅。
水和平衡相对湿度
液体衣物洗涤剂组合物在20℃下具有小于65%的平衡相对湿度。
液体衣物洗涤剂组合物可包含按所述组合物的重量计介于0.5%和50%之间的水。液体衣物洗涤剂组合物可包含按所述组合物的重量计介于0.5%和30%之间、或甚至介于0.5%和15%之间的水。
用于测量组合物的eRH的优选方法是经由组合物eRH测试。组合物eRH测试包括以下步骤:在室温下(20℃+/-1℃)将组合物的样品添加至校准过的Rotronic Hygrolab测量仪(14mm深度的塑料样品衬里中),并且使其平衡25分钟,最后测量所记录的eRH。所用样品的体积足以填充塑料样品衬里。
助剂成分
液体衣物洗涤剂组合物可包含助剂成分。助剂成分可选自包含以下各项的组:漂白剂、漂白催化剂、染料、调色染料、包括烷氧基化聚胺和聚乙烯亚胺的清洁聚合物、表面活性剂、溶剂、染料转移抑制剂、香料、包封的香料、以及它们的混合物。
水溶性小袋
液体衣物洗涤剂组合物可存在于水溶性单位剂量制品中,其中组合物包含按所述组合物的重量计介于0.5%和15%之间的水。在此类实施方案中,水溶性单位剂量制品包括至少一个水溶性膜,其成形为使得单位剂量制品包括至少一个由水溶性膜围绕的内部隔室。至少一个隔室包含液体衣物洗涤剂组合物。水溶性膜被密封成使得液体衣物洗涤剂组合物在储存期间不漏出隔室。然而,在将水溶性单位剂量制品添加到水中时,水溶性膜溶解并使内部隔室中的内容物释放到洗涤液体中。
所述隔室应当被理解为是指单位剂量制品内的密闭内部空间,其容纳组合物。优选地,所述单位剂量制品包括水溶性膜。制造单位剂量制品,使得水溶性膜完全围绕组合物,并且这样做限定组合物存在于其中的隔室。所述单位剂量制品可包括两个膜。第一膜可成形为包括向其中添加组合物的开口隔室。然后在靠近所述隔室的开口的取向上在第一膜上方覆盖第二膜。然后沿密封区域将第一膜和第二膜密封在一起。所述膜更详细地描述于下文中。
单位剂量制品可包括多于一个隔室,甚至至少两个隔室,或甚至至少三个隔室。隔室可以叠加的取向布置,即一个定位在另一个的顶部上。另选地,隔室可以并列取向定位,即一个紧接另一个取向。隔室可甚至以“轮胎和轮辋”布置取向,即第一隔室靠近第二隔室定位,但第一隔室至少部分地围绕第二隔室,但不完全包封第二隔室。另选地,一个隔室可被完全包封在另一个隔室内。
本发明的膜是可溶于或可分散于水中的。水溶性膜优选地具有20至150微米、优选地35至125微米、甚至更优选地50至110微米、最优选地约76微米的厚度。
优选地,如通过在本文中提出的方法测量的,使用具有20微米最大孔径的玻璃过滤器之后,所述膜具有至少50%、优选地至少75%、或甚至至少95%的水溶解度:
将5克±0.1克的膜材料加入预称重的3L烧杯中并加入2L±5ml的蒸馏水。将其在磁力搅拌器Labline型号No.1250或等同物以及5cm磁力搅拌器上(设定为600rpm)在30℃下剧烈搅拌30分钟。然后,将混合物通过具有如上定义的孔径(最大20微米)的折叠式定性多孔玻璃过滤器过滤。通过任意常规方法将收集的滤液中的水分干燥,并测定剩余材料的重量(溶解或分散的那部分)。然后,可计算出溶解度或分散度的百分比。
优选的膜材料优选地为聚合物材料。如本领域所已知的,膜材料可通过例如将聚合物材料浇注、吹塑、挤出或吹塑挤出而获得。
适合用作小袋材料的优选的聚合物、共聚物或其衍生物选自聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚亚烷基氧、丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸、纤维素、纤维素醚、纤维素酯、纤维素酰胺、聚乙酸乙烯酯、聚羧酸和聚羧酸盐、聚氨基酸或肽、聚酰胺、聚丙烯酰胺、马来酸/丙烯酸共聚物、多糖(包括淀粉和明胶)、天然树胶(诸如黄原胶和角叉菜胶)。更优选的聚合物选自聚丙烯酸酯和水溶性丙烯酸酯共聚物、甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠、糊精、乙基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、麦芽糖糊精、聚甲基丙烯酸酯,并且最优选地选自聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯醇共聚物和羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)、以及它们的组合。优选地,小袋材料中的聚合物(例如PVA聚合物)的含量为至少60%。聚合物可具有任意的重均分子量,优选地约1000至1,000,000,更优选地约10,000至300,000,还更优选地约20,000至150,000。
聚合物的混合物也可用作小袋材料。这对于根据其应用和所需的要求来控制隔室或小袋的机械特性和/或溶解特性来讲可能是有益的。
优选的膜表现出在冷水(其是指未加热的蒸馏水)中的良好溶解性。优选地,此类膜在24℃,甚至更优选地10℃的温度下表现出良好的溶解度。良好的溶解度是指,如上所述在使用具有20微米最大孔径的玻璃过滤器之后,如通过在本文中提出的方法测量的,膜表现出至少50%,优选地至少75%,或甚至至少95%的水溶解度。
优选的膜为由Monosol以贸易参考M8630、M8900、M8779、M8310供应的那些。
膜可以是不透明、透明或半透明的。膜可包括印刷区域。
印刷区域可覆盖膜的不间断部分,或者可覆盖其部分,即包括较小的印刷区域,其总和为膜表面或与隔室的内部空间接触的膜表面或两者的介于10%和80%之间。
印刷区域可使用标准技术诸如柔版印刷或喷墨印刷实现。
膜可包含厌恶剂,例如苦味剂。合适的苦味剂包括但不限于柚皮甙、蔗糖八乙酸盐、盐酸奎宁、苯甲酸地那铵或它们的混合物。任意合适含量的厌恶剂可用于膜中。合适含量包括但不限于1至5000ppm,或甚至100至2500ppm,或甚至250至2000rpm。
制备方法
本发明的液体衣物洗涤剂组合物可使用本领域已知的任何合适的制造技术制备。本领域技术人员将知道合适的方法和设备来制备根据本发明的组合物。
优选的方法包括添加固相的步骤,其中固相包含颗粒,其中颗粒具有小于500μm、或甚至小于400μm、或甚至小于250μm、或甚至小于100μm的平均粒度分布。
可使固相预分散于一定体积的液体中,以形成预分散体。然后将预分散体添加到其它成分中,以形成液体衣物洗涤剂组合物。
可使固相预分散于一定体积的醇中,以形成预分散体。然后将预分散体添加到其它成分中,以形成液体衣物洗涤剂组合物。
可通过使HCO熔融并将其添加到较小体积的热液体衣物洗涤剂组合物中来形成HCO预混物,其中组合物不包含酶或香料材料。然后将HCO预混物添加到其它成分中,以形成液体衣物洗涤剂组合物。
使用方法
可将本发明的组合物或单位剂量制品添加到已存在衣物或向其加入衣物的洗涤液体中。其可在洗衣机操作中使用,并且直接加入转筒或分配器抽屉中。洗衣机可为自动或半自动洗衣机。可将其与其它衣物洗涤剂组合物诸如织物软化剂或污渍去除剂联合使用。在添加到洗涤液体之前,其可在污渍上用作预处理组合物。
本文所公开的量纲和值不应理解为严格限于所引用的精确数值。相反,除非另外指明,否则每个这样的量纲旨在表示所述值以及围绕该值功能上等同的范围。例如,公开为“40mm”的量纲旨在表示“约40mm”。

组合物通过以下过程制备:准备1L烧杯,该烧杯具有带10cm叶轮的IKA Eurostar200混合器。这在250rpm下操作。向具有旋转叶轮的烧杯中,添加溶剂材料,然后添加表面活性剂材料。一旦这些物质分散,就添加聚合物和盐。用NaOH将组合物的pH调节至大约&(使用Sartorius PT-10pH计测量)。然后添加剩余的成分并混合。所有材料用Mettler ToledoPB3002-S天平称取。

组合物B包含按所述组合物B的重量计大约5%至7%的层状液晶相和按所述组合物B的重量计5.44%的水溶性固相。
然后,使用流变仪DHR1(得自TA instruments)在20℃下采用1000μm的间隙测量组合物的粘度。使样品在0.05s-1下平衡1分钟,然后在10min内从0.05s-1到1200s-1测量流动曲线。0.05s-1和1000s-1的结果示于表2中。

0.05s-1下的剪切力对应于消费者倾倒组合物期间组合物所经受的剪切力。1000s-1下的剪切力对应于制造期间组合物所经受的剪切力。
包含6.25%单乙醇胺的组合物C示出较低和较高剪切力下的可接受粘度特征,其对应于消费者倾倒剪切力和过程投配剪切力。
然而,当去除组合物A中的单乙醇胺时(并且对应地,用碳酸钠中和表面活性剂),粘度增大到不可接受的水平。
组合物B对应于本发明:已去除单乙醇胺并且用碳酸钠中和表面活性剂,但另外添加有1,2-丙二醇。粘度回到可接受的水平。
Claims (15)
1.一种本发明的液体衣物洗涤剂组合物,其可包含:
a.液相;
b.层状液晶相;
c.颗粒相;
其中所述层状液相和所述颗粒相分散于所述液相内,并且其中所述颗粒相被定义为在所述液体衣物洗涤剂组合物以1200G离心10min时获得的固体,并且其中本文的术语“层状液晶”意指体系处于以下状态:表面活性剂分子被组织成熔融态表面活性剂的双层的堆叠,所述双层的堆叠被溶剂的薄层隔开;并且
其中所述液相包含按所述液体的重量计介于5%和40%之间的醇,所述醇选自包含以下各项的组:乙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、1,2-丙二醇、四亚甲基二醇、五亚甲基二醇、六亚甲基二醇、2,3-丁二醇、1,3-丁二醇、二甘醇、三甘醇、聚乙二醇、甘油缩甲醛、二丙二醇、聚丙二醇、二丙二醇正丁醚、以及它们的混合物,优选地所述醇选自包含以下各项的组:1,2-丙二醇、二丙二醇、聚丙二醇、2,3-丁二醇、二丙二醇正丁醚以及它们的混合物;并且
其中所述组合物在20℃下具有小于65%的平衡相对湿度,如经由本文所述的组合物eRH测试测量的;并且
其中所述组合物包含按所述组合物的重量计小于5%的含羟基胺化合物,
其中所述组合物包含按所述组合物的重量计介于5%和35%之间的所述层状液晶相,
其中所述组合物包含按所述组合物的重量计介于25%和55%之间的所述颗粒相。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述组合物包含按所述组合物的重量计介于10%和30%之间、或甚至介于12%和25%之间的所述层状液晶相。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述组合物包含按所述组合物的重量计介于30%和50%之间的所述颗粒相。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述颗粒相包含粒状清洁活性物质。
5.根据权利要求5所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述粒状清洁活性物质包含纤维素聚合物、聚羧酸酯聚合物、去垢性聚合物、增白剂、酶或它们的混合物。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述层状液晶相包含表面活性剂,优选地阴离子表面活性剂,最优选地选自直链烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基硫酸盐或它们的混合物的阴离子表面活性剂。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述液相包含按所述组合物的重量计介于5%和20%之间、或甚至介于5%和20%之间的所述醇。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述液相包含烷基硫酸盐阴离子表面活性剂、天然或合成来源的脂肪醇乙氧基化物非离子表面活性剂或它们的混合物。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物,其包含按所述组合物的重量计0%至5%、或甚至0.1%至4%的所述含羟基胺化合物,优选地其中所述含羟基胺化合物选自包含以下各项的组:单乙醇胺、三乙醇胺以及它们的混合物。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物,其包含按所述组合物的重量计小于2%的结构剂,其中所述结构剂优选地选自可结晶甘油酯、基于纤维素-纤维的结构剂、TiO2、二氧化硅以及它们的混合物。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物,其包含香料原料,其中所述香料原料优选地选自醛、酮或它们的混合物。
12.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物,其包含助剂成分,其中所述助剂成分选自包含以下各项的组:漂白剂、漂白催化剂、染料、调色染料、包括烷氧基化聚胺和聚乙烯亚胺的清洁聚合物、表面活性剂、溶剂、染料转移抑制剂、螯合剂、香料、包封的香料、以及它们的混合物。
13.一种水溶性单位剂量制品,其包括水溶性膜和根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述组合物包含按所述组合物的重量计介于0.5%和15%之间的水。
14.根据权利要求13所述的单位剂量制品,其中所述单位剂量制品包括至少两个隔室、或甚至至少三个隔室或甚至至少四个隔室。
15.一种制备根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物的方法,其包括添加所述颗粒相的步骤,其中所述颗粒相包含具有小于500μm的平均粒度分布的颗粒。
