技术领域
本发明涉及光伏产业,具体涉及一种金刚线润滑冷却液及应用。
背景技术
光伏是一种利用太阳电池半导体材料的光伏效应,将太阳光辐射能直接转换为电能的一种新型发电系统,有独立运行和并网运行两种方式。最常用的太阳能利用方法是通过太阳能电池进行发电,而超过80%以上的太阳能电池需用到硅片。硅片的加工质量和精度对电池的性能和发电效率有重要影响。随着太阳能和集成电路行业的快速发展,必须通过制造技术进步,提高硅片加工效率和质量,以降低成本、提高转化效率。
金刚线切割技术也被称为固结磨料切割技术,它是利用电镀或树脂粘结的方法将金刚石磨料附着在钢线表面,将金刚线直接作用于硅棒或硅锭表面产生磨削,达到切割的效果。金刚线切割具有切割速度快,切割精度高,材料损耗低等特点。由于金刚线切割速度快,线锯和硅棒表面会产生的更多的热量,需要及时散热以避免影响硅片质量,因此在金刚线切割技术中要用到冷却液。在金刚线切割技术中,研磨颗粒不是悬浮在切削液中,而是嵌在钢线上,这就意味着可以使用粘度更低的切削液,从而使切割速度更快。但这样一来金刚线和硅棒表面将产生更多热量,这就需要一种比传统切削液冷却性能更好的冷却液来进行降温。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术问题,本发明的第一方面提供一种金刚线润滑冷却液,以重量份计,其制备原料包括:乙二醇10-50份、防腐剂1-5份、消泡剂1-3份、极压剂1-3份、防锈剂1-10份、润湿剂10-20份、乳化剂6-10份、分散剂10-20份、去离子水20-50份。
在一些实施方式中,所述防腐剂选自苯甲酸或及其盐、山梨酸或及其盐中的至少一种。
在一些实施方式中,所述消泡剂选自聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、聚氧丙烯甘油醚和聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚、聚二甲基硅氧烷中的至少一种。
在一些实施方式中,所述极压剂选自硼砂和/或硅酸钠。
在一些实施方式中,所述防锈剂选自三乙醇胺硼酸酯、三乙醇胺、钼酸钠、石油磺酸钡中的至少一种。
在一些实施方式中,所述润湿剂选自烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酸烷基酯中的至少一种。
在一些实施方式中,所述乳化剂选自非离子表面活性剂或阴离子表面活性剂中的至少一种。
在一些实施方式中,所述乳化剂选自非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂的混合物。
本发明的第二方面提供一种如上所述的金刚线润滑冷却液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将乳化剂、极压剂、防锈剂、防腐剂、润湿剂加入到去离子水中,搅拌均匀;再加入乙二醇、分散剂、消泡剂,搅拌5h,即得。
本发明的第三方面提供一种如上所述的金刚线润滑冷却液在单晶硅、多晶硅、硅片、石英、氮化铟镓、砷化镓、锗加工的应用。
本发明提供的金刚线润滑冷却液具有较好的润湿、不残留、低泡、可回收、无污染及无害、防锈、冷却、清洗,能够满足单晶硅、多晶硅、硅片、石英、氮化铟镓、砷化镓、锗生产加工的需求。

多晶硅作为一种硬脆性材料,具有高硬度、高脆性、高耐磨性、高抗蚀性、高抗氧化性、高电阻率、耐高温、不导磁等性能。因此,多晶硅的硬度高且方向性强,通常不容易发生塑性变形。在加工过程中,多晶硅晶体不会呈现出延展性,所以在外力的作用下多晶硅晶体就不会产生位错和滑移。但是,由于其抗拉应力要远大于抗剪应力,所以在加工过程中,当多晶硅晶体承受较大的抗剪应力时,多晶硅片就会产生破损。同时,多晶硅晶体作为硬脆性材料,切割完成之后,由于机械加工的作用,多晶硅晶体表面就会产生机械损伤层,这些就对于多晶硅片的制备工艺提出相当高的要求。
本发明的第一方面提供一种金刚线润滑冷却液,以重量份计,其制备原料包括:乙二醇10-50份、防腐剂1-5份、消泡剂1-3份、极压剂1-3份、防锈剂1-10份、润湿剂10-20份、乳化剂6-10份、分散剂10-20份、去离子水20-50份。
金刚线冷却液在加工使用中会不断降解,可能出现工作液发臭、从奶白变成灰褐色,从透明清晰变为浑浊等现象。微生物腐败是导致该现象的原因之一。由于冷却液中含有水和有机物,可以作为营养源,比较适合微生物的生长。而且有的霉菌靠自身养料也能繁殖,特别是在含有无机物、脂肪酸及其皂类,温度为25-35℃的条件下。细菌能将一些物质降解,产生的产物对金属有腐蚀性,是防锈性和乳化剂的乳化能力下降。
在一些实施方式中,所述防腐剂选自苯甲酸或及其盐、山梨酸或及其盐中的至少一种。
作为防腐剂的具体实例,包括但不限于苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、苯甲酸钾、苯甲酸铵、山梨酸、山梨酸钠、山梨酸钾、山梨酸铵。
在金刚线冷却液中,含有较多的表面活性剂,其中有一些会促使泡沫生成,而金刚线在使用过程中会夹入空气,提供气泡产生的条件。液体中的泡沫会使液体供应不连续,从而降低冷却和润滑性,扩大与空气的接触面积导致液体的衰败。
在一些实施方式中,所述消泡剂选自聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、聚氧丙烯甘油醚和聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚、聚二甲基硅氧烷中的至少一种。
在一些实施方式中,所述极压剂选自硼砂和/或硅酸钠。
对于加工设备而言,其表面都是材料的新鲜表面,没有任何保护,极易受到环境的攻击而发生损害。空气中的氧和湿气会使表面的金属生成氧化物或造成锈蚀,金刚线冷却液中的一些物质也可与设备生成质地疏松的物质,因此对于防锈性能也有较高的要求。
在一些实施方式中,所述防锈剂选自三乙醇胺硼酸酯、三乙醇胺、钼酸钠、石油磺酸钡中的至少一种。
在金刚线的切割过程中,金刚线与硅的之间发生摩擦磨损,摩擦情况既有流体润滑,又有边界润滑,还有介于流体润滑与边界润滑之间的混合润滑,还存在弹性流体润滑,因此对润滑性能的要求较高。在切割时,从时间上应是摩擦发生在润湿剂到达之前,需要润湿剂不能及时到达摩擦区域。
在一些实施方式中,所述润湿剂选自烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酸烷基酯中的至少一种。
作为烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚的具体实例,包括但不限于辛基醇聚氧乙烯醚、壬基醇聚氧乙烯醚、癸基醇聚氧乙烯醚、十一烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、十三烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚、肉豆蔻醇聚氧乙烯醚、十五烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚、棕榈醇聚氧乙烯醚、十七烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚、硬脂醇聚氧乙烯醚。

在一些实施方式中,所述分散剂为二硫代乙酰胺与硅树脂聚醚乳液的混合物。
在研究中,发明人发现,二硫代乙酰胺与硅树脂聚醚乳液的重量比为2:1时,不仅能够对切割中的硅片有较好的分散效果,还能够减缓摩擦,提高冷却效果。发明人认为,本发明提供的金刚线润滑冷却液中的硅树脂聚醚乳液能够调节分子内部排列顺序,二硫代乙酰胺中的氨基为亲水部分,硫为疏水部分,硫的原子半径较大,能够和金刚线有一定的相互作用,在硅树脂聚醚乳液的调节下,二硫代乙酰胺能够在硅片和金刚线之间形成较好的润滑层,减少摩擦热,提高冷却效果。实现在具有较好的分散硅屑的同时,提高冷却效果的作用。
在一些实施方式中,所述乳化剂选自非离子表面活性剂或阴离子表面活性剂中的至少一种。
非离子表面活性剂溶于水时不发生离解,其分子中的亲油基团与离子型表面活性剂的大致相同,其亲水基团主要是由具有一定数量的含氧基团(如羟基和聚氧乙烯链)构成。
非离子表面活性剂在溶液中由于不是以离子状态存在,所以它的稳定性高,不易受酸、碱的影响,与其他类型表面活性剂能混合使用,相容性好,在各种溶剂中均有良好的溶解性,在固体表面上不发生强烈吸附。
非离子表面活性剂大多为液态和浆状态,它在水中的溶解度随温度升高而降低。非离子表面活性剂具有良好的洗涤、分散、乳化、发泡、润湿、增溶、抗静电、匀染、防腐蚀、杀菌和保护胶体等多种性能,广泛地用于纺织、造纸、食品、塑料、皮革、毛皮、玻璃、石油、化纤、医药、农药、涂料、染料、化肥、胶片、照相、金属加工、选矿、建材、环保、化妆品、消防和农业等方面。
在一些实施方式中,所述非离子表面活性剂选自长链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚表面活性剂、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚表面活性剂、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚表面活性剂、聚氧乙烯烷基胺表面活性剂、聚氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺表面活性剂、甘油脂肪酸酯表面活性剂、季戊四醇脂肪酸酯表面活性剂、山梨醇脂肪酸酯表面活性剂、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯表面活性剂、蔗糖脂肪酸酯表面活性剂、烷基醇酰胺表面活性剂中的至少一种。
长链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。长链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚是用长链脂肪醇与环氧乙烷进行加成反应制得的。这类表面活性剂稳定性较高,生物降解性和水溶性均较好,并且有良好的润湿性能。制造此类产品的长链脂肪醇有椰子油还原醇、月桂醇、十六醇、油醇及鲸蜡醇。
烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚。合成烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚所用的酚可以是苯酚、甲苯酚、萘酚等。虽然烷基酚在化学上与脂肪醇相差甚远,但两者的性质却相似。当选用壬基酚合成这种非离子表面活性剂时,与四分子环氧乙烷加成的产物不能溶于水;与六、七分子环氧乙烷加成的产物,在室温下即能完全溶于水;与八至十二分子环氧乙烷加成的产物具有良好的润湿、渗透和洗涤能力,乳化能力也较好,故应用广泛,可用作洗涤剂和渗透剂;与十五以上分子的环氧乙烷加成的产物没有渗透和洗涤能力,可用作特殊乳化分散剂。
烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚的化学稳定性高,即使在高温下也不易被强酸、强碱破环,因此还可用于金属酸洗液中及强碱性洗涤剂中。烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚较脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚而言,较难生物降解。
脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯。在催化剂的存在下脂肪酸与环氧乙烷起加成反应,生成脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯。另一种制法是以脂肪酸与聚乙二醇进行酯化反应制得。这种表面活性剂与脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚及烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚比较,渗透和洗涤能力都较差,主要用作乳化剂、分散剂、纤维油剂及染色助剂等。此产品易受酸、碱溶液水解而形成原脂肪酸和聚乙二醇,所以在强酸溶液中洗涤能力消失。
聚氧乙烯烷基胺。环氧乙烷和烷基胺起加成反应,能生成2种反应产物。这类非离子表面活性剂与其他非离子表面活性剂一样,当氧乙烯的数目少时不溶于水而溶于油,但因它具有有机胺的结构,故可溶于酸性水溶液中。所以聚氧乙烯烷基胺同时具有非离子和阳离子表面活性剂的一些特性,如耐酸不耐碱,具有杀菌性能。当氧乙烯的数目较多时,其非离子性能增大,在碱性溶液不析出,即在碱性溶液中也表现出良好的活性。由于非离子性增大,阳离子性能相对减小,表现出与阴离子表面活性剂的相容性。这类表面活性剂由于具有非离子和阳离子两者的性质,故常用作染色助剂,也常用于人造丝生产中以增强再生纤维丝的强度,还可保持喷丝孔的情节,防止污垢沉积。
聚氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺。环氧乙烷与醇酰胺反应即生成聚氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺。这类非离子表面活性剂具有较强的发泡和稳泡作用,故常用作泡沫促进剂和泡沫稳定剂,其中有的有较好的洗涤能力和增溶、增稠作用。
在一些实施方式中,所述阴离子表面活性剂选自脂肪酸盐表面活性剂、烷基苯磺酸盐表面活性剂、烷基磺酸盐表面活性剂、石油磺酸盐表面活性剂、硫酸酯盐表面活性剂、磷酸酯盐表面活性剂中的至少一种。
阴离子表面活性剂分为高级脂肪酸盐、磺酸盐、硫酸酯盐、脂肪酰-肽缩合物。高级脂肪酸盐的化学式为RCOOM,这里R为烃基,其碳原子数在8-22之间,M为Na、K,一般为Na。肥皂是以天然动、植物油脂与碱的水溶液加热起皂化反应制得的。皂化所用的碱可以是氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾。磺酸盐的化学式为R-SO3Na,碳链中的碳原子数为8-20之间。这类表面活性剂易溶于水,有良好的发泡作用。磺酸盐在酸性溶液中不发生水解。烷基苯磺酸盐在硬水中不与钙、镁离子形成沉淀,且耐酸和碱。制造烷基苯磺酸盐的原料主要由石油业取得。
石油磺酸盐是各种磺酸盐的混合物,主要成分为复杂的烷基苯磺酸盐和烷基萘磺酸盐,其次则为脂肪烃的磺酸盐和环烃的磺酸盐及其氧化物。
硫酸酯盐的化学通式为ROSO3M,M为Na、K、N(CH2CH2OH)3,烃基中的碳数为8-18。
脂肪族硫酸酯盐是以脂肪醇、脂肪醇醚或脂肪酸单甘油酯经硫酸化反应然后用碱中和而制得。硫酸十二烷基钠或称十二烷基硫酸钠为这类表面活性剂的主要代表,为白色粉末,有特殊气味,易溶于水。
脂肪酰-肽缩合物的化学通式为R1CONHR2COOH,R1的碳原子数为8-18,R2为氨基的脂肪族基团,是由脂肪酸酰氯与蛋白质水解产物缩聚而成,在弱酸下稳定,其盐对硬水稳定,具有良好的洗涤能力。其中代表性物质有,月桂酰肌氨酸钠,由月桂酸的酰氯和肌氨酸钠缩合制得。
在一些实施方式中,所述乳化剂选自非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂的混合物。
在一些实施方式中,所述乳化剂为聚氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺6501与石油磺酸钠的混合物,所述聚氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺6501与石油磺酸钠的重量比为3:1。
本发明的第二方面提供一种如上所述的金刚线润滑冷却液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将乳化剂、极压剂、防锈剂、防腐剂、润湿剂加入到去离子水中,搅拌均匀;再加入乙二醇、分散剂、消泡剂,搅拌5h,即得。
本发明的第三方面提供一种如上所述的金刚线润滑冷却液在单晶硅、多晶硅、硅片、石英、氮化铟镓、砷化镓、锗加工的应用。
下面结合具体实施例进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
金刚线润滑冷却液,以重量份计,其制备原料包括:乙二醇30份、苯甲酸钠1份、山梨酸钠2份、聚二甲基硅氧烷3份、硅酸钠2份、三乙醇胺1份、三乙醇胺硼酸酯3份、癸二酸二异辛酯8份、癸二酸二辛酯6份、氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺6501 4份、石油磺酸钠4份、二硫代乙酰胺10份、硅树脂聚醚乳液5份、去离子水40份。
实施例2
金刚线润滑冷却液,以重量份计,其制备原料包括:乙二醇30份、苯甲酸钠1份、山梨酸钠2份、聚二甲基硅氧烷3份、硅酸钠2份、三乙醇胺1份、三乙醇胺硼酸酯3份、癸二酸二异辛酯8份、癸二酸二辛酯6份、氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺6501 2份、石油磺酸钠6份、二硫代乙酰胺10份、硅树脂聚醚乳液5份、去离子水40份。
实施例3
金刚线润滑冷却液,以重量份计,其制备原料包括:乙二醇30份、苯甲酸钠1份、山梨酸钠2份、聚二甲基硅氧烷3份、硅酸钠2份、三乙醇胺1份、三乙醇胺硼酸酯3份、癸二酸二异辛酯8份、癸二酸二辛酯6份、氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺6501 6份、石油磺酸钠2份、二硫代乙酰胺10份、硅树脂聚醚乳液5份、去离子水40份。
实施例4
金刚线润滑冷却液,以重量份计,其制备原料包括:乙二醇30份、苯甲酸钠1份、山梨酸钠2份、聚二甲基硅氧烷3份、硅酸钠2份、三乙醇胺1份、三乙醇胺硼酸酯3份、癸二酸二异辛酯8份、癸二酸二辛酯6份、氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺6501 4份、石油磺酸钠4份、二硫代乙酰胺5份、硅树脂聚醚乳液10份、去离子水40份。
实施例5
金刚线润滑冷却液,以重量份计,其制备原料包括:乙二醇30份、苯甲酸钠1份、山梨酸钠2份、聚二甲基硅氧烷3份、硅酸钠2份、三乙醇胺1份、三乙醇胺硼酸酯3份、癸二酸二异辛酯8份、癸二酸二辛酯6份、氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺6501 4份、石油磺酸钠4份、二硫代乙酰胺12份、硅树脂聚醚乳液3份、去离子水40份。
实施例6
金刚线润滑冷却液,以重量份计,其制备原料包括:乙二醇30份、苯甲酸钠1份、山梨酸钠2份、聚二甲基硅氧烷3份、硅酸钠2份、三乙醇胺1份、三乙醇胺硼酸酯3份、癸二酸二异辛酯8份、癸二酸二辛酯6份、氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺6501 8份、二硫代乙酰胺10份、硅树脂聚醚乳液5份、去离子水40份。
实施例7
金刚线润滑冷却液,以重量份计,其制备原料包括:乙二醇30份、苯甲酸钠1份、山梨酸钠2份、聚二甲基硅氧烷3份、硅酸钠2份、三乙醇胺1份、三乙醇胺硼酸酯3份、癸二酸二异辛酯8份、癸二酸二辛酯6份、石油磺酸钠8份、二硫代乙酰胺10份、硅树脂聚醚乳液5份、去离子水40份。
实施例8
金刚线润滑冷却液,以重量份计,其制备原料包括:乙二醇30份、苯甲酸钠1份、山梨酸钠2份、聚二甲基硅氧烷3份、硅酸钠2份、三乙醇胺1份、三乙醇胺硼酸酯3份、癸二酸二异辛酯8份、癸二酸二辛酯6份、氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺6501 4份、石油磺酸钠4份、二硫代乙酰胺15份、去离子水40份。
实施例9
金刚线润滑冷却液,以重量份计,其制备原料包括:乙二醇30份、苯甲酸钠1份、山梨酸钠2份、聚二甲基硅氧烷3份、硅酸钠2份、三乙醇胺1份、三乙醇胺硼酸酯3份、癸二酸二异辛酯8份、癸二酸二辛酯6份、氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺6501 4份、石油磺酸钠4份、硅树脂聚醚乳液15份、去离子水40份。
实施例1-9的制备方法为:将乳化剂、极压剂、防锈剂、防腐剂、润湿剂加入到去离子水中,搅拌均匀;再加入乙二醇、分散剂、消泡剂,搅拌5h,即得。
实施例10
金刚线润滑冷却液,以重量份计,其制备原料包括:乙二醇30份、苯甲酸钠1份、山梨酸钠2份、聚二甲基硅氧烷3份、硅酸钠2份、三乙醇胺1份、三乙醇胺硼酸酯3份、癸二酸二异辛酯8份、癸二酸二辛酯6份、氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺6501 4份、石油磺酸钠4份、去离子水40份。
实施例10的制备方法为:将乳化剂、极压剂、防锈剂、防腐剂、润湿剂加入到去离子水中,搅拌均匀;再加入乙二醇、消泡剂,搅拌5h,即得。
实施例1-10中,防腐剂为苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钠,消泡剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷,极压剂为硅酸钠,防锈剂为三乙醇胺、三乙醇胺硼酸酯,润湿剂为癸二酸二异辛酯、癸二酸二辛酯,乳化剂为氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺6501和/或石油磺酸钠,分散剂为二硫代乙酰胺和/或硅树脂聚醚乳液。
1.稳定性测试
将实施例1-10分别于55℃密封保存15天,记录出现浑浊的时间,单位为天,如保存15天都不出现浑浊现象,则记录为“无”;
2.平均磨痕直径测试
根据GB/T 12583-1998测定实施例1-10的平均磨痕直径,单位为mm。
测试数据列于下表。

Claims (8)
1.一种金刚线润滑冷却液,其特征在于,以重量份计,其制备原料包括:乙二醇10-50份、防腐剂1-5份、消泡剂1-3份、极压剂1-3份、防锈剂1-10份、润湿剂10-20份、乳化剂6-10份、分散剂10-20份、去离子水20-50份;
所述乳化剂为聚氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺6501与石油磺酸钠的混合物,所述聚氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺6501与石油磺酸钠的重量比为3:1;
所述分散剂为二硫代乙酰胺与硅树脂聚醚乳液的混合物;所述二硫代乙酰胺与硅树脂聚醚乳液的重量比为2:1。
2.如权利要求1所述的金刚线润滑冷却液,其特征在于,所述防腐剂选自苯甲酸或及其盐、山梨酸或及其盐中的至少一种。
3.如权利要求1所述的金刚线润滑冷却液,其特征在于,所述消泡剂选自聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、聚氧丙烯甘油醚和聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚、聚二甲基硅氧烷中的至少一种。
4.如权利要求1所述的金刚线润滑冷却液,其特征在于,所述极压剂选自硼砂和/或硅酸钠。
5.如权利要求1所述的金刚线润滑冷却液,其特征在于,所述防锈剂选自三乙醇胺硼酸酯、三乙醇胺、钼酸钠、石油磺酸钡中的至少一种。
6.如权利要求1所述的金刚线润滑冷却液,其特征在于,所述润湿剂选自烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酸烷基酯中的至少一种。
7.一种如权利要求1-6中任一项权利要求所述的金刚线润滑冷却液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:将乳化剂、极压剂、防锈剂、防腐剂、润湿剂加入到去离子水中,搅拌均匀;再加入乙二醇、分散剂、消泡剂,搅拌5h,即得。
8.一种如权利要求1-6中任一项权利要求所述的金刚线润滑冷却液在单晶硅、多晶硅、硅片、石英、氮化铟镓、砷化镓、锗加工的应用。
