Description

Connecting seat
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The present invention relates to a connection socket, and more particularly to a connection socket for extending connectable holes of a portable electronic device such as a notebook computer or a tablet computer.
[ background of the invention ]
For the sake of miniaturization and portability, the devices such as tablet computers are usually designed to be as thin as possible, and various connection sockets on the devices are also reduced as much as possible, so that the overall thickness can be reduced. However, when the portable electronic device needs to be electrically connected to another device in use, another connection socket is needed, and another adapter connector is disposed on the connection socket, so that the portable electronic device such as a tablet computer can output/input data or be connected to another electronic device for use.
The connector seat is provided with a connector matched with the tablet computer, so that the tablet computer is electrically connected with other connectors through the connector, and the connectors usually protrude out of the surface of the shell when not used.
[ summary of the invention ]
However, when the connector is not used and also protrudes from the surface of the housing, the connector is easily damaged by collision or the like during storage or carrying. Therefore, the present invention provides a connector holder, when the electronic device is not mounted on the connector holder for use, the connector can be received in the housing of the connector holder, so as to avoid the problem of damage to the connector during the receiving or carrying process.
In one embodiment, the present invention provides a connecting socket, including: a base, a pivot member, a plate, a connector and at least one elastic element. The base comprises an upper shell and a lower shell, the upper shell and the lower shell are connected to form an accommodating space, and the upper shell is provided with a pressing hole and a connecting hole. The pivot piece is arranged on the upper shell and is positioned in the accommodating space. The plate is rotatably connected to the upper shell through the pivot piece and is positioned in the accommodating space. The plate comprises a main plate, a pressing part and at least one pivoting hole, wherein the pressing part is arranged at one end of the main plate and corresponds to the pressing hole, and the at least one pivoting hole is arranged on the main plate and penetrates through the pivot piece. The connector is arranged at the other end of the main board opposite to the pressing part and corresponds to the connecting hole, so that the pivot piece is positioned between the connector and the pressing part. At least one elastic element is arranged in the accommodating space and is adjacent to the connector. At least one elastic element can be abutted between the main board and the upper shell, the main board rotates by taking the pivot piece as a center, one end of the main board, which is provided with the connector, is far away from the upper shell, and the pressing part arranged at the other end of the main board penetrates through the pressing hole and protrudes out of the upper shell.
Therefore, the teeterboard structure arranged in the connecting seat can prevent the joint of the connector from protruding out of the surface of the upper shell under the condition that the electronic device is not installed on the connecting seat for use. Therefore, when the connecting seat is not used, the connector is not worried about damage in the process of storage and carrying.
In some embodiments, the upper case may further include at least one positioning hole, and the main board may further include at least one positioning post and protrude from the upper case correspondingly through the at least one positioning hole. When the electronic device is assembled to the connecting seat, the connector of the electronic device and the connector of the connecting seat can be arranged at corresponding positions through the alignment effect of the positioning columns so as to be electrically connected with each other.
In some embodiments, the elastic element may be a spring and is disposed through at least one positioning post. By assembling the positioning post, a positioning structure for fixing the elastic element is not required to be additionally arranged, so that the structure of the connecting seat can be simplified, and the processes during manufacturing are reduced.
In some embodiments, when the pressing portion is acted by a force, the main board rotates around the pivot member, so that the end of the main board where the connector is disposed is close to the upper housing, and the connector protrudes from the upper housing. Therefore, when the electronic device is assembled to the connecting seat to be used, the electronic device can be pressed to the pressing part to enable the main board to rotate around the pivot piece, and the connector at the other end of the main board can penetrate through the connecting hole to protrude out of the upper shell to be electrically connected with the electronic device. Therefore, the electronic device can be connected with the connector in a protruding manner without additional operation when the electronic device is assembled to the connecting seat.
In some embodiments, the upper housing may include a hook protruding below the pressing hole. When the electronic device is installed, one end of the electronic device can be clamped on the clamping hook, and then the electronic device is arranged on the connecting seat by taking the clamping hook as a center, so that the assembling and positioning are simpler and more accurate.
In some embodiments, the pressing portion may include a first board and a second board, the first board is connected to the second board, the second board is connected to the main board, and an included angle between the second board and the main board is smaller than 90 degrees, so that the pressing portion can be more smoothly protruded and pressed when being accommodated in the base.
In some embodiments, the connecting seat may further include a buckling portion disposed at the other end of the base opposite to the pressing hole. When the electronic device is assembled to the connecting seat, the electronic device can be fastened and fixed on the connecting seat by the fastening part, so that the electronic device is prevented from being separated from the connecting seat in the moving or using process.
In some embodiments, the fastening portion may include two fastening portions, and each fastening portion is disposed on two opposite sides of the upper housing and located on the upper surface of the upper housing. The fastening portion may include a fastening member for fastening the electronic device. In addition, the fastening part can be fixedly arranged on the base in a screw locking mode.
In some embodiments, the fastening portion may further include a relief section. The two end parts of the releasing section respectively penetrate through the base and are locked to the buckling part. The release section is connected to the buckling parts at the two ends, so that when the electronic device is released by releasing the clamping of the buckling parts, only a single position is required to be pressed, and the buckling parts at the two ends are not required to be respectively pressed by two hands. And when the releasing section is in a strip shape, the pressing area is enlarged, so that the force application is easier.
In some embodiments, the fastening portion may include two elastic columns, each of the elastic columns is disposed through the base, and one end of each of the elastic columns abuts against the releasing section, and the other end of each of the elastic columns protrudes from the upper housing. When the electronic device is to be taken off, after the clamping relation between the clamping part and the electronic device is released, the elastic column can provide a force for pushing towards the outside of the base, so that the electronic device can be pushed away from the connecting seat, and the electronic device is easier to take out.
In some embodiments, each elastic column may include a convex column and another elastic element, and the another elastic element is disposed in the accommodating space and abuts against the convex column. The convex column can push against the electronic device by utilizing the compression and reset elasticity of the elastic element.

[ detailed description ] embodiments
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, fig. 1 is a perspective view of a connecting base assembled with an electronic device according to a first embodiment of the invention; FIG. 2 is an exploded view of the connecting socket of the present embodiment; fig. 3 is a schematic view showing an upper housing of the connector holder of the present embodiment in a perspective manner; fig. 4 is a sectional view of the connector holder of the present embodiment; fig. 5 is a sectional view of the connector holder of the present embodiment after the electronic device is mounted thereon. The connecting socket 100 includes a base 10, a pivot member 20, a plate member 30, a connector 40, two elastic members 50, and a fastening portion 60. The base 10 includes an upper housing 11 and a lower housing 12, the upper housing 11 and the lower housing 12 are connected to form a receiving space 13 for receiving electronic components such as a circuit board (not shown). The upper housing 11 has a pressing hole 111 and a connection hole 112. The shapes of the upper housing 11 and the lower housing 12 may be various shapes according to the electronic device 200 to be assembled.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the pivot member 20 is disposed on the upper housing 11 and located in the accommodating space 13. The back of the upper housing 11 has a pivot base 113 for mounting the pivot element 20, the pivot element 20 is mounted on the pivot base 113, and a stop element 114 is respectively locked on the two side pivot bases 113, so that the pivot element 20 is fixed on the upper housing 11. The plate 30 is rotatably connected to the upper housing 11 through the pivot 20 and is located in the accommodating space 13. As shown in fig. 2, the board 30 includes a main board 31, a pressing portion 32 and three pivoting holes 33. The pressing portion 32 is disposed at one end of the main board 31, and the three pivot holes 33 are disposed at about the middle of the main board 31 and are evenly distributed on two sides and the middle of the main board 31. The pivot member 20 passes through the pivot hole 33, so that the main board 31 can rotate around the pivot member 20. In order to make the connection between the main board 31 and the pivot member 20 stable and smooth, a pivot hole 33 is disposed on each of the two sides and the middle of the main board 31. In other embodiments, only one or more pivoting holes 33 may be provided, and the invention is not limited thereto.
The connector 40 is disposed at the other end of the main board 30 opposite to the pressing portion 32, and the connector 40 can be electrically connected to a circuit board 41, and the circuit board 41 can be disposed at any position in the base 10, or disposed below the connector 40 and fixed to the main board 30 as shown in this embodiment. Thus, the pivot element 20 is located between the connector 40 and the pressing portion 32, and when the main board 20 rotates around the pivot element 20 as a rotation axis, a seesaw effect is generated. When the pressing portion 32 is forced downward, the end of the connector 40 moves upward, and when the end of the connector 40 is forced downward, the pressing portion 32 moves upward.
The two elastic elements 50 are disposed in the accommodating space and adjacent to the connector 40, and two ends of the two elastic elements 50 will abut against the main board 30 and the upper housing 11, and provide a pushing force for the end of the main board 30 where the connector 40 is disposed to be away from the upper housing 11. As seen from the perspective view of fig. 3, the pressing portion 32 corresponds to the pressing hole 111 of the upper housing 11, and the connector 40 corresponds to the connection hole 112 of the upper housing 11. When the main board 30 is pushed by the pushing force of the elastic element 50, the main board 30 rotates around the pivot member 20, so that the end of the main board 30 where the connector 40 is disposed is far away from the upper housing 11. At this time, the pressing portion 32 disposed at the other end of the main board 30 passes through the pressing hole 111 and protrudes out of the upper case 11. And the connector 40 is received in the connection hole 112 without protruding from the upper surface of the upper case 11 due to the pushing force of the elastic member 50.
Therefore, through the seesaw structure disposed in the connection holder 100, the connector 40 does not protrude from the upper surface of the upper housing 11 when the electronic device 200 is not mounted on the connection holder 100 for use. Thus, when the electronic device 200 is connected for use, there is no need to worry about the connector 40 being damaged during the process of storing and carrying the connector holder 100.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, when the pressing portion 32 is acted by a force, the main board 30 rotates around the pivot 20, so that the end of the main board 30 where the connector 40 is disposed is close to the upper housing 11, and the connector 40 protrudes out of the upper housing. For example, when the electronic device 200 shown in fig. 1 is to be installed on the connecting base 100, the back surface of the electronic device 200 is pressed to the pressing portion 32 protruding from the upper housing 11, and a force is applied to the pressing portion 32 when the electronic device 200 is assembled. When the pressing portion 32 is forced downward, the main board 30 rotates around the pivot 20, so that the end of the main board 30 where the connector 40 is disposed moves upward, and the connector 40 protrudes out of the upper housing 11 through the connecting hole 112, and can be electrically connected to a connector (not shown) on the back of the electronic device 200. Therefore, when the connection seat 100 is used, the connector 40 hidden in the base 10 does not need to protrude out of the base 10 by an additional operation, and the connector 40 can protrude to be connected with the electronic device 200 while the electronic device 200 is assembled to the connection seat 100.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the upper housing 11 further includes two positioning holes 115. Two positioning posts 34 are also included on the main board 30. As shown in fig. 3, two positioning pillars 34 respectively and correspondingly penetrate through one positioning hole 115 and protrude from the upper housing 11. When the electronic device 200 is assembled to the connector holder 100, the positioning posts 34 are aligned to align the connector of the electronic device 200 and the connector 40 of the connector holder 100 at corresponding positions for electrical connection. Since the positioning posts 34 are for positioning the connector of the electronic device 200 and the connector 40 of the connecting socket 100 at desired positions, the positioning posts 34 can be disposed on both sides of the connector 40 to provide a better positioning effect. In addition to the positioning function, in the present embodiment, the two elastic elements 50 are springs and are disposed through the two positioning pillars 34. By assembling the elastic element 50 to the positioning post 34, it is not necessary to additionally provide a positioning structure for fixing the elastic element 50, so that the structure of the connecting socket 100 can be simplified and the manufacturing process can be reduced.
In addition, in order to facilitate the assembly of the electronic device 200 to the connector base 100, the upper housing 11 further includes a hook 116 protruding below the pressing hole 111. When the electronic device 200 is installed, one end of the electronic device can be first fastened to the hook 116, and then the electronic device can be installed on the connecting base 100 by centering on the hook, so that the assembling and positioning are simpler and more accurate. After the electronic device 200 is disposed on the base 10, the electronic device 200 can be fastened by the fastening portion 60.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the engaging portion 60 is provided at the other end of the base 10 opposite to the pressing hole 111. When the electronic device 200 is assembled to the connector base 100, the hook 116 at one end and the fastening portion 60 at the other end can be used to fasten the electronic device 200 to the connector base 100, thereby preventing the electronic device 200 from being separated from the connector base 100 during movement or use. In the present embodiment, the engaging portion 60 includes two engaging portions 61 and a releasing section 62. The two fastening portions 61 are disposed on two opposite sides of the upper housing 11 and located on the upper surface of the upper housing 11, and are fastened to the upper housing 11 by screws. Each locking portion 61 may include a locking member 611 and a releasing portion 612. The fastening member 611 is used to fasten the electronic device 200. When the releasing portion is to release the locking, the releasing portion can press the locking portion to separate the locking piece 611 from the electronic device 200, thereby releasing the combination relationship between the electronic device 200 and the locking piece 611.
The releasing section 62 is disposed in a long shape at one side of the base 10, and two ends of the releasing section 62 respectively penetrate through the base 10 and are locked to the locking portion 61. By using the releasing section 62 to connect to the two ends of the buckling parts 61, when releasing the electronic device 200 by releasing the buckling of the buckling parts 61, only a single position (i.e. the releasing section 62) needs to be pressed, without using two hands to press the buckling parts 61 at two ends simultaneously or separately. And when the releasing section 62 is a long strip, the pressing area is increased, so that the force application is easier.
In addition, the fastening portion 60 may further include two elastic columns 63, each elastic column 63 penetrates through the base 10, and one end of each elastic column abuts against the releasing section 62, and the other end of each elastic column protrudes from the upper housing 11. As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, in the present embodiment, each elastic column 63 includes a convex column 631 and another elastic element 632. The convex post 631 passes through the base 10 and protrudes out of the upper housing 11, and the other elastic element 632 is disposed in the accommodating space 13 and abuts against the convex post 631 to provide a force for the convex post 631 to linearly reciprocate. When the electronic device 200 is assembled in the connector base 100, the convex post 631 is pressed, such that the convex post 631 pushes and compresses the other elastic element 632. When the electronic device 200 is to be removed, after the locking relationship between the locking portion 61 and the electronic device 200 is released, the convex post 631 of the elastic column 63 provides a force to push the convex post 631 outward from the base 10 under the action of the compressed restoring elastic force of the other elastic element 632, so that the electronic device 200 can be pushed away from the connecting base 100, and the electronic device 200 can be taken out more easily.
Please refer to fig. 6, which is a schematic diagram of a main board of a connector base according to a second embodiment of the present invention, wherein the same elements and connection relationships as those of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals and are not repeated, the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the pressing portion 32 'of the main board 30, in the present embodiment, the pressing portion 32' includes a first board 321 and a second board 322, the first board 321 is connected to the second board 322, and the second board 322 is connected to the main board 30, i.e., the pressing portion 32 'is slightly L-shaped, but an included angle θ between the second board 322 and the main board 30 is smaller than 90 degrees, so that the pressing portion 32' can be smoothly protruded and pressed and received in the base 10.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood that various changes and modifications can be made therein by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
