Abstract
The invention discloses a plug-in structure applied to a disposable endoscope. The structure comprises a handle shell and a handle body, wherein the handle body comprises a non-disposable section structure and a disposable section structure, and the non-disposable section structure and the disposable section structure are connected in a plugging manner; the disposable section structure comprises a disposable section plug-in mounting block, a disposable section gear module and a guide post; the non-disposable section structure comprises a button, a non-disposable section plugging mounting block, a jack, a sliding lock body and a non-disposable section gear module. The structure can be realized by plugging, the operation is simple, quick and convenient, an excellent solution is provided for practical application, and the disposable replacement is realized on the premise of not increasing the operation difficulty of medical staff; meanwhile, the disposable section is thrown away after the use is finished, the non-disposable section is reserved, and the cost is saved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical equipment, in particular to an inserting structure applied to a disposable endoscope.
Background
The endoscopes used on the digestive tract in the market are non-disposable, one patient is sterilized by soaking after being finished, and the next patient is checked or treated after being sterilized. the disposable section structure comprises a disposable section plug-in mounting block, a disposable section gear module and a guide post, wherein a through groove structure is arranged on the disposable section plug-in mounting block, the disposable section gear module is inlaid on the disposable section plug-in mounting block through the groove structure, and the guide post is fixed on the upper surface of the disposable section plug-in mounting block;
the non-disposable section structure comprises a button, a non-disposable section plug-in mounting block, a jack, a sliding lock body and a non-disposable section gear module, wherein the non-disposable section plug-in mounting block is of a hollow structure and is connected with the disposable section structure in a plug-in mode; the button is arranged on the non-disposable section plug-in mounting block and is fixedly connected with the sliding lock body; the non-disposable section gear module is arranged on the upper surface of the non-disposable section plugging installation block, and the jack is positioned on the lower surface of the non-disposable section plugging installation block and is matched with the guide post for use.

The invention provides an insertion structure applied to an endoscope, which comprises a handle shell and a handle body, as shown in figure 1, wherein the handle body comprises a non-disposable section structure 1 and a disposable section structure 2, and the non-disposable section structure 1 and the disposable section structure 2 are connected through insertion;
the disposable section structure 2 comprises a disposable section plugging and installing block 22, a disposable section gear module 21, a disposable section electric socket 23 and a guide post 24, wherein a through groove structure is arranged on the disposable section plugging and installing block 22, the disposable section gear module 21 is inlaid on the disposable section plugging and installing block 22 through the groove structure, and the guide post 24 is fixed on the upper surface of the disposable section plugging and installing block 22 as shown in fig. 2; the non-disposable section structure 1 comprises a button 11, a non-disposable section plug-in mounting block 12, a non-disposable section electric socket 14, a jack 15, a sliding lock body 16 and a non-disposable section gear module 13, wherein the non-disposable section plug-in mounting block 12 is of a hollow structure and is connected with the disposable section structure 2 in a plug-in mode; the button 11 is arranged on the non-disposable section plugging mounting block 12 and fixedly connected with the sliding lock body 16, as shown in fig. 6; the non-disposable section gear module 13 is mounted on the upper surface of the non-disposable section plugging mounting block 12, the insertion hole 15 is located on the lower surface of the non-disposable section plugging mounting block 12, and is matched with the guide post 24, the insertion hole 15 and the guide post 24 are main components for bearing torque, and the reliability of the whole structural component is guaranteed, as shown in fig. 2 and 3. The non-disposable section gear module 13 comprises a small hand wheel 131, a large hand wheel 132, a small hand wheel shaft 133, a large hand wheel shaft 134, a small hand wheel transmission gear set 135, a large hand wheel transmission gear set 136, wherein the small hand wheel 131 is fixedly connected with the small hand wheel shaft 133, the small hand wheel shaft 133 is fixedly connected with a first-stage gear of the small hand wheel transmission gear set 135, and gears in the small hand wheel transmission gear set 135 are normally meshed according to standards; the large hand wheel 132 is fixedly connected with the large hand wheel shaft 134, the large hand wheel shaft 134 is fixedly connected with a first gear of the large hand wheel transmission gear set 136, gears inside the large hand wheel transmission gear set 136 are normally meshed according to standards, the small hand wheel transmission gear set 135 comprises 5 gears which are longitudinally arranged, and the large hand wheel transmission gear set 136 comprises 5 gears which are longitudinally arranged, as shown in fig. 4.
The disposable section gear module 21 comprises a lower large hand wheel transmission gear set 211, a lower small hand wheel transmission gear set 212, a large hand wheel corresponding sprocket 213 and a small hand wheel corresponding sprocket 214, wherein a final gear of the lower large hand wheel transmission gear set 211 is fixedly connected with the large hand wheel corresponding sprocket 213, gears in the lower large hand wheel transmission gear set 211 are meshed according to the standard, a first gear of the lower large hand wheel transmission gear set 211 and a final gear of the non-disposable section large hand wheel transmission gear set 136 are meshed according to the standard after being inserted, and the lower large hand wheel transmission gear set 211 comprises 4 gears which are longitudinally arranged; the final gear of the lower small hand wheel transmission gear set 212 is fixedly connected with the corresponding sprocket 214 of the small hand wheel, gears in the lower small hand wheel transmission gear set 212 are meshed according to standards, the first gear of the lower small hand wheel transmission gear set 212 is meshed according to standards with the final gear of the small hand wheel transmission gear set 135 of the non-disposable section after being inserted, and the lower small hand wheel transmission gear set 212 comprises 4 gears which are longitudinally arranged, as shown in fig. 5.
During specific plugging, two hands hold the non-disposable section structure 1 and the disposable section structure 2 respectively, the guide post 24 is inserted into the jack 15, then pressure is applied to the inclined surface of the sliding lock body 16, the sliding lock body 16 is completely extruded out of the jack 15 under the action of transverse component force, then the guide post 24 is continuously advanced deeply until the surfaces of the non-disposable section structure 1 and the disposable section structure 2 coincide, at the moment, the opening position of the guide post 24 is opposite to the sliding lock body 16, the sliding lock body 16 is advanced again under the action of a spring and enters the opening, and locking is realized; the extraction process comprises the following operations: one hand holds the non-disposable segment structure 1, simultaneously, the button 11 is pressed down by fingers, which is equal to that the sliding lock body 16 is completely pushed out of the jack 15 by hands to be separated from the notch of the guide post 24, and the other hand holds the disposable segment structure 2 to apply force and pull out, so that the operation is finished.
The structure designed by the invention has good smoothness and reliability, and the smoothness and reliability are ensured by the following structure:
reliability assurance:
1. the guide post 24 (stainless steel) is matched with the insertion hole 15 and is a main component for bearing torque;
2. the non-disposable section structure 1 and the disposable section structure 2 (which are upper and lower aluminum alloy blocks) are provided with a combination of steps and grooves, and are secondary components for bearing torque;
and (3) ensuring smoothness:
1. the guide post 24 (stainless steel material) and the jack 15 are provided with a certain gap, and the head of the lock post is provided with a round chamfer;
2. all the components have geometric tolerance requirements, so that vertical insertion is ensured;
3. the non-disposable section structure 1 and the disposable section structure 2 (which are upper and lower aluminum alloy blocks) are provided with steps and grooves which are oppositely inserted and guided by inclined planes.
