Claims (11)

1. A frying and baking machine is characterized by comprising:
a housing assembly (10);
the baking tray (20) is arranged in the shell component (10) in a lifting manner;
the lifting mechanism (30), the said lifting mechanism (30) is set up between said body assembly (10) and said bakeware (20);
the operating mechanism (40) comprises a knob (41) and a tooth-shaped transmission component (42), the knob (41) controls the lifting mechanism (30) to lift through the tooth-shaped transmission component (42), so that a user can adjust the height of the baking tray (20) in the shell component (10) by operating the knob (41);
a plurality of shift position structures, the operating mechanism (40) further comprises a locking piece (43) locked or unlocked with the shift position structures, the locking piece (43) is arranged on the knob (41), and the knob (41) can rotate after the locking piece (43) is withdrawn from the shift position structures;
the locking member (43) includes:
a button (431), wherein the button (431) is movably arranged on the knob (41);
a resilient structure (432) for resetting the button (431);
the locking rod (433), the said locking rod (433) is set up on the said button (431) and stretched out to one side of the said gear structure; when the button (431) is pressed, the button (431) applies elastic force to the elastic structure (432) so that the elastic structure (432) is compressed, the button (431) and the locking rod (433) move relative to the gear structure, the locking rod (433) is disengaged from the gear structure, and the knob (41) is unlocked; when the button (431) is not pressed any more, the elastic structure (432) performs the resetting operation on the button (431), and meanwhile, the locking rod (433) performs the stopping matching with the gear structure, so that the knob (41) is locked.
2. The grilling machine according to claim 1, characterized in that said knob (41) is located outside said housing assembly (10).
3. The frying and roasting machine according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a carrying plate (50) is provided between the roasting pan (20) and the lifting mechanism (30), and the toothed transmission assembly (42) comprises:
the rotatable gear (421), the knob (41) drives the gear (421) to rotate;
and the rack (422) is meshed with the gear (421), and one end of the rack (422) is connected with the bearing plate (50) to drive the lifting mechanism (30) to act.

The frying and roasting machine according to claim 3, wherein the rack (422) is arranged in a vertical direction, the toothed transmission assembly (42) further comprises a transmission rod (423), the transmission rod (423) is connected with the rack (422), and the transmission rod (423) is connected with the carrying plate (50); the number of the gears (421) is two, the two gears (421) are meshed, the knob (41) drives one gear (421) to rotate, and the other gear (421) is meshed with the rack (422).
5. The fry roaster of claim 1, further comprising a gear box (60), at least a portion of the toothed drive assembly (42) being disposed within the gear box (60).
6. The frying and roasting machine according to claim 1, wherein said housing assembly (10) comprises:
a housing (11), the operating mechanism (40) being connected to the housing (11).
7. The frying and roasting machine according to claim 6, wherein a plurality of said gear structures are provided on said housing (11), and said gear structures are provided on said housing (11) at intervals around a circumference of said knob (41).
8. The machine according to claim 1, wherein the housing assembly (10) comprises a housing (11), and the operating mechanism (40) further comprises a gear plate (44), the gear plate (44) being connected to or integrally formed with the housing (11).
9. The frying and roasting machine of claim 8, wherein said gear plate (44) is provided with a plurality of said gear structures, said plurality of said gear structures are arranged around the circumference of said knob (41) at intervals, and a driving shaft (414) of said knob (41) passes through said gear plate (44) and is drivingly connected with said toothed transmission assembly (42).
10. Frying and roasting machine according to claim 7 or 9, characterised in that the indexing structure is a locking groove (441) provided on the housing (11) or the indexing plate (44).
11. The grill of claim 7 or 9, wherein the knob (41) comprises:
a knob body (411), the button (431) being provided on the knob body (411);
the knob plate (412), the knob plate (412) set up the open end of knob body (411) and with knob body (411) synchronous revolution, be provided with on knob plate (412) and slide groove (413), locking lever (433) pass slide groove (413) with the gear structure cooperation, knob plate (412) have towards drive shaft (414) that tooth form transmission assembly (42) one side stretches out.
