Referring to fig. 1-3, a first embodiment of a touch light guide structure according to the present invention is shown, where the touch light guide structure includes a touch screen 1, a light guide plate 2 and a computer board 3 sequentially arranged from front to back, and a touch film is attached to a front end surface area of the computer board 3 corresponding to a sensing area of the touch screen 1; the front end face of the computer board 3 can be the front face of the computer board 3, and structures such as a touch panel and a display panel lamp holder are omitted, so that the structure is simple, the production cost is reduced, the assembly is quick and convenient, and the production efficiency is improved; and the thickness of the touch light guide structure is reduced. The light guide plate 2 has a light guide plate body 21 and an inclined portion 22 extending rearward along one end of the light guide plate body 21, and the inclined portion 22 is provided to reflect light rays positioned behind the computer board 3 into the light guide plate body 21. Therefore, the light source can be arranged on the rear end face of the computer board 3 or other parts behind the computer board 3, so that the front face of the computer board 3 is a flat plane, the computer board 3 is convenient to manufacture, the manufacturing efficiency is improved, the touch screen 1, the light guide plate 2 and the computer board 3 are favorably attached, the touch sensitivity is increased, the light transmission between the touch screen 1 and the light guide plate 2 is increased, and light crosstalk is avoided; light is incident from one side of the light guide plate 2 and enters the light guide plate body 21 through refraction, so that the light is uniformly distributed in the light guide plate body 21, and the light on the touch screen is uniformly displayed.
As shown in fig. 1, the touch screen 1, the light guide plate body 21 and the computer board 3 are flat plates, so that the touch screen 1, the light guide plate body 21 and the computer board 3 are sequentially and tightly attached to each other, that is, are parallel to each other, and the touch sensitivity and the light transmittance between the touch screen 1 and the light guide plate 2 are improved; the touch screen 1 is an appearance piece and is positioned on an appearance surface. Referring to fig. 2, in order to improve the incident quality of light and the convenience of fixing the light source, the light guide plate further has an incident portion 23 connected to the rear end of the inclined portion 22 and parallel to the light guide plate body 21; thus, the light source is disposed along the end face of the incident portion 23, that is, the light source is mounted on a plane parallel to the light guide plate body 21, so that light is incident from the end of the incident portion 23, that is, from the side surface of the light guide plate 2, enters the inclined portion 22 through refraction, and then enters the light guide plate body 21 through refraction, that is, the light reaches the light guide plate body 21 through twice refraction after being incident; and also the incident part 23 has the function of fixing with the computer board 3.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to fig. 3, the light source is installed on the rear end surface or the reverse surface of the computer board 3, which is beneficial to further simplifying the touch light guide structure and avoiding the installation of a special structure for installing the light source. Meanwhile, a through hole 32 for the inclined part 22 to pass through is formed in the computer board 3, so that the light guide plate body 21 is positioned in front of the computer board 3, the through hole 32 for the inclined part 22 to pass through and the incident part 23 is positioned behind the computer board 3; this realizes that the light emitted from the light source 31 mounted on the rear end surface of the computer board 3 is guided into the light guide plate body 21. In order to realize the light source, in order to further improve the light uniformity and brightness in the light guide plate body 21, a row of light sources 31 is arranged on the rear end face of the computer board 3 at the through hole 32, so that the light at the end of the incident part 23 is uniform, the intensity of the light is high, and the light reaching the light guide plate body 21 has high uniformity and brightness.
In the embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the rear end face of the light guide plate body 21 is provided with a claw 24 extending backward, the computer board 3 is provided with a bayonet 33 matching with the claw 24, the claw 24 is arranged on the left side of the light guide plate body 21, the inclined portion 22 and the incident portion 23 are arranged on the right side, so that the inclined portion 22 passes through the through hole 32, the incident portion 23 is positioned behind the computer board 3, and the claw 24 is clamped in the bayonet 33, so that the light guide plate 3 is firmly fixed on the computer board 3.
In the present embodiment, support portions 25 extending forward and flush with the light guide body 21 are provided at upper and lower ends of the front end surface of the inclined portion 22. In order to prevent light from being emitted from the side surface of the light guide plate 3, light blocking layers are arranged on other side surfaces except the light incident surface on the light guide plate 3; light is incident from the end face of the incident portion 23, that is, the right side face of the light guide plate 3 is an incident face, and the other side faces of the light guide plate 3 are provided with light blocking layers, that is, the upper side face, the lower side face, and the left side face of the light guide plate 3. The light blocking layer may be an attached aluminum foil or a coated coating, etc.
In this embodiment, a light-shielding layer and a light-transmitting portion not covered by the light-shielding layer are provided on the back surface of the touch panel 1, and the light-transmitting portion is in the shape of a key identification symbol. The light in the light guide plate 2 shows a luminous light effect through the light transmission part, namely the touch area of the touch screen 1, and the touch film is positioned in the area on the computer corresponding to the light transmission part.
Referring to fig. 4-10, a second embodiment of the touch light guide structure provided in the present invention is a touch power key disposed on a washing machine, and the touch light guide structure is mounted and fixed on a main control board 10 of the washing machine to implement a touch light emitting display function of the power key.
In this embodiment, the touch light guide structure has the same structure as the first embodiment, and includes a touch screen 1, a light guide plate 2, and a computer board 3, which are sequentially disposed from front to back, and a touch film is attached to a front end surface area of the computer board 3 corresponding to a sensing area of the touch screen 1. The touch screen 1 is arranged on the front end face of the main control board 10 as a decorative board, and in order to realize the attachment or close contact between the light guide plate 2 and the touch screen 1, the main control board 10 is provided with an avoiding through hole 101, so that the light guide plate 2 and the computer board 3 can be sequentially attached and arranged behind the touch screen 2.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 7, the left and right sides of the avoiding through hole 101 are provided with the engaging structure 102 for engaging with the computer board 3, so that the computer board 3 is fixed on the main control board 10; since the light guide plate 2 is fixed on the computer board 3, the touch screen 1, the light guide plate 2 and the computer board 3 are fixed on the main control board 10.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 4 and 10, in order to make the touch screen 1, the light guide plate 2 and the computer board 3 tightly fit with each other, the touch light guide structure further includes a pressing component 4 disposed behind the computer board 3, and the pressing component 4 applies a forward force to the computer board 3, so that the touch screen 1, the light guide plate 2 and the computer board 3 tightly fit with each other, thereby ensuring the touch sensitivity, increasing the light transmittance between the touch screen 1 and the light guide plate 2, and avoiding crosstalk.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 7, the pressing component 4 is fixed on the rear end surface of the main control board 10 in a clamping manner, and the main control board 10 is provided with a stop notch 103 and a clamping claw 104 which are matched with the end portion of the pressing component 4, so that the pressing component 4 is firmly fixed on the main control board 10. As shown in fig. 5, the pressing member 4 has a pressing body 41, and an elastic claw 42 extending forward; when the pressing part 4 is clamped and fixed to the main control board 10, the elastic claw 42 is pressed on the rear end surface of the computer board 3 with certain elastic deformation; so that the elastic claws 42 apply a forward force to the computer board 3, and the touch screen 1, the light guide plate 2 and the computer board 3 are tightly attached to each other.
In this embodiment, the touch screen 1 is a flat plate made of glass, which is beneficial to improving the appearance of the washing machine and has good light transmittance. The light-transmitting part on the touch screen 1 is a square key and a power supply symbol in the square.
