Abstract

本发明提供一种可回收心脏支架,包括支架主体和加热装置,支架主体由液态金属固化制成,且支架主体的表面涂覆有药膜,加热装置用于加热支架主体。本发明提供的可回收心脏支架,液态金属固液相转换灵活,固化速度快,固化后力学性能稳定;若有取出需求时,通过局部加热对支架主体所在部位进行加热,使液态金属转变为液态,并通过导管从血管里完全吸出,实现回收。液态金属拥有良好的生物相容性,抗血栓,耐腐蚀,对血管壁无损伤,避免了刺激血管产生炎症反应。另外,在支架主体的表面涂覆药膜,消除支架主体作为异物刺激局部组织的顾虑,保证支架主体与动脉接触部位周围组织的正常生长。

一种可回收心脏支架
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体涉及一种可回收心脏支架。
背景技术
心脏支架又称冠状动脉支架,是一种需要长期介入于心脏并具有符合心脏跳动的生理机械功能的常用高值耗材医疗用具,具有疏通动脉血管、改善冠心病引起的心肌供血不足、心脏动脉阻塞的作用,对于心脏手术和日后的病情稳定具有至关重要的目的。
目前心脏支架经历了金属支架、镀膜支架、可溶性支架的研制历程,目前第三代支架的发展尚未成熟,占据市场主导地位的依然是第二代镀膜支架。主要材料为不锈钢、镍钛合金或钴铬合金。
对心梗患者来说,植入支架是立竿见影的治疗手段。但目前的心脏支架仍存在以下缺陷:由于冠脉支架并不需在身体里装一辈子,而是有‘服役’周期的,在介入冠状动脉6个月后,便已完成使命,可以‘功成身退’,让血管恢复原来的面貌。金属支架由于材料不可回收,即便完成了任务,也要和心脏相伴一生,有时反而会刺激血管产生炎症反应,甚至产生支架内血栓而危及生命。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明的目的是提供一种可回收心脏支架,以解决现有心脏支架不可回收,且会刺激血管产生炎症反应的问题。
(二)技术方案
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种可回收心脏支架,包括支架主体和加热装置,所述支架主体由液态金属固化制成,且所述支架主体的表面涂覆有药膜,所述加热装置用于加热所述支架主体。
其中,所述支架主体为网状结构、管状结构或环状结构。
其中,所述液态金属的熔点为40.5℃~41.5℃。
其中,所述液态金属为铋、铟、锡、镓合金中的一种或几种。
其中,所述药膜包含抗增殖药物。
其中,所述抗增殖药物为雷帕霉素或依维莫司。
其中,所述药膜还包含营养素和抗生素。
其中,所述抗生素为盐酸四环素和/或单相α-磷酸三钙。
其中,所述加热装置为感应加热装置、微波加热装置、激光加热装置或电阻加热装置。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:
1)液态金属固液相转换灵活,固化速度快,且固化后力学性能稳定;若有取出需求时,通过家热装置对支架主体所在部位进行加热,使液态金属由固态转变为液态,并通过导管从血管里完全吸出,实现回收。另外,液态金属拥有良好的生物相容性,抗血栓,耐腐蚀,对血管壁无损伤,避免了刺激血管产生炎症反应。
2)在支架主体的表面涂覆药膜,消除支架主体作为异物刺激局部组织的顾虑,保证支架主体与动脉接触部位周围组织的正常生长。
3)液态金属在生物体内有很好的X光影像,不需要在额外添加其他造影剂,即可利用X光机进行监视,便于在跟踪支架主体位置,造影时能够准确定位观察,降低了心脏支架手术的难度。
4)本发明提供的可回收心脏支架,其结构简单,有利于缩小成本;生产工艺简单,可高速连续生产,并可根据需要裁剪成任意长度。

下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。

实施例1:
如图1、2所示,为本实施例提供的一种可回收心脏支架,包括支架主体和加热装置。支架主体由液态金属固化制成,且支架主体的表面涂覆有药膜,加热装置用于加热支架主体。
下面通过具体的过程,进一步详细的描述。
涂覆上药膜1的支架主体2通过心脏支架介入手术到达血管堵塞部位;当手术失败或者有取出支架主体2的需求时,可以通过加热装置对支架主体2所在部位进行加热;达到液态金属熔点后,支架主体2由固态转变为液态,采用导管将液态金属从血管里吸出,实现回收。
其中,加热装置为感应加热装置、微波加热装置、激光加热装置、电阻加热装置等。本实施例中,加热装置为电磁感应加热装置。
进一步的,液态金属为低熔点金属或其合金,由铋、铟、锡、镓合金的一种或几种不同含量配比构成,其熔点为40.5℃~41.5℃。
进一步的,药膜1包含抗增殖药物。其中,抗增殖药物为雷帕霉素、依维莫司、myolimus等,消除支架主体2作为异物刺激局部组织的顾虑,保证支架主体2与动脉接触部位周围组织的正常生长。
进一步的,药膜1还包含营养素和抗生素。其中,营养元素包括钙、镁、磷、铁元素,以原子或以化合物形式存在;抗生素为盐酸四环素(TTCH)和单相α-磷酸三钙(α-TCP),减少或避免在手术过程中引起微生物感染。
进一步的,支架主体2为网状结构、管状结构或环状结构。本实施例中,支架主体2为互联的菱形网状结构。
本实施例提供一种可回收心脏支架,其结构简单,有利于缩小成本;生产工艺简单,可高速连续生产,并可根据需要裁剪成任意长度。液态金属固液相转换灵活,且固化速度快、可回收利用;若有取出需求时,可以通过局部加热对支架主体所在部位进行加热,使液态金属由固态转变为液态,并通过导管从血管里完全吸出,实现回收。另外,液态金属拥有良好的生物相容性,抗血栓,耐腐蚀,对血管壁无损伤,避免了刺激血管产生炎症反应。同时,液态金属在生物体内有很好的X光影像,不需要在额外添加其他造影剂,即可利用X光机进行监视,便于在跟踪支架主体位置,造影时能够准确定位观察,降低了心脏支架手术的难度。

如图3、4所示,本实施例提供的一种可回收心脏支架,支架主体2为互联的正六边形网状结构。
本实施例提供一种可回收心脏支架,支架主体为互联的正六边形网状结构使支架主体与血管内壁接触充分,增大两者之间的应力,固定能力强,不容易位移,机械强度高,适合一些受力可以负荷较大的部位。
生物相容性指材料在机体的特定部位引起恰当的反应。根据国际标准化组织(International Standards Organization,ISO)会议的解释,生物相容性是指生命体组织对非活性材料产生反应的一种性能,一般是指材料与宿主之间的相容性。生物材料植入人体后,对特定的生物组织环境产生影响和作用,生物组织对生物材料也会产生影响和作用,两者的循环作用一直持续,直到达到平衡或者植入物被去除。生物相容性是生物材料研究中始终贯穿的主题。

1.一种可回收心脏支架,其特征在于,包括支架主体和加热装置,所述支架主体由液态金属固化制成,且所述支架主体的表面涂覆有药膜,所述加热装置用于加热所述支架主体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可回收心脏支架,其特征在于,所述支架主体为网状结构、管状结构或环状结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可回收心脏支架,其特征在于,所述液态金属的熔点为40.5℃~41.5℃。
4.根据权利要求3所述的可回收心脏支架,其特征在于,所述液态金属为铋、铟、锡、镓合金中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可回收心脏支架,其特征在于,所述药膜包含抗增殖药物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的可回收心脏支架,其特征在于,所述抗增殖药物为雷帕霉素或依维莫司。
7.根据权利要求5所述的可回收心脏支架,其特征在于,所述药膜还包含营养素和抗生素。
8.根据权利要求7所述的可回收心脏支架,其特征在于,所述抗生素为盐酸四环素和/或单相α-磷酸三钙。
9.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的可回收心脏支架,其特征在于,所述加热装置为感应加热装置、微波加热装置、激光加热装置或电阻加热装置。
