Abstract
本发明涉及一种含二氯喹啉酸或其农业上可接受的盐或酯和cyprosulfamide的复合除草剂,以二氯喹啉酸和cyprosulfamide为主要有效成分,二氯喹啉酸和cyprosulfamide的重量比为500:1~1:2。本发明的除草剂安全性高,克服了二氯喹啉酸对棉花等作物的药害,直接扩大的了二氯喹啉酸的使用范围,可以直接用于棉花田禾本科和阔叶杂草的防治。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于农业除草剂领域,涉及一种含二氯喹啉酸或其农业上可接受的盐或酯和cyprosulfamide的复合除草剂。
背景技术
二氯喹啉酸,商品名为稗草净,其它名位氯喹酸、神锄、稗草亡、快杀稗、克稗星、杀稗净等,其化学名称为为37-二氯喹啉-8-羧酸,其分子式为C10H5Cl2NO2,相对分子量为242.1,CAS登记号为Quinclorac。结构式如下:
二氯喹啉酸是防治稻田稗草的特效选择性除草剂,对4-7叶期稗草效果突出,选择性强,施药时期的幅度宽,一次施药能控制整个水稻生育期的稗草。二氯喹啉酸能被萌发的种子、根及叶部吸收,具有激素型除草剂的特点,与生长素类物质的作用症状相似,叶片出现纵向条纹并弯曲,出现激素型除草剂使杂草变型现象。水稻根吸收此药的速度比稗草慢,并能将其分解,在3叶期以后具高选择性,对水稻安全。该化合物在土壤中有较大的移动性,能被土壤微生物分解。主要防除稗草,对田菁、决明、雨久花、鸭舌草、水芹、茨藻等有一定的防效,对莎草科杂草无效。目前由于二氯喹啉酸已在我国广泛使用多年,长年连续单独使用已经使杂草抗药性不断增强,即使不断加大施药剂量,也难以有效控制农田杂草的发生(参见CN105028444A,CN105145590A)。
Cyprosulfamide(CSA),N-{4-[(环丙基氨基)羰基]苯基}磺酰基-2-甲氧基苯甲酰胺,结构式如下
是拜耳作物科学公司开发的新型除草剂安全剂,可以减轻噻酮磺隆和异唑草酮苗后茎叶处理对玉米的伤害(参见CN1272106A,Thiencarbazone-methyl(TCM)andCyprosulfamide(CSA)–a new herbicide and a new safener for use in corn,Hans-Joachim Santel,Julius-Kühn-Archiv,434,2012)。
目前,二氯喹啉酸在推荐剂量下使用,在间隔8个月后才可以种植棉花,而在水稻中用二氯喹啉酸喷雾法施药,为了使用方便将喷雾法改为毒土法,药效不好,增加用药量,残留药害加重、喷水量过高,雾滴过大,雾滴从叶面滚落,也易造成下茬作物残留药害症状为,烟草、棉花、大豆等植株矮化,叶色浓绿皱缩变窄叶边缘外卷,叶尖成钩状,严重抑制生长(除草剂残留与飘移药害,梁志刚等,饲料与种植)。因此,本发明的一个目的是减少由于二氯喹啉酸的使用而对作物造成的伤害。
发明内容
本发明的目的即为提供一种含有二氯喹啉酸和除草安全剂Cyprosulfamide的复合除草组合物。本发明的另一目的是该除草剂用于防治棉花田前封闭处理防除禾本科及阔叶杂草,并且没有要害的产生。
一种含二氯喹啉酸或其农业上可接受的盐或酯和cyprosulfamide的复合除草剂,所述的复合除草剂以二氯喹啉酸和cyprosulfamide为主要有效成分,二氯喹啉酸和cyprosulfamide的重量比为500:1~1:2,优选二氯喹啉酸和cyprosulfamide的重量比为100:1-1:2,更优选的重量比为50:1-1:2。
在复合除草剂中,二氯喹啉酸和cyprosulfamide在除草剂中的重量百分含量为1-85%,优选为10-75%。
本发明的二氯喹啉酸的盐包括钠盐、钾盐、氨盐等。
本发明除草剂按照本技术领域技术人员所公知的方法可以配制的制剂剂型,包括,但不限于水分散粒剂、可湿性粉剂、湿拌种剂、乳油、悬浮剂、油悬剂、悬乳剂、悬浮种衣剂、水乳剂、微乳剂。
已知的助剂有乳化剂、润湿分散剂、助悬剂、崩解剂、粘结剂、防冻剂、增稠剂、稳定剂、消泡剂等。
可应用于本发明的农药助剂中的乳化剂包括但并不限于十二烷基苯磺酸钙、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙稀嵌段化合物、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚聚氧丙烯醚、苄基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚及其类似产品、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸环氧乙烷加成物、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚聚氧丙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物等,以及上述其中部分物质的磷酸盐和中和盐。具体的品种如:农乳500#系列、600#系列、400#系列、1600#系列、NP系列、OP系列、AEO系列、By系列、斯盘系列、吐温系列、聚乙二醇系列等。
前述可应用于本发明的农药助剂中的润湿分散剂包括但并不限于木质素磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钙、烷基萘磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、松香基季铵盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、皂素、茶枯粉、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、聚羧酸盐类、以及高分子的梳形化合物等中的一种或多种。
所述溶剂包括但并不限于甲苯、二甲苯、溶剂油系列、混合甲基萘、松节油、植物油、油酸甲酯、二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇、环己酮、异佛尔酮、吡咯烷酮、四氢糠醇、醋酸二甲酯、苯乙酮、乙酸乙酯、DMF、二甲基亚砜、水等的一种或多种。
所述填料选自白炭黑、高岭土、轻质碳酸钙、硅藻土、玉米淀粉、石英砂、滑石粉、硫酸铵、硫酸钠、氯化钠、氯化钾、轻钙等的一种或多种;
防冻剂选自乙二醇、丙二醇、尿素、二甘醇、甘油等的一种或几种。
增稠剂选自黄原胶、聚乙烯醇、有机膨润土、羟甲基纤维素、硅酸镁铝等的一种或几种。
本发明的复合除草剂的优点为:安全性高,克服了二氯喹啉酸对棉花等作物的要害,直接扩大的了二氯喹啉酸的使用范围,可以直接用于棉花田禾本科和阔叶杂草的防治。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明,凡在本发明的构思前提下对本发明制备方法的简单改进都属于本发明的保护范围之内。
以下实施例所有配方中百分比均为重量百分比。本发明组合物各种制剂的加工工艺均为现有技术,根据不同情况可以有所变化。
实施例1
二氯喹啉酸50%、cyprosulfamide 0.1%、烷基苯磺酸钙盐5.5%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠4.5%、高岭土加至100%,混合物进行气流粉碎,制得50%二氯喹啉酸·cyprosulfamide可湿性粉剂。
实施例2
二氯喹啉酸10%、cyprosulfamide 0.1%,木质素磺酸钠5%、十二烷基苯磺酸钙2%、高岭土至100%。按照常规的制剂方法配制成重量百分含量为10%的二氯喹啉酸·cyprosulfamide可湿性粉剂。
本发明可湿性粉剂主要技术指标
实施例3
二氯喹啉酸50%、cyprosulfamide 1%、烷基萘磺酸盐6.5%、十二烷基硫酸钠6.5%、膨润土加至100%,混合制得50%二氯喹啉酸·cyprosulfamide水分散粒剂。
实施例4
二氯喹啉酸15%、cyprosulfamide 30%、木质素磺酸钠4%、十二烷基硫酸钠2%、白炭黑2%,玉米淀粉加至100%,按照常规的制剂方法配制成重量百分含量为15%二氯喹啉酸·cyprosulfamide水分散粒剂。
实施例5
二氯喹啉酸25%,cyprosulfamide 25%,NNO 5%、硫酸铵3%,聚乙烯醇2%,高岭土至100%,按照常规的制剂方法配制成质量百分含量为25%的二氯喹啉酸·cyprosulfamide水分散颗粒剂。
本发明水分散粒剂主要技术指标
实施例6
二氯喹啉酸15%、cyprosulfamide 15%、芳基酚聚氧乙烯丁二酸酯磺酸盐6.5%、皂角粉4%、硅油0.3%、黄原胶1.5%、乙二醇1.8%、去离子水加至100%,混合制得15%二氯喹啉酸·cyprosulfamide悬浮剂。
实施例7
二氯喹啉酸25%、cyprosulfamide 50%、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯3%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1%,黄原胶0.1%、丙二醇5%,加水至100%。按照常规的制剂方法配制成重量百分含量为25%的二氯喹啉酸·cyprosulfamide悬浮剂。
本发明的悬浮剂主要技术指标
对比例1
二氯喹啉酸50%、解草酯0.1%、烷基苯磺酸钙盐5.5%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠4.5%、高岭土加至100%,混合物进行气流粉碎,制得50%二氯喹啉酸·解草酯可湿性粉剂。
对比例2
二氯喹啉酸50%、解草胺1%、烷基萘磺酸盐6.5%、十二烷基硫酸钠6.5%、膨润土加至100%,混合制得50%二氯喹啉酸·解草胺水分散粒剂。
对比例3
二氯喹啉酸25%,解草酯25%,NNO 5%、硫酸铵3%,聚乙烯醇2%,高岭土至100%,按照常规的制剂方法配制成质量百分含量为25%的二氯喹啉酸·解草酯水分散颗粒剂。
对比例4
二氯喹啉酸25%、解草胺50%、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯3%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1%,黄原胶0.1%、丙二醇5%,加水至100%。按照常规的制剂方法配制成重量百分含量为25%的二氯喹啉酸·解草胺悬浮剂。
生物实施例
供试药剂:实施例1~7复配除草剂,及对比例1-4的各药剂。
对照药剂:50%二氯喹啉酸WP(南通金陵农化有限公司)。
供试作物:棉花,棉花苗长势良好,植株健壮,无其他病虫害。
防除对象:早熟禾、稗草、狗牙根、藜、苋、红蓼等杂草。
试验方法:按照试验小区的面积(每小区15穴,3×5,株行距90cm×80cm,每穴3粒种子),准确称量好各种药剂,并兑水稀释后,利用背负式喷雾器,进行均匀喷雾,喷头选用除草剂专用的扇形喷头。喷雾时,要注意将药液均匀喷施到试验小区中,做到没有漏喷、多喷的现象。
试验后在药后20d观察杂草死亡情况,并比较各种药剂的除草活性。此外,还要在药后40d内观察作物的生长情况,以考察药剂对作物是否有药害,跟踪棉花产量。田间药效试验结果见表1,对棉花株高和产量的影响见表2。

由表1可知,本发明的除草组合物对棉花田的阔叶杂草和禾本科杂草均有很好的防效,适宜用于棉花田除草。

由表2可以看出,加入cyprosulfamide的二氯喹啉酸对棉花的生长和产量均无明显的影响,即对棉花安全。而不加cyprosulfamide或加入解草胺和解草酯的二氯喹啉酸组合物对棉花具有一定的要害,不仅使棉花植株矮化,而且还影响了最后棉花的产量。
Claims (6)
1.一种含二氯喹啉酸或其农业上可接受的盐或酯和cyprosulfamide的复合除草剂,其特征在于,所述的复合除草剂以二氯喹啉酸和cyprosulfamide为主要有效成分,二氯喹啉酸和cyprosulfamide的重量比为500:1~1:2,优选100:1-1:2,更优选的重量比为50:1-1:2。
2.根据权利要求1的复合除草剂,其特征在于,在复合除草剂中,二氯喹啉酸和cyprosulfamide在除草剂中的重量百分含量为1-85%,优选为10-75%。
3.根据权利要求3所述的复合除草剂,其特征在于二氯喹啉酸的盐包括钠盐、钾盐、氨盐等。
4.根据权利要求1的复合除草剂,其特征在于复合除草剂和农药制剂上允许的常规助剂配制成农药上允许的任意一种剂型。
5.根据权利要求4的复合除草剂,其特征在于所述复合除草剂的剂型包括,但不限于水分散粒剂、可湿性粉剂、湿拌种剂、乳油、悬浮剂、油悬剂、悬乳剂、悬浮种衣剂、水乳剂、微乳剂。
6.权利要求1-5任一所述的复合除草剂用于棉花田苗前封闭处理防除禾本科杂草及阔叶杂草。
