本发明公开了一种小龙虾的养殖方法,包括如下步骤:(1)池塘选择;(2)种植水藻;(3)放养幼虾;(4)饲喂管理;(5)水质管理;(6)收获。本发明养殖方法天然无公害、无激素、符合小龙虾生长规律、全程悉心照顾。纯天然的生长,提高了小龙虾的生长效率和成活率,群体产量高,同时使小龙虾的鱼肉营养价值高,也不含任何激素,味道鲜美,肉质口感极佳。同时,通过对小龙虾饲喂含有植物提取物的饲料,既能节省饲料,又可减少投药量和降低饲养成本,提高养小龙虾效益。

本发明涉及养殖技术领域,具体是一种小龙虾的养殖方法。
背景技术
小龙虾,也称克氏原螯虾、红螯虾和淡水小龙虾。小龙虾肉味鲜美,营养丰富,是高蛋白、低脂肪和高能量、有营养的保健食品,因其杂食性、生长速度快、适应能力强而在当地生态环境中形成绝对的竞争优势。 其摄食范围包括水草、藻类、水生昆虫、动物尸体等,食物匮缺时亦自相残杀。
小龙虾近年来在中国已经成为重要经济养殖品种。随着消费者对淡水小龙虾的认识和媒体的广泛宣传推广,淡水小龙虾食品已普遍进入饭店、宾馆、超级市场和家庭餐桌,小龙虾需求十分旺盛,由于过度捕捞,野生资源严重缺乏,商品虾品质参差不齐;就西南地区来说,小龙虾货源不足,在冬季基本无成品虾;而小龙虾养殖模式多数为挖沟式粗放养殖,稻田共养等,亩产量普遍不高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种小龙虾的养殖方法,该方法能加快小龙虾生长发育,增强小龙虾的生命力和抗病性,保障小龙虾的肉质鲜美且不含激素。
实现本发明目的的技术方案在于:
一种小龙虾的养殖方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)选择水源充足、无污染、池底平坦的地方建设养殖池,水池面积30-40㎡;放养前20-30天,抽干养殖池的水暴晒5-7天后,每亩施腐熟的人尿粪150-200kg,再用浓度为100kg/667㎡的生石灰水对全池泼洒消毒;10天后,向养殖池中注水,水深0.8-1m;
(2)在所述的养殖池中种植水藻,形成水藻的覆盖面积大于整个养殖池面积的50-55%;
(3)每亩放养10-12万尾幼虾,雌雄比例为1︰1;
(4)向池塘中投放小龙虾饲料,饲料分三次投放,早上投放当日投放量的12-18%;下午投放日投放量的40-50%;晚上8点至9点时投放日投放量的余量,且日投放量为小龙虾体重的60-70%;
(5)每天13-15点开增氧机增氧1-3h,保证养殖池中氧气量在6.3-7.3mg/L;每隔6-8天进行一次换水,保持水色呈淡绿色或茶褐色,每隔10-15天泼洒1次生石灰杀菌,使得养殖池的pH值保持在6.5-7.5,透明度保持在20-30cm,直至捕获;
(6)适时捞出即可。
步骤(4)所述小龙虾饲料,是由以下重量份配比的原料混合、粉碎制成:豆渣15-25份、米糠10-15份、葵花籽粕12-18份、玉米胚芽粕3-5份、胡萝卜3-5份、白菜叶4-6份、水葫芦12-18份、鱼粉10-12份、蚯蚓粉5-7份、小小龙虾干粉2-3份、芝麻饼4-6份、八角粉1-2份、大豆卵磷脂1-3份、硒代蛋氨酸1-2份、陈皮1-3份、螺旋藻粉2-4份、酵母粉2-3份、维生素0.3-0.5份、磷酸氢钙0.5-0.7份、食盐4-6份;优选地,小龙虾饲料,是由以下重量份配比的原料混合、粉碎制成:豆渣20份、米糠12份、葵花籽粕15份、玉米胚芽粕4份、胡萝卜4份、白菜叶5份、水葫芦15份、鱼粉11份、蚯蚓粉6份、小小龙虾干粉2.5份、芝麻饼5份、八角粉1.5份、大豆卵磷脂2份、硒代蛋氨酸1.5份、陈皮2份、螺旋藻粉3份、酵母粉2.5份、维生素0.4份、磷酸氢钙0.6份、食盐5份。
采用上述技术方案的有益效果是:本发明养殖方法天然无公害、 无激素、 符合小龙虾生长规律、全程悉心照顾。纯天然的生长,提高了小龙虾的生长效率和成活率,群体产量高,同时使小龙虾的鱼肉营养价值高,也不含任何激素,味道鲜美,肉质口感极佳。同时,通过对小龙虾饲喂含有植物提取物的饲料,既能节省饲料,又可减少投药量和降低饲养成本,提高养小龙虾效益。

实施例1
一种小龙虾的养殖方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)选择水源充足、无污染、池底平坦的地方建设养殖池,水池面积30㎡;放养前20天,抽干养殖池的水暴晒5天后,每亩施腐熟的人尿粪150kg,再用浓度为100kg/667㎡的生石灰水对全池泼洒消毒;10天后,向养殖池中注水,水深0.8m;
(2)在所述的养殖池中种植水藻,形成水藻的覆盖面积大于整个养殖池面积的50%;
(3)每亩放养10万尾幼虾,雌雄比例为1︰1;
(4)向池塘中投放小龙虾饲料,饲料分三次投放,早上投放当日投放量的12%;下午投放日投放量的40%;晚上8点至9点时投放日投放量的余量,且日投放量为小龙虾体重的60%;
(5)每天13点开增氧机增氧1h,保证养殖池中氧气量在6.3mg/L;每隔6天进行一次换水,保持水色呈淡绿色或茶褐色,每隔10天泼洒1次生石灰杀菌,使得养殖池的pH值保持在6.5,透明度保持在20cm,直至捕获;
(6)适时捞出即可。

实施例2
一种小龙虾的养殖方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)选择水源充足、无污染、池底平坦的地方建设养殖池,水池面积35㎡;放养前25天,抽干养殖池的水暴晒6天后,每亩施腐熟的人尿粪175kg,再用浓度为100kg/667㎡的生石灰水对全池泼洒消毒;10天后,向养殖池中注水,水深0.9m;
(2)在所述的养殖池中种植水藻,形成水藻的覆盖面积大于整个养殖池面积的52.5%;
(3)每亩放养11万尾幼虾,雌雄比例为1︰1;
(4)向池塘中投放小龙虾饲料,饲料分三次投放,早上投放当日投放量的15%;下午投放日投放量的45%;晚上8点至9点时投放日投放量的余量,且日投放量为小龙虾体重的65%;
(5)每天14点开增氧机增氧1-3h,保证养殖池中氧气量在6.8mg/L;每隔7天进行一次换水,保持水色呈淡绿色或茶褐色,每隔12天泼洒1次生石灰杀菌,使得养殖池的pH值保持在7,透明度保持在25cm,直至捕获;
(6)适时捞出即可。
步骤(4)所述小龙虾饲料,是由以下重量份配比的原料混合、粉碎制成:豆渣20份、米糠12份、葵花籽粕15份、玉米胚芽粕4份、胡萝卜4份、白菜叶5份、水葫芦15份、鱼粉11份、蚯蚓粉6份、小小龙虾干粉2.5份、芝麻饼5份、八角粉1.5份、大豆卵磷脂2份、硒代蛋氨酸1.5份、陈皮2份、螺旋藻粉3份、酵母粉2.5份、维生素0.4份、磷酸氢钙0.6份、食盐5份。

(4)向池塘中投放小龙虾饲料,饲料分三次投放,早上投放当日投放量的18%;下午投放日投放量的50%;晚上8点至9点时投放日投放量的余量,且日投放量为小龙虾体重的70%;
(5)每天13-15点开增氧机增氧1-3h,保证养殖池中氧气量在7.3mg/L;每隔8天进行一次换水,保持水色呈淡绿色或茶褐色,每隔15天泼洒1次生石灰杀菌,使得养殖池的pH值保持在7.5,透明度保持在30cm,直至捕获;
(6)适时捞出即可。
步骤(4)所述小龙虾饲料,是由以下重量份配比的原料混合、粉碎制成:豆渣25份、米糠15份、葵花籽粕18份、玉米胚芽粕5份、胡萝卜5份、白菜叶6份、水葫芦18份、鱼粉12份、蚯蚓粉7份、小小龙虾干粉3份、芝麻饼6份、八角粉2份、大豆卵磷脂3份、硒代蛋氨酸2份、陈皮3份、螺旋藻粉4份、酵母粉3份、维生素0.5份、磷酸氢钙0.7份、食盐6份。

(2)在所述的养殖池中种植水藻,形成水藻的覆盖面积大于整个养殖池面积的50-55%;
(3)每亩放养10-12万尾幼虾,雌雄比例为1︰1;
