Abstract

As shown in fig. 1, the mechanical stopping device for the elevator comprises a resetting component 1 and a supporting component, wherein the supporting component comprises a supporting rod 2 and a fixing seat 3, one end of the supporting rod 2 is hinged on the fixing seat 3 through a hinge, the supporting rod 2 is in a standing stopping state and a flat folding state, and the other end of the supporting rod 2 is a supporting end for supporting a car.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the hinge shaft on the support rod 2 is horizontally arranged, the end part of the hinge shaft is provided with a rotating wheel 7 in a rotation stopping way, the rotating wheel 7 synchronously rotates in the process that the support rod 2 rotates around the axis of the hinge shaft, an inward concave notch is arranged on the rotating wheel 7, the fixed seat 3 is also provided with a safety protection switch 4, and the safety protection switch 4 is a UPS switch capable of automatically resetting. The fixing seat 3 comprises a bottom plate and two parallel vertical plates vertically fixed on the bottom plate, the bottom plate is provided with a mounting hole, and the fixing seat 3 is fixed on the bottom surface of the pit 9 in the well through a expansion bolt penetrating through the mounting hole.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the reset assembly 1 comprises a reset rod 11 and a switch support 15 which are detachably assembled together, an operation part 12 is arranged at the upper end of the reset rod 11, the operation part 12 is an L-shaped hook-shaped folded plate, a support rod can be hooked to drive the operation part to rotate, a hanging hole is formed in the bottom of the hook, the hanging hole is a calabash-shaped hole with a small upper part and a large lower part, the reset rod is hung and fixed on a side wall of a pit of a hoistway through the hanging hole, a contact pin 13 is arranged at the other end of the reset rod 11, and the contact pin 13 is arranged in parallel with the reset rod 11. The switch support 15 comprises a socket 16 and a mounting seat mounted on the inner side wall of the hoistway, and the mounting seat is fixed on the side wall of the pit through a expansion bolt. The reset rod 11 is in plug-in connection with a socket on the switch support 15 through a contact pin to form a reset safety switch connected into a safety loop. The hanging position of the reset rod 11 can ensure that the contact pin at the lower end is inserted into the socket of the switch support. The reset assembly 1 is provided on the side of the support bar within the hoistway near the hoistway entrance 10, i.e., at a position between the support bar and the hoistway entrance, and is operable by a person standing outside the hoistway.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, when the elevator needs to enter the pit for maintenance, a maintenance person stands at the hoistway entrance and takes down the reset lever from the switch support, so that the reset safety switch is automatically disconnected, the elevator safety loop is disconnected, and the elevator cannot act. Then the reset rod is used for operating the support rod, so that the support rod is in a standing stopping state, the safety protection switch of the support rod acts, and the elevator is in an overhauling state at the moment, namely, after the safety protection switch and the reset safety switch act completely, the elevator is in the overhauling state.
After maintenance is finished, the supporting rod can be manually reset to a retracted state, the elevator is still in a maintenance state, after a maintenance person leaves the hoistway safely, the reset rod is put back to the initial position on the switch support, as shown in fig. 1, at the moment, the safety protection switch and the reset safety switch are all in a closed and on state, the elevator safety loop is on, and the elevator is in a normal running state.
In this embodiment, the mechanical stop means is a lower mechanical stop means provided in the pit. In other embodiments, the mechanical stop device described above may be provided on the roof of the car or the roof of the hoistway in a suitable size to be used as the upper mechanical stop device.
In other embodiments, the safety protection switch may also adopt a UKS switch or other reset switches, and the corresponding rotating wheel may also be replaced by a switch baffle or a cam, so as to ensure that the switch turns off the safety circuit when the support rod is in a blocking state.
In other embodiments, the operation portion of the reset lever may further adopt a U-shaped groove or a fork-shaped structure, so that a person holds the reset lever to drive the support lever to rotate to reach a blocking state. Hanging holes on the reset rod can be omitted, the reset rod can be directly fixed through the switch support under the condition that the strength of the inserting position is enough, and fixing buckles or other fixing structures can be arranged on the wall of a well.
In other embodiments, the plug connector on the reset rod can also adopt other contact structures, or the plug connector is a socket with a jack, and a corresponding plug is arranged on the switch support.
