The sound generating device module provided by the invention combines the sound outlet for generating sound and the interface jack for plugging the data wire into one opening, and a sound generating opening structure is not required to be additionally arranged. In one embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2, a sound emitting device module includes a module housing 1 and a sound emitting device assembly 2. The module housing 1 has a female end 11, and one end of the female end 11 has an opening. The opening is used for inserting the male end of the data connector. Typically, the male end of the data connector is the insertion end and the female end is the fixed end. The male end of the data connector can be inserted into the opening from the outside to form an insertion butt joint with the female end positioned in the opening.
The sound generating device assembly 2 is arranged in the module housing 1. The sound emitting device assembly 2 communicates with the opening, which at the same time also serves as the sound outlet 12 of the sound emitting device module. Through which sound generated by the sound emitting device assembly 2 when in operation can be transmitted. When the invention is applied to the electronic equipment, the female end 11 is communicated with the data interface jack of the electronic equipment, so that the data interface jack of the electronic equipment and the sound emitting hole can be combined into a whole, and the sound emitting hole does not need to be independently arranged. The data interface jack of the electronic device can be used for data interface insertion and also can be used for sound output. The appearance attractiveness of the electronic product is improved; and simultaneously saves the design space of the appearance of the electronic product. And when electronic equipment has the requirement to waterproof grade, can only set up the sealing member in data interface jack department and waterproof, it is more easy to set up the sealing member waterproof in data interface jack department in comparison with the design waterproof in original sound trompil department to the trompil reduces, and the place that needs sealing treatment just also reduces, and this has just reduced sealing in place, waterproof performance reduces the possibility.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1-4, the module housing 1 also has an acoustic channel 15 therein. One end of the sound emitting channel 15 is communicated with the sound emitting side of the sound emitting device assembly 2 and is used for transmitting sound emitted by the sound emitting device assembly 2 during operation. The other end of the sound outlet channel 15 is communicated with the female end 11, and sound is guided into the female end 11 and is transmitted out through the sound outlet 12. The shape and length of the sound channel can be designed as desired by a person skilled in the art. For example, in order to match the internal space structure of the electronic device, the sound generating device module is far away from the data interface jack of the electronic device, and a person skilled in the art can separate the female end from the sound generating device module by designing the shape of the sound generating channel, connect the female end with the data interface jack of the electronic device, and combine the data interface jack and the sound generating hole of the electronic device into one.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the module case 1 includes a middle case 102 and an upper case 101. The middle case 102 and the upper case 101 are hermetically connected. The middle shell 102 is provided with a mounting groove 18, the mounting groove 18 is used for accommodating the sound generating device assembly 2, and the sound generating device assembly 2 is mounted in the mounting groove 18. The space between the sound emitting device assembly 2 and the upper housing 101 forms a front cavity. The space between the middle case 102 and the upper case 101 forms an acoustic output channel 15 communicating with the front cavity. The opening of the female end 11 is located on the middle shell 102. The module housing 1 may further include a lower case 103 sealingly connected to the middle case 102. The space between the lower case 103 and the middle case 102 forms a rear cavity. The other side of the sound generating device component 2 is communicated with the rear cavity.
Preferably, the upper shell 101 or the lower shell 103 can be made of stainless steel materials, so that the thickness of the upper shell 101 or the lower shell 103 can be effectively reduced under the condition of ensuring the supporting strength, the volume of a front cavity or a rear cavity is finally increased, and the performance of the loudspeaker module is improved.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4, a sound inlet 16 communicated with the sound outlet channel 15 is formed on the side wall of the opening of the female end 11, and the sound outlet channel 15 is communicated with the female end 11 through the sound inlet 16, so that sound can be transmitted.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the module case 1 has a rectangular-like structure, i.e., an overall shape similar to a rectangle, and is compact. The sound generating device component 2 and the female end 11 are respectively positioned at two ends of the module shell 1 in the long axis direction, so that the assembly is convenient, and the space in the module is better utilized.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5, the female end 11 may be configured by structural design to: when the male end of the data connector is inserted into the sound outlet 12 to be in butt joint with the female end 11, a gap can exist between the male end of the data connector and the inner wall of the opening of the female end 11, so that sound can be transmitted outwards through the gap. The structural design can reduce negative effects such as blocking generated by the sound emission and acoustic performance of the sound generating device module when the male end and the female end of the data connector are in butt joint. In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, a protrusion 17 is provided on the inner wall of the opening, the protrusion 17 being adapted to form a gap with the male end surface of the data connector inserted into the opening. The bulge 17 can also form a certain supporting effect on the male end of the data joint, so that the stability of butt joint is improved.
Optionally, the opening does not close the opening when the female and male ends of the data connector are mated. For example, in some embodiments, the opening of the data interface channel is directly connected to the outside as a data interface jack of the electronic device, and the male end of the data connector is an insertion end, and the other end is a tail end, where the tail end is usually much larger than the insertion end. From the aesthetic point of view, the size of the opening is not suitable to be designed to exceed the size of the tail end, and by shortening the insertion stroke of the insertion end, a gap exists between the opening and the tail end when the female end and the male end of the data connector are in butt joint, namely, the opening is not closed when the female end and the male end of the data connector are in butt joint, so that adverse effects on noise emission, acoustic performance and the like of the sounding device module are avoided. Further preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the periphery of the opening has raised edges 13, with gaps 14 between the raised edges 13. The protruding edge 13 can be used for providing support for the male end of the data connector when the female end and the male end of the data connector are in butt joint, and provides a supporting point for the male end when the butt joint of the female end and the male end of the data connector is completed, so that the male end is prevented from shaking, and the condition of closing the opening can occur at the moment. In order to ensure a smooth sound transmission, a gap 14 is provided between the raised edges 13, so that sound can be transmitted from the gap 14. The arrangement can ensure that the opening is used as the sound outlet 12 or a data interface jack of the electronic equipment, sound can always be transmitted outwards, and the data connector cannot be closed because of butt joint of a female end and a male end of the data connector. Further preferably, only two symmetrical convex edges 13 are provided around the opening, so that the notch 14 is large enough to avoid negative effects on the sound emission and acoustic performance of the sound generating device module.
Optionally, the data interface channel of the present invention may be set according to any type of connector, that is, any type of connector may be applied to the technical solution of the present invention. The invention is not limited by the comparison. The type of data connector is preferably a USB connector such as Mini-USB and Micro-USB. The preferred embodiment is where the female end of the data connector is a socket of a USB connector or a socket of an audio connector. Is convenient to be used in combination with most electronic equipment.
The invention further provides electronic equipment. According to the electronic equipment, the sound-emitting holes can be omitted in the appearance of the equipment, and the appearance attractiveness is improved. And the sound outlet of the sound generating device module is communicated with the data interface jack. At this time, the data interface jack of the electronic device and the sound emitting hole are combined into a whole, the sound emitting hole is not required to be independently arranged, and the data interface jack of the electronic device can be used for data interface insertion and sound output. The appearance attractiveness of the electronic product is improved; and simultaneously saves the design space of the appearance of the electronic product. And when electronic equipment has the requirement to waterproof grade, can only set up the sealing member in data interface jack department and waterproof, set up the sealing member waterproof in data interface jack department and compare in original sound opening department design waterproof more easily. Further, the openings in the electronic device are reduced, and the places needing sealing treatment are correspondingly reduced, so that the possibility of poor sealing and reduced waterproof performance is reduced. For example, with a sound emitting device module as shown in fig. 5, the sound outlet 12 is in docking communication with a data interface jack of an electronic device.
Optionally, a female end of a data connector is provided at the data interface jack, the data interface jack being configured for male end insertion of a data connector to interface with the female end.
