Therefore, the accuracy of the device for detecting the alcohol concentration can be improved by using the electrochemical alcohol sensor; the electrochemical alcohol sensor outputs a current signal, calculates the alcohol concentration of the alcohol gas to be detected, i.e., an alcohol concentration detection value, according to the magnitude of the current in the current signal, and converts the current signal of the electrochemical alcohol sensor into a digital signal through the analog-to-digital conversion module 300 and then sends the digital signal to the control module 600 for calculation.
Obviously, it can be understood that the alcohol detection module 200 provided in the present embodiment implements detection of alcohol concentration by an electrochemical alcohol sensor; compared with a semiconductor type alcohol sensor, the electrochemical alcohol sensor has short response time, does not change along with the aging of components and parts, and is slightly influenced by the external environment, so the electrochemical alcohol sensor further improves the accuracy of the device for detecting the alcohol concentration.
Referring to fig. 2, which is a block diagram of an execution module according to an embodiment of the present invention, the execution module 700 includes: the device comprises a blocking unit 710 and an alarm unit 720, wherein the blocking unit 710 is electrically connected with the control module 600 and used for receiving a blocking signal and making the blocking signal; the alarm unit 720 is electrically connected to the control module 600, and is configured to receive the blocking signal and the alarm signal and perform an alarm.
Specifically, in order to perform a blocking action to prevent the vehicle from starting, the blocking unit 710 is electrically connected to a switching circuit of the vehicle, and the blocking unit 710 receives a blocking signal transmitted by the control module 600 and blocks the switching circuit so as to prevent the vehicle from starting; of course, the blocking unit 710 may also be electrically connected to the engine control circuit, and control whether the engine is normally started by controlling the operating state of the engine control circuit, so as to control the starting of the vehicle. The alarm unit 720 is electrically connected with the control module 600 and is used for receiving the blocking signal and the alarm signal, and the alarm signal 720 gives an alarm when receiving the blocking signal or the alarm signal so as to remind the driver not to drive after drinking.
It is obviously understood that, the execution module 700 provided in this embodiment performs the blocking action through the blocking unit 710 when receiving the blocking signal so as to prevent the occurrence of the drunk driving phenomenon, and performs the alarm through the alarm unit 720 when receiving the alarm signal, and both of them are implemented separately, and the structure is simple and easy to implement.
Referring to fig. 3, which is a block diagram of an alarm unit according to an embodiment of the present invention, the alarm unit 720 includes: a warning light 721 and/or a voice announcer 722; the alarm lamp 721 is electrically connected to the control module 600, and is configured to receive the blocking signal and the alarm signal, and light up or flash continuously; the voice broadcaster 722 is electrically connected to the control module 600, and is configured to receive the blocking signal and the alarm signal and generate a voice prompt.
Specifically, when receiving the blocking signal or the alarm signal, the alarm lamp 721 lights or continuously flashes to remind the person not to drive after drinking; the voice announcer 722 prompts the driver not to drive after drinking by voice announcement when receiving the blocking signal or the alarm signal, and may prompt the driver not to drive after drinking by different voice announcers when receiving the blocking signal or the alarm signal, for example, may play voice announcement "alcohol concentration detection is drunk driving, the vehicle is prevented from starting" when receiving the blocking signal, "alcohol concentration detection is drunk driving, do not drive after drinking" when receiving the blocking signal, so as to remind the driver and the passenger.
It can be obviously understood that the alarm unit 720 provided in this embodiment prompts the person not to drive after drinking through the lamp of the alarm lamp 721 being on or continuously flashing and/or through the voice broadcast of the voice broadcaster 722, thereby reducing the possibility of the person driving after drinking and reducing the danger caused by the driving after drinking.
In summary, in the alcohol detection control apparatus provided in this embodiment, the alcohol concentration detection module 200 detects the alcohol concentration of the alcohol gas to be detected, the control module 600 receives the alcohol concentration detection value obtained by the alcohol detection module 200, and sends different signals according to the comparison result after comparing the alcohol concentration detection value with the first threshold and the second threshold, and the execution module 700 gives an alarm or performs a blocking action in different manners according to the signal sent by the control module 600, so that the alarm can warn the driver that alcohol drinking exceeds the standard to remind the driver not to drive after drinking; meanwhile, the execution module 700 performs the blocking action to prohibit the driver from driving after drinking so as to prevent the drunk driving phenomenon and further reduce the occurrence of safety accidents caused by drunk driving.
In particular, the alcohol detection control device provided in this embodiment controls the start and the stop of the alcohol detection module 200 through the alcohol detection switch 100, so as to avoid the phenomenon that the alcohol detection exceeds the first threshold value due to the drinking of the passenger, so that the vehicle cannot be started or the alarm is caused when the accurate value of the alcohol concentration is between the first threshold value and the second threshold value.
Further, the alcohol detection control device provided in this embodiment detects the pressure of the alcohol gas to be detected through the pressure detection module 400, detects the temperature of the alcohol gas to be detected through the temperature detection module, so as to correct the alcohol concentration detection value received by the control module 600, and further improve the accuracy of calculating the alcohol concentration accurate value, thereby improving the accuracy of alarming and blocking actions performed by the execution module 700, and avoiding the phenomenon that the driver is drunk or the vehicle is started by the driver is influenced.

And a pressure obtaining step S4, obtaining the pressure of the alcohol gas to be detected by the pressure detection module when the alcohol detection module obtains the alcohol concentration detection value.
And a temperature detection step S5, wherein the temperature detection module is used for acquiring the temperature of the alcohol gas to be detected when the alcohol detection module acquires the alcohol concentration detection value.
A confirming step S6, wherein the control module receives the alcohol concentration detection value obtained by the alcohol detection module, the control module receives the pressure obtained by the pressure detection module, the control module receives the temperature obtained by the temperature detection module, corrects the received alcohol concentration detection value according to the pressure and/or the temperature, calculates the alcohol concentration accurate value according to the corrected alcohol concentration detection value, sends a blocking signal when the alcohol concentration accurate value is greater than or equal to a first threshold value, and sends an alarm signal when the alcohol concentration accurate value is less than the first threshold value and is greater than or equal to a second threshold value;
and step S7, receiving the blocking signal and the alarm signal through the execution module, giving an alarm when receiving the blocking signal, simultaneously giving a blocking action, and giving an alarm when receiving the alarm signal.
There is no sequence between the pressure obtaining step S4 and the temperature detecting step S5, and there is no sequence between the two steps S2 and the signal converting step S3, so long as the alcohol detecting step S2 is performed before the signal converting step S3.
Preferably, in the alcohol detecting step S2, the alcohol detecting module is an electrochemical alcohol sensor.
Preferably, in the alcohol detecting step S2, the alcohol detecting module is mounted on a steering wheel of a vehicle or a ship.
Referring to fig. 5, which is a schematic flowchart of an execution step provided in the embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the execution step S7 includes the following sub-steps:
a blocking sub-step S71, receiving a blocking signal and making a blocking action by a blocking unit;
and an alarm substep S72, receiving the blocking signal and the alarm signal through the alarm unit, and alarming.
Wherein there is no precedence between the blocking substep S71 and the alarm substep S72.
It is further preferred that in the blocking sub-step S71, the blocking unit is electrically connected with a switching circuit of the vehicle, the switching circuit being blocked by the blocking unit upon receipt of the blocking signal.
Referring to fig. 6, which is a schematic flow chart of an alarm substep provided by an embodiment of the present invention, the alarm substep S72 includes:
step S721, receiving the blocking signal and the alarm signal through the alarm lamp, and lighting or continuously flashing the lamp; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and step S722, receiving the blocking signal and the alarm signal through a voice broadcaster and generating a voice prompt.
There is no sequence between step S721 and step S722.
For specific implementation processes of the alcohol detecting step S2, the confirming step S6, and the executing step S7, reference may be made to the above control device embodiment and the vehicle embodiment, which is not described herein again.
Since the control device embodiment has the above-mentioned effects, the control method embodiment also has corresponding technical effects.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.

Claims (23)

1. An alcohol detection control device, comprising:
the alcohol detection module is used for detecting the alcohol concentration of the alcohol gas to be detected once at preset intervals in a total preset time period so as to obtain at least one alcohol concentration detection value;
the control module is electrically connected with the alcohol detection module and used for receiving the alcohol concentration detection value obtained by the alcohol detection module, calculating an alcohol concentration accurate value according to the alcohol concentration detection value, sending a blocking signal when the alcohol concentration accurate value is larger than or equal to a first threshold value, and sending an alarm signal when the alcohol concentration accurate value is smaller than the first threshold value and is larger than or equal to a second threshold value;
and the execution module is electrically connected with the control module and is used for receiving the blocking signal and the alarm signal, giving an alarm and simultaneously making a blocking action when receiving the blocking signal, and giving an alarm when receiving the alarm signal.
2. The alcohol detection control apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising: a pressure detection module; wherein,
the pressure detection module is used for acquiring the pressure of the alcohol gas to be detected when the alcohol detection module acquires the alcohol concentration detection value;
the control module is electrically connected with the pressure detection module and is also used for receiving the pressure acquired by the pressure detection module and correcting the received alcohol concentration detection value according to the pressure.
3. The alcohol detection control apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising: a temperature detection module; wherein,
the temperature detection module is used for acquiring the temperature of the alcohol gas to be detected when the alcohol detection module acquires the alcohol concentration detection value;
the control module is electrically connected with the temperature detection module and is also used for receiving the temperature acquired by the temperature detection module and correcting the received alcohol concentration detection value according to the temperature.
4. The alcohol detection control device of claim 1, wherein the alcohol detection module is an electrochemical alcohol sensor.
5. The alcohol detection control device according to claim 1, wherein the alcohol detection module is provided on a steering wheel of a vehicle or a ship.
6. The alcohol detection control apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 5,
the control module is electrically connected with the alcohol detection module through an analog-to-digital conversion module.
7. The alcohol detection control device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising:
and the alcohol detection switch is electrically connected with the alcohol detection module and used for controlling the start and the stop of the alcohol detection module.
8. The alcohol detection control apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the execution module includes:
the blocking unit is electrically connected with the control module and used for receiving the blocking signal and making a blocking action;
and the alarm unit is electrically connected with the control module and used for receiving the blocking signal and the alarm signal and giving an alarm.
9. The alcohol detection control device according to claim 8, wherein the alarm unit includes:
the alarm lamp is electrically connected with the control module, is used for receiving the blocking signal and the alarm signal, and is turned on or continuously flickers; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and the voice broadcasting device is electrically connected with the control module and used for receiving the blocking signal and the alarm signal and generating voice prompt.
10. The alcohol detection control device according to claim 8,
the blocking unit is electrically connected with a switching circuit of the vehicle or the ship and is also used for blocking the switching circuit when receiving the blocking signal.
11. A vehicle characterized by being provided with the alcohol detection control device according to any one of claims 1 to 10.
12. The alcohol detection control device according to claim 11,
the alcohol gas to be detected is gas blown out by a driver.
13. The alcohol detection control apparatus according to claim 11 or 12,
the blocking action by the execution module is used as an action for preventing the vehicle from starting.
14. An alcohol detection control method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the alcohol detection method comprises the steps of performing alcohol concentration detection on alcohol gas to be detected once at preset intervals in a total preset time period through an alcohol detection module to obtain at least one alcohol concentration detection value;
a confirming step, namely receiving an alcohol concentration detection value obtained by the alcohol detection module through a control module, calculating an alcohol concentration accurate value according to the alcohol concentration detection value, sending a blocking signal when the alcohol concentration accurate value is greater than or equal to a first threshold value, and sending an alarm signal when the alcohol concentration accurate value is less than the first threshold value and is greater than or equal to a second threshold value;
and an execution step, namely receiving the blocking signal and the alarm signal through an execution module, alarming when receiving the blocking signal, simultaneously performing blocking action, and alarming when receiving the alarm signal.
15. The alcohol detection control method according to claim 14, further comprising, when the alcohol detection step detects an alcohol concentration:
a pressure acquisition step, wherein the pressure of the alcohol gas to be detected is acquired through a pressure detection module when the alcohol detection module acquires the alcohol concentration detection value; in the confirming step, the control module receives the pressure acquired by the pressure detection module, and corrects the received alcohol concentration detection value according to the pressure.
16. The alcohol detection control method according to claim 14, further comprising, when the alcohol detection step detects an alcohol concentration:
a temperature detection step, namely acquiring the temperature of the alcohol gas to be detected through a temperature detection module when the alcohol detection module acquires an alcohol concentration detection value; in the confirming step, the temperature acquired by the temperature detection module is received by the control module, and the determined alcohol concentration detection value is corrected according to the temperature.
17. The alcohol detection control method according to claim 14,
in the alcohol detection step, the alcohol detection module is an electrochemical alcohol sensor.
18. The alcohol detection control method according to claim 14,
in the alcohol detecting step, the alcohol detecting module is mounted on a steering wheel of a vehicle or a ship.
19. The alcohol detection control method according to any one of claims 14 to 18, further comprising, after the alcohol detection step and before the confirmation step:
and a signal conversion step, namely converting the alcohol concentration acquired by the alcohol detection module into a digital signal through an analog-to-digital conversion module and sending the digital signal to the control module.
20. The alcohol detection control method according to any one of claims 14 to 18, further comprising, after the alcohol detection step and before the confirmation step:
and an alcohol detection starting step, wherein the start and the stop of the alcohol detection module are controlled by an alcohol detection switch.
21. The alcohol detection control method according to any one of claims 14 to 18, wherein the executing step includes:
a blocking sub-step of receiving the blocking signal and making a blocking action by a blocking unit;
and the alarm substep is used for receiving the blocking signal and the alarm signal through an alarm unit and alarming.
22. The alcohol detection control method according to claim 21, wherein the alarm substep comprises:
receiving the blocking signal and the alarm signal through an alarm lamp, and lighting or continuously flashing the lamp; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and receiving the blocking signal and the alarm signal through a voice broadcaster and generating a voice prompt.
23. The alcohol detection control device according to claim 21,
in the blocking sub-step, the blocking unit is electrically connected with a switching circuit of a vehicle or a ship, and the switching circuit is blocked by the blocking unit when the blocking signal is received.
