Adopting one or more modified amorphous transparent PETG copolyester chips in 1, 4-cyclohexanedimethanol, propylene glycol, 1, 6-hexanediol and pentaerythritol; blending the obtained PETG copolyester chips with 0.1-1.0% of anti-reflection master batch, performing melt extrusion by an extruder, performing die head/cold drum casting, performing 3.0-6.0 times of bidirectional stretching at 80-130 ℃ under the action of external force, cooling to obtain a PETG transparent heat-shrinkable film, rolling for later use, wherein in the preparation of the PETG transparent film layer, the temperature of a first temperature control area of the extruder is 180-195 ℃, the temperature of a second temperature control area is 210-245 ℃, the temperature of a third temperature control area is 210-265 ℃, the temperature of a fourth temperature control area is 210-250 ℃, the temperature of a fifth temperature control area is 220-240 ℃, the temperature of a sixth temperature control area is 220-240 ℃, the stretching temperature is 90-110 ℃, the longitudinal stretching is 3-4 times, the transverse stretching time is 4-5.5 times, the thickness of the PETG transparent heat-shrinkable film is 25-75 mu m, the transverse shrinkage is 77-82% and the longitudinal shrinkage is 35-45% after being soaked in 90 ℃ hot water for 5s, haze is less than 4%;
printing one surface of the obtained PETG transparent heat-shrinkable film, wherein the printing process adopts any one of a gravure plate, a relief plate or a flexible plate, the printing speed is 110-130 m/min, the drying tunnel temperature is 50-80 ℃, and finally the PETG transparent heat-shrinkable film is wound for standby application;
b. composition of PETG transparent thin film layer and release layer
1) Adopting self-crosslinking emulsion type water-based acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive, uniformly coating the self-crosslinking emulsion type water-based acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive on a release layer on a coating machine through a coating process, drying and curing at 90-150 ℃, cooling on line, and forming an emulsion type acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the surface of the release layer;
2) and compounding the unprinted surface of the PETG transparent film layer and the release layer surface coated with the emulsion type acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the surface through a compounding station of a coating machine, and rolling to obtain the washable transparent heat-shrinkable beer label, wherein the temperature of a first temperature control area of a drying tunnel of the coating machine is 60-90 ℃, the temperature of a second temperature control area is 90-125 ℃, the temperature of a third temperature control area is 125-150 ℃, and the temperature of a fourth temperature control area is 100-400 ℃.

The process for preparing a washable, transparent, heat-shrinkable beer label according to claim 1, wherein: in the preparation of the PETG transparent film layer, the intrinsic viscosity of PETG copolyester slices is more than or equal to 0.82dl/g, the glass transition temperature is 75-95 ℃, and the melting range is 160-190 ℃.

The process for preparing a washable, transparent, heat-shrinkable beer label according to claim 1, wherein: the PETG transparent heat-shrinkable film prepared in the preparation of the PETG transparent film layer is also subjected to corona treatment, and the surface tension of the PETG transparent heat-shrinkable film is greater than 50 dyne value.

The process for preparing a washable, transparent, heat-shrinkable beer label according to claim 1, wherein: in the compounding step 1) of the PETG transparent thin film layer and the release layer, the rotational viscosity of the self-crosslinking emulsion type water-based acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive is 2000-4000 mpa · s, the solid content is 50-60%, and the particle size of the emulsion is 200-500 nm.

The process for preparing a washable, transparent, heat-shrinkable beer label according to claim 1, wherein: in the compounding step 1) of the PETG transparent thin film layer and the release layer, the adhesive force of the emulsion type acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is 10-15N/inch, the release layer is one of glassine paper coated with organic silicone oil, a PET film coated with organic silicone oil and a paper-plastic composite material coated with organic silicone oil, and the residual adhesion rate of the release layer is more than or equal to 90%.
6. A process for washing a washable transparent heat-shrinkable beer label according to claim 1, comprising the steps of: the preparation method comprises the following preparation steps:
1) placing the beer bottle stuck with the washable transparent heat-shrinkable beer label in a washing tank, and taking hot water at 90 ℃ as a washing medium;
2) after the bottle body is soaked in hot water at 90 ℃ for 3-5 s, the shrinkage rate is large, the shrinkage speed is high, the shrinkage force of the label is larger than the adhesive force between the adhesive layer and the bottle body, and the label is rapidly shrunk into a mass and automatically separated from the bottle body;
3) the separated label and the bottle body respectively enter a waste label collector and a wine bottle disinfection tank for disinfection, and thus, the wine bottle label washing process is completed.
