Referring to fig. 1, the invention provides a hand-operated wire tube threading device which is used for threading a wire into a wire tube pre-buried in a building, has the characteristics of easiness in manufacturing, portability, turnover and the like, and solves the problems that the existing threading method is low in efficiency, influences the construction progress and causes labor and material waste.
The hand-operated wire tube threading device of the invention is explained below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the hand-operated wire tube threading device of the present invention comprises a wire 10 and a housing case 20.
Wherein, the wire 10 is coiled into a spiral structure, the wire has a first end 11 and a second end located at the center of the spiral, the first end 11 is formed with a spherical structure for reducing the friction between the end of the wire and the inner wall of the conduit 90 when the wire passes through the conduit 90, so that the wire 10 smoothly extends into the conduit 90. The metal wire 10 is wound on the hand crank 22, the first end 11 of the metal wire 10 penetrates through the through hole on the boss 213 and is placed in the boss 213, the through hole formed in the boss 213 plays a certain limiting and guiding role on the first end 11 of the metal wire 10, when the metal wire 10 is controlled to be discharged through the hand crank 22, the part of the metal wire 10 wound off from the hand crank 22 can move from the through hole to the wire outlet 23, and then the metal wire 10 can be discharged outwards; when the metal wire 10 is controlled to be recycled through the hand crank 22, the part of the metal wire 10, which is positioned outside the wire outlet 23, can enter the accommodating box 20 through the through hole and then be wound on the hand crank 22, so that the metal wire is recycled.
An outlet 23 opens in the center of the bottom of the tubular structure 212, and the first end 11 of the wire 10 protrudes from the outlet 23 out of the receptacle body 21. Preferably, the outlet 23 is provided with a tubular structure with one end through and hollow, ensuring that the wire 10 extends straight in the direction of the outlet 23 and determining the position where the wire 10 extends out of the housing box 20.
The hand lever 22 includes a center shaft 221 located at the center inside the housing box body 21, a lever portion 223 located at the edge of the housing box body 21, and a connecting rod 222 connected between the top end of the center shaft 221 and the bottom end of the lever portion 223. The bottom of the central shaft 221 is located in the recess of the boss 213 and is rotatably connected with the boss 213, the central shaft 221 is fixed with the second end of the metal wire 10, the metal wire 10 is wound on the central shaft 221, the handle 223 is supported at the top opening of the accommodating box 20 and is held by an applicator worker and rotates along the edge of the accommodating box body 21, and the central shaft 221 is driven to rotate by rotating the handle 223, so that the winding and unwinding of the metal wire are controlled. The handle 223 is shaken along the spiral direction of the metal wire 10, the connecting rod 222 drives the central shaft 221 to rotate along the spiral direction of the metal wire 10, so that the metal wire 10 is coiled into a spiral shape along the central shaft 221 as a center, and the first end 11 of the metal wire 10 is retracted into the containing box body 21 from the outlet 23; the handle 223 is swung in the opposite direction of the helix of the wire 10, and the central shaft 221 is rotated in the opposite direction of the helix of the wire 10 by the connecting rod 222, thereby discharging the first end 11 of the wire 10 from the outlet 23.
The handle 24 is fixedly arranged on the side surface of the tubular structure 212, so that a constructor can hold the accommodating box 20 conveniently, and preferably, a recess is formed on the handle 24 corresponding to the shape of a hand of the constructor, so that the comfort level of the constructor for holding the accommodating box by hand is improved.
The knob 25 is disposed at the outlet 23, and the knob 25 abuts against the wire at the outlet 23, so that the wire 10 extending out of the outlet 23 cannot return to the accommodating box 20, and the wire 10 is prevented from returning to the accommodating box 20 due to external force.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the threading method of the hand-operated wire tube threading device of the present invention uses the hand-operated wire tube threading device described above, and the threading method includes:
providing an electric wire, rotating a hand crank 22 to pay out the metal wire 10 so that a first end of the metal wire 10 extends out of the outlet 23, and binding and connecting the end part of the electric wire to the part of the metal wire 10 extending out of the outlet 23;
the first end 11 of the metal wire 10 extends into one end of the wire tube 90, and the hand crank is continuously rotated to pay out the metal wire 10 until the first end 11 of the metal wire 10 extends out of the other end of the wire tube;
the binding connection between the electric wire and the metal wire 10 is released;
the hand lever 22 is rotated in the reverse direction to retract the wire 10 into the accommodation box 20.
The hand crank 22 comprises a central shaft 221, a handle 223 and a connecting rod 222 connected between the central shaft 221 and the handle 223;
the center shaft 221 is rotatably provided in the housing case 20;
fixing the second end of the wire 10 to the central shaft 221, and winding the wire 10 around the central shaft 221;
the handle 223 is supported at the top opening of the containing box 20 and can rotate along the edge of the containing box 20, and then the handle 223 is rotated to drive the central shaft 221 to rotate, thereby realizing the control of the retraction of the wire 10.
The rotatable installation of the center shaft 221 in the accommodation box 20 includes:
a boss 213 is fixedly installed inside the accommodating box 20, a recess is formed on the top surface of the boss 213, and the bottom of the central shaft 221 is rotatably installed in the recess, so that the central shaft 221 can rotate freely.

Then, the end of the electric wire is wound around the portion of the wire 10 protruding out of the outlet 23, and the knob 25 is tightened to prevent the wire 10 from being retracted into the housing box 20, the first end 11 of the wire 10 is fed into the electric wire tube 90, the first end 11 can be quickly passed through the bent electric wire tube 90 due to the ductility of the wire 10 and the smooth surface of the spherical structure of the end, and the electric wire wound around the wire 10 is also carried into the electric wire tube 90 by passing the wire 10 through the electric wire tube 90, thereby completing the threading work. Finally, after threading, the connection between the electric wire and the metal wire is disconnected, and the metal wire 10 can be retracted into the accommodating box 20 by rotating the hand crank 22.
The hand-operated wire tube threading device and the threading method thereof have the beneficial effects that:
