Disclosure of Invention
It should be desirable to: in a shelving system of the type mentioned at the outset, it is not possible to apply a screw connection or a welded connection as in the past, but rather a simple and easily assembled connection possibility is achieved here.
This object is achieved according to the invention by a connecting clip for a shelf system for a grille rear wall having the features of the invention. It is thereby provided that the connection clip for the shelf system of the rear wall of the grille is provided with at least one first clip-in snap element (einklipsschnappplement) for clipping onto a section of the rear wall of the grille of the shelf system of the rear wall of the grille and with at least one hook for hooking into a carrier-type shelf element of the shelf system of the rear wall of the grille.
The invention is based on the following idea: the elements to be connected of the shelf system of the rear wall of the grille are clamped together by means of connecting clips in a clip connection (clipsverbinding) and a screw connection and/or a welded connection are eliminated.
By combining the clip-in snap-in element with the hook, on the one hand, the hooking into the carrier-type shelf element of the grille rear wall shelf system is reliably ensured, while at the same time, the grille rear wall section to be fixed can be reliably connected to the carrier-type shelf element of the grille rear wall shelf system via the connecting clip by means of the clip-in snap-in element.
This ensures a secure and reliable connection of the elements of the grille rear wall shelf system, in particular a simple manufacture and easy assembly of the connecting clip.
It is also possible for the connecting clip to be made at least partially of plastic. This results in the following advantages: can be produced cost-effectively.
In particular, the joining clip can be made at least partially of polyamide. This enables a reliable connection which is simple to produce and at the same time has a long life, since the polyamide material also retains its properties over a long life.
Furthermore, it is possible to design the connecting clip as an injection-molded part. This enables simple and cost-effective production with a high total volume.
Furthermore, it can be provided that at least one reinforcing rib is provided on an outer side of the connecting clip facing away from the clip-in snap element. Thereby improving the stability of the joining clip.
Furthermore, it can be provided that the clip-in catch element is oriented parallel to the hook. This allows a simple insertion and assembly of the rear wall section of the grille.
Furthermore, it can be provided that a second clip-in latching element is provided. This makes it possible, for example, to realize additional clips and connection points.
The first and second clip-in snap elements may be arranged parallel to each other. It is thereby possible, for example, to receive a grid section having two grid bars running parallel in each case in the first and second clip-in snap elements.
The first and second clip-in snap elements may have different inner radii. This results in the following advantages: grid bars with different radii can be fixed on the carrier element. These possible radii may, for example, lie in the range of approximately 1 mm to 20 mm, preferably between 2 mm and 5 mm.
Furthermore, it is possible to provide additional clip-in snap elements which are arranged perpendicularly to the first clip-in snap elements.
This results in the following possibilities: the snap-on contour on the connecting clip is designed such that the wire-mesh grid must be moved into the connecting clip in two different directions during assembly. This achieves a self-locking which prevents unintentional release. This arrangement can also be implemented such that access from a plurality of basic cell directions is counteracted as much as possible (Zugriffen).
These clip-in snap elements, in particular the first and second clip-in snap elements and the additional clip-in snap elements, can be of a grooved design. In this case, it can be provided in particular that the clip-on snap elements are of slotted and/or partially cylindrical design. This makes it possible to achieve an advantageous reception of the cylindrically formed grid bars into the clip-in snap elements. In addition, this also improves the retention of the grid section in the clip-in snap-in element.
It can furthermore be provided that the additional clip-in snap element has an opening cross section which is aligned with the recess of the hook (or the opening cross section of the recess). Thereby realizing the hanging boltThe deviation from the grid strips of the rear wall of the grid of the shelving system is kept small.
It is also possible for the insertion hook to be designed as a double insertion hook with two insertion hook openings facing away from each other. It is thereby possible to arrange the connecting clip in a plurality of orientations. This widens the application possibilities and enables, for example, a mirror-inverted (spiegellverkehrt) arrangement of the terminal clip. Only one type of joining clip is therefore required, which simplifies the manufacture of the joining clip and also the assembly of the grid back wall shelving system. The hook can be formed in a wall of the connecting clip which is formed in the form of a wing and projects from the base body. The hook openings can be arranged in walls with openings facing away from each other.
It is also conceivable that, in addition to the first additional clip-in snap element, a further second additional clip-in snap element is provided, which is arranged perpendicularly to the first clip-in snap element and the opening of which faces the opening of the first additional clip-in snap element. This also widens the application possibilities of the connecting clip overall and improves the mirror-inverted application of the connecting clip. Since the additional clip-in snap elements can cooperate with the grid bars of the grid rear wall shelving system in the same direction as the corresponding hook-in openings of the hook-in hooks.
The invention further relates to a shelf system with a grille rear wall, having a grille rear wall and at least one supporting shelf element and a connecting clip.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows a front exploded view of a grid rear wall shelving system 10 with three grid rear walls 12 and four carrier elements 14.
The two outer grid rear walls 12 are embodied identically and each have two support elements 14.
These grating back walls 12 comprise a plurality of wire-mesh grating strips arranged crosswise to each otherThese wire grid bars generally constitute a rectangular rear wall.
The carrier elements 14 are each arranged vertically on an outer longitudinal side of the grid rear wall 12, which outer longitudinal sides form the two outer grid rear walls 12 of the assembled shelving system 10.
The carrier elements 14 are here perpendicular to the respective grille rear wall 12.
The load-bearing elements 14 are designed here as load-bearing columns. For this purpose, for example, a construction variant consisting of flat steel elements can be used (see fig. 4).
In order to connect the respective outer grid rear wall 12 with the carrier elements 14 to the intermediate grid rear wall 12, a plurality of connecting pieces 20 are provided, which connecting pieces 20 are further shown in fig. 2 to 4.
Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of a connecting clip 20 for the grille rear wall shelving system 10 according to fig. 1.
Here, the clip 20 includes: a hook 22, a first clip-in catch element 24, a second clip-in catch element 26 arranged parallel thereto, and an additional clip-in catch element 28 arranged perpendicular to the hook 22 and the first and second clip-in catch elements 24, 26.
The connecting clip 20 is made of plastic (here in the exemplary embodiment shown polyamide).
Furthermore, the connecting clip 20 is embodied as an injection-molded part.
The first and second clip-in snap elements 24, 26 have different inner radii, wherein the inner radius of the first clip-in snap element 24 is larger than the inner radius of the second clip-in snap element 26.
In principle, other arrangements are also conceivable in which the inner radius of the second clip-in snap element 26 is greater than the inner radius of the first clip-in snap element 24.
These inner radii may be selected to be in the range of between about 1 mm and 20 mm. In the embodiment shown here, these radii are selected to be in the range of between about 2 mm and 5 mm.
These clip-in snap elements 24, 26 are configured in the form of grooves with a partially cylindrical open cross section and are suitable for receiving the grid bars of the rear wall 12.
As can also be seen from fig. 3: the opening or the opening cross section of the additional clip-in snap element 28 is aligned with the recess of the hook 22.
As can also be seen from fig. 3: two reinforcing ribs 30 are provided on the outside of the connecting clip 20, which ribs are arranged parallel to one another. Alternatively, the reinforcing ribs 30 ″ can be formed in a V-shape, as can be seen from fig. 11.
These reinforcing ribs 30 are therefore located on the outside of the joining clip 20, i.e. facing away from the underside: on this side, clip-in snap elements 24, 26 are provided.
Fig. 4 illustrates the function of the joining clip 20 and the assembly of the joining clip 20 with the elements of the grille rear wall shelving system 10.
The grid strips of the central grid rear wall 12, which are arranged horizontally to one another, are inserted into the additional clip-in snap elements 28, as a result of which the connecting clip 20 is prevented from slipping out and the connecting clip 20 can be securely fixed to the central grid rear wall 12.
The connecting clips 20 are then hung from the horizontal grid bars of the outer grid rear wall 12 or from the carrier shelf elements 14 located there.
The snap-on contour on the connecting clip 20 is therefore designed such that the wire grid of the grid rear wall 12 has to be moved into the connecting clip 20 in two different directions during assembly. This achieves a self-locking which prevents unintentional release. This arrangement can also be implemented in such a way that access from the direction of the basic unit of the shelf system of the grille rear wall (i.e. the grille rear wall 12 or the carrying element 14 or the hook base not shown in detail here) is counteracted as far as possible.
Fig. 5 shows a side detail of a further embodiment of a grid back wall shelving system 10' according to the invention with a connecting clip 20 according to the invention.
FIG. 6 shows a top view of the grill back wall shelving system 10' according to FIG. 5 with section line A-A; fig. 7 shows a view of the cut plane a-a of fig. 6.
Fig. 8 also shows a perspective view of a part of the grid back wall shelving system according to fig. 5.
Here, the grill back wall shelving system 10' has all of the structural and functional features of the grill back wall shelving system 10 as shown in fig. 1-4.
The differences are in particular: the grid rear wall shelving system 10 'has different wire thicknesses/strengths in the grid rear wall 12' and the carrier element 14 '(embodied here as a pillar 14').
In addition, the grating rear wall 12' is also provided with an additional barrier structure (rasterng). The further barrier structure can in principle be selected in a suitable manner. Possible design dimensions for the barrier may for example be in the range of about 40 to 60 mm, for example about 50 mm.
The column 14 ' has two rectangular profiles 14a ' and a ladder-like wire mesh structure 14b ' in the middle. The ladder form wire mesh structure 14b ' has a plurality of short transverse supports 14c ' and two longitudinal supports 14d '.
These rectangular profiles 14a ' are connected on the transverse supports 14c ' by means of a wire loop 14e ' each.
The connecting element 20 is thus constructed in principle as shown in particular in fig. 2 and 3.
The connecting piece 20 is hooked into the transverse support 14 c' by means of a hook 22.
However, it is conceivable, for example, to use fiber-reinforced plastics. It is also possible to select the size and the radius additionally.
As can be seen in fig. 6: the connecting piece 20 can therefore also be used in principle in the following grate back wall shelving system 10': these grid back wall shelving systems 10' do not have a laterally rigid base unit (e.g., unlike the embodiment of fig. 1-4).
Fig. 9 shows a further perspective view of a further embodiment of a connecting clip 20 ″ according to the invention.
The joining clip 20 "has all of the structural and functional features of the joining clip 20 described above in connection with the embodiment shown in fig. 1-4.
However, the following differences exist:
the hook 22 "is designed as a double hook with two hook openings 32" facing away from each other.
The latching hook 22 "is formed in a wall 34" of the connecting clip 20 "which is formed in a wing-like manner and protrudes from the base body.
The hook openings 32 "are arranged in walls 34" with openings facing away from each other.
In addition to the first additional clip-in snap element 28 ", a further second additional clip-in snap element 36" is provided.
This additional clip-in snap element 36 "is arranged perpendicular to the first clip-in snap element 24" and also perpendicular to the second clip-in snap element 26 ".
The opening of the additional clip-in snap element 36 "faces the opening of the first additional clip-in snap element 28".
Fig. 10 shows a side view of the joining clip 20 ″ according to fig. 9.
As shown in fig. 10, the opening (or opening cross section) of the additional clip-in snap element 28 "is aligned with the first hook opening 32" of the hook 22 ", and the opening (or opening cross section) of the additional clip-in snap element 28" (additional clip-in snap element 36 ") is aligned with the second hook opening 32" of the hook 22 ".
Fig. 11 shows a rear view of the connecting clip 20 ″ according to fig. 9. Two reinforcing ribs 30 "are provided here, which are arranged in a V-shape.
Fig. 12 shows a view of the connecting clip 20 "according to fig. 9 fitted on a further embodiment of the grille rear wall shelving system 10".
The attachment clip 20 "has the following additional functions:
the connecting clip 20 "allows for its design such that the connecting clip 20" can be simply set and assembled in a plurality of orientations. This widens the application possibilities and enables, for example, the connecting clip 20 "to be arranged in the grille rear wall shelving system 10" with a mirror-inverted rotation of 180 °.
These additional clip-in snap elements 28 "or 36" can engage the grid bars of the grid back wall shelving system 10 "in the same direction as the corresponding hook-in hook openings 32" (i.e., the uniformly oriented hook-in hook openings 32 ", i.e., the hook-in hook openings that are likewise open" down "or" up ") of the hook-in hooks 22".
There is therefore a need for only one type of joining clip, which simplifies the manufacture of the joining clip and also the assembly of the grid back wall shelving system.
