Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
In the related art, the woven upper is an upper formed by interlacing materials suitable for manufacturing shoes, and can have multiple effects of light weight, comfort and the like.
In order to improve the sports safety, comfort and appearance of the footwear 1 employing the knitted upper 11, the present disclosure proposes an article of footwear 1, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the article of footwear 1 comprising an upper 11 and a sole 12, wherein the upper 11 comprises a textile body 111 for receiving the foot and a resilient support 13 assembled to the textile body 111. The elastic supporting member 13 includes a main body portion 131 corresponding to the instep top, and at least one rib portion 132 extending from the main body portion 131, wherein the end of the rib portion 132 is fixedly connected to the sole 12, so that the footwear 1 can elastically wrap the foot.
The resilient support 13 acts as a resilient support for the fabric body 111, improving not only the comfort of the user's foot when the article of footwear 1 is in use, but also the aesthetics of the article of footwear 1 when not in use. In addition, the ends of the rib portions 132 of the resilient support 13 are fixedly connected to the sole 12, and the footwear 1 thus resiliently wraps the foot, increasing the foot-wrapping feel of the footwear, while avoiding the risk of inadequate gait control and sprain caused by loosening of the upper 11.
In the above embodiment, the fabric main body 111 may be provided with the stopper portion 112, and the rib portion 132 is assembled to the stopper portion 112 to support the fabric main body 111, so as to prevent the rib portion 132 from moving relative to the fabric main body 111. In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the limiting portion 112 may completely cover the rib portion 132, so that the rib portion 132 is hidden in the limiting portion 112, thereby improving the aesthetic property of the footwear 1. In the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the position-limiting portion 112 may also cover a part of the rib portion 132, so as to reduce the manufacturing process and cost of the position-limiting portion 112, and also achieve the positioning effect of the rib portion 132 by the position-limiting portion 112.
It should be noted that the position-limiting part 112 may correspond to at least one of an ankle, a heel, an arch and a toe, or may be correspondingly disposed at other positions of the fabric main body 111 where elastic support is required, which is not limited in this disclosure. In addition, the stopper portion 112 may include a tubular knitting member integrally formed with the fabric main body 111, and the integral formation of the stopper portion 112 with the fabric main body 111 may make the appearance of the knitted main body uniform while simplifying the manufacturing process of the upper 11. The position-limiting portion 112 may be another position-limiting structure provided on the fabric main body 111, and the disclosure is not limited thereto.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the rib portions 132 may be symmetrically disposed with respect to the main body portion 131, so that the elastic supporting member 13 is in a fishbone shape, thereby achieving a bionic relationship between bones and muscle tissue, and improving the wrapping property and comfort of feet with different fat and thin shapes. The main body 131 of the fishbone-shaped elastic support member 13 may include a plurality of connected ring structures that are elastically deformable to fit the fabric main body 111. The elasticity of loop configuration is better, takes place deformation easily in order to match in the foot curve of difference, makes main part 131 laminate more with instep top, and then promotes the travelling comfort of foot. The ring-like structure also saves material for manufacturing the elastic support 13. The number of rib portions 132 of the fishbone-shaped elastic support 13 can be adapted to the size of the fabric main body 111, which is not limited by the present disclosure. The length of each rib portion 132 is varied according to the thickness of the inner instep or the outer instep, and may be sequentially increased from the toe to the heel to adapt to the stretching of the fabric main body 111 under use, thereby achieving a better wrapping effect.
It should be noted that the material of the elastic supporting member 13 may include TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber), and may also be other high-elasticity plastic material, which is not limited in this disclosure.
Fig. 5 is a schematic view of an article of footwear 1 according to another exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 5, the article of footwear 1 comprises an upper 11, a sole 12 and a resilient protector 14. Upper 11 includes a fabric body 111 for receiving the foot and a resilient support 13 assembled to fabric body 111. The elastic protector 14 covers at least the upper 11 and the sole 12 corresponding to the toe position to protect the toe from kicking.
In the above embodiments, the footwear 1 may further include a covering 15, and the covering 15 is assembled on the fabric main body 111 to prevent the fabric main body 111 from being scratched or stained. For example, the covering member 15 may be provided at a position of the fabric main body 111 corresponding to the toe, heel, or arch of the foot, etc., which is easily scratched and contaminated, and the present disclosure does not limit the position of the covering member 15. In addition, the material of the covering member 15 may include rubber, high elastic plastic, etc., which is not limited in this disclosure.
Furthermore, the article of footwear 1 to which the present disclosure relates may comprise: children's shoes, athletic shoes, casual shoes, running shoes, tennis shoes, basketball shoes, general training shoes, and the like, to which this disclosure is not limited.
Other embodiments of the disclosure will be apparent to those skilled in the art from consideration of the specification and practice of the disclosure disclosed herein. This application is intended to cover any variations, uses, or adaptations of the disclosure following, in general, the principles of the disclosure and including such departures from the present disclosure as come within known or customary practice within the art to which the disclosure pertains. It is intended that the specification and examples be considered as exemplary only, with a true scope and spirit of the disclosure being indicated by the following claims.
It will be understood that the present disclosure is not limited to the precise arrangements described above and shown in the drawings and that various modifications and changes may be made without departing from the scope thereof. The scope of the present disclosure is limited only by the appended claims.
