In the remote assistance system, the AR smart glasses and the assistance computing device are respectively in communication connection with the server through an internal network (see fig. 2);

the AR smart glasses and the assistant computing device are respectively in communication connection with the server through the Internet (see figure 3).
In the above remote assistance system, the help information includes: one or more of video capture, two-way speech, location recording, and AR recognition.
In the remote assistance system, the video acquisition, the bidirectional voice, the position recording and the AR identification in the help seeking information are external information acquired by the AR intelligent glasses from the environment where the help seeker is located.
The assistance information in the remote assistance system includes:
one or more of message reading, file browsing, electronic manual reading and image-text video reading.
The remote assistance system is a set of remote assistance system based on augmented reality effect, which is constructed by combining multi-terminal equipment based on a server side (intranet and public network), a mobile equipment side (mobile phone and Pad), a desktop PC web side and intelligent equipment (AR intelligent glasses), and is a remote assistance solution scheme showing diversified forms and more real-time interactivity.

the server is started firstly, and after the AR intelligent glasses enter the server, the monitoring program and the communication service of the server end need to be started, so that the AR intelligent glasses and the mobile device can be connected to the server for registration and connection establishment, and the subsequent data transmission service between the AR intelligent glasses and the mobile device can be ensured. The server mainly ensures communication among all devices, provides short-delay bidirectional data transmission, and stores message records, image-text data, video information and communication logs.
After the AR intelligent glasses and the mobile device are started, the remote assistance program installed on the device can be directly started, and the two devices can be started simultaneously without sequencing.
After the AR intelligent glasses end program is started, the help seeking function can be started through a 'start assistance' button in the AR intelligent glasses end program, at the moment, the AR intelligent glasses end program can request to be connected with the server, and after the AR intelligent glasses end program is communicated with the server, a back-end helper can be requested to help to deal with the facing problem. At the moment, the camera at the AR intelligent glasses end is started to start collecting, and the picture stream is transmitted back to the server end in real time. The AR smart glasses provide while video capture: and the functions of checking helper information, real-time bidirectional voice, checking pictures, reading messages, browsing files, reading picture video text files and recognizing AR pictures.
The mobile equipment starts the assistance program, after the login is successful, the information of the current help seeker needing assistance can be seen on the assistance list page, and the assistor can select the corresponding help seeker to carry out remote assistance according to the field which is good at. Because the assistor holds the mobile equipment, the mobile phone and the Pad flat plate, the activity range of the assistor is not strictly limited, and the assisting service can be provided at any time in the intranet environment as long as the mobile equipment, the mobile phone and the Pad flat plate are in the same network environment; the external network environment can assist anytime and anywhere no matter the handheld device is connected with a WIFI hotspot, a 3G network and a 4G network as long as the handheld device can be connected with the Internet. At the mobile equipment end, the assistor can see the video picture of the help seeker on the screen of the equipment held by the assistor, and the following steps can be provided: the functions of two-way voice communication, screenshot, characteristic brush marking, message sending and sending of picture video text files.
The assistance can be provided through a desktop PC or a notebook computer, and the same help seeker can be guided by a plurality of helpers. The desktop PC and the notebook can also be projected to a dispatching center to command a battle large screen to be watched.
The AR intelligent glasses consider that the help seeker needs to provide guidance for the assistor, so in an input mode, the AR intelligent glasses are mainly communicated with the assistor through voice, the help seeker communicates with the assistor at the same time, both hands can also operate according to the guidance, and meanwhile, the AR intelligent glasses can view functions of characters, pictures, PDF files and videos sent by the assistor. The remote assistance system provided by the embodiment of the invention has the following advantages:
(1) because of adopting AR intelligence glasses of Augmented Reality (AR) technique, can be with remote content such as image, message, electronic manual file accurate stack in real time and the projection to the field of vision of on-the-spot personnel.
(2) Through the remote assistance system, advanced professional technicians can remotely guide field personnel to operate in real time, field common technicians only need to wear matched AR intelligent glasses to perform field operation, and professional teams can be personally on the scene remotely, so that instructions are sent in real time and projected to the operation field of the common technicians in an AR mode, and the accurate proceeding of the field operation is controlled.
(3) Because the field personnel as the help seeker wears the AR intelligent glasses, the hands of the field personnel are liberated, the AR intelligent glasses can be better used for control, and the dangers of some high-altitude operations and climbing operations are reduced; and the management can know the environment, temporary emergency and position mark of the site in real time, and the safety of the site personnel is improved.
(4) The remote assistance system reduces training cost, can help new staff to go on duty quickly, and experienced technicians can quickly train the field operation experience of the new staff through remote assistance guidance and can share the experience through a large screen to watch and learn together. The value of the high-level professional can be maximized in the case where the high-level professional is limited.
(5) The remote assistance system can reduce the dependence on an operation manual, reduce the digital operation flow and help field personnel to solve problems more conveniently through electronic files such as pictures, documents, videos and the like. Through this assistance system, all operations of field personnel can be convenient carry out the video file, make things convenient for subsequent investigation and experience to share.

the AR intelligent glasses can collect help seeking information through the running remote assistance program and send the help seeking information to the server so as to be sent to the assistance computing equipment through the server, can receive the assistance information sent by the server through the running help seeking program, and can display the assistance information for the near-to-eye of a help seeker wearing the AR intelligent glasses;
the assisting computing equipment can receive help seeking information which is sent by the server and acquired by the AR intelligent glasses worn by the help seeker and is collected by the AR intelligent glasses worn by the help seeker through a running remote assisting program, and sends corresponding assisting information to the server according to the help seeking information and the AR intelligent glasses worn by the help seeker according to the operation of the help seeker.

one or more mobile devices, and/or one or more computers.
