Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a gramophone capable of improving the stability of airflow flow and improving the sound effect.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a phonograph, which comprises a phonograph box body, a gramophone disc arranged on the box body and a control circuit arranged in the box body, wherein at least one loudspeaker device connected with the control circuit is arranged in the phonograph box body, a resonance membrane is arranged on a bottom cover of the phonograph box body, a plurality of partition plates extending downwards from the surface of the resonance membrane are further arranged on the lower surface of the bottom cover corresponding to the resonance membrane, the partition plates are radially distributed by taking the central point of the bottom cover as the center, and a sound guide groove is formed between every two adjacent partition plates. Based on the design, the sound guide grooves are formed in the lower surface of the sound recorder bottom cover, air flow can enter and exit along the side walls of the sound guide grooves, the running path of the air flow is standardized, the air flow is prevented from being disordered or accumulated, the air flow runs smoothly, the flowing stability of the air flow is improved, sound generated by vibration of a resonant membrane is not influenced by external air pressure, and the sound effect of the sound recorder is improved.
The further technical scheme is as follows: the resonance membrane is arranged on the annular round table, and the plurality of partition plates surround the annular round table and are radially distributed on the lower surface of the bottom cover. Compared with the prior art, the sound recorder has the advantages that the sound guide grooves are formed by every two adjacent partition plates extending from the lower surface of the bottom cover, so that the running path of external air flow is normalized, and the problem of poor sound effect caused by disorder or accumulation of the external air flow is solved.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more clearly understood by those skilled in the art, the present invention is further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Because the transmission of sound is closely related to factors such as the pressure intensity and the density of air, the resonant diaphragm generates energy to extrude the air when vibrating, the motion of the air forms airflow, when the airflow is not smooth or runs disorderly, the normal air pressure is influenced, the sound generated by the vibration of the resonant diaphragm is influenced, the function of the resonant diaphragm cannot be fully exerted, the sound effect is influenced, and therefore the stability of the airflow outside the resonant diaphragm is very important for the sound production effect of the sound recorder. Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic view of the flow direction of the airflow outside the diaphragm of the conventional phonograph, and the direction indicated by the arrow is the airflow direction, so that it can be known that the airflow outside the diaphragm has no regular running track and no flow disorder, which affects the sound production effect of the phonograph.
While figures 2 to 9 show an embodiment of the gramophone 10 of the present invention. The gramophone 10 of the present invention can be used in cooperation with an external device 20, where the external device 20 includes a smart device such as a mobile phone or a tablet. In the embodiment shown in the drawings, the gramophone 10 comprises a gramophone case 11, a turntable 12 mounted on the case 11 through a screw post 121, and a circuit board 13 mounted in the case 11, wherein a control circuit is integrated on the circuit board 13 and is used for controlling the operation of the gramophone 10, and the gramophone 10 can communicate with an external device 20 through the control circuit; preferably, two speaker units 14 connected to the control circuit are disposed in the phonograph box 11 in this embodiment, while in some other embodiments, the speaker units 14 may be disposed in one or more, and when the speaker units 14 are disposed in multiple, they may be disposed in different orientations in the phonograph box 11, respectively, to form a stereo effect; and install the resonant diaphragm 15 on this phonograph box 11 bottom cover 111, bottom cover 111 lower surface corresponds to resonant diaphragm 15 department still is equipped with a plurality of baffles 1111 from its surface downwardly extending, and is a plurality of baffle 1111 uses the central point of bottom cover 111 is the radial distribution as the center, forms a sound guide groove 1112 between per two adjacent baffles 1111. Based on the above design, the bottom cover 111 of the phonograph 10 of the present invention has a plurality of sound guiding grooves 1112 formed on the lower surface thereof, as can be seen from fig. 4, the bottom cover 111 has a plurality of partition plates 1111 protruding from the surface thereof on the lower surface thereof, and a sound guiding groove 1112 is formed between every two adjacent partition plates 1111, which enables an airflow to enter and exit along the sidewall of the sound guiding groove 1112, standardizes the operation path of the airflow, avoids the airflow from being disordered or accumulated, enables the airflow to operate smoothly, improves the stability of the airflow flow, and enables the sound generated by the vibration of the resonance membrane 15 not to be affected by the external air pressure, so as to improve the sound effect of the phonograph 10.
Referring to fig. 3, in the embodiment shown in the drawings, an annular round table 1113 protruding upward is formed at the center of the upper surface of the bottom cover 111, the resonant diaphragm 15 is installed on the annular round table 1113, and a first press ring 151 is further installed on the resonant diaphragm 15 to press the resonant diaphragm 15 onto the annular round table 1113, and the plurality of partition plates 1111 surround the annular round table 1113 and radially distribute on the lower surface of the bottom cover 111, and preferably, a first silica gel pad 1114 is further arranged on the bottom cover 111 of the sound recorder 10 in this embodiment to reduce the influence on the sound effect of the sound recorder 10 when the resonant diaphragm 15 vibrates. Based on the structural design of above-mentioned annular round platform 1113, because of annular round platform 1113 is the bellied structure that makes progress, it makes resonant diaphragm 15 and bottom cover 111 not be located same horizontal plane, when phonograph 10 is located the desktop, resonant diaphragm 15 does not touch the desktop during the vibration, can avoid resonant diaphragm 15's damage, promotes phonograph 10 sound effect. Understandably, in some other embodiments, if the speaker unit 14 is mounted on the bottom cover 111, it may also be possible to avoid the speaker unit 14 touching the desktop by providing the annular truncated cone 1113 and mounting the speaker unit 14 on the annular truncated cone 1113, and the design of the sound guiding groove 1112 on the lower surface of the bottom cover 111 may also reduce the influence of the external airflow on the sound production of the speaker unit 14.
In the embodiment shown in the drawings, a through hole 1121 is formed in a side wall 112 of the phonograph box 11, the speaker device 14 is mounted on the box 11 through the through hole 1121, and includes a speaker 141, a cross bracket 142 and a speaker cover 143, the speaker 141 is mounted on an inner side of the side wall 112, the cross bracket 142 is fixedly mounted on the speaker 141 through a screw 146 and is located on an outer side of the side wall 112, the speaker cover 143 is fixedly mounted on the cross bracket 142 and covers the side wall 112 of the box 11, preferably, a second silicone rubber pad 144 is further disposed between the cross bracket 142 and the speaker 141, the speaker 141 is further provided with a second pressing ring 145 to press the speaker 141 onto the side wall 112 of the box 11, and preferably, surfaces of the cross bracket 142 and the speaker cover 143 are smoothly processed to process the surfaces of the cross bracket 142 and the speaker cover 143 so as to reduce the rebound of an air flow when the air flow passes through, which impact on the air flow can be effectively alleviated, that the air flow can be smoother, that the cross bracket 142 and the speaker cover 143 can be prevented from forcibly disturbing the air flow to reduce the rebound of the air flow.
In this embodiment, the control circuit includes a main control unit 131, a wireless communication unit 132, and a power amplifier circuit 133, where the main control unit 131 receives information from the external device 20 through the wireless communication unit 132, an output end of the main control unit 131 is connected to the power amplifier circuit 133, and the power amplifier circuit 133 is connected to the speaker device 14. In this embodiment, the main control unit 131 may be implemented based on a single chip, and in some other embodiments, the control module may also be implemented based on control chips such as an ARM and a DSP. The wireless communication unit 132 may include a bluetooth circuit for implementing bluetooth wireless connection, and the bluetooth circuit is connected to the main control unit 131. Understandably, the external device 20 is installed with a corresponding APP, based on the above design, the gramophone 10 can communicate with the external device 20, and the user can control the operation of the gramophone 10 through the APP on the external device 20, for example, control the gramophone 10 to play information such as audio stored in the external device 20.
Understandably, the gramophone cabinet 11 further includes a control panel 1115 for controlling the function of the gramophone 10, and the control panel 1115 is electrically connected to the main control unit 131, and can control the functions of playing or ending, adjusting the volume, adjusting the song playing, and the like of the gramophone 10.
Preferably, the control circuit further includes a voice collecting unit 136 for collecting voice information of a user in the room, the voice collecting unit 136 is connected to the main control unit 131, and in this embodiment, the voice collecting unit 136 includes a microphone matrix formed by one or more microphones. Based on the design of the voice collecting unit 136, the user can communicate with people in the room through the external device 20, and in some other embodiments, a camera may be disposed on the phonograph box 11, the camera is electrically connected with the main control unit 131, and the situation in the room can be monitored through the camera.
In some preferred embodiments, the sound recorder box 11 is further provided with a USB interface 134, the USB interface 134 is electrically connected to the main control unit 131, information such as audio stored in a device such as a hard disk can be read through the USB interface 134, and the sound recorder 10 can be charged or debugged through the USB interface 134. Preferably, the phonograph box 11 in this embodiment may further include an AUX interface 135, where the AUX interface 135 is electrically connected to the main control unit 131.
In some preferred embodiments, the control circuit further includes a sound receiving circuit 137, and the sound receiving circuit 137 is electrically connected to the main control unit 131. The radio circuitry 137 adds functionality to the phonograph 10 such that the phonograph 10 may also be used as a radio.
In certain other embodiments, the gramophone 10 further includes a display screen, which is connected to the main control unit 131. Based on the design, videos stored in devices such as a mobile phone and a hard disk can be played through the display screen, the display screen can display the file name of the audio being played by the gramophone 10, and various working conditions of the gramophone 10 can also be displayed, such as volume and whether the external device 20 is connected.
In the embodiment shown in the drawings, the gramophone housing 11 is further provided with a loud speaker 17, the loud speaker 17 is internally provided with a tweeter device 171 connected with a power amplifier circuit 133 in the control circuit, preferably, the tweeter device 171 comprises an inner container cavity 1711, an inner container cover 1712 and a tweeter 1713, the tweeter 1713 is positioned in a space formed by covering the inner container cavity 1711 and the inner container cover 1712, in the embodiment shown in the drawings, the loud speaker 17 is installed on the gramophone housing 11 through a connecting device 18, the connecting device 18 comprises an elbow 181 connected with the gramophone housing 11 and a horn tube 182 arranged on the elbow 181 and connected with the loud speaker 17, preferably, the gramophone 10 further comprises an arm 19 installed between the elbow 181 and the horn tube 182, and the tone arm 19 is provided with a head 191. In this embodiment, the tone arm 19 and the tone head 191 play a decorative role, and the gramophone 11 reads and plays audio on the external device 20 or a storage device such as a hard disk through the control circuit, which can solve the problem that the gramophone 10 has a large external size due to a large volume of a vinyl record. In some other embodiments, the tone arm 19 and the tone head 191 may be the same as the conventional phonograph 10, and the needle point of the tone head 191 may slightly vibrate along with the fluctuation of the arc-shaped groove of the vinyl record, and the vibration signal is transmitted to the resonance diaphragm 15, so that the sound pressure is reproduced, changed into sound, and amplified and played by the speaker device 14.
In some other embodiments, a player is further disposed in the phonograph box 11, the player includes a core and a CD decoding board electrically connected to the core, the CD decoding board is electrically connected to the control circuit, the core is configured to scan a CD record placed on the turntable 12, so as to read a record track and generate an electrical signal, and send the electrical signal to the CD decoding board, and the CD decoding board restores the electrical signal to an audio signal.
In summary, the sound recorder of the present invention forms a sound guiding groove by every two adjacent partition plates extending from the lower surface of the bottom cover to regulate the running path of the external air flow, thereby solving the problem of poor sound effect caused by the disorder or accumulation of the external air flow, i.e. the multiple sound guiding grooves formed on the lower surface of the bottom cover can make the air flow pass in and out along the side walls thereof, so that the air flow runs smoothly, thereby avoiding the disorder or accumulation of the air flow, improving the stability of the air flow, preventing the sound generated by the vibration of the resonance membrane from being affected by the external air pressure, and improving the sound effect of the sound recorder.
