Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种嵌入式筒灯,其将光引擎组件与含有驱动器组件的接线盒集成为一体。
背景技术
嵌入式、平装式筒灯适合于在干式墙上面或者在吊顶上面安装于拱腹中。这些灯具包括壳体、装饰件、以及灯。包括有白炽灯、高强度放电灯、紧凑型荧光灯、以及发光二极管(LED)的各种类型的灯为已知的。
这些灯中的某些在传统的线电压下并不运行,而是需要变压器、镇流器、或其它电子设备。这些其它的构件常常安装于隔离的但连接的接线盒中。
光引擎组件和驱动器组件通常独立地安装,其中构件电力地连接。该电连接可为通过空气路由的电缆或者通过柔性导线管路由的电缆。然而,通过适用的安全规则管理这样的安装,所述安全规则例如需要考虑比如绝缘材料的易燃材料的存在与否。
为了更好地有助于安装以及为了满足安全规则,需要一种改进的嵌入式灯具,其以将光引擎组件与含有驱动器组件的接线盒机械地连接为基础,使这些构件之间的外部配线最小化并且增强规则依从性。
发明内容
本发明提供一种嵌入式灯具,其将光引擎组件与含有驱动器组件的接线盒集成为一体。这有助于灯具的安装,同时满足某些司法机构所要求的严格的安全规则,比如Underwriters Laborationries 1598,“灯具安全标准(Standard for Safety forLuminaires)”(2008年9月1日第三版)。
开发集成式灯具的一个挑战是开发一种安装构造,其为足够灵活的,以适应从非常薄的28规格的金属片拱腹至5/8”厚的干式墙或吊顶的安装范围。在一个实施例中,本发明的技术方案为在光引擎组件的一个端部处、远离它至接线盒的连接部的单一的扭力弹簧,而片簧在接线盒至光引擎组件的连接部附近附接至接线盒。在第二实施例中,片簧被集成至接线盒的延伸部中。片簧容许足够高的张力,以将所述灯单元组件保持于薄金属片中的适当的位置中,并容许足够低的张力,以适应将所述灯单元组件保持于干式墙或吊顶中的适当的位置中。
可使用任何已知的材料组合构建如所描述的构造和布置的灯具。

具体实施方式
现在参考图1和2,示出本发明的一个优选实施例,其中灯具1包括光引擎组件2以及驱动器组件3。光引擎组件2和驱动器组件3通过机械连接器6机械地连接。如现有技术中已知的,机械连接器6可为比如焊接件的永久的连接器,或者可为比如由螺钉、螺母以及螺栓等等所构成的连接件的可移除的连接器。为便于运送,使机械连接器6为可移除的连接器是特别有利的。在一个实施例中,将铰链包含至机械连接器6中,以在光引擎组件2与驱动器组件3之间的机械连接部中提供旋转灵活性。
光引擎组件2和驱动器组件3通过电连接器7电力地连接。如现有技术中已知的,电连接器7可为单一的电缆,其在第一端部处终止于光引擎组件2处并且在第二端部处终止于驱动器组件3处,其中经由终端块、或插入式连接器、或扭锁式销以及套管连接器、或者经由现有技术中已知的其它连接器构成终端。替代地,电连接器7可为两根电缆以及一个两件式连接器,以使得第一电缆在第一端部处终止于光引擎组件2处并且在第二端部处终止于所述两件式连接器的第一部分处,其中第二电缆在第一端部处终止于驱动器组件3处并且在第二端部处终止于所述两件式连接器的第二部分处。
单一的扭力弹簧4在远离将光引擎组件2接合至驱动器组件3的接线盒的机械连接器6的端部处安装于光引擎组件2中。驱动器组件3含有片簧5,其附接至驱动器组件3的接线盒,或者其被集成至接线盒的延伸部中,其中片簧5被设置成极为接近机械连接器6。如以上所讨论的,所述片簧容许足够高的张力,以将灯单元组件保持于薄金属片中的适当的位置中,并容许足够低的张力,以适应将所述灯单元组件保持于干式墙或吊顶中的适当的位置中。
图3示出本发明的一个实施例,其中示出光引擎组件2的分解图。
光引擎组件2包括装饰件301以及泡沫垫圈302,其将接触灯具1安装于其上的材料,比如金属片拱腹、干式墙、或吊顶。扭力弹簧4附接至装饰件301。
光学扩散器303安装于装饰件301内部,并且其上安装有发光二极管的印刷电路板组件(PCBA)305安装于装饰件301内并且用热熔胶304保持于适当的位置中。光导向件306和反射膜307也安装于装饰件301内。通过后盖板308将装饰件301内的以上所提到的构件固定于适当的位置中,比如用螺钉或螺栓将所述后盖板308附接至装饰件301。
图3还示出驱动器组件3的分解图,在图4中示出驱动器组件3的另外的细节。在所示实施例中,安装盖310形成容纳驱动器组件3的接线盒的最大的构件。配线盖312为可移除的,提供至终端块316的通道,所述终端块316用于电源导体的终端。用锁定弹簧317将配线盖312固定于关闭位置中。可移除的侧板311使得能够接近驱动器电子设备315,为所述驱动器电子设备315供应绝缘纸314。设置配线夹313,用于将电连接器7固定至安装盖310的外部。
片簧5在所示实施例中附接至安装盖310。如先前所讨论的,在另一个实施例中,它被集成至接线盒的延伸部中。
在一个优选实施例中,机械连接器6在光引擎组件2与驱动器组件3之间提供竖直偏移,以使得驱动器组件3的底部所处的水平面高于光引擎组件2的底部的水平面。例如,这使得能够将在光引擎组件2的底部处的装饰件301安装于干式墙天花板内,其中所述竖直偏移使得能够将驱动器组件3的底部设置于天花板空间内并且容许安装至介于28规格的金属片至5/8”干式墙的材料厚度中。或者替代地,可将装饰件301安装于吊顶内,其中竖直偏移使得驱动器组件3的底部能够越过支撑吊顶的滑槽和横木的顶部。
图5示出另一个优选实施例,其中与光引擎组件2相交的驱动器组件3的中心线501相对于光引擎组件2的、穿过扭力弹簧4和片簧5的中心线502呈一定的角度(优选地大于10°)放置。这容许将灯具1安装于吊顶中更大的灵活性,以使得将光引擎组件2设置于所期望的位置中同时使驱动器组件3能够避免托梁或者可能存在于天花板空间内的其它障碍物。

Claims (12)
1.一种嵌入式筒灯,包括:
光引擎组件;以及
机械地连接至所述光引擎组件的驱动器组件;
其中扭力弹簧设置于所述光引擎组件的一个端部处,在距离所述光引擎组件至所述驱动器组件的机械连接部最远的点处;以及
其中片簧设置于所述驱动器组件处,邻近于所述驱动器组件至所述光引擎组件的机械连接部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的嵌入式筒灯,其特征在于,所述片簧能从所述驱动器组件移除。
3.根据权利要求1所述的嵌入式筒灯,其特征在于,所述片簧为所述驱动器组件的整体部分。
4.根据权利要求1所述的嵌入式筒灯,其特征在于,电连接器设置在所述光引擎组件与驱动器组件之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的嵌入式筒灯,其特征在于,所述片簧容许足够高的张力,以将所述灯单元组件保持于薄金属片中的适当的位置中,并容许足够低的张力,以适应将所述灯单元组件保持于干式墙或吊顶中的适当的位置中。
6.根据权利要求1所述的嵌入式筒灯,其特征在于,所述驱动器组件的水平中心线以从穿过所述扭力弹簧和片簧的所述光引擎组件的水平中心线的一定的角度偏移与所述光引擎组件相交。
7.根据权利要求1所述的嵌入式筒灯,其特征在于,所述驱动器组件与光引擎组件之间的机械连接部包括容许所述驱动器组件与光引擎组件之间的旋转的铰链。
8.一种嵌入式筒灯,包括:
光引擎组件;以及
机械地连接至所述光引擎组件的驱动器组件;
其中所述光引擎组件在第一水平面上包括圆形底座,所述圆形底座被构造成在干式墙上面或者在吊顶上面安装于拱腹中;
所述驱动器组件包括具有底部部分的外壳,所述底部部分包括第二水平面;以及
其中所述光引擎组件与驱动器组件之间的机械连接部具有竖直偏移,以使得在安装所述光引擎组件时,所述第二水平面处于比所述第一水平面高的高度处。
9.根据权利要求8所述的嵌入式筒灯,其特征在于,电连接器设置在所述光引擎组件与驱动器组件之间。
10.根据权利要求8所述的嵌入式筒灯,其特征在于,所述驱动器组件与光引擎组件之间的机械连接部包括容许所述驱动器组件与光引擎组件之间的旋转的铰链。
11.根据权利要求8所述的嵌入式筒灯,其特征在于,扭力弹簧设置于所述光引擎组件的一个端部处,在距离所述光引擎组件至所述驱动器组件的机械连接部最远的点处;以及片簧设置于所述驱动器组件处,邻近于所述驱动器组件至所述光引擎组件的机械连接部。
12.根据权利要求11所述的嵌入式筒灯,其特征在于,所述驱动器组件的水平中心线以从穿过所述扭力弹簧和片簧的所述光引擎组件的水平中心线的一定的角度偏移与所述光引擎组件相交。
