Abstract

Description
本发明涉及稳定的无色洗涤剂组合物,该洗涤剂组合物含有阴离子和/或非离子表面活性剂、氧漂白剂和金属螯合剂。
本发明涉及无色洗涤剂组合物,该组合物含有:
(a)约5%-95%(重)的阴离子或非离子表面活性剂;
(b)约0.005%-10%(重)的氧漂白剂;和
(c)约0.001%-8%(重)的金属螯合剂;
其中,该组合物的PH为约4-11,在470nm的透光度大于约85%。
在超限时间及在苛刻的温度下,该组合物显出很好的稳定性。
范围广泛的家庭和工业洗涤用的洗涤剂组合物是现有技术公知的,并按预计最终使用条件配制成具有最佳性能。参见例如,1985.11.26颁发的Bissett等人的U.S.专利4,555,360;1984.3.6颁发Gerritsen等人的U.S.专利4,435,317;1987.7.21颁发的Bernardino等人的4,681,704;1982.2.23颁发的Pancheri的U.S.P 4,316,824;1990.2.27颁发的Pancheri等人的U.S.P 4,904,359;1979.1.9颁发的Hellyer等人的U.S.P 4,133,779和1987.7.7颁发的Akhter等人的U.S.P 4,678,606。除了最佳的性能之外,该产品需要在贮存之后是稳定的并具有令人满意的外观。要得到稳定的无色洗涤剂组合物是特别困难的。
开发一种透明的洗涤剂产品是可能的,但是,如阴离子表面活性剂及增泡剂这样的洗涤剂组分过期引起产品变黄或变暗。为了补偿这种变色,常常把染料加到这些组合物中。
已经发现,通过把某些量的氧漂白剂和金属螯合剂加入到阴离子和/或非离子表面活性剂中可以得到稳定的无色洗涤剂组合物。
本发明包括在超限时间甚至在苛刻的温度下是稳定的并且保持无色的洗涤剂组合物。这些洗涤剂组合物含有三种主要组分:
(1)约5%-95%(重)的阴离子和/或非离子表面活性剂;
(2)约0.005%-10%(重)的氧漂白剂;和
(3)约0.001%-8%(重)的金属螯合剂。可以加入选择性组分,特别是增泡剂,以提供各种性能及美学的优点。
这些组分提供了基本上为无色的洗涤剂产品,该产品暴露在正常至苛刻条件下不变暗或黄。没有这些组分,特别是如果存在阴离表面活性剂和增泡剂,该产品初始可能就是黄的,随时间其颜色可能变的更历害。
表面活性剂
本发明的组合物含有约5%-95%,优选约10%-65%,最好约15%-35%(重)的阴离子和/或非离子表面活性剂。
优选的阴离子表面活性剂选自在烷基上有约9-15个碳原子的直链烷基苯磺酸盐、含有约8-22个碳原子的烷基硫酸盐、烷基上有约8-22个碳原子并含有约1-30个环氧乙烷单元的烷基醚硫酸盐、具有8-22个碳原子的烯烃磺酸盐、具有8-22个碳原子的烷基甘油醚磺酸盐、脂肪酸与肌氨酸的脂肪酸酯磺酸盐缩合物、烷基乙氧基羧酸盐及其混合物。
优选的可以构成本发明组合物的表面活性剂组分的阴离子合成洗涤剂是烷基硫酸钠、铵、钾或镁盐、特别是那些通过硫酸化高级醇(C8-C18碳原子)得到的那些烷基硫酸盐;烷基苯或烷基甲苯磺酸钠或镁盐,其中烷基含有约9-15个碳原子,该烷基是直链或者是支链脂族链;烷烃磺酸和烯烃磺酸钠或镁盐,其中烷基或链烯基含有约10-20个碳原子;C10-20烷基甘油醚磺酸钠;特别是由牛脂油和椰子油衍生的那些醇的醚;椰子油脂肪酸单甘油-硫酸钠和磺酸钠;每一个分子具有约1-30个环氧乙烷单元并且其中烷基含有约8-12个碳原子的烷基酚环氧乙烷醚硫酸钠、铵或镁盐;用羟乙基磺酸酯化的并用氢氧化钠中和的脂肪酸的反应产物,例如由椰子油衍生的脂肪酸;甲基氨基乙磺酸的脂肪酸酰胺的钠或钾盐,其中脂肪酸例如是由椰子油衍生的;和β-乙酰氧基或β-乙酰胺基-烷烃磺酸钠或钾,其中烷烃有8-22个碳原子。
可以用于本洗涤剂组合物的烷基硫酸盐的其它典型例子包括月桂基烷基硫酸钠、月桂基烷基硫酸铵、硬脂基烷基硫酸钠、棕榈基烷基硫酸钠、癸基硫酸钠、肉豆蔻基烷基硫酸钠、月桂基烷基硫酸钾、硬脂基烷基硫酸钾、癸基硫酸钾、棕榈基烷基硫酸钾、肉豆蔻基烷基硫酸钾、十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基硫酸镁、牛脂烷基硫酸钾、牛脂烷基硫酸钠、椰子烷基硫酸钠、椰子烷基硫酸钾、C12-15烷基硫酸镁和这些表面活性剂的混合物。优选的烷基硫酸盐包括C12-15烷基硫酸铵和C12-15烷基硫酸钠。
合适的烷基苯或烷基甲苯磺酸盐包括直链或支链烷基苯或烷基甲苯磺酸的碱金属(锂、钠、钾)、碱土金属(钙、镁)、铵和烷醇胺盐。用作这些表面活性剂的前体的烷基苯磺酸包括癸基苯磺酸、十一烷基苯磺酸、十二烷基苯磺酸、十三烷基苯磺酸、四聚丙烯基苯磺酸及它们的混合物。用于本发明的组合物的烷基苯磺酸盐的前体的优选的磺酸是那些烷基链是直链并且链长平均约11-13个碳原子的磺酸。用于本发明的市场上可以买到的烷基苯磺酸的例子包括Continental Oil Company销售的Conoco SA 515和SA 597以及Pilot Chemical Company销售的Calsoft LAS 99。
特别优选的用于本发明的阴离子表面活性剂是通式为RO(C2H4O)xSO3M的烷基醚硫酸盐,式中R是约10-20个碳原子的烷基或链烯基,X是1-30,M是水溶的阳离子。用于本发明的烷基醚硫酸盐是环氧乙烷和具有约10-20个碳原子的一元醇的缩合产物。优选的是R有10-16个碳原子。这些醇可以由天然脂肪,例如椰子油或牛脂衍生的,或者可以是合成的。这些醇与1-30,特别是1-12摩尔比的环氧乙烷反应,并将生成的分子的混合物硫酸化并中和。
本发明的烷基醚硫酸盐的典型例子是椰子烷基三乙二醇醚硫酸钠、C12-15烷基三乙二醇醚硫酸镁和牛脂烷基六氧乙烯硫酸钠。优选的烷基醚硫酸盐是那些含有单个化合物的混合物的烷基醚硫酸盐,所说的混合物具有平均烷基链长为约12-16个碳原子及平均乙氧基化度为约1-12摩尔的环氧乙烷。
用于本发明的阴离子表面活性剂的另外的例子是含有二个阴离子官能基的化合物。这些表面活性剂称为二阴离子表面活性剂。合适的二阴离子表面活性剂是可以由下式表示的二磺酸盐、二硫酸盐或其混合物:

本发明的合适的烷基乙氧基羧酸盐有通式
RO(CH2CH2O)xCH2COO-M+,其中R是C12-C16烷基,X为从0至约10,乙氧基化物的分布以重量计,X是0的物质的量小于约20%,优选小于约15%,最优选小于约10%,X是大于7的物质的量小于约25%,优选小于约15%,最优选小于约10%,当平均R是C13或更小时平均X为约2-4,当平均R是大于C13时平均X为约3-6,M是阳离子,优选选自碱金属、碱土金属、铵、单一、二-和三-乙醇铵,最优先选自钠、钾、铵和其与镁离子的混合物,优选的烷基乙氧基羧酸盐是其中R是C12-C14烷基的那些烷基乙氧基羧酸盐。
本发明的脂肪酸酯磺酸盐具有下式:

本发明合适的表面活性剂也包括下式的α-磺化的脂肪酸烷基酯:
其中,R1是平均C8-C16,优选C10-C14烷基;R2是平均C1-C6,;优选C1-C2烷基;M是是阳离子,优选铵、钠、钾、镁或它们的混合物。
本发明特别优选的非离子表面活性剂选自烷基聚葡糖苷、每摩尔与1-30摩尔环氧乙烷乙氧基化的醇,多羟基脂肪酸酰胺及它们的混合物。
本发明的合适的非离子表面活性剂包括乙氧基化的非离子表面活性剂。它们包括醇、烷基酚及其它典型的疏水分子与环氧乙烷的缩合产物,具有式:
其中,R是含有约1-30个碳原子的脂肪族烃基,n是约10-100。另外的乙氧基化的非离子表面活性剂的例子是:
(1)为式R(OC2H4)nOH的乙氧基化的烷基酚,其中R是含有总共约18-30个碳原子的烷基苯基,至少一个烷基含有至少约12个碳原子,其中n是约16-100;
(2)聚乙二醇的单C16-22脂肪酸酯与每摩尔偏酯约13-100摩尔环氧乙烷的缩合产物;
(3)胆甾醇与约13-100摩尔环氧乙烷的缩合产物;
(4)是环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷和含其上可聚合烯化氧的羟基或胺基的化合物的缩合物的物质,所说的聚合物的分子量为约500-15000,环氧乙烷含量为约30%-70%(重),环氧丙烷的含量为约30%-70%(重)。
在特别优选的实施方案中,脂族醇含有约8-16个碳原子,并且被乙氧基化到平均度为摩尔醇约1-30摩尔环氧乙烷。
用于本发明的组合物的其它有用的非离子表面活性剂是非离子烷基聚葡糖苷。这些表面活性剂含有约C8-C15,优选约C12-C14直链或支链烷基并平均有约1-5个葡糖单元,平均1-2个葡糖单元是最优选的。U.S,P 4,393,203和4,732,704描述了这些表面活性剂,其列出作为参考文献。
本发明的其它合适的表面活性剂的例子是聚合表面活性剂,优选由下式表示:

本发明的组合物也可以含有如下结构式的多羟基脂肪酸酰胺表面活性剂:
其中:R1是H、C1-C4烃基、2-羟基乙基、2-羟基丙基或它们的混合物,优选C1-C4烷基,更优选C1或C2烷基,最优选C1烷基(即甲基);R2是C5-C31烃基,优选直链C7-C19烷基或链烯基,更优选C9-C17直链烷基或链烯基,最优选直链C11-C17烷基或链烯基,或它们的混合物;Z是具有至少直接连有3个羟基的直链烃基链的多羟基烃基,或其烷氧基化(优选乙氧基化或丙氧基化的)的衍生物。优选地Z将由还原性胺化反应中的还原糖衍生的,更优选地Z是缩水甘油基。合适的还原糖包括葡萄糖、果糖、麦芽糖、乳糖、半乳糖、甘露糖和木糖。高右旋糖玉米糖浆、高果糖玉米糖浆和高麦芽糖玉米糖浆还有以上所列的单个糖都可作为原料使用。这些玉米糖浆可得到作为Z的糖组分的混合物。应该知道,不意味着要排除其它合适的原料。Z优选选自-CH2-(CHOH)n-CH2OH、-CH(CH2OH)-(CHOH)n-1(CH2OH)、-CH2-(CHOH)2(CHOR')(CHOH)-CH2OH、其中n是整数3-5(包括3,5),R′是H或环状或脂族单糖及其烷氧基化的衍生物。最优选地是缩水甘油基,其中n是4,特别是-CH2-(CHOH)4-CH2OH。

制备多羟基脂肪酸酰胺的方法是现有技术公知的。一般,它们的制备可通过烷基胺与还原性胺化反应中的还原糖反应,生成相应的N-烷基多羟基胺,然后,N-烷基多羟基胺在缩合/酰胺化步骤与脂肪脂族酯或甘油三酸酯反应,生成N-烷基,N-多羟基脂肪酸酰胺产物。制备含有多羟基脂肪酸酰胺的组合物的方法已有公开,例如,在1959.2.18公开的Thomas Hedley & Co.,Ltd的英国专利说明书809,060、1960.12.20颁发的E.R.Wilson的U.S.P 2,965,576,1955.3.8颁发的Anthony M.Schwartz的U.S.P 2,703,798和1934.12.25颁发的Piggoll的U.S.P 1,985,424中已有公开,这些文献在此列入作为参考文献。
本发明包括上述任一表面活性剂和/或它们的混合物。特别优选的是阴离子表面活性剂选自在烷基具有约9-15个碳原子的直链烷基苯基磺酸盐、具有约8-22个碳原子的烷基硫酸盐、在烷基具有约8-22个碳原子并具有约1-30个环氧乙烷单元的烷基乙氧基硫酸盐、具有8-22个碳原子的烯烃磺酸盐,脂肪酸酯磺酸盐。烷基乙氧基羧酸盐和它们的混合物。
氧漂白剂
本发明的组合物含有约0.005%-10%,优选约0.01%-3%,最优选约0.05%-0.5%(重)的氧漂白剂。优选的氧漂白剂是过氧化氢、过硼酸盐、过硫酸盐、过磷酸盐、过碘酸盐、过碳酸盐、过氧硫酸盐及其混合物。最优选的是过氧化氢。
所需的氧漂白剂的量将部分取决于它的强度和下面所述的金属螯合剂的强度和量。优选的是阴离子和非离子表面活性剂与氧漂白剂的比例至少约1500∶1,优选约10∶1-1000∶1,较优选约50∶1-500∶1,最优选约100∶1-300∶1。另外,该组合物优选具有效的氧(AVO)量为约0.005%-2.5%,最优选约0.01%-0.5%。最后,本发明的氧漂白剂应该与加入的洗涤剂组分匹配以形成最终产品。
金属螯合剂
本发明的组合物也含有约0.001%-8%,优选约0.005%-5%,最优选约0.01%-2%(重)的金属螯合剂。优选的螯合剂是水溶性的,金属螯合剂选自柠檬酸。酒石酸、三聚磷酸钠、碳酸钠、碳酸钾、焦磷酸钠、焦磷酸钾、三聚磷酸钾、六偏磷酸钠,碱金属多羧酸盐如柠檬酸钠和钾、酒石酸钠和钾、乙二胺四乙酸钠和钾、乙二胺五乙酸钠和钾、N-(2-羟乙基)乙二胺三乙酸钠和钾、次氮基三乙酸(NTA)钠和钾、N-(2-羟乙基)-次氮基二乙酸钠和钾、氧联二琥珀酸钠和钾及酒石酸单和二琥珀酸钠和钾,它们公开在1987.5.5颂发的Bush等人的U.S.P 4,663,071中,此文献在此列出作为参考文献。螯合剂应该是环境可接受的,最优选的金属螯合剂是柠檬酸及其盐,即钠、钾和铵盐。
不受理论的限制,相信通过金属螯合剂与组合物中的金属特别是铁键合,可以防止洗涤剂组合物的变黄和变暗。没有金属螯合剂,金属将与氧漂白剂反应,形成氢氧基。这些基可以与洗涤表面活性剂反应形成色体。因此,应该存在足够量的螯合剂以束缚金属,形成稳定的无色洗涤剂组合物。
选择性组分增泡剂
优选的包括在本发明的组合物中的其它组分是辅助增泡剂,其量为1%-约20%,优选约1%-10%,最优选约2%-7%。在本发明的组合物中的优选的增泡剂有三种基本类型:甜菜碱、氧化铵半极性非离子表面活性剂、脂肪酸酰胺及它们的混合物。
本发明的组合物可以含具有如下通式的甜菜碱洗涤表面活性剂:
其中,R是疏水基,它选自含有约10-22个碳原子,优选约12-18个碳原子的烷基、含有与相当于约2个碳原子处理的苯环相同碳原子数并且具有被酰氨基或醚键隔开的类似结构的烷基芳基和芳基烷基基团;每个R1是含有1-约3个碳原子的烷基;R2是含有1-约6个碳原子的亚烷基。
优选的甜菜碱的例子是十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱、十六烷基二甲基甜菜碱、十二烷基酰胺基丙基二甲基甜菜碱、十四烷基二甲基甜菜碱、十四烷基酰胺基丙基二甲基甜菜碱和十二烷基二甲基己酸铵。
其它合适的酰胺基烷基甜菜碱公开在U.S.P 3,950,417、4,137,191和4,375,421及GB 2,103,236中,所有这些文献在此列出作为参考文献。
要知道,以上甜菜碱表面活性剂中烷基(和酰基)可以由天然或合成源,即它们可以由天然存在的脂肪酸;烯烃例如通过Ziegler或Oxo方法制备的那些烯烃;或由有或没有裂化的石油分离出的烯烃衍生而制得。
氧化胺半极性非离子表面活性剂包括具有下式的化合物和化合物的混合物:
其中,R1是烷基、2-羟烷基、3-羟烷基或3-烷氧基-2-羟丙基,其中的烷基和烷氧基分别含有约8-18个碳原子,R2和R3每一个是甲基、乙基、丙基、异丙基、2-羟乙基、2-羟丙基或3-羟丙基,n是O-约10。特别优选的是下式的氧化胺:
其中R1是C12-16烷基,R2和R3是甲基或乙基。
在此处所用的酰胺表面活性剂的例子包括,具有含约8-18个碳原子的酰基部分的脂肪酸铵脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺和二乙醇酰胺并由以下通式所表示:
其中,R1具有约7-21,优选约11-17个碳原子的饱和或不饱和脂族烃基;R2代表亚甲基或亚乙基;m是1、2或3,优选1。所说的酰胺的典型例子是单乙醇椰子脂肪酸酰胺和二乙醇十二烷基脂肪酸酰胺。这些酰基部分可以由天然存在的甘油酯例如椰子油、棕榈油、大豆油和牛脂衍生得到,但也可以合成衍生得到,即通过石油的氧化或用Fischer-Tropsch方法将一氧化碳加氢得到。优选的是C12-C14脂肪酸的单乙醇酰胺和二乙醇酰胺。
上述的酰胺和氧化胺较完全地公开在U.S.P 4,316,824(Pancheri),此文献列为参考文献。上述的甜菜碱较完全地公开在U.S.P 4,555,360,此文献列为参考文献。
本发明组合物中用的增泡剂可以含有上述的任一种增泡剂或其混合物。
本发明的优选的起泡性能的餐具洗涤组合物是那些将提供用户在餐具洗涤溶液中具有指定的洗涤潜能的产品的组合物。在餐具洗涤中遇到的污垢形为象泡沫抑制剂,餐具洗涤溶液的表面存在或不存在泡沫能很方便的指导产品的使用。阴离子表面活性剂和增泡剂,特别是甜菜碱和氧化胺半极性非离子表面活性剂的混合物优选用于本发明的轻垢液体餐具洗涤剂组合物中,因为它们有很高的起泡性能,在食物污垢的存在下它们具有泡沫稳定性及在污垢存在下它们具有能够指明产品使用的精确地足够用量的能力。
最优选的增泡剂是烷基二甲基氧化胺、烷基酰胺基丙基甜菜碱、烷基二甲基甜菜碱、烷基二甲基磺基甜菜碱及它们的混合物。较不优选的是脂肪烷基酰胺,因为在本发明的组合物中它们提供的起泡性能较差。然而,酰胺和上述氧化胺和甜菜碱的混合物能给本发明的组合物提供足够的起泡性能。
其它选择性组分
除了前面所述的组分外,该组合物可以含有其他常规组分,特别是那些与液体和粒状餐具洗涤组合物、香波、液体和粒状自动餐具洗涤剂和洗手组合物即“液体皂”和块皂有关的组分。
在添加剂中的含量低于约5%的通常使用的选择性组分包括防污剂、酶、电解质、杀菌剂、香料、荧光增白剂等。本发明的组合物优选不含有遮光剂和/或染料,因为它们对无色优点起相反的作用。
该组合物也可含有PH调节剂。使用中所需要的该组合物的PH为约4-11,优选约5-9,最优选约6-8。
醇,如乙醇和丙二醇,和增溶剂如甲苯磺酸钠和钾、二甲苯磺酸钠和钾、磺基琥珀酸三钠和有关的化合物(如在U.S.P 3,915,903中公开的化合物,此文献在此列为参考文献)和脲可以使用,以得到所需产物相稳定性和粘度。醇如乙醇和丙二醇的使用量为0%-约15%,甲苯、二甲苯或磺酸枯烯钾或钠的使用量为0%-约10%,脲的使用量为0%-约10%。
其它所需的组分包括稀释剂和溶剂。稀释剂可以是无机盐、如硫酸钠、氯化铵、氯化钠、碳酸氢钠等;溶剂包括水,低分子量的醇如乙醇、异丙醇等。本发明的组合物一般将含高达约80%,优选约30%-70%,最优选约40%-65%的水。
可以使用各种方法制备这里描述的洗涤剂组合物。制备本发明的最终洗涤剂产品的最优选的方法包括:
(a)在约70°F-180°F,优选约90°F-130°F的温度下,制成无色膏,该膏含有约30-80%,优选约40%-70%(以膏重计)的阴离子和非离子表面活性剂;约0.05%-2%,优选约0.1%-1%(以膏重计)的氧漂白剂;约0.005%-5%(以膏重计)的金属螯合剂;约0%-20%,优选约5%-15%的醇;该膏的PH大于约7,且基本上是无色的;和
(b)向步骤(a)的膏中加足量的组分形成无色洗涤剂组合物,该组合物优选是轻垢液体餐具洗涤组合物。阴离子表面活性剂,特别是具有约8-22个碳原子的烷基硫酸盐,在烷基有约8-22个碳原子的并且具有约1-30个环氧乙烷单元的烷基醚硫酸盐,过氧化氢,柠檬酸和乙醇或甲醇是优选的。在制成最终产物之前制成稳定的清洁的无色膏的优点是比单独加各组分时可以更快更容易得到所需的最终产品。本发明优选洗涤剂组合物的类型是轻垢液体餐具洗涤剂,液体或粒状自动餐具洗涤剂,香波,液体皂,块皂和液体及粒状洗衣洗涤剂。
上述无色膏另外可用于制成颗粒,其然后加其他标准组分制成粒状自动餐具洗涤剂和/或粒状洗衣洗涤剂组分。但是,优选的是膏用组分稀释为轻垢液体餐具洗涤剂组合物。
用光谱仪测定的%透光度(0-100)评价颜色,在波长470nm,测定透明的基本无色产品大于约85%,优选大于约90%最优选大于约95%透光度。
下面的实施例说明本发明并促进理解本发明。
实施例1
本发明的轻垢液体餐具洗涤剂组合物如下:

将上述液体餐具洗涤剂组合物注入透明的22 OZ.PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)瓶子中,并放在70°F、90°F、100°F、120°F和140°F的固定温度的房间中。六个月后,评价这些组合物的颜色稳定性和任何变暗特别是变黄的标志。用科尔曼光谱仪295型评价产品颜色。科尔曼仪测定通过放在标准玻璃样品小瓶中的产品的可见光的选择频率的%透光度(0-100)。在这些测定中用的光的波长是470nm。其有效的测定产品的变黄。当装有蒸馏水时,校准该仪器测定通过标准小瓶的100%透光度。然后将产品装入样品小瓶并读出样品的%透光度。当目的是要得到无色产品时,所以要优选较高的%透光度。结果如下:

令人吃惊的是,在超限时间和极端温度下,该轻垢洗涤剂组合物保持高的透光度数值。
实施例2
本发明的轻垢液体餐具洗涤剂组合物如下。用在17天测定的样品,按实施例1所述的方法进行%透光度试验。结果列于表3。

令人惊奇的是,当用过氧化氢和柠檬酸(样品D和E)二者时,得到好的颜色稳定性结果。在组合物中单用过氧化氢(样品B),特别是与氧化胺(样品H)不象当加入过氧化氢和柠檬酸二者时那样无色。单用柠檬酸(样品C),和与氧化胺(样品G)不象当加入过氧化氢和柠檬酸二者时那样无色。
实施例3
本发明的阴离子膏洗涤剂组合物如下。可以看出,单用过氧化氢,不足以得到所要求的稳定性。需要加入过氧化氢和螯合剂(样品B),以便在180°F通过第一天后保持所要求的无色,其是非常苛刻的条件(最坏的情况)。结果列于表4。

Claims (26)
1、一种稳定的无色洗涤剂组合物,其包括:
(a)约5%-95%(重)的阴离子或非离子表面活性剂;
(b)约0.005%-10%(重)的氧漂白剂;和
(c)约0.001%-8%(重)的金属螯合剂;
其特征在于,该组合物的PH约4-11,在470nm的透光度大于约85%。
2、根据权利要求1的组合物,还含有约1%-2%(重)的增泡剂。
3、根据权利要求2的组合物,其中阴离子或非离子表面活性剂选自在烷基具有约9-15个碳原子的直链烷基苯磺酸盐、具有约8-22个碳原子的烷基硫酸盐、在烷基具有约8-22个碳原子并具有约1-30个环氧乙烷单元的烷基醚硫酸盐、具有8-22个碳原子的烯烃磺酸盐、脂肪酸酯磺酸盐、脂肪酸与肌氨酸的缩合物、烷基乙氧基羧酸盐、具有8-22个碳原子的烷基甘油基醚磺酸盐、烷基多葡糖苷、每摩尔与约1-30摩尔环氧乙烷乙氧基化的醇、多羟基脂肪酸酰胺及其混合物。
4、根据权利要求3的组合物,其中金属螯合剂选自柠檬酸。酒石酸、三聚磷酸钠和钾、焦磷酸钠和钾、六偏磷酸钠和钾、碱金属碳酸盐、碳酸氢盐、硅酸盐、乙二胺四乙酸、次氮基三乙酸、氧联二琥珀酸、苯六甲酸、苯多羧酸、马来酸、衣康酸、measconic酸、富马酸、阿康酸、柠康酸、亚甲基丙二酸、硅铝酸钠、水溶的焦磷酸盐、正磷酸盐、聚磷酸盐、磷酸盐、碳酸盐、碳酸氢盐、硅酸盐、和它们的混合物。
5、根据权利要求4的组合物,其中阴离子和非离子表面活性剂与氧漂白剂的比例至少约为1500∶1。
6、根据权利要求5的组合物,其中氧漂白剂选自过氧化氢、过硼酸盐、过硫酸盐、过氧硫酸盐、过磷酸盐、过碘酸盐、过碳酸盐及其混合物。
7、根据权利要求6的组合物,其中金属螯合剂是柠檬酸。
8、根据权利要求7的组合物,其中增泡剂选自甜菜碱、氧化胺半极性非离子表面活性剂、脂肪酸酰胺及其混合物。
9、根据权利要求8的组合物,其中氧漂白剂是过氧化氢。
10、根据权利要求9的组合物,其中稳定的无色洗涤剂组合物选自液体和粒状餐具洗涤剂、液体和粒状自动餐具洗涤剂、香波、液体皂、块皂、及液体和粒状洗衣洗涤剂。
11、根据权利要求10的组合物,其中阴离子表面活性剂选自在烷基上具有约9-15个碳原子的直链烷基苯磺酸盐、有约8-22个碳原子的烷基硫酸盐、在烷基有约8-22个碳原子并有约1-30个环氧乙烷单元的烷基乙氧基硫酸盐、有8-22个碳原子的烯烃磺酸盐、脂肪酸酯磺酸盐、烷基乙氧基羧酸盐及其混合物。
12、根据权利要求11的组合物,包括约0.005%-5%的金属螯合剂。
13、根据权利要求12的组合物,包括约0.05%-3%的氧漂白剂。
14、根据权利要求13的组合物,包括约35%-75%的阴离子表面活性剂。
15、根据权利要求14的无色香波组合物,包括约1%-25%的月桂基硫酸铵和约0.1%-1%的柠檬酸。
16、根据权利要求14的组合物,包括约0.01%-2%的金属螯合剂。
17、根据权利要求16的组合物,包括约0.1%-0.5%的过氧化氢,其中阴离子和非离子表面活性剂与氧漂白剂的比例为约50∶1-500∶1。
18、根据权利要求17的组合物,其在470nm的透光度大于约90%。
19、根据权利要求18的组合物,其组合物中有效氧的含量约0.005%-2.5%。
20、根据权利要求17的无色洗涤剂膏,其包括约35%-75%的烷基硫酸盐和烷基醚硫酸盐,约0.1%-1.0%的过氧化氢和约0.005%-5%的柠檬酸;该膏基本上是透明和无色的。
21、根据权利要求18的轻垢液体餐具洗液剂,其包括约10%-35%的烷基醚硫酸盐,约0.05%-5%的过氧化氢,约0.01%-2%的柠檬酸和约1%-7%的氧化胺;该组合物基本上是透明和无色的,其PH为约5-9。
22、制备无色洗涤剂组合物的方法,包括的步骤为:
(a)在约70°F-180°F的温度下制成膏,该膏含有约30%-80%(以膏的重量计)的阴离子和非离子表面活性剂;约0.05%-2%(以膏的重量计)的氧漂白剂;约0.005%-5%(以膏的重量计)的金属螯合剂;约0%-20%(以膏的重量计)的醇;该膏的PH大于约7并且基本上无色;和
(b)向步骤(a)的膏中加入足够的组分,制成无色的洗涤剂组合物。
23、根据权利要求22的方法,其中无色洗涤剂组合物是轻垢液体餐具洗涤组合物。
24、根据权利要求23的方法,其中步骤(a)的膏包括约40%-70%(以膏的重量计)的阴离子表面活性剂;约0.1%-1%(以膏的重量计)的氧漂白剂;约0.01%-2%(以膏的重量计)的金属螯合剂;和约1%-10%(以膏的重量计)的醇。
25、根据权利要求24的方法,其中氧漂白剂是过氧化氢。
26、根据权利要求25的方法,其中阴离子表面活性剂是具有约8-22个碳原子的烷基硫酸盐和烷基有8-22个碳原子并有约1-30个环氧乙烷单元的烷基醚硫酸盐,金属螯合剂是柠檬酸,醇是乙醇或甲醇。
