Referring to fig. 2, the distance measuring device of the present embodiment employs a straight edge 52. When the distance measuring device adopts a vernier caliper, the mounting frame can be provided with a small hole which can enable the ruler to penetrate through the liquid level of the transparent container below. Other technical features of the present embodiment are the same as those of embodiment 1.

Referring to fig. 3, the distance measuring device according to the present embodiment employs a laser length measuring instrument 53. When the distance measuring device adopts a laser length measuring instrument, a layer of reflective paper 7 floats on the liquid level of the container. Other technical features of the present embodiment are the same as those of embodiment 1. When the position of the liquid level alarm switch alarm line, namely the switching state of the liquid level alarm switch, is reached, the distance measuring device is used for automatically measuring the calibration parameters of the liquid level alarm switch alarm line, comparing the measured calibration parameters of the liquid level alarm switch alarm line with the standard values, outputting the detection result to the alarm device, and prompting through the alarm device. The distance measuring device is mounted on the mounting frame.
The specific measurement steps are as follows: firstly, a liquid level alarm switch to be measured is installed on an installation frame, appropriate liquid is injected into a transparent container, after the liquid level is calm, a liquid outlet control valve is opened to control the slow descending of the liquid level of the liquid or the slow injection of the liquid, the slow ascending of the liquid level of the liquid and the change of the liquid level are controlled, if the liquid completely submerges a floater or is completely separated from the floater, an alarm device does not give an alarm, and the liquid level alarm switch is judged to be faulty or damaged; when the liquid level alarm switch is closed or the alarm device gives an alarm, the liquid outlet control valve is immediately closed or the liquid injection is stopped, the depth scale of the vernier caliper penetrates through the small hole in the rack, one end of the depth scale is just in contact with the liquid level, and the reading of the vernier caliper at the moment is the position of the alarm line of the liquid level alarm switch.

the specific detection steps are as follows: the liquid level alarm switch to be detected is arranged on the support, the floater of the liquid level alarm switch to be detected is positioned in the liquid storage container, the floater of the mounted liquid level alarm switch to be detected floats in liquid, the liquid level in the liquid storage container is controlled to rise or fall, so that the floater of the liquid level alarm switch is driven to rise or fall, whether the liquid level alarm switch can normally work is detected, and if the alarm device does not give an alarm in the whole rising and falling process of the floater, the liquid level alarm switch is judged to be out of order or damaged;
the liquid storage container is provided with a liquid inlet or/and a liquid outlet, a liquid inlet control valve used for controlling the on-off of a liquid inlet pipeline is arranged on a liquid inlet pipe communicated with the liquid inlet, a liquid outlet control valve used for controlling the on-off of a liquid outlet pipeline is arranged on a liquid outlet pipe communicated with the liquid outlet, and the liquid level of the liquid storage container is adjusted through the liquid inlet control valve and the liquid outlet control valve.

A method for calibrating a liquid level alarm switch alarm line based on dynamic liquid level is characterized in that a calibration device of the liquid level alarm switch alarm line is adopted, the calibration device of the liquid level alarm switch alarm line comprises a support used for installing a liquid level alarm switch to be detected, a liquid storage container used for storing liquid and a distance measuring device used for measuring calibration parameters of the liquid level alarm switch alarm line, the support is positioned above the liquid storage container, a floater of the liquid level alarm switch to be detected, which is installed on the support, is positioned in the liquid storage container, the liquid storage container is provided with a liquid inlet or/and a liquid outlet, a liquid inlet control valve used for controlling the on-off of a liquid inlet pipeline is arranged on a liquid inlet pipe communicated with the liquid inlet, a liquid outlet control valve used for controlling the on-off of a liquid outlet pipeline is arranged on a liquid outlet pipe communicated with the liquid outlet, and the liquid level alarm switch to be detected and the alarm device, The liquid level alarm switch is used for controlling the liquid inlet control valve and the liquid outlet control valve to stop working and controlling the liquid level of the liquid storage container to stop lifting when the opening and closing states of the liquid level alarm switch are switched in the liquid level lifting process of the liquid storage container;

The method of claim 2, wherein: the distance measuring device is used for automatically measuring the calibration parameters of the alarm line of the liquid level alarm switch, comparing the measured calibration parameters of the alarm line of the liquid level alarm switch with standard values, outputting a detection result to the alarm device, and prompting through the alarm device.

The method of claim 2, wherein: and measuring the distance between the liquid level and a set calibration reference surface by using a distance measuring device, namely the distance is a calibration parameter of an alarm line of the liquid level alarm switch, wherein the calibration reference surface is parallel to the liquid level.
