The corner connector 2 shown in fig. 7, 8 and 9 has a first and a second plugging arm 21 and 22: the root of the first plug-in arm 21 is connected with the second plug-in arm 22, the head of the first plug-in arm 21 is inserted into the first jack of the first frame profile 11, the top of the first plug-in arm 21 and the inner wall of the top of the first jack have at least three contact points which are not on the same straight line, and the bottom of the first plug-in arm 21 and the inner wall of the bottom of the first jack have at least three contact points which are not on the same straight line; the root of the second plugging arm 22 is connected with the first plugging arm 21, the head of the second plugging arm 22 is plugged into the second plug hole 1210 of the second frame profile strip 12, the top of the second plugging arm 22 and the top inner wall 1211 of the second plug hole 1210 have at least three contact points which are not on the same straight line, and the bottom of the second plugging arm 22 and the bottom inner wall 1212 of the second plug hole 1210 have at least three contact points which are not on the same straight line; wherein, the root of first grafting arm 21 is bigger than the head, and the root of second grafting arm 22 is bigger than the head, and the head has the guide effect, makes things convenient for grafting cooperation and adjustment more. The first inserting arm 21 and the second inserting arm 22 of the corner connecting piece 2 are perpendicular to each other, and the width of the root of the first inserting arm 21 is matched with the width of the first inserting hole of the first frame section bar 11, namely, two side edges of the root of the first inserting arm 21 are matched and positioned with the inner walls of two sides of the first inserting hole of the first frame section bar 11, so that the root of the first inserting arm 21 and the first inserting hole are positioned and fixed in the vertical direction and also positioned and fixed in the left and right direction; likewise, the width of the root of the second plug-in arm 22 matches the width of the second receptacle 1210 of the second frame profile 12, so that the root of the second plug-in arm 22 and the second receptacle have a positioning fixation not only in the vertical direction, but also in the left-right direction; thereby realized grafting arm root side direction location and right angle concatenation effect, further ensured the right angle shape and the firm degree of frame concatenation. Fig. 8 shows a second embodiment of the corner connector of the present invention: the upper surface of the first plug arm 21 is provided with four first protruding parts 211 protruding upwards, which are not on the same straight line, and the protruding direction of the first protruding parts 211 is opposite to the inserting direction of the first plug arm 21, so that the resistance of the first plug arm 21 to be pulled out from the first jack can be increased; when the first inserting arm 21 is inserted into the first inserting hole of the first frame profile 11, the lower surface of the first inserting arm 21 abuts against the inner wall of one side of the first inserting hole, and the first protrusion 211 of the first inserting arm 21 abuts against the inner wall of the other side of the first inserting hole; the upper surface of the second plugging arm 22 is provided with four second protruding parts 221 which protrude upwards and are not in the same straight line, and the protruding direction of the second protruding parts 221 is opposite to the inserting direction of the second plugging arm 22, so that the resistance of the second plugging arm 22 to be pulled out from the second inserting hole 1210 can be increased; when the second inserting arm 22 is inserted into the second inserting hole 1210 of the second frame profile 12, the lower surface of the second inserting arm 22 abuts against one side inner wall of the second inserting hole 1210, and the second protrusion 221 of the second inserting arm 22 abuts against the other side inner wall of the second inserting hole 1210. Like this, the grafting arm is connected with the bloated tight straining of jack inner wall respectively through the protruding bulge of a plurality of downward perk that the punching press formed, and the bulge that the punching press formed has elasticity and pawl effect for the grafting arm is easily inserted and is difficult for throwing off fully having guaranteed firm in connection. Fig. 9 shows a third embodiment of the corner connector of the present invention: the middle of the first insertion arm 21 is arched upwards, and the arched top of the first insertion arm 21 forms a first contact surface 212 which can be abutted against the inner wall of the first insertion hole; when the first inserting arm 21 is inserted into the first inserting hole of the first frame profile 11, the root 213 and the head 214 of the first inserting arm 21 respectively abut against the inner wall of one side of the first inserting hole, and the first contact surface 212 of the first inserting arm 21 abuts against the inner wall of the other side of the first inserting hole; the middle of the second insertion arm 22 is arched upwards, and the arched top of the second insertion arm 22 forms a second contact surface 222 capable of abutting against the inner wall of the second insertion hole; when the second inserting arm 22 is inserted into the second inserting hole 1210 of the second frame profile 12, the root 223 and the head 224 of the second inserting arm 22 respectively abut against one side inner wall of the second inserting hole 1210, and the second contact surface 222 of the second inserting arm 22 abuts against the other side inner wall of the second inserting hole 1210. Therefore, the inserting arm is in expansion connection with the inner wall of the inserting hole through the arch deformation formed by stamping, and is easy to insert and not easy to separate, so that the firm connection is fully ensured. In order to facilitate early-stage insertion adjustment and later-stage fixation, the expansion force formed by the head part, the arched top contact surface and the root part of the insertion arm and the inner wall of the insertion hole is far greater than the expansion force formed by the head part, the arched top contact surface and the inner wall of the insertion hole.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the left and right sides of the diffusion plate 3, the light guide plate 4, the reflective layer 5 and the back plate 8 are respectively clamped by the first extending edge 123 and the second extending edge 124 of the two second frame-shaped strips 12, the side edge of the light guide plate 4 is inserted into the clamping space and is limited by the positioning block 6, and the front and back sides of the diffusion plate 3, the light guide plate 4, the reflective layer 5 and the back plate 8 are respectively clamped by the two first frame-shaped strips 11.
the manufacturing method of the L ED panel lamp comprises the following steps:
1) the two ends of the L ED lamp strip 7 are provided with positioning blocks 6, the L ED lamp strip 7 is inserted into a lamp strip groove of the second frame section bar 12, the positioning blocks 6 on the L ED lamp strip 7 are matched and positioned with the positioning spaces on the frame section bar 12, and the diffusion plate 3, the light guide plate 4, the reflection layer 5 and the back plate 8 are combined into a light guide plate assembly;
2) the two second frame section bars 12 with the L ED light bars 7 are respectively sleeved on the left and right sides of the light guide plate assembly and abutted against each other, and at this time, the side edges of the light guide plate assembly are clamped by the first extending edges 123 and the second extending edges 124 of the second frame section bars 12 and limited by the positioning blocks 6 so as to keep a gap with the L ED lights 71 on the L ED light bars 7;
3) Two first frame section bars 11 with angle connectors 2 are respectively sleeved on the front side and the rear side of the light guide plate assembly, the second insertion arms 22 of the angle connectors 2 are inserted into the second insertion holes 1210 of the second frame section bars 12, and when the two second frame section bars 12 keep close to the light guide plate assembly, the distance between the two first frame section bars 11 is reduced until the two first frame section bars 11 and the two second frame section bars 12 are spliced and fixed to form a frame.
4) And the bracket 10 is fixedly arranged on the third extending edges 122 of the two second frame section bars 12, and the power supply box 9 is arranged on the adjacent first frame section bar 11 and the second frame section bar 12.
