技术领域
本发明涉及纺纱领域,具体涉及到一种精梳棉、改性锦纶织物及其生产工艺。
背景技术
针织物是指是由纱线顺序弯曲成线圈,而线圈相互串套而形成的织物,纱线形成线圈的过程,可以横向或纵向地进行,横向编织称为纬编织物,而纵向编织称为经编织物,针织物组织根据线圈结构与相互间排列,分基本组织、变化组织和花色组织。基本组织是所有针织物的基础,由线圈以最简单的方式组合而成。这类组织有纬编平针、罗纹、双反面、经编编链、经平、经缎等。变化组织是在一个基本组织的相邻线圈纵行间,配置另一个或另几个基本组织的线圈纵行而成。这类组织有纬编变化平针与双罗纹、经编经绒和经斜等。花色组织是以上述组织为基础,利用线圈结构的改变,或者另外编入一些辅助纱线和其他纺织原料而成。花色组织主要有提花、集圈、纱罗、菠萝、抽花、衬垫、毛圈、添纱、波纹、衬经衬纬、长毛绒以及由以上组织组合而成的复合组织等。这类组织具有显著的花色效应和不同的机械特性。
其中,针织棉是一种利用织针将纱线弯曲成圈并相互串套而形成的织物,一般具有较好的弹性,吸湿透气,舒适保暖,夏天的T恤通常采用棉针织而成,但是,100%精梳棉衣服容易变形,特别是衣服在经过两次以上水洗后容易变形,悬挂晾晒之后通常会变长,十分影响穿着体验,同时纯棉织物过于柔软,没有骨架,保型性较差,穿着几次过后即变形。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明要解决的问题是现100%精梳棉容易变形,在经过两次以上水洗之后整体会变长,影响穿着体验。
(二)技术方案
为解决所述技术问题,本发明提供一种精梳棉、改性锦纶织物,其特征在于,由质量百分比为70~80%精梳棉与20~30%改性锦纶混纺而成,所述改性锦纶截面呈十字形,所述改性锦纶由质量百分比为90~99%的尼龙切片与1~10%的开口母粒纺丝而成。
进一步的,所述针织物表面设置有抗静电层。
相对应的,本发明还提供了一种精梳棉、改性锦纶织物生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)选取定量的棉纤维,利用精梳机将棉纤维中短于1CM的纤维除去,留下符合要求的精梳棉待用;
2)选取定量的尼龙切片和开口母粒,经过干燥后同时投入螺杆挤压机内,螺杆挤压机设置五个温度控制区,一区温度控制在240~250℃,二区温度控制在240~250℃,三区温度控制在235~245℃,四区温度控制在250~260℃,五区温度控制在255~265℃,挤出之后通过纺丝组件过滤进行纺丝,经过两侧的吹风装置冷却成型,纺丝速度控制在4000m/min,吹风温度设置在22℃,湿度控制在65%,风速控制在0.33m/s,将冷却成型的丝束经过上油装置进行上油,经纺丝甬道后,在卷绕机作用下进行卷绕,得到POY;
3)将POY依次通过第一卷绕机、热箱、冷却板、假捻器、第二卷绕机以及上油装置,得到DTY,其中第一卷绕机与第二卷绕机之间存在差速;
4)将DTY依次经过拉伸加捻、后加捻、压洗、干燥、热定型、倒筒以及包装后,得到改性锦纶长丝成品,改性锦纶细度为150D;
5)将单根精梳棉与单根改性锦纶同时送入针织机中进行针织,利用双梳工艺,将锦纶加入精梳棉针织过程中,前后床同时进行针织,然后利用集圈针法前后针板交织集圈,形成织物。
4、根据权利要求书3所述一种精梳棉、改性锦纶织物的生产工艺,其特征在于,在步骤2)以及步骤3)中分别得到的POY以及DTY在成型之后进行取样检测。
(三)有益效果
(1)本发明提供的精梳棉、改性锦纶织物,在100%棉的衣服织造过程中加入一根150D改性锦纶弹丝,通过双梳坎毛的做法加入衣服织造里面,再通过整件集圈珠蒂针法前后针板交织集圈,让整件衣服针织效果更加饱满细腻而且手感比棉更加滑爽,在解决棉线的保型性基础上,又提升款士风格,让产品更加多元化。
(2)本发明提供的精梳棉、改性锦纶织物,对锦纶进行了改性,在生产过程中加入了开口母粒进行纺丝,用以降低锦纶的粘性,使其表面更为光滑,配合精梳棉材料,使得整件织物摸起来更为爽滑,穿着更为舒适,大大提升了手感。
(3)本发明提供的生产工艺,提供了改性涤纶的生产过程以及改性涤纶与精梳棉的针织过程,在挤压机内设置五个温度区域,特定温度的设置使得开口母粒与尼龙切片可以混合均匀,使得反应完全,同时对纺丝速度、吹风温度、湿度、风速都进行了控制,以保证成型的改性涤纶丝度均匀、表面光滑、具有良好的弹性,且改善了吸湿性能,更适合作为贴身衣物材料,同时与市面上其他产品不同的是,摒弃了先将各种原丝捻合成单股丝,再将单股丝进行织造的生产工艺,而是改为锦纶同时送入棉织过程中,面上一根精梳棉,底下一根150D尼龙一起摇,这样生产出的织物与市面上的相比,不仅工艺过程更为简单,工作效率得到有效提升,同时生产出的织物布面平整,手感舒适,比传统精梳棉织物高了一个档次。

参照图1,本发明提供一种精梳棉、改性锦纶织物,其特征在于,由质量百分比为70~80%精梳棉与20~30%改性锦纶混纺而成,所述改性锦纶截面呈十字形,用以增强毛细血管吸水效应,所述改性锦纶由质量百分比为90~99%的尼龙切片与1~10%的开口母粒纺丝而成。
所述针织物表面设置有抗静电层,所述抗静电层包括质量百分比为:40%聚乙烯乙二醇甲基丙烯酸共聚体,20%聚醚酯酰胺,25%聚醚酯乙酰胺,15%聚氧化乙烯。
本发明还提供一种精梳棉、改性锦纶织物生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)选取定量的棉纤维,利用精梳机将棉纤维中短于1CM的纤维除去,留下符合要求的精梳棉待用;
2)选取定量的尼龙切片和开口母粒,经过干燥后同时投入螺杆挤压机内,螺杆挤压机设置五个温度控制区,一区温度控制在240~250℃,二区温度控制在240~250℃,三区温度控制在235~245℃,四区温度控制在250~260℃,五区温度控制在255~265℃,挤出之后通过纺丝组件过滤进行纺丝,经过两侧的吹风装置冷却成型,纺丝速度控制在4000m/min,吹风温度设置在22℃,湿度控制在65%,风速控制在0.33m/s,将冷却成型的丝束经过上油装置进行上油,经纺丝甬道后,在卷绕机作用下进行卷绕,得到POY;

实施例1
选取90份尼龙切片和10份开口母粒,经过干燥后同时投入螺杆挤压机内,螺杆挤压机设置五个温度控制区,一区温度控制在240℃,二区温度控制在240℃,三区温度控制在235℃,四区温度控制在250℃,五区温度控制在255℃,挤出之后通过纺丝组件过滤进行纺丝,经过两侧的吹风装置冷却成型,纺丝速度控制在4000m/min,吹风温度设置在22℃,湿度控制在65%,风速控制在0.33m/s,将冷却成型的丝束经过上油装置进行上油,经纺丝甬道后,在卷绕机作用下进行卷绕,得到POY,将POY依次通过第一卷绕机、热箱、冷却板、假捻器、第二卷绕机以及上油装置,得到DTY,其中第一卷绕机与第二卷绕机之间存在差速,将DTY依次经过拉伸加捻、后加捻、压洗、干燥、热定型、倒筒以及包装后,得到改性锦纶长丝成品,改性锦纶细度为150D,将70%精梳棉与30%改性锦纶送入针织机进行织造。

选取95份尼龙切片和5份开口母粒,经过干燥后同时投入螺杆挤压机内,螺杆挤压机设置五个温度控制区,一区温度控制在245℃,二区温度控制在245℃,三区温度控制在240℃,四区温度控制在255℃,五区温度控制在260℃,挤出之后通过纺丝组件过滤进行纺丝,经过两侧的吹风装置冷却成型,纺丝速度控制在4000m/min,吹风温度设置在22℃,湿度控制在65%,风速控制在0.33m/s,将冷却成型的丝束经过上油装置进行上油,经纺丝甬道后,在卷绕机作用下进行卷绕,得到POY,将POY依次通过第一卷绕机、热箱、冷却板、假捻器、第二卷绕机以及上油装置,得到DTY,其中第一卷绕机与第二卷绕机之间存在差速,将DTY依次经过拉伸加捻、后加捻、压洗、干燥、热定型、倒筒以及包装后,得到改性锦纶长丝成品,改性锦纶细度为150D,将80%精梳棉与20%改性锦纶送入针织机进行织造。
实施例3
选取99份尼龙切片和1份开口母粒,经过干燥后同时投入螺杆挤压机内,螺杆挤压机设置五个温度控制区,一区温度控制在250℃,二区温度控制在250℃,三区温度控制在245℃,四区温度控制在260℃,五区温度控制在265℃,挤出之后通过纺丝组件过滤进行纺丝,经过两侧的吹风装置冷却成型,纺丝速度控制在4000m/min,吹风温度设置在22℃,湿度控制在65%,风速控制在0.33m/s,将冷却成型的丝束经过上油装置进行上油,经纺丝甬道后,在卷绕机作用下进行卷绕,得到POY,将POY依次通过第一卷绕机、热箱、冷却板、假捻器、第二卷绕机以及上油装置,得到DTY,其中第一卷绕机与第二卷绕机之间存在差速,将DTY依次经过拉伸加捻、后加捻、压洗、干燥、热定型、倒筒以及包装后,得到改性锦纶长丝成品,改性锦纶细度为150D,将80%精梳棉与20%改性锦纶送入针织机进行织造。
本发明选取市面上常见的纯棉T恤作为对比例,对悬垂系数、刚柔性以及水洗悬挂之后的缩水率(“+”号表示在该方向上扩张,“-”号表示在该方向上收缩)进行了测试,得到结果如下表:
根据以上数据,可以得出,相比于对比例,本发明3个实施例的横向缩水率与纵向缩水率大幅减小,尺寸稳定性高;相比于对比例,3个实施例悬垂性能良好,能够形成光滑二流畅的曲面造型,拥有良好的贴身性;相比于对比例,3个实施例刚度都有提升,解决了对比例刚度小、缺乏骨架的问题,报型性大大提高。
综上所述,上述实施方式并非是本发明的限制性实施方式,凡本领域的技术人员在本发明的实质内容的基础上所进行的修饰或者等效变形,均在本发明的技术范畴。
Claims (4)
1.一种精梳棉、改性锦纶织物,其特征在于,由质量百分比为70~80%精梳棉与20~30%改性锦纶混纺而成,所述改性锦纶截面呈十字形,所述改性锦纶由质量百分比为90~99%的尼龙切片与1~10%的开口母粒纺丝而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种精梳棉、改性锦纶针织物,其特征在于,所述针织物表面设置有抗静电层。
3.一种精梳棉、改性锦纶织物生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)选取定量的棉纤维,利用精梳机将棉纤维中短于1CM的纤维除去,留下符合要求的精梳棉待用;
2)选取定量的尼龙切片和开口母粒,经过干燥后同时投入螺杆挤压机内,螺杆挤压机设置五个温度控制区,一区温度控制在240~250℃,二区温度控制在240~250℃,三区温度控制在235~245℃,四区温度控制在250~260℃,五区温度控制在255~265℃,挤出之后通过纺丝组件过滤进行纺丝,经过两侧的吹风装置冷却成型,纺丝速度控制在4000m/min,吹风温度设置在22℃,湿度控制在65%,风速控制在0.33m/s,将冷却成型的丝束经过上油装置进行上油,经纺丝甬道后,在卷绕机作用下进行卷绕,得到POY;
3)将POY依次通过第一卷绕机、热箱、冷却板、假捻器、第二卷绕机以及上油装置,得到DTY,其中第一卷绕机与第二卷绕机之间存在差速;
4)将DTY依次经过拉伸加捻、后加捻、压洗、干燥、热定型、倒筒以及包装后,得到改性锦纶长丝成品,改性锦纶细度为150D;
5)将单根精梳棉与单根改性锦纶同时送入针织机中进行针织,利用双梳工艺,将锦纶加入精梳棉针织过程中,前后床同时进行针织,然后利用集圈针法前后针板交织集圈,形成织物。
4.根据权利要求书3所述一种精梳棉、改性锦纶织物的生产工艺,其特征在于,在步骤2)以及步骤3)中分别得到的POY以及DTY在成型之后进行取样检测。
