Abstract
The invention relates to a sound box bracket which comprises a base, a fixing clamp arranged on the base and a loudspeaker arranged on the fixing clamp; the loudspeaker comprises a sound outlet surface, the sound outlet surface and the base are arranged oppositely, a set air gap is arranged between the sound outlet surface and the base, and the set air gap forms a reflection sound cavity. Detailed Description
For a more clear understanding of the technical features, objects and effects of the present invention, embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 to 3 show a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the speaker rack, which can be used for fixing and supporting a playing device and a speaker, includes a base 11, a fixing clip 13 disposed on the base 11, and a speaker 12 mounted on the fixing clip 13; the base 11 can be used for reflecting the sound emitted by the loudspeaker 12; the fixing clip 13 can fix the horn 12; the speaker 12 can improve the sound quality of the sound emitted by the mobile phone, tablet computer, MP4, etc. connected to the speaker 12 and also improve the sound volume emitted by these playing devices.
The speaker 12 is detachably mounted in the fixing clip 13, and includes a sound emitting portion 121 and a clamping portion 122 connected to the sound emitting portion 121, the sound emitting portion 121 is opposite to the base 11 and spaced apart from the base; in addition, the speaker 12 further includes a sound emitting surface disposed at an end of the sound emitting portion opposite to the base 11. The sound emitting portion 121 is used to emit sound; the holding portion 122 can facilitate people to hold the speaker 12.
The sound-emitting surface is disposed opposite to the base 11 with a set air gap therebetween, which forms a reflective sound cavity 111. The height of the sound reflecting cavity 111 is 15mm to 50mm, and the distance from the sound outlet surface to the base can be 15mm to 50 mm; the height of the reflected sound cavity 111 is too high, sound is diffused from the surroundings, only a few sound is reflected, and the intensity of the reflected sound is low; if the height of the sound reflection cavity 111 is too low, the sound transmission is blocked, and the sound may not come out, thereby achieving the desired sound quality effect.
The sound emitting part 121 is made thin and thick, the sound emitting part 121 is communicated with the clamping part 122, a cone is arranged at one end of the sound emitting part, which is opposite to the base, and a vibrating membrane is arranged on the wall surface of the cone; the connection part between the voice coil and the clamping part 122 is provided with a voice coil connected with the vibration film on the cone and permanent magnets arranged at two sides of the voice coil. Connecting the loudspeaker 12 with a playing device and connecting a power supply; the size and direction of the magnetic field generated by the voice coil are continuously changed along with the change of the audio current, the interaction of the two magnetic fields generated by the permanent magnets arranged on the two sides of the voice coil enables the voice coil to move in a direction vertical to the current direction in the voice coil, the vibration film is driven to vibrate, and the vibration of air caused by the vibration of the vibration film generates sound.
The length of the holding portion 122 is greater than that of the sound emitting portion 121, and the holding portion and the sound emitting portion are integrally formed; the diameter of the clamping portion 122 is adapted to the diameter of the sound emitting portion 121 at the end away from the base. The clamping part 121 can be fixed on the fixing clamp 13, and is detachably connected with the fixing clamp 13, and a microphone is arranged on the clamping part 122, so that a user can broadcast or record sound through the microphone; the microphone may convert the sound signal into an electrical signal and then transmit the electrical signal to the sound emitting portion, and the electrical signal is converted into the original sound by the voice coil of the sound emitting portion 121 and played.
The base 11 can be flat and made of wood, metal or composite materials; the base 11 may be circular. The area of the base 11 is equal to the basic area of the end of the sound emitting part 121 opposite to the base 11; specifically, the area of the base 11 is equal to the area of the sound-emitting surface; if the area of the base 11 is too large, sound is easily diffused from the edge of the base 11 and cannot be totally reflected back, and if the area of the base 11 is too small, sound is diffused from the surroundings and the sound reaching the base 11 is reduced, the sound emitted back is reduced, and the sound quality is not improved significantly.
The fixing clip 13 may be in a semi-cylindrical shape, the diameter of which is matched with the diameter of the clamping portion 122, and the fixing clip 13 may be made of metal, plastic, or other materials. The distance from the fixing clip 13 to the base is greater than the distance from the end of the sound-emitting portion 121 far away from the base to the base, so that a gap is reserved between the horn 12 and the base.
A connecting piece 14 is arranged between the fixing clamp 13 and the base 11, and the connecting piece 14 can be made of a metal sheet; it includes a vertical portion 141 vertical to the base 11 and a bending portion 142 connected to the vertical portion 141 and connected to the fixing clip 13; the vertical portion 141 is used to limit the position of the sound-emitting portion, and the bending range of the bending portion 142 is adapted to the curvature of the curved surface of the sound-emitting portion, so that the distance from the sound-emitting surface to the base 11 is smaller than the length of the vertical portion 141, and the distance from the sound-emitting surface to the base 11 is limited within the range of 15mm to 50 mm.
As shown in fig. 3, the speaker stand further includes a pivot mechanism 15 connected to the fixing clip 13 and a mounting base 16 connected to the pivot mechanism 15. The angle of the speaker 12 can be adjusted according to the user's requirement by rotating the rotating shaft mechanism 15, and the mounting seat 16 can be used for fixing the playing device.
As shown in fig. 4, the rotating shaft mechanism 15 includes a first rotating wheel 151, a second rotating wheel 152, and a rotating shaft 153. The first rotating wheel 151 is connected with the mounting base 16; the second roller 152 is connected to the first roller 151 and is mounted at one end of the fixing clip 13; one end of the shaft is rotatably connected to the first wheel 151, and the other end is fixedly connected to the second wheel 152, so that the second wheel 152 rotates to drive the shaft 153 to rotate in the first wheel 151. By rotating the fixing clip 13, the second wheel 152 is rotated to rotate the shaft 153 in the first wheel 151, thereby adjusting the angle of the speaker 12.
The shaft 153 includes a first end 1531 rotatably connected to the first wheel 151 and a second end 1532 fixedly connected to the second wheel 152; the first end 1531 is disc-shaped; the second end 1132 is provided with threads on the periphery thereof, and the rotating shaft 153 may be a pan head screw.
The first wheel 151 includes a cavity 1511 in which the first end of the shaft 153 is rotatably disposed, and a retainer 1512 for retaining the shaft 153 and the cavity 1511. A first connecting screw connected with the mounting seat 16 is arranged on one side of the first rotating wheel 151 away from the second rotating wheel 152; in addition, a first anti-slip washer is disposed on a side of the first runner 151 away from the second runner 152, so that the first runner can be fixedly connected with the mounting seat 16; a damping device may be disposed between the shaft 153 and the first wheel 151, and specifically, the damping device may be damping oil filled in a gap between the cavity 1511 and the shaft 113, and the damping oil may play a role of buffering and providing resistance to the rotation of the shaft 153 to define the rotation position of the shaft 153. The rotating shaft 153 rotates in the cavity 1511, and the resistance generated by the damping oil increases as the rotating shaft 153 rotates; when the shaft 153 rotates to a certain angle, the resistance of the damping oil limits the shaft 153 from continuing to rotate, thereby defining the position of the horn 12.
The diameter of the second roller 152 is matched with the diameter of the first roller 151, and a screw hole connected with the second end 1532 of the rotating shaft 153 is formed at one end of the second roller 152 opposite to the first roller 151; in this embodiment, a second connecting screw connected to the fixing clip may be further disposed on a side of the second roller 152 away from the first roller 151; in other embodiments, the second connecting screw can be omitted; in addition, a second anti-slip washer is disposed at an end of the second roller 152 away from the first roller 151 to function as a fixed connection with the fixing clip 13, and it is understood that in other embodiments, the second washer may be omitted.
It is to be understood that the foregoing examples, while indicating the preferred embodiments of the invention, are given by way of illustration and description, and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention; it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, the above technical features can be freely combined, and several changes and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present invention, which all belong to the protection scope of the present invention; therefore, all equivalent changes and modifications made within the scope of the claims of the present invention should be covered by the claims of the present invention.
Claims (7)
1. A sound box support is characterized by comprising a base (11), a fixing clamp (13) arranged on the base (11), a loudspeaker (12) arranged on the fixing clamp (13), a rotating shaft mechanism (15) connected with the fixing clamp (13) and used for adjusting the angle of the loudspeaker (12), and a mounting seat (16) connected with the rotating shaft mechanism (15) and used for fixing a playing device; the loudspeaker (12) comprises a sound emitting surface, the sound emitting surface is arranged opposite to the base (11), a set air gap is arranged between the sound emitting surface and the base, and the set air gap forms a reflection sound cavity (111); the loudspeaker (12) comprises a sound outlet part (121) which is opposite to the base (11) and is arranged at an interval; the sound emitting surface is arranged at one end of the sound emitting part (121) opposite to the base (11); the area of the base (11) is equal to the basic area of one end of the sound-emitting part (121) opposite to the base (11); the height of the sound reflecting cavity (111) is 15 mm-50 mm.

The sound box holder according to claim 1, wherein a connecting member (14) is disposed between the fixing clip (13) and the base (11), the connecting member (14) comprises a vertical portion (141) perpendicular to the base (11) and a bent portion (142) connected to the vertical portion (141) and connected to the fixing clip (13); the distance from the sound outlet surface to the base (11) is smaller than the length of the vertical part (141).
3. A loudspeaker holder according to claim 1, wherein the horn (12) further comprises a clamping portion (122) connected to the sound emitting portion (121);
a microphone is arranged on the clamping part (122);
the loudspeaker (12) is detachably arranged in the fixing clamp (13); the fixing clip (13) is fixed to the clamping portion (122).

The sound box holder according to claim 1, wherein the pivot mechanism (15) comprises a first pivot (151) connected to the mounting base (16), a second pivot (152) connected to the first pivot (151) and mounted to one end of the fixing clip (13), and a pivot (153) rotatably connected to the first pivot (151) and fixedly connected to the second pivot (152) to be rotated in the first pivot (151) by the second pivot (152);
the shaft (153) includes a first end (1531) rotatably coupled to the first pulley (151) and a second end (1532) fixedly coupled to the second pulley (152).
5. The sound box holder according to claim 4, wherein the first wheel (151) comprises a cavity (1511) in which the first end of the shaft (153) is rotatably disposed, and a retainer ring (1512) for retaining the shaft (153) in the cavity (1511);
a damping device is arranged between the first end of the rotating shaft (153) and the first rotating wheel (151).
6. The loudspeaker box support according to claim 5, wherein the damping means is damping oil filled in a gap between the cavity (1511) and the rotary shaft (153); the retainer ring (1512) seals the damping oil in the cavity (1511);
the retainer ring (1512) is provided with a central hole at the middle position, so that the second end of the rotating shaft (153) penetrates out to be fixedly connected with the second rotating wheel (152).
7. Loudspeaker holder according to claim 6, wherein the first end (1531) is disc-shaped and the diameter of the first end (1531) is adapted to the diameter of the cavity (1511);
the periphery of the second end (1532) is provided with threads; the second rotating wheel (152) is provided with a screw hole connected with the second end (1532).
