Abstract
The invention relates to a refrigerator compressor rear cover mounting structure, which comprises a refrigerator body, a bottom plate and a cover plate, wherein a sheet metal shell is arranged on the surface of the refrigerator body, a compressor placing cavity is arranged at the rear side of the bottom of the refrigerator body, the bottom and the rear part of the compressor placing cavity are open, the bottom plate is provided with a cover cavity corresponding to the compressor placing cavity, and the cover cavity is embedded in the compressor placing cavity and is provided with openings corresponding to the bottom and the rear part of the compressor placing cavity; the left side and the right side of the sheet metal shell, which correspond to the opening at the rear part of the compressor placement cavity, are provided with bent edges, and the rear end of the cover cavity is positioned in the sheet metal shell and is buckled with the bent edges; the cover plate is embedded and arranged in an opening at the rear part of the compressor placing cavity, the outer surface of the cover plate is leveled with the outer end surface of the bent edge, or the outer surface of the cover plate is sunken in the outer end surface of the bent edge. Background
After the compressor rear cover of the existing refrigerator is assembled, the rear cover of the existing refrigerator is generally not on the same plane with the back surface of the refrigerator, namely, the rear cover of the refrigerator protrudes out of the back surface of the refrigerator, space is wasted, and even though the protruding size of the rear cover of the compressor formed by plastic suction is very small, the strength and the appearance of the rear cover of the compressor formed by plastic suction are not higher than those of the rear cover of the compressor formed by plastic suction.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides the refrigerator compressor rear cover mounting structure which is simple and reasonable in structure, does not protrude from the back surface of the refrigerator and does not occupy the space outside the refrigerator.

After the sheet metal shell is provided with the bent edge, no sharp edge is exposed.
The aim of the invention can be also solved by adopting the following technical measures:
as a more specific scheme, the bending edge comprises an outward bending edge and an inward bending edge, the outward bending edge is L-shaped, one side of the outward bending edge faces the back of the refrigerator body, the other side of the outward bending edge is bent into the compressor placing cavity and connected with the inward bending edge, and the inward bending edge is in a hook shape and is positioned in the compressor placing cavity.
The left side and the right side of the rear end of the cover cavity are provided with grooves corresponding to the inner bending edges, and the inner bending edges are hooked into the grooves.
The left side and the right side of the rear end of the cover cavity are respectively provided with an outer flange and an inner flange, the inner flange is positioned in front of the outer flange, and the slot is formed between the outer flange and the inner flange. After the cover cavity is connected with the inner bending edge of the sheet metal shell, the rear opening of the compressor placement cavity forms a sinking table, so that the cover plate can be embedded and arranged without protruding outwards. Meanwhile, the cover plate can be directly placed into the sinking table to be aligned with the screw hole sites of the rear end face of the bottom plate cover cavity, and the installation is convenient.
The inner flange width is greater than the outer flange width. The inner flange is abutted against the inner end of the inner bent edge, and the left side and the right side of the inner flange respectively extend to the corresponding inner side wall of the sheet metal shell; the outer flange is abutted against the outer end of the inner bending edge, and the left side and the right side of the outer flange respectively extend to the corresponding inner side wall of the outer bending edge.
The outer periphery of the cover plate is provided with an outward flange which is connected with the outer flange of the cover cavity.
The bottom of the front end of the cover cavity is provided with a lower plate, the lower plate is arranged at the front end of the bottom of the refrigerator body, and a refrigerating chamber is arranged above the refrigerator body corresponding to the lower plate; the cover cavity is formed by a top plate, a front plate and side plates, the rear end of the top plate is connected with the upper end of the front plate, the left end and the right end of the top plate and the front plate are respectively connected with the side plates, and the top plate, the front plate and the side plates jointly enclose the cover cavity with the bottom and the rear opened. The cover cavity can be inserted from the rear part of the compressor placing cavity, and when the cover cavity is installed, an installer does not need to stretch the handle into the compressor placing cavity to connect the compressor placing cavity, so that the operation is convenient.
The bottom of the compressor placing cavity is provided with a supporting plate for placing the compressor, and the left end and the right end of the supporting plate are connected with the lower ends of the side plates.
The sheet metal shell is in an inverted U shape.
The cover plate surface is provided with a heat dissipation hole communicated with the compressor placing cavity, and the cover plate surface is provided with a wire containing groove recessed towards the inside of the compressor placing cavity. The wire storage groove is used for storing the power line, so that the power line is prevented from being exposed in the refrigerator carrying process, and the risk of damage to the power line is reduced.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:

The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples:
referring to fig. 1 to 8, a refrigerator compressor rear cover mounting structure comprises a refrigerator body 10, a bottom plate 2 and a cover plate 4, wherein a sheet metal shell 1 is arranged on the surface of the refrigerator body 10, a compressor placing cavity is arranged on the rear side of the bottom of the refrigerator body 10, the bottom and the rear part of the compressor placing cavity are open, a cover cavity 25 is arranged on the bottom plate 2 corresponding to the compressor placing cavity, and the cover cavity 25 is embedded in the compressor placing cavity and is provided with openings corresponding to the bottom and the rear part of the compressor placing cavity; the left side and the right side of the sheet metal shell 1, which correspond to the rear opening of the compressor placement cavity, are provided with bent edges, and the rear end of the cover cavity 25 is positioned in the sheet metal shell 1 and is buckled with the bent edges; the cover plate 4 is embedded and arranged in an opening at the rear part of the compressor placing cavity, the outer surface of the cover plate 4 is leveled with the outer end surface of the bent edge, or the outer surface of the cover plate 4 is sunken in the outer end surface of the bent edge.
The bending edge comprises an outer bending edge 11 and an inner bending edge 12, the outer bending edge 11 is L-shaped, one side of the outer bending edge 11 faces to the outside of the back of the refrigerator body 10, the other side of the outer bending edge 11 is bent into the compressor placing cavity and connected with the inner bending edge 12, and the inner bending edge 12 is in a hook shape and is positioned in the compressor placing cavity.
The left side and the right side of the rear end of the cover cavity 25 are provided with grooves 22 corresponding to the inner bending edges 12, and the inner bending edges 12 are hooked into the grooves 22. The left side and the right side of the rear end of the cover cavity 25 are respectively provided with an outer flange 23 and an inner flange 21, the inner flange 21 is positioned in front of the outer flange 23, and a slot 22 is formed between the outer flange 23 and the inner flange 21. The inner flange 21 has a width greater than the width of the outer flange 23.
The cover plate 4 is provided with an external flange 41 at the periphery, and the external flange 41 is connected with the external flange 23 of the cover cavity 25.
The bottom of the front end of the cover cavity 25 is provided with a lower plate 210, the lower plate 210 is arranged at the front end of the bottom of the refrigerator body 10, and a refrigerating chamber is arranged above the refrigerator body 10 corresponding to the lower plate 210; the cover cavity 25 is formed by a top plate 29, a front plate 24 and a side plate 27, the rear end of the top plate 29 is connected with the upper end of the front plate 24, the left and right ends of the top plate 29 and the front plate 24 are respectively connected with the side plate 27, and the top plate 29, the front plate 24 and the side plate 27 jointly enclose the cover cavity 25 with the bottom and the rear part opened.
The inner wall of the cover cavity 25 can be also provided with a wire hanging hook 28. The wire hanging hooks 28 are provided with more than two, and the opening directions of the two adjacent wire hanging hooks 28 are opposite. The wire hooks 28 are arranged at the inside of one side plate 27 in the present embodiment, and the wire hooks 28 are vertically arranged.
The bottom surface of the lower plate 210 is provided with the lower convex surface 211, so that the space between the lower plate 210 and the ground can be fully utilized, foam materials at the wall part of the refrigerating chamber of the refrigerator are filled into the lower convex surface 211, the thickness of a heat insulation layer at the bottom of the refrigerating chamber is increased, the heat insulation effect is improved, the energy consumption of the refrigerator is reduced, and the internal volume of the refrigerating chamber is not reduced. The front end of the bottom surface of the lower plate 210 is provided with a hand-fastening position 212, the hand-fastening position 212 is located at the bottom of the lower convex surface 211, and the hand-fastening position 212 is recessed upward. The position of the base plate 2 can be adjusted by means of the hand-locking position 212 during assembly.
The bottom of the compressor placing cavity is provided with a supporting plate 3 for placing the compressor 5, and the left end and the right end of the supporting plate 3 are connected with the lower ends of the side plates 27. The lower ends of the side plates 27 of the bottom plate 2 are provided with front and rear limiting protrusions 26 corresponding to the front side and the rear side of the supporting plate 3, the supporting plate 3 is connected with the lower ends of the side plates 27 through screws, and casters are arranged at the bottoms of the supporting plate 3.
The sheet metal shell 1 is in an inverted U shape.
The surface of the cover plate 4 is provided with a heat dissipation hole 42 communicated with the compressor placing cavity, and the surface of the cover plate 4 is provided with a wire containing groove 47 recessed towards the inside of the compressor placing cavity. The wire receiving groove 47 is used for receiving the power cord 7.
A winding seat 45 is provided in the wire receiving groove 47. The two winding seats 45 are arranged, the two winding seats 45 are respectively positioned at the left end and the right end of the wire accommodating groove 47 and are mutually separated, the outer wall of each winding seat 45 is provided with a winding groove 46, and the power wire 7 is wound outside each winding seat 45.
The wire accommodating groove 47 is provided with a threading hole 410, one end of the power wire 7 penetrates through the threading hole 410 and then stretches into the refrigerator body 10, the other end of the power wire 7 is provided with a plug 8, and the surface of the plug 8 is provided with a conductive pin. The conductive pins corresponding to the plug 8 in the wire accommodating groove 47 are provided with positioning jacks, and the conductive pins are in plug-in fit with the positioning jacks.
The wire receiving groove 47 is provided with a wire blocking plate 43, the wire blocking plate 43 is spaced apart from the inner end surface of the wire receiving groove 47, and the wire blocking plate 43 is provided with a threading slot 44. The threading slot 44 is hook-shaped.
The surface of the cover plate 4 is also provided with a face cover 6 for covering the lead accommodating groove 47, the face cover 6 is provided with a notch 61, and the power cord 7 extends out through the notch 61. The notch 61 corresponds to the wire blocking plate 43, so that the wire blocking plate 43 shields the inner side of the notch 61, and in addition, the notch 61 forms a hand-fastening position through which the cover plate 4 can be easily opened.
The surface cover 6 is embedded in the wire accommodating groove 47, a positioning groove 48 is formed in the inner wall of the wire accommodating groove 47, a positioning protrusion is arranged on the periphery of the surface cover 6 corresponding to the positioning groove 48, and the positioning protrusion is buckled with the positioning groove 48. The opening edge of the wire receiving groove 47 is provided with a guiding inclined plane 49 corresponding to the outer side of the positioning groove 48, and the guiding inclined plane 49 is convenient for guiding the positioning protrusion into the positioning groove 48.
